Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — amount deducted from my account while booking hp gas cylinder but order not placed.

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 645472, registered mobile number [protected] to i changed it to [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder on 24th september 2019 at 10.48 am.

During this process rs. 581amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas android app directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my google pay after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.
Today i went to the gas agency but they said that they haven't received any request.
