Hello sir,

I have a last due of 2139/- in the hinduja leyland finance pvt ltd. To clear this i’m unable to contact the staff or any customer service. I took this finance in visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh. The branch there is right now closed completely moved somewhere and they didn’t even update anywhere from which location visakhapatnam they’re operating from. Please help me in this issue so that i could complete the due payment and sort this. Thank you so much.

I have two loan accounts (i.e., TNMDCBTW00057 & TNMDCBTW00059) for my
Two wheelers. I have not yet received the NOC for both accounts even after paying all the dues. There is no proper response from the nearest branch. I have contacted the company through e-mail and also met the branch manager in person. They could not solve the problem.Kindly help me in this regard.

I have submitted all amounts of Two-wheeler Loan Number - DHGHGHTW01226 at head office with cash but there is not updated realization date Amount: Rs. 6700 on Deposited Date-03.01.2020. And my Cibil score getting down. I have reached head office much time but they did not take any action and neither confirm that how much time to getting of NOC.

I took two wheeler loan from hinduja in oct 2019. My emi is rs 3601/- for 18months and my first emi started in november.

But in the month of january 2020, hinduja have taken my emi two times, one time by cash and the second time they debited from my account.

I complaint in there office... They said we will refund your amount

Still they are not returning my 1emi back.

Without prior intimation call or notice a recovery agent came and pulled my bike when i was out of state for some official work, threaten at my house, very rude behaviour and didn't gave any receipt of letter where he is taking the bike, going to file the case in court because i have paid till november to pimpri branch and i have receipt for that, as my previous bank account got closed so was paying directly to pimpri office of pune, in total 6 emis pending in which my tenure is yet to complete. Still the guy name mayur pawar (+91 [protected]) and his 2 colleagues came at my place on tuesday evening, threaten my family and was very rude behaviour on call too when i request them to accept the partial amount and do not take the bike and on that he didn't informed or gave any prior intimation that of not paid till date then bike will be pulled neither i receive any notice from bank of recovery agent. Very frustrated from hlf service i received this time. Informing you i'm lodging the police complaint as well as filing the case on court.

Sir, i want to state that i had become gaurantor in above said commercial vehicle loan willfully, however, due to some unavoidable circumstances and some official problem i want to withdraw my gaurantee from the said loan. Sir i am working in delhi district courts as a judicial assistant, wherein some official problems have been made for me and it will be very difficult for me to continue as a gaurantor in the said loan.
Sir, it is further to submit that the loan holder sh. Manoj, can provide an other gaurantor for the said loan or also can make other formalities as per your wishes.

Please look into the matter regarding the over deduction of emi rs. 1620 / against your tenure nos of. 30 installments.. With it last emi deducted as on 02.01.2020 before the due date as on 05.01.2020 why... And again rs. 1620 / deducted as on 05.01.2020 repeated,,,
As per your loan statements 1 nos. Emi extra deducted, in this matter already complain in written at city centre office durgapur west bengal but till this time no any proper feedback from your side regarding this issue, so please look into the matter and return my extra deducted emi rs. 1620.

Sir, I take a Auto Loan in July 2018. But After that no Emi Amount deducted from my Account. My All emi deducted by cash in hand. After collection collection manager deposited that amt after one week. I have submitted my Rs 65k for Dp. But now i seen in Statement Rs 39811/- deposited for Dp. Rs 25 k is Vanish. So I want to close my Account but Bm of bhadrak odisha not corporate, Argument with us and Misbehave also. So what should i do, Pls Suggest. He said to directly contact with Headoffice.

This is regarding the false update made by the hinduja leyland finance. I have paid my 2-wheeler loan on time but still 1- missed payment showing in the latest cibil report. Please take corrective action on this. Tho wheeler account number is dhdldetw06926. I need loan statements as well. Please take neccessary action on this otherwise my cibil score is keep on decreasing i am not able to take loan from outside. Currently my wife is pregnant need to take loan from bank please help me.

My two wheeler loan completed repayment on 5th september 2019. I have requested to hinduja finance, alappuzha-688011 to isuue noc to my twowheeler in september 2019 and reminded subsequently several times. But they have informed me that it will come from your chennai office. Unfortunately till date i have not received the noc even after 3 months. Please take early action to issue the noc.
