Yesterday at 11.00 Am 31st March 2014 I was had visited the HP petrol pump (AUTOMOBILE CENTER AT SANTACRUZ WEST, SV ROAD, MUMBAI) to fill diesel. I asked for 1500 rs diesel. I parked my car in from of empty diesel pump how ever I was asked to move to another pump which was in reverse even though the petrol pump was empty. I filling CNG at your Naroda (Nr. Sardar Patel Ring Road) CNG HP Pump, Ahmedabad from last 3 years. Today, one of your representative had misbehaved badly. This reference to the subject matter, we would like to know the system of delivery of Domestic LPG gas cylinder upto the door step.Most of the Gas agencies/ delivery boys are demanding every month 30-40-Rs extra, even though the delivery is 1km away from village/town.We have to go & get the delivery & paying the 30/Rs extra.Please note that, t door delivery is not provided by them.

The agency people are charging me fees for unblocking the account. Please specify as per HP Gas guidelines whether I need to pay the amount and if yes then how much? On 22.03.2014 the rate per ltr of petrol in the outlet is displayed as Rs. 79.94. I filled petrol for Rs.200, but i got only 2.5lts. That means internally they changed the software and charging Rs.80 per ltr. When i asked the concerned person they are talking very badly and asked me to complain to the company guys. This is the last time am going to HP outlets. Thanks for the service....
