I am writing to you with regards my commercial vehicle loan account mentioned above. From a review of my bureau report, i notice that the captioned account is reported with a written-off status in my report. This appears to be hindering my ability to raise fresh credit. I now want to clean-up my records and i am willing to pay the amount due to convert this account from a written-off status to a closed/null status. Please confirm the amount that i need to repay to obtain a closed/null status in my report, so that i may become loan eligible in the future.

My name Suraj Singh. I took ah two wheeler loan from hinduja which I have cleared it in 2016 and I have cleared my OD's in 2016. But until now I have not got my N.O.C. My vehicle no is TS07ET1810. I have already applied it for two times but i have not got it yet. so please kindly do the needfull ASAP. As I have called one of your employee named but he said that he left the job. But when the time of payment he said to handover my NOC at my door steps and that too in 45 day.. so please kindly look into it. It is almost 2yrs passed

This complain is against Hinduja finance(Kolkata Branch). foreclosed my loan I purchased two wheeler vehicle on DEC 2015. I Finished My Two Wheeler Loan on November 2017. But still i will not received Loan Clearance letter or NOC Letter. please go through that. They are not response my phone call. Every time said We are not know clearly..please take action to give me a clearance certificate and close my account...

This complain is against hinduja finance. I purchased two wheeler vehicle activah 3g on july 2016. My contract no. Is uplnlttw01230. Only first instalment (2205 rs.) is timely withdrawn on time but 2nd instalment to yet no any emi taken by your bank on time. I don't know why is it? I have not responsible for giving any extra charges because i fill one month advance instalment money in my bank account. I called your agent per month after emi due date when not came any withdrawl massege by bank & pay to your agent emi-2205 rs. Per month. Today i called your bank in lko. He say that some panalty is here on my account but it is your mistake. Please contact me on my ph. No. [protected].

I can surely say that why hinduja doesn't deserve to be the best finance firms available in the market. Thats all because of pathetic customer service.. I mean guys are so unprofessional and irresponsible that everytime i called or contact they come up with a new excuse everyday.. Talking about my case. I had a two wheeler loan with hinduja which is the biggest mistake of my life i had a settlement of my loan at an agreed amount from your agent (Raghav, noida office) he collected the amount and said ur noc will be issued after 15 days. Seems okay but i said please give me closing /settlement letter. Its been more than 25 days since i didnt got evn closing letter or noc. He is not picking up my call and constantly cut my calls and say i will send it today, tommorrow. I dont know why you guys are delaying your customers even after paying. I dnt have a single proof that my account has been closed/ settled. I also contacted pooja and dhruv but there is no sense of relief to my problem. I am sure the higher authorities are not aware of the pathetic services these guys are giving. M really frustrated with you guys and tired of contacting you daily and i"ll make sure that this case is being highlighted to higher authorities (Consumer court) if my problem persist. This is to inform you that my cibil score report is showing wrong currently due to mistake by your employee (Hinduja leyland finance). You had been given me two wheeler vehicle loan customer code uptw000191 & contract number uplnlutw00103. The mistake not to be towards my side. I have always maintain my bank account (Pnb a/c no. - [protected]) for each emi.
There is one emi was delay by your employee (Hinduja leyland finance) void cheque no. 266400 dated on[protected], but cheque was not put by you (Hinduja finance) on the due date delayed by yourself and cheque cleared on dated[protected].

I have received noc by your employee on dated 17th july 2014, but loan statement report given by you showing loan closed on dated[protected]. Very important thing is my cibil report showing still balance.

Kindly to request you to check my enclosure document thoroughly and take action as needed and also rectify my cibil information.

I had a loan with hinduja layland finance on 2 wheeler, i gave all my cheques for my emi option, they updated my name in their record wrongly due to which bank rejected my emi, the agents came to my location for monthly to collect the loan amount. They updated in their record that i payed the load delay due to which they give me penalty, i paid that amount too, now they are doing delay to close my account and to provide my noc certificates. My loan account : apkrkjtw00069. Due to which i am loosing day to day cibil score.

Request you to check and help to get it resolve asap.

I had taken a mortgage loan against my property from hinduja leyland finance ltd, because of some adverse conditions i could not repay the loan amount installments in time. The company has served me notice under section 13 (2). I am ready to give the possession of my property to the financiers and i have requested them to provide me the copy of agreement but instead of making various requests verbally and written, the company is not providing me the copy of loan agreement.
Instead of providing the required documents they repeatedly threatening me for legal action.
You are requested to look into the matter and take the necessary action.

This is to inform you that, i have applied a car loan to your company on january 2018.
I am grateful to you for sanctioned my car loan application. My loan account no./contract no. Eskokosv00083.

This information has been given me by dealer. They have said, you have sanctioned the loan and also given the loan amount to car dealers. But unfortunately, car dealer has not yet to delivered me the car.in this circumstances, you have sent a first emi cheque to my bank for a payment.

Unexpectedly i did not receive any written communication from your side. So, my humble request to you, please send me the loan details/welcome letter along with emi schedule (Breakup of emi principal amount & interest amount) at my e-mail id.

In this regards, i would request to you, kindly make the necessary arrangements for provide the loan details as early as possible.

I have a two wheeler loan with you. The loan duration was 24 months started on 25/05/2015 and ended on 05/05/2017. I agree that, couple of emi's was bounced as some aqb was debited by the bank on my account. But in 2016, december i went to meet hindhuja finance executive in a yamaha showroom at ottapalam (Palakkad district) and asked him to give me the settlement amount and also told him that, i will be settling...

My loan no aphzhttw02506, every 5 ecs will debit from my account, last month 5 january 2018 ecs wasn't debited from my account due to technical reasons as mentioned by hinduja finance executive on collection on that due amount, whch i paid on january last week, my complaint is after collecting due pending amount with penalty, the very next 2 days on feb 1 and feb 5 they represented ecs again, without any intimation, how can anyone pay 3 months ecs on 1 month, to told this issue i called mr nagar[protected] of hinduja finance he is never picking of my call, please take a action on my complaint asap

I had taken scooty loan on jan 2017 from hinduja leyland bearing contract no-orbebmtwo1209. I had clear all emi still in my account ach hitting 6 time in one month. My tenure had been completed on 5 jan 2018. Due to bouncing of cheque i paid 3000 for bounce charge from my saving account. My cibil track record is running bad. Due to this i am not getting any loan from other bank. Kind take necessary action and do needful other wise i will hang and die.
