Dear sir, In the Company owned/company operated Petrol Pump at Dehu Gaon, Pune. the staff deployed there are cheaters, thieves and fraudsters. They distract the customers and never show the 0 (zero) before delivery of petrol in fuel tank. I had asked for Petrol of Rs. 300.00 and the person before me had taken petrol of Rs. 100.00, even I was keeping an eye on the meter, they distracted me so that I could not see the meter and in the meantime they poured petrol showing to be Rs. 300.00 but actually they delivered petrol of Rs. 200.00. straight away I lost Rs. 100.00. this might be a petty amount. But imagine how many people they would be cheating and looting. The petrol pump does not have a complaint register to register any sorts of complaint. It is very common in Petrol pumps, but in HP petrol pump it was my first experience. this the complaint of mine would be taken seriously and give a proper resolution to it in the interest of the nation and the public. The staff is adamant and start abusing when you show your discontent and disatisfaction. Hope

In this connection, I have made a phone call to my nearest HP Gas Dealer. The result is " they have delivered the same to my home within 15/16 days due to short supply. hello, Iam M.Dhanunjaya Reddy, running a quarry at Palasa in Srikakulam dist.Andhra Pradesh.I require a diesel consumption of about nearly 600-800 litres per day.I have been buying diesel from the near by filling station named Jayalakshmi Filling Station in Palasa.My mission started giving constant troubles, i was wondering why were the missions going diseased constantly.I came to know that the diesel we were filling is adultered.I ask you to look into this regard and take neccesary action to restrict adulteration. It has come to light that the subject dealer is collecting un-authorized Fee from Rs: 250/- to 2500/- with out issue of any sort of receipt in Amendment of any Consumers Surname and adjoining of ADAAR number in consumers account. The Dealer's Manager / Clerk Mr Srinivas is also threatening / Black mailing to consumers that if amount not paid then GAS supply will be discontinued. Hence, the Authority is requested to kindly stop such sort of malpractice, as our Visakhapatnam District Collector has recently issued media notice to the public, that no consumer is to pay any sort of fee for adding of ADAAR number. It will be highly appreciated if the Dealer will be cautioned and Mr Srinivas to be removed from that Dealer Ship office, as he is the main corrupt for this complete racket. Best REgards CONSUMER

I want to transfer my gas connection from one to another gas agency as my address is changed. Old gas agency name is Annapurna gas agency in vasai west, Thane. My C. No. is 623786.
For transfer, i am submitting all the papers including Notarized house agreement, in new gas agency (Geetanjali gas services) in vasai east. They refused to transfer, asking extra, unnecessary document with is not compulsory and also which is not mention in HP-web site for transferring the connection.
i called customer care[protected] in HP. The papers witch i am submitting is more then enough, he conformed.
In last 1 week i approached many time but they refused with rude behavior.

Please solve my problem.

I am Kiran Kople (Consumer id : 657172). Since I was out of town hence couldn't book cylinder for 6 months and now when I tried, came to know that my account has been blocked. The agency people are charging me fees for unblocking the account. Please specify as per HP Gas guidelines whether I need to pay the amount and if yes then how much? As I fil to find any information related to this anywhere. Thanks!!

my consumer no-609733, We are having gas cylinder connection of H.P. Gas Agency(address-joy trading company, 249/b, g.t.road, liluah, howrah, pin-711204). We booked the gas cylinder before 4-5 days. But still not recived. Very worst service they providing nowadays. Even they not responding to our phone calls also properly & speaking arrogantly... Need to take timely actions on them to avoid further delay.

my consumer no is 600137 at khullar gas agency, paschim vihar, new delhi. i recieved an intimation on our family phone number [protected] that my gas has been booked vide booking number 267873 on 19/27 august 2014. please note that i have NOT booked any gas as mentioned above & this seems to be a mistaken booking, so it may thus be cancelled immidiately. my registered phone no is also [protected]. Kindly cancel this booking, which has not been done by us & inform by sms or otherwise on any of my two above mentioned numbers. Please note that no cylinder has been recieved nor is required by me at present moment as the earlier cylinder still has some gas & is very much in use. I booked a complaint with HP and I now want to track it's status. Will anybody tell me how to track the status of a complaint made with HP? Whenever I click on HP's Complaint Tracking icon, it takes me to a page named 'complaint search' that just shows my complaint, with NO PROVISION to show the STATUS of my complaint. I feel HP is intentionally fooling us.

Dear Sir, Delivery boys demand Rs.28 extra i.e Rs 422 gas charges they demand round figure Rs.450. Every time they ask if you give 422 then what is in it for me sir give me Rs.450. My request is either to increase the delivery charges inclusive or ask your delivery boys to stop such demand. HPCL can increase the amount by another Rs.50 but it should be accountable. Dear Sir, 1. Since yesterday morning my new gas cylinder was leaking. I have called my agency GANDHI GAS AGENCY twice on their land line number[protected] at 10 AM and 12.30 PM but no body visited. Today being Sunday and I have visitors, I borrowed cylinder from my neighbour. 2. I have paid inspection amount on 03/07/2014 and till this date no body has visited my residence for inspection. On 25/07/2014I purchased petrol of Rs.200 from a HP petrol pump(Hindustan Gasoline) located in Puri district on the Puri-Konark marine drive(near balighat) road, Odisha. The staffs of the concerned pump are diluting the petrol with other low quality oils to earn more money by unfair means. Just after filling oil my bike engine gave starting problem. Today many other local people also complained the same and lodged an FIR in the nearest police station and the concerned pump remained closed by the public. This news was displayed in the media channel, All these matters are really not expected from the HP company. I pour diesel in our vehicle worth rs. 2400 which cash memo no. Is 8117 on dated 08/07/2014they charged me twice rs. 2400 from my credit card & told that mistakenly the card swipe twice. & rs. 2400 will be refunded in to 2 days. I confirm from my bank that 2400/- rs. Has been charge twice. The amount is not refund till today.The service staff was very arrogant while i was asking for my refund or a note. They did fight with me. I called at given no. (There was a board on which the no. Was written for complaint), they told me that it happens many times due to problem in swiping machine. i am register a new connection on dt:23/09/2013 and that Registration Referance No. is :[protected].Also the same deposited my kyc norms before 2 months at jagannath agency, bhadrak, odisha.the distributor shows rule this time gas connection not available.

Hp petrol bunk which is at nandhini layout, bangalore as been fraud petro; filling for almost4-5 years and manager boraih alwasys doesn't take action against him if i complaint he makes those fraud employeers to take leave when i visit his bunk those guys first if you petrol for 150 he will first 50 then blady friend of his distracts and present meter go to 100 then he tells 150 rs over sir 50+50=100 not 50+100 and other side meter as some defect petrol when you are in queue he says to come at other side the meter is fake by 300ml when i filled for 1.2 litres it showed me 750 litres
