I manda mohan rao, taken auto fin. (Auto no. Ap 37 cd 4703) from hinduja leyland fin. Through bhimavaram branch, west godavari, andhra pradesh. Every month i am perfectly paying my emis in bhimavaram branch., as usual last (April) month i went to bhimavaram branch to pay my emi. At the time i have given my emi amount to collection executive mr. Manikanta kodandarama (Hsl 7469) and requested him to give my receipt as early as possible then he was agreed.in the mean time another person (One of the staff) name not known suddenly come with me and used abused words and unprliament language and try to beat me and through me away. I suddenly socked with his behavior. Why he behaved like that i dont konw. Is it the correct way to behave with the customers.in this circumstances how can i pay my next emi of may month in this branch. The staff of bhimavaram branch are not so good. They are not properly behaving with the customers. They are behaving like "roudies" pl do the justice in this regard. Contract no. Atvjbv00401,
