I have purchased scoty activa i on june 26th 2016 with registration number-[protected] with every month emi of rs 2117 but in tha month of may they have deducted on 5th may but they also deducted the same amount again on 2117 on 31st may means 2 time in the month of may and the rm of delhi told that he will reverse the cheque on 5th june 2017 to ky address and now he is not picki g the phone so please reverse my cheque or i should compaint against that and i will do fir against that by 7th june 2017 and i will also complaint against hinduja

Dear Team,

I took Vehicle loan in Dec.2012 with contract number APVJSYTW00136 and completed in Feb.2015.I got NOC and Form 35 from Hinduja Leyland.

4 Months back I have applied for Personal Loan and got rejected because vehicle loan which I took from Hinduja is reflecting as overdue pending and high DPD.

After that immediately I raised issue to Hinduja Finance through and they said that we have cleared Over due on 28th March.2017 and DPD on 6th April.2017. But till now it was reflecting in CIBIL and Hinduja has given wrong information over this issue.Hence I request you to look into this matter as serious issue.

Here by I Mr. AJITBHAI SHANABHAI MAYAVANSHI would like to complain that I had taken a two wheeler loan from Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd Is located at B/303 Time Square Building, Near Jade Blue, Near Law Garden, C G Road, Ahmedabad - 380009 on 31/08/2014 and my contract number is – GJAHCMTW00137 Now my problem is as per the contract my fist installment was going to debited form my Linked bank account with my contract on[protected] But as per I had a word with their Collection Agent (Mr. Gaurang Pandya) the installment was not deducted from my bank account due to some technical problem In ECS process so that I had paid my installment by cash and I got receipt for the same then after I used to pay my all the installment by cash each and every moth till the end of my contract But at the end of contract they refused to provide me NOC certificate and the reason shocking !!! They informed me that you have paid all your installments by cash and if you have linked your bank account for direct debit or ECS you have to pay by ECS but my problem is they never inform me about the penalty nor I got any call or message for penalty if I am paying in cash. They never accepted their fault. Even they never inform me that if you wish to pay by cash you should stop ECS process by written application they inform me all this things on[protected] when I went for full and final paid up my all the installments together to windup my loan they never inform me prior about penalty otherwise I would had pay my all the installment by ECS. I am a genuine customer as I have paid my all the installment of loan Now please help me out to get my NOC certificate and all other due certificates from the company .. I hope you could understand my genuine problem I look forward for your positive response and hope you will be help me out as possible as early .

Dear concerned person,

On[protected] i have taken a honda activa-i from the showroom and have made the down payment for it on the same date. My papers (Invoice, etc) have been made on[protected].

According to the statement that i have received from hinduja finance, the value of the scooty is shown to be 55, 400/- but according to the papers given from the showroom, the price of the same is 50, 350/-. The finance amount is 45, 000/- and down payment is 15, 350/-. Two advance emi amount is 4, 500/-.

Kindly confirm what for am i taken the rest amount and provide me accurate invoice of it, only after that i will be liable to pay the next emis.

Myself im naveen... I have cleared my vehicle loan in 2015. Jan and contract number is hlf - apvjsytw00136 and i got noc and form 35 from hinduja leyland finance. Recently in the month of march.2017 i have raised my issue of overdue and dpd with them and they reverted with the email that they cleared dpd on 6th march.2017.. But till now in cibil it was not updated. Please check it and help me out.

Today total six months complete bt I didn't received any NOC from your end and more over your employee of Nagpur branch of Maharashtra state are not responding. I think as a company six month taking and till now no response from your official. I think other local finance is much better.

This is Alwin from bangalore and I have availed loan from HLF against my honda active 2015 ( Loan Agreement No:KABQKRTW00213 ) which has been close 5th December 2016 without any overdue. Still haven't received NOC at my mailing address...hinjuduja employees are so irresponsible and ignorant when I had gone to ask in hindhuja office, Rajajinagar, Bangalore ..they told me it will be coutiered to my address...they don't even pick the call...this place is 20km from my house ...help me resolve it

I have paid the amount to person who had came to my office. Dines didn't send the original receipt with that person, it was only a peace of hand written paper, when i asked that thief that its not the valid receipt, he said our system is down hence we could not give it, don't worry we will updated the same.

This thief till date has not updated it and now he is denying the same.

Hi guys plz aware of this smart way of cheating .I have closed my bike loan .it's been a month right now still they are deducing money from my account.i have contacted manager of head office in Coimbatore branch, he simply told to wait .No response from their side.Here important thing to notice is they told that they have closed the loan if we didn't notice our account transaction they will keep on deducing our money .so plz look into this and be more cautious after closing the loan ...DONT REFER HINDHUJA LEYLAND FINANCE ... customer service is really worst ...

Sandip was told me that NOC will reach in 50 days after cleaning the finance now he left the company so now am in a big problem because, I don't know who can resolve my problem. Hi i have closed my loan and got the letter on 5th march 2016. But i didn't get noc letter from hinduja finance. My bike number is tn 41 ak 8067. My contract number : tncmkttw00124 and customer code : tntw047411. Contract start date :[protected] and expiry period :[protected]. I have already paid 21 dues, tenure : 18 month. No of instal : 18 months. Now this month 3rd feb 2017, they have taken one more ecs amount of 3649. Please find all pictures. I have completed my loan and since it is an year i didn't receive my noc and still they are taking ecs amount. It is unbearable. Please do the necessary action. Customer service number is not working and i have raised compliant in coimbatore branch office also. I didnt response properly.in coimbatore branch they are clueless and they very very slow in process. They are giving explanation that we are working please wait please wait like that. This is not the way right to reply customer. It is very long period to give one noc. Because of these my cibil score is effecting a lot. So please provide noc and return back amount of 3649 soon.

But deduct 1 extra installment from my bank account witch is 2284 rs. Without my knowledge throw ecs mode because i already pay all the payments.

I got two wheeler loan in hinduja leyland finance completed at may-2016 without any pendings.

Already the concerned people was talk to the reason for not signing the documents for official, the how irritating people to me, not lift the phone.
This is almost 8 months delay, immediately responded to me.

If i call the office number no. Of times they are not picking my call.

Kindly check and revert. Kindly provide noc.

This company and the staff of this company not at all good. I had teken the two wheeler loan from this company. I had given the postdated checks for payments. First installment they withdrew from my account on time. But next installment they did not withdrew from my account even I had maintained my account with sufficient balance. But they marked my CIBIL as check bounced. I went to Pune branch and asked the reason not withdrawing payment. But they asked me to contact Chennai office which is head office. When called to Chennai office they said ask to branch office. I did not get the answer why payment was not withdrawn. But they collected late chagres Rs 678 from me.
Somehow my loan is paid of now. But still I am struggling to get NOC. For NOC also I went to the Pune branch office but they said ask to the Chennai office. I tried to Chennai office at least 100 time but they do not receive call. Also do not respond to email also.

My EMi pendind before 2 years so finance company cibil update on my PAN Card no ., I am not take loan in bank so deposits pending EMI in finance company my side complete EMI pendind deposits but finance side my cibil documents not submit in cibil department, any one not listion so pls send my cibil document pls help me sir my mob no. [protected] & pan card no. DQFPS5399Q

Firstly we opted for the ecs facility but due to some technical error at company hands, it is not effective.
Due to which we paid in cash all the installments but their field boy embezzled money received and their system is still showing pending amount in my account which affected my cibil negatively.
Moreover i paid all the pending money including exorbitant charges but still they are not issuing my noc against my loan account.
