Two Wheeler loan closure and noc

I have bought a two wheeler on march 2018 for which I have taken an amount of 53000 as loan from Hinduja Leyland Finance.My loan contract no.is ESKOHYTW01539. My contract period was of 36 months tenure.I have paid all the outstanding balance by may 2021 and hence have request for foreclosure on May 20, 2021.
The agent who was handling my case informed me to wait for 60-90 days for getting NOC of the vehicle.
