Hinduja Leyland Finance — offering fake job offer for rajasthan plant and asked for security deposit

A lady called from this number [protected] named aakrity peer and claimed herself from the hr department of ashok leyland. She asked for a telephonic interview and then a mail dropped in my inbox concluding confirmation letter from ashok leyland. The letter claims to deposit 8300/- Rs. as a security deposit for which the company will secure my position for joining. Later i submitted the security deposit on 18/01/2020 through imps with beneficiary name ashok leyland limited. The amount deposited was 8300/- Rs.
On monday i got a joining letter on the mail from [protected]@gmail.com and the letter said me to join the plant on 10th February 2020. Afterwards i got to know the letter is fake.
Now how will i get my money back and who is responsible for these people who are frauding us at the name of ashok leyland
