Dear Hinduja Finance Team Customer ID: DHTW046766 At the time of getting the loan for my two wheeler last year I.e. 2019 multiple documents were requested to apply for like photographs, salary slips, bank statements and most important mandate of cancel cheques. But till date not a single EMI was auto-debited from account. Then suddenly one doc boy called up pertaining your employee and take the EMI in cash every month and suddenly that also stopped and new calling system started to pay via online banking in your account I.e. Bank name: HDFC BANK LTD BRANCH NAME: ITC CENTRE BRANCH, CHENNAI IFSC: HDFC0000004 BENEFICIARY NAME: HINDUJA LEYLAND FINANCE LTD ACCOUNT NUMBER: HLFLTDhdlkbtw03719 AMOUNT-5365 Every month we are transferring this amount in your account to avoid our cibil score to effect. We are trying your customer care no which was never picked up and even your Panchsheel branch no. in delhi which is also not a valid no. Now after checking my loan details it was showing you have charged a interest on my loan amount for rupees 703/-. Kindly waive off these ₹ 703/-charges and issue the NOC and clear the cibil Report as no where you guys have done ethical transactions with us from the day of EMI’s are paid . Till date I am waiting for my NOC. You guys have screwed my CIBIL score by taking emi’s in cash from my place.
I have clear your unnecessary charges on the name of delay payment. Issue the NOC at the asap. Else I have to file legal case and social media campaign against you all about your unethical practices.
