Hinduja Leyland Finance — two wheeler loan. no response for 1 year to provide final settlement statement.

Dear sir/madam,

I have a two wheeler loan with you. The loan duration was 24 months started on 25/05/2015 and ended on 05/05/2017. I agree that, couple of emi's was bounced as some aqb was debited by the bank on my account. But in 2016, december i went to meet hindhuja finance executive in a yamaha showroom at ottapalam (Palakkad district) and asked him to give me the settlement amount and also told him that, i will be settling the entire amount on the same day itself. He told me that he need to request company for the settlement amount. But didnt have any response for a week nor he called me back. Later the following week i visited him again for the same reason and the response was the same. I waited for them to reply and it continued for a year. During this period they didn't even call me nor my guarantor.

Later in month of december 2017 they called me and told to me to pay 12000/- so that they can settle and provide me the noc. I did not pay that amount as it was already end of the month and they are calling me after i year. Now this month they need me to pay 23000 /-
