Hinduja Leyland Finance — finance agent Mr. Amit Sharma not dealing well

Hi, I am Ajay Kumar from baijnath kangra himachal pradesh. I have taken finance from your company for buy my bike last year in the month of may. Last month i visited your finance office which is located in arla palampur, himachal pradesh for purpose of settle down my all balance. The total amount which was left to paid is approx 53k. i told to your agent to settle down my account i am giving you all left amount in cash. but they say there is a cheque issue and it will take to 5 to 6 days to clear. then i paid them rs. 50k in cash and we were both agree to pay left amount after cheque clearance.after one week i again visited the office and said that please close my account and provide me the slip copy of that amount which i have paid to you in last week. they said that our printer is not working and we will mail you the soft copy. i given them my mail id too and they also said that the cheque issue is still pending it will take more days. after that i am calling them from last15 days regularily but still they are not closing my account even that soft copy of receipt not received. I only want to close my account on immediate basis. i don't want to waste my tine to take follow ups. kindly help to resolve this issue. my contact no is.
