I have bought a two wheeler on march 2018 for which I have taken an amount of 53000 as loan from Hinduja Leyland Finance.My loan contract no.is ESKOHYTW01539. My contract period was of 36 months tenure.I have paid all the outstanding balance by may 2021 and hence have request for foreclosure on May 20, 2021.
The agent who was handling my case informed me to wait for 60-90 days for getting NOC of the vehicle.
From September onwards I have made contact many times with the HFL personnel for the purpose none of them solved my case, instead they harrassed me by transferring the case to one another repeatedly.
Now I am in great trouble as this Finance company has neither closed my contract till date nor they are giving me the NOC for the vehicle; instead they are claiming Rs.276 as outstanding and threatening me either to pay the amount or to surrender the vehicle to the company. Not only that but also they have debited installments during the lockdown period violating the government standing guidelines.
Three persons Viz. Mr Suman, Ms.Sutapa and Mr. Rabi was handling my case and whenever I called them up they were tricking everytime and finally denied to give me the update regarding loan closure.
So, Sir, this is my humble request please look into the fact and take necessary steps so that my problem get solved.

Coustomar no & board no is just showup.do not recived customar call & hlf company is very bad due to customar full faid load amount but do not give noc & loan close

None of the HLF representatives contact me still now..very very bad customer support and irresponsible company..seems to be one of the fraud companies.I have paid total amount and applied for foreclosure on may 2021 but still now this company is cheating by increasing the outstanding amount day by day and forcing to pay the amount to get NOC.
Please don't choose HINDUJA LEYLAND FINANCE to get vehicle loan.
