Hinduja Leyland Finance — regarding no dues certificate

My name is mohit sharma s/o sh amar nath sharma v&po rajpur
Teh - palampur near sr - seconary school rajpur himachal pradesh

Booked a scooty (Jupiter red color) on 11th nov-2015 took a loan of rs-36000/-.
I have paid all the money within 2 years of span and was completed on jan-2018.
Still i have not received the no dues certificate, i have also visited kangra and provide the rc copy to one of your representative (Vishal bhardwaj) and he told me that your no due certificate will come to your address.
But 3 months already passed and i have not received any no due certificate.
Went to palampur office (Arla) but it always remain closed. What should i do?
