Dear sir, i mrs rekha ashish bhavsar purchased active on finance from your ahmadabad office on 7/12/2017 through cheque no 042201 issued from my bank account no [protected] indian bank naranpura branch of rs 3806 and at same time i also paid down payment of rs 6000 while taking loan your i have signed all loan agreement paper in your executive presence but while taking delivery the dealer m/s emerald honda vyas vadi forced me that as you don't have licence so the vehicle will be in your husband mr ashish g bhavasar as he has liance so the vehicle and rc book and other documents are in my husband name and loan agreement was signed and disbursed in my name and the ecs cheque and ecs form was dully signed in from my above bank account now since not a single ecs has hited in my above account nor there was any communication from your side and suddenly the branch gave me notice and thy came to my residence and took my active now when we visited your ahmadabad branch we faced very bad teratment no body was giving proper responce nor any person was ready to heare my problem just they forced me to pay rs 70, 000 cash and then only you will get your vehicle i asked for statement now body gave me saying that you will not get and you have no chose just only pay cash rs 70, 000 as your ecs is bounced but not a single ech has heated in my account i can submit my bank statement sir if i had 70, 000 cash then why i have to take loan from you i am just house wife??? Please give me reason i met mr kirit sharma m [protected] and mr bapu both where not using proper language and where talking very rudely may i know why they r talking in this language like gunda type is this the company policy to talk to there customer in such abuse manner please replay??? Now i am very much dissatisfied with the company and your employees so please let me what should i do in this matter??...

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your replay and we visited your branch in Ahmadabad office
but they are not ready to hear any thing from us just they are forcefully insisting
us that we have to pay cash entire loan amount that not possible for us we are
ready to pay the pending instalment but your Ahmadabad office staff is not listening us
now what to do ? where to go ? whom should we contact ? please lets us know what should we do
we don't have huge amount in cash of rs 70, 000 that's why we took loan from your company

Now how we can pay huge amount at a stress ?

we are in very big problem and nobody is ready to help us so please we
request you to help us or guide us whom to meet sir.

Sir again i will request you to go through my complain

They doesn't provide receipt against payment and they return back Two cheque because they forget to deposit . Such things going on there also facing problem with them. so, Request to you look in this matter .
