Please check the below given details for my Two Wheeler Loan with Hinduja Leyland Finance. Your team is making me fool from the start for my Loan Contract. Your team members of Branch office Urban Estate, Phase 1 @ Patiala (Punjab) Mr. Sachin & Mr. Gurvinder are tricking & deceiving me.Please check the below given points
1. I continued calling them from 5th May-2021 regarding my EMI not deducting my parent...

Dear Bank,

I notified as my EMI was finished in April month against the scooty loan- Loan no. - DHDLKBTW00444

However it was deducted 2 times (Total refundable ammount - 5601 Rupees) which I reported to near branch manager Mr. Ashok Kumar but he was the truly rude attitude and he told me there is no process to refund, please come to the office and collect cheque although he was very rude and behave like Gunda.

This was very pathetic for me, Please check my case and do the needful ASAP...I am waiting for 4 months back.

Kindly help me.

Someone take a two wheeler loan from a finace company name hinduja Leyland finace. I don't know where are from this loan is taken and whom take this loan. I am shocked when i see my cibil score. The loan number is PGPBMGTW00742. Please help me to how to get out from all this.

Sub : Seeking Compensation due to Hindujas Leylad’s error reflecting damages in CIBIL Score
I Premkumar, had got a loan for my vehicle from your esteemed Organisation on 2020 My vehicle Registration number is (TN68AB8767). I had cleared all my dues last year but when asked for No Objection Certificate, I was told I had an outstanding value although I had paid all my dues (with Penalty for few). When asked about the Information pertaining to this, The Area Manager (Rajendhran) had simply put in as an employee error. Due to this negligence from your organisation’s end my CIBIL Score has become poor and I have not been able to avail loans to meet my expectations. This has caused serious psychological damages and I have been mentally hurt because of this.
Furthermore, when Confronted with the Area Manager he had simply said you can take whatever action you want and we’ll face it. This has added additional stress to me as it’s a total lack and Inefficiency of the Zonal Manager to understand my Query. Attaching all the invoices paid along with this email and the details of the Employee who had failed to upload the details in the system for the payments received.still now I didn’t get NOC

I have faced too many insults because of this issue and ask you to take a prompt action and provide me with either compensation which may seem fit for the Psychological damages caused to me or find a way to reverse and increase my cred score.

I am Shubham Singh Bhadoriya. I took a two wheeler loan inGwalior (MP) from your company and all the instalments were deducted on time through ECS. But in my credit score report is showing 21 late payments out of all 30 instalments. Due to which my credit score is badly affected.
Here I am requesting you to correct the information given to credit rating agencies. Otherwise I’ll have to take support of legal proceedings against your company.

I have completed emi's. But noc is not issued guntur branch office manager and staff as ir regales behavior my contract number is atgrtatw02807. Please solve my problem give me noc

I am suffering from more financial problems. I still get affected by cibil score by this pending amount. last year itself i completed my all dues the showroom doesn't say about this amount. clear my pending dues as soon as possible

I had financed a two wheeler through hinduja leyland finance back in 2017. I have paid my last emi in 2019 and paid my loan amount in full.
Its been 2 year but till date i have not got NOC
They are still showing my account as active and an amount of 2820 as outstanding that needs to be paid.
For the last 2 year they have been negatively reporting my credit information to CIBIL, for which my credit score is very poor.
Due to low credit score, now i am facing difficulties in getting new loans.
Kindly Hinduja leyland finance, look into the matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Sir, I would like to bring a case of activa-I purchased by Ms. Darshna and financed from your company. The scooter was purchased in July, 2016 and finance by your company, the total cost of scooter at that time as per given invoice was Rs.51, 796 for which we have paid a down payment of Rs.36, 800 and for the rest of payment we have given 8 (eight) cheques of Rs.2500 each.
The concern is that your company is saying we have not paid 1 cheque of Rs.2500 but we gave total 8 cheques to the concerned person at that time. It is a possibility that he misplaced one cheque for which your company is harassing me via calls or messages since then.
Recently, I got a message that you have committed defaults in making payment of your monthly installments vide the Two Wheeler Loan Number DHDLDETW08664 and pay the overdue amount immediately to avoid legal actions and negative reporting to CIBIL, please pay your overdue amount Rs.3240 (they added the interest also of Rs.740) urgently or surrender the vehicle to HLF, else we would be invoking arbitration proceedings along with other legal recourses. You may call the below mobile number for support ([protected]) although, whenever I call this number it always gives a busy tone.
So, kindly look into the matter and sort it out as soon as possible as we can’t bear this anymore.

I have taken loan on my bike on 2017 and by jan 2019 my loan has been completed but till date its showing active with an overdue amount my bike number is AP31DQ3899 so please close my account and send me the NOC
