This company and the staff of this company not at all good. I had teken the two wheeler loan from this company. I had given the postdated checks for payments. First installment they withdrew from my account on time. But next installment they did not withdrew from my account even I had maintained my account with sufficient balance. But they marked my CIBIL as check bounced. I went to Pune branch and asked the reason not withdrawing payment....

My EMi pendind before 2 years so finance company cibil update on my PAN Card no ., I am not take loan in bank so deposits pending EMI in finance company my side complete EMI pendind deposits but finance side my cibil documents not submit in cibil department, any one not listion so pls send my cibil document pls help me sir my mob no. Firstly we opted for the ecs facility but due to some technical error at company hands, it is not effective.
Due to which we paid in cash all the installments but their field boy embezzled money received and their system is still showing pending amount in my account which affected my cibil negatively.
Moreover i paid all the pending money including exorbitant charges but still they are not issuing my noc against my loan account.br...

I had a auto loan with hinduja leyland finance ltd bearing account number tncntbtw01368 for my two wheeler tn11w5527 (Apache rtr). The loan got completed by april 2016. I got the noc and hypothecation clearance and even cancelled the hypothecation in my vehicle rc.

Still now the cibil is not yet updated and showing as active which is affecting my cibil score.

I sent emails however didnt get...

I have paid my two wheeler loan on 28.03.2016 vide dd no.008889 of hdfc bank ltd as per forecloser letter, it was three month past but i ve yet to receive my noc. I have called so many executive of hinduja i ve not gotten any satisfied response. I need this too urgent, please help me to get the same. I am attaching the forecloser letter with dd received....

This guys follows such a sick process, do not think of going ahead with this culprits for any kind off loans. You will not be notified on the EMI deduction, you will not receive schedule statement, customer care num will not be reachable, EMI collection executive looks weird, odd tone, you will receive calls from them when ever they would like to collect payment and you will forced to pay the late payment charges....
