Sir, I have taken a two wheeler loan No. TNCMCOTW04838 and i have closed on April 9' 2022 with the amount of Rs.11, 500 and payment mode is through cash. we got a receipt for the payment also. But the loan account was not closed yet, and my cibil was not cleared because of this.
