Hinduja Leyland Finance — Loan repayment harassment

I am being harassed continuously by your organisation due to non closure of my car loan.

The details are as follows -
- customer contract number - ESKOKOSV00170
- loan account number - ESKOKOSV001

Please note that I have cleared all the dues and had received the NOC from your office in Kolkata. But in CIBIL, I can see that its marked as a defaulter of commercial vehicle loan. First of all, I am not a defaulter but my CIBIL score has been badly hit due to this. Secondly, I have never opted for any commercial vehicle loan from your organisation.

I have tried calling up your customer care umpteenth times but their communication capability and knowledge seems to be limited. For every ask, they provide a 30 days timeline.
