Unresolved Loan Issues and CIBIL Reporting Discrepancy, No Objection Certificate (NOC) and a closure letter for my loan.I had a two-wheeler loan with Hinduja Leyland Finance, initiated on February 5, 2018, carrying a monthly EMI of Rs 4689. I diligently fulfilled all EMIs except the last one, even though I provided the payment along with a late fee to an agent named Baskar Penukonda (phone number: [protected]).

Upon reviewing my CIBIL report two months later, I discovered an outstanding balance of Rs 5690 because, unfortunately, Agent Baskar did not forward the last EMI to the company. Efforts to contact Agent Baskar were in vain, as he was no longer associated with the company and unreachable by phone. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I repaid the outstanding amount along with the late fee on December 1, 2022. However, it took seven months for this update to reflect on my CIBIL report. Even after the update, CIBIL still indicates an outstanding amount of Rs. 900.

Attempts to contact Hinduja Leyland Finance Customer Service or Support have been futile. Due to concerns about my CIBIL score, I reluctantly paid the additional Rs. 900 a month ago. However, there has been no update on the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and a closure letter for my loan. The information has also not been updated on CIBIL.

I have done all my payments on time still showing Rs 367 pending that's why my cibil score goes down. Hinduja Finance is fake company there agent taken advance payment of 10000 now they are not picking up my call.
Please resolve my issue for the cibil score and advance payment as soon as possible. I have attached my doc for your reference.

I have a two wheeler loan from hinduja leyland finance that was back in 2014, and there was something Rs. 12000 pending which I have already cleared, but still something Rs. 900 is reflecting in my CIBIL, I am ready to pay that as well, but I am not getting the option from your website, so how will I pay that, and I also need a closer letter from Hinduja Leyland Finance, that my entire loan has been closed, but...

It's been 50days, as the Emi was deducted after closing loan and amount not refunded, visited and called up several times, if you can't solve it out from your end, get us it in writing, So we can go for next course of action, we are not at all interested in dragging this case..

I have taken a two wheeler through hinduja finance and in the starting when I asked your agents that wether emi will be debited from my account, they said no they will come and collect every month but now it's been debited from my account and if they had told me earlier about this I would have given them my other account details because the present account which I have is a salary account and it's not possible to maintain the required balance on the emi date and because of which I have to bear penalty every month I asked them to change my account but they are not doing anything saying it's not possible, on they contrary they are asking me to close my account by playing full dues what type of irresponsible behavior is this.

मैंने 2 महीने पहले हिंदुजा फाइनेंस कंपनी से एक एक्टिवा स्कूटर फाइनेंस करवाया, जिसकी पहली emi 10 अक्टूबर को जानी थी, किसी कारण वस मै emi नहीं दे पाया, कल दिनांक 20 अक्टूबर को आपके फाइनेंस कंपनी के 2 लोग घर पे आये और बिना किसी नोटिस और कॉल के गाडी उठा ले गए घर से, जो की लीगली गलत है! मैं आज गाडी लेने गया तो वहा आपकी कंपनी के कुलदीप गौतम नाम के बन्दे ने 7500 emi, 500/- फाइन और 4000/- गाडी देने के नाम की रिश्वत मांगी! मैं 8000/- देने को त्यार था लेकिन ये 4000/- बिलकुल भीं न्याय संगत नहीं है! आपसे अनुरोध है की ये कुलदीप नाम के बेशर्म आदमी पे करवाई की जाये जो आपके कंस्यूमर को परेशान करता है!

Two times fraud hua hai mere saath. Aapka ladka mere se do emi le ke gaya tha uske baad se abhi tak jama nai kiya uske baad ek aur ladha 25000 liya aur bola ki aapka noc karwa dunga .Aab sab phone band kar k so gaye hai abhi me dekha to pata chala ki abhi tak ye loan chal raha hai. A few days ago, my financial condition had deteriorated a bit, so my bike was taken away by the financier and he kept my bike for about 20 days and after that when I got the money, I went to bring the bike and I saw that he had driven my bike 400 to 450 km, the seat of my bike was torn, my bike also had an accident and And the wrench of my bike was also missing....

I have paid all my dues and closed my Bike loan with Hinduja Leyland Finance still I don't received my NOC i have recently visited Rajajinagar Branch for NOC they applied for my NOC on 5th August 2023.

Till date no Reponses from them so check with them i visited the branch again on 30th Sep 2023, But i was waiting from 9.30 to till 11am the branch was closed, at 11.05 one girl is coming with keys to open the office i don't understand one thing the working hours they mentioned 9:30 to 18:30 but they opening the office at 11am. moreover their responses is like we don't have any update, we will only call you, I asked for the office number they are not ready to provide only, the reception lady is not at all ready to talk.

My self Bhupathi Lingaiah from suryapet. I bought a bike with the number AP24AV2943 in 2013. I have paid the emi without delay. When I went for the clearance certificate to local branch then they told that it has to be approved from the head office. Then I droped a mail to the chennai office and approved the clearance certificate in 2021.
Recently I went to the local office for NOC they told the same thing like it should be approved from the head office. I even droped the mail but no response from their side.
I bought a new bike, so without NOC for the old bike it is making a problem to the new one.

I am being harassed continuously by your organisation due to non closure of my car loan.
