My all emi go clearly from[protected] to[protected] and my last emi not ecs clearing in kotak mahindra bank

So hinduja layland finance say me your last emi you not paid so you can paid late payment charge you paid ecs return charge with emi intres


So i say hinduja layland finance officers you check my bank account balance so i have all ready rs. 3000/- balance and my emi is 2672/-

So why i paid intres with ecs return charge i have bank account balance


And he hinduja layland finance officers want rs.5200/- ecs return charge with intres


So i request you sir kindly help me

I took loan from Hinduja Leyland finance Bangalore on 2014 April for my two wheeler Honda Deo Reg No : KA 01 HF 1391 from Honda showroom Koramangala Bangalore, my loan amount is not deducted since last 3 month from my account, I already given cheque to your colleague Raghu. I had paid my last instalment amount in April, 2015. Though i have completed all my instalment amount, so i had applied for NOC Certificate for the above said vechile in the same month (i.e. April, 2015). But the officials present in your office (dist: balasore, odisha) are not cooperating with me and tried many a times troubleshuting for getting the NOC. My name is JohnSackson G. I'm residing in Perambalur. I've bought a two wheeler dated Feb2013 in ACL Motors with the help of Hinduja Finance Ltd. And my Load number is TNTRTATW00190. Due to some reasons my bank rejected few cheques(twice for insufficient funds and once for technical difficulties) four month's EMI. Keeping that in mind once after EMI tenure ended in Aug2014, I've tried to to pay the dues(ie, . 13836 + 1800 = 15656) and to get NOC from the company through ACL Motors. Whenever I went there i got a reply saying "At present we've got nobody". After couple of times I have stopped trying, since I work in a different city. Over this issue I haven't recieved any notices(in form of post) or phone calls for so long. But from past 3 weeks (ie, . almost after a year). I've been getting phone calls from Hinduja Finance LTD's customer care executives, mentioning that I've to pay twenty four thousand and change. Regarding this I've reached out to the branch office for clarifications, for which they have opened a web application and they also asked me to pay 22 thousand and change(Few AFI's per month and 25% of AFI again), which I didnot agree to pay. I accept that I could've done something about it. But you have the equal responsibility to follow the customers till they complete their EMI's. I am really disappointed with your team's negligency, poor customer service and responses as I have to follow up for payment collection. Kindly look into this on priority and help me closing it. my name is sreemathi.s, two wheeler loan taken in may 2013 and clear all EMI*s regularly but the last installment emi CHEQUE has been altered by the company it self without communicated with me later i found and cleared but in dec2014 until they are not giving NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE

I gat two wheeler loan in hinduja leyland finance on5/12/2013 . my account contract no.APKYKPTW0086 AND CUSTOMER CODE APTW044017. but iam clear the threemonths EMI advance paid on 16/5/2015, TOTAL AMOUNT 8658/- CLEAR, So my account as closed, thismonth emi is debited in my icicic bank account on 5/6/2015. so please refound the amount 2886/-. and give the NOC.

Hi Complaints team, I Bhanuprakash have took a 2 wheeler loan agreed to make a payment over ECS payments .But ECS was not proccessed and your agent has collected first 2 months payments and promissed to proccess ECS again from 3rd month but it didnt work and instead your financial instituion has not informed and no one reached out to me even for payments. When we reached out to them after 3 months . Ganesh from LB nagar branch speaks an un-interlinked matters and also shows a penalties for check bounces where no ECS were processed.We requested them to not penalize us with penalties as this was not our mistake and we have also showed them our bank statements where bank amounts were sufficient on ECS date. ECS were processed in last 2 months which was not intimated and they have seized our vehicle. I have also reached out to them with my brother to make a payments (without penalties as there was not our mistake -no ecs was processed and levied us with Cheque bounces charges more than 3 times but there was no manager and dint get any resolution whenever i reached out to your branch. Also there is no update from hinduja leyland finance through call or message and they have not even provided us with a statement I sincerely request you to look into issue and kindly provide us a resolution as early as possible. And according to our local office people last cheque was misplaced then we paid the Rs.3000/- cash directly to office people. Now the problem is still we have not got the NOC from your end though we have paid all the money without any delay of cheque bounce. Hi all. I have taken finance from Hinduja Finance to buy Bajaj Pulsar. Mode of loan repayment is ECS. They have wrongly debited another persons ECS amount from my bank account. When I reached their executive and told them about my issue, they say wil do wil do.. Bt 15 days passed, they have not worked on it. This is the 2nd time they have debited wrong ECS.. They are just delaying my refund by giving silly excuses..

Hi team. I had availed your finance to buy bajaj 2 wheeler bike. Mode of loan repayment ECS amounting to Rs. 3588 for 18 months. Everything was goin well untill, December 2014, when ECS of sum one else's loan was deducted fromy account. After lot of hassels, i got the reimbursement afta 1 month. I had to bear expenses of canceling the receipt. But nevamind, i said ok.. but again in the month of may, same persons ECS went through my account. I called senior executive, he is not receiving my call. I went to their office, they are just delaying the process of reversal. Very careless staff.. please help me to sort this out.

However, all the EMI installments are cleared with last EMI month deduction on 06.12.1014. I have called his branch manager Mr.Madhu (the person who has resigned on FEB2015) and requested the same and he promised that it could take approx more 2weeks time and then I agreed for the same. Later on I have Mr.Shravan for the same and he informed that his Manager Mr.Madhu has resigned and he himself handling the branch and asked me to wait for more 3weeks. I have been calling Mr.Sharavan for the same and he could ask me to wait for two more days and now almost 5months past and still I could not get my NOC. I called him today i.e on 27.04.2015 and he asked me to wait more few days. I have lost patience and said that I would like to complaint or talk to senior staff who solve my problem and he denied in sharing the staff details or complaint cell. I am fed up with service provided by the finance company. I have paid all my EMI in time without any delay and now I am facing the problem in getting NOC which is my right.
