[Resolved]  Hinduja Leyland Finance — Regarding denial of information from arrogant customer support and unavailability of official customer support handle from HLF

On 9th MAY 2022, I had a message from the Hinduja Leyland Finance company contact named "AX-HLFMSG" regarding there being an overdue due to pending payment of Rs 3325. They had asked to pay the amount immediately or else they will be procced for legal action. The message screenshot is attached below. They also provided a number to contact for queries. The phone number provided is [protected]. I immediately called the person and he said to forward the company message and contact him in the afternoon. I did the same but the person did not receive the call. I tried to contact them again the next day and also a week after that. The person did not receive my calls. Finally today on 23rd May I again called that person and he again said the same thing as to forward the message and call him afterward. I told him I have already done that.He became so arrogant and was not ready to give me the information I needed. He then said he's not in the office so call him afterwards and cut the call. After 15 minutes I called him again he said I am no the customer and he cannot keep answering the calls of everyone. I told him I have the customer ID and he cut the call. He didn't receive my call after that. I am trying to know what is the issue because I seriously don't want to lose the CIBIL score and I also checked all the previous payments which were done. I tried reaching their customer support numbers but all of them are not working. So I am complaining here because I am denied from knowing the reason for that threatening SMS from Hinduja Leyland Finance and not providing a humane customer support.
