Dear sir, i mrs rekha ashish bhavsar purchased active on finance from your ahmadabad office on 7/12/2017 through cheque no 042201 issued from my bank account no [protected] indian bank naranpura branch of rs 3806 and at same time i also paid down payment of rs 6000 while taking loan your i have signed all loan agreement paper in your executive presence but while taking delivery the dealer m/s emerald honda vyas vadi forced me that as you don't have licence so the vehicle will be in your husband mr ashish g bhavasar as he has liance so the vehicle and rc book and other documents are in my husband name and loan agreement was signed and disbursed in my name and the ecs cheque and ecs form was dully signed in from my above bank account now since not a single ecs has hited in my above account nor there was any communication from your side and suddenly the branch gave me notice and thy came to my residence and took my active now when we visited your ahmadabad branch we faced very bad teratment no body was giving proper responce nor any person was ready to heare my problem just they forced me to pay rs 70, 000 cash and then only you will get your vehicle i asked for statement now body gave me saying that you will not get and you have no chose just only pay cash rs 70, 000 as your ecs is bounced but not a single ech has heated in my account i can submit my bank statement sir if i had 70, 000 cash then why i have to take loan from you i am just house wife??? Please give me reason i met mr kirit sharma m [protected] and mr bapu both where not using proper language and where talking very rudely may i know why they r talking in this language like gunda type is this the company policy to talk to there customer in such abuse manner please replay??? Now i am very much dissatisfied with the company and your employees so please let me what should i do in this matter??...

Hi sir I have taken a two wheeler loan on 5 th of March2018 from jaigon west bengal vespa showroom and my emi date was on every 5th of month and suddenly one day agent calls from siliguri and tells me he cheque is bounce and u need to come and pay but I have told him I have money in my account how it can be bounce from next he keeps calling me every day and ask for money how can I trust that guy and he keeps calling and irrating us it's a...

Of finance holder: eskohr00328 date of loan : 29/04/2015 loan amount : 3, 90, 000/- problem details: as per consumer he does not have any finance in hinduja finance and someone (Kinicor chakraborti) has taken loan from company but company has mentioned his name (Chandan) as granter and he does not even know the finance holder, and company is blaming him as a defaulter, so he wants to complaint regarding this

Every month i am perfectly paying my emis in bhimavaram branch., as usual last (April) month i went to bhimavaram branch to pay my emi. At the time i have given my emi amount to collection executive mr. Manikanta kodandarama (Hsl 7469) and requested him to give my receipt as early as possible then...

Dear sir,
I took my activa 125 in installment. From first your office people in bbsr. They told our ecs not active please pay in cash everymonth. Your office guy came and collect emi every month. By your guy foult, they use to come as theire own.time. after all now your company saying you have late payment due.. after my loan got over and my load emi finished in april. That time they said.everything cleare but after one month they call.me and saying you have 3000 due as late payment.
How this.people.making fool to us
They just demanding, if we pay that amount after that they give my noc

I finance my bike with hinduja leyland and it has 24 installment on my mother's syndicate bank account via ecs.
I paid all of my installment on right time,
But only one installment late because of bank's fault,
That day bank server has down and the installment of that month couldn't done
But the bank has feel guilty and they gave me a written statement with bank stamp that yesterday bank server has down and that's a bank fault not a customer's fault.
After that the finance company send a guy to my home and collect the installment via cash then he ask me to pay more 400 rupees of penalty for not paying installment via ecs, but i gave him a xerox of that bank statement and then he was gone,
Now my all installment was completed.
When i was go to hinduja leyland office for noc certificate they ask me to pay 1300 rupess,

400 rupees penalty and 900 rupees interest on penalty
Now you tell me that what do i do for this injustice

I had purchased honda activa from honda showroom and paid some amount at the time of purchase. Rest of the amount was financed by the Hinduja Leyland Finance. On 5th of every month, installment cuts from my account.in one month, due to the company's server error, installment did not cut even i have that much amount in my account. Due to which my cibil score reduced day by day. Hinduja Leyland Finance's agent come to our house and took the payment in cash. We had paid all the installments on time. Even though they showed 5-7 installments due in my cibil score report due to which my cibil score spoils and i am not getting even a personal loan from any bank due to my bad cibil score which is not my fault. Now they message me and call me to pay the rest of the installments. I have all documents like bank statements to show.

This is for your kind information that i purchased a honda activa scooters dl 14se0166 through your finance co. Hinduja leyland finance vide contract no. Dldlpvtw00216. All the stallement have been paid as per issued schedule letter, thereafter an noc was issued by the hinduja layland finance on 18.11.2016 but you have not updated this noc on cibil so far, which causing my low cibil score. You therefore to update the noc at cibil.

I have paid all the money within 2 years of span and was completed on jan-2018.
Still i have not received the no dues certificate, i have also visited kangra and provide the rc copy to one of your representative (Vishal bhardwaj) and he told me that your no due certificate will come to your address.
But 3 months already passed and i have not received any no due certificate.
Went to palampur office (Arla) but it always remain closed. What should i do?

I have buy a yamaha farcino scoter through hinduja finance on[protected].
My contract no is: klpaoptw00672/ hinduja finance, palakkad.
There was standing istruction to collect emi every month from my bank of baroda sb account.

Out of 6 emi there was two time the cheque was bounced and the same month i have paid the amount by cash. Upto now all my payments are accurate and no emi are pending.

The problem is since january hinduja finance presenting cheque on same month sevaral time and collecting emi 1st date of the month and again two three time presenting cheque. Am keeping only one month emi amount (1989 rs) on my account ones it is collected again hinduja finance presenting cheque on same month. Due to this my bank and hinduja finance also collecting penalty amount.

So far around 6 times additional cheque was presented by hinduja finance.
As a customer i lost my amount unnecsarrily.

Please repay my money and please do the needfull.

Monthly emi is 2500 i have paid all emi but only one emi is pending due to low balance in account. I also contact many times to your chennai corporate office but nobody collect that emi and also it is not deduct from my account, even their is no contact person in agency from where i purchased my bike. And not responded receiver manager, customer vehicle [cc charges]up to[protected] but not give the online receipt, and receiver agents not fall up emi, and not ask manager [customer emi pay online bills].
