I have been a HP gas consumer right from 1995 onwards am availing gas supply service from M/s.Ooty Gas, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, Tamilnadu. My HP gas number is 501557. It is one of endless ordeal to secure timely delivery of refilled gas cylinders from the above mentioned gas agency of Hindustan Petroleum. Nothing short of running a fiefdom, they do everything to frustrate the gas consumers. Few of their delivery men are highly impolite and discourteous. I had booked for refilled HP gas cylinder with the agency over my registered mobile phone on 20.05.2014 and in confirmation, I received a message on the same day from IA-HPGAS ([protected]) stating that my booking number is 256429. On 11.06.2014 at 10:07:54, I received a message from IA-HP-GAS ([protected]) stating "HP Gas Booking No, 256429 Subsidized Cash Memo 177874 Dt. 11.06.14 Rs.417.5. Refill will be delivered shortly...". Despite refilled gas cylinder NOT BEEN DELIVERED to me till the filing of this complaint, I get message in eloquent terms on 30.06.2014 at 09:37:56 stating that "HP gas refilled delivered on 28.06.14 vide Cash Memo No.17787.If not received, provide feedback on [protected]." I provided the feed back immediately in response, I received a message on First, July 2014 at 08:40:13 from IA-HPGAS ([protected]) stating "HP gas refill booking 259081 for Con 505557..." Thus, the fate of my earlier booking number 256429 on 20.05.2014 for refilled gas cylinder, has been meticulously misrepresented as if I have been delivered the refilled HP gas cylinder on 28.06.2014 itself, even though I have not been delivered any thing, much less a HP gas cylinder by M/s Ooty Gas, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, Tamilnadu. The gas agency at times had the audacity to call upon its customers to collect HP gas from their delivery vehicles which are parked away from the city limits and customers are frustrated to travel more than 10 kms. to collect their gas cylinders from the Agency's delivery vehicles and thus costing customers enormous hardships. Will the HP Ltd. extend its attention to this perennial problem with the Ooty Gas Agency, Udhagamandalam.The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu

    Sir I got permission to open petrol pump in the year 2010 but till date no work have been done. My sight is on NH 29 in the starting year they the approved the site but now a new RM have come and he is saying he can not approve it because some one given application against it. Sir if this was the case then they should have given it in a earlier stage now we have the NOC of DM but still he is not ready to listen any thing last 2 month he has kept the matter pending and not doing any thing on it and we go he keep us waiting for several hours. First RM Mr. Arun Garg he has given the approval on affidavit after doing all the inspection I have submitted 5 maps design for the pump in the normal course it is only one and now Mr. Praveen Mishra he is saying no sir after 3 years I have my some expection form the pump that my financial condition would stabalizsed. One person name Ashish he came to our place and said he will get all our pending work done he took our file and he was also asking for NOC but we didnt provide him but all the pump maps and some more papers he had lost our file and now he is not answering our call and he is in Dehra Doon. And Mr. Praveen was saying he will get CBI enquiry done on this case and on phone he says I am not in the city for 3 days but we came to know he is sitting in his ac chamber and when I called him he said " mujhe aap se baat nahi karni " and every day he is saying I need 10 days, 15 days, 1 week sir please help me out ever thing he is doing verbaley not even one thing is in written form and when I asked for my cancellation papers then he said he needs 15 days and sir he dont have any paper of my case every time he ask from me to give a copy of every thing sir please please help me out.

      Diamond Auto Service at Chembur Naka, Mumbai has cheated me while filling the fuel. I have asked for 15 litter fuel and the operator informed that by mistake he has filled 19.36 and charged Rs 1550 from me on June 17 2014 8:10 am. Due to suspect, I have rechecked filling another 19 litter on Jun 22, 2014 from another HPCL pump which has showed much more quantity in the fuel gauge. Please help me to reclaim my money for the fuel, time and effort spared due to these frauds.Thanking you, Benoy George

      I have not received any updates from HP. I have tried filling the complaints on the online form which is no longer working...

      I have prepared much required evidences with photographs, receipts and charge

      against these daylight frauds.

          I have the gas connection from Marvel Gas Agency Gulabh Colony Indore and my residence is 6ks away from the agence ( Casagreen Row House, Talawali chanda, Indore. For the past one year this agency is not delivering my gas refil at my place of residence so far saying that they do not have much connections in that area.

            I am the registered Customer of Hindustan Petroleum Gas services Consumer no.636099 through Dealer M/s. Anjani Gas Services, Murbad, Dist. Thane. from the day one facing the problem of Contact Number /Phone number in relation of any emergency.

            Today my family faced once horrible situation when the Supply pipe suddenly broken and lead to heavy leakage of GAS. at the same time we have contacted all contact numbers mention on Pass Book and other registration papers, but failed to connect any one of them. Finally I have to sent one person to Dealer office and then they called their so called emergency number boy..the boy came after 1/2 hrs and then my person bring him to accident place.

            Is this the service providers of Well own global company like HP? by my fortune and thanks to GOD that there was no major accident happen.

            But the position like this will lead to major accident.

              My HP gas consumer number is 605956 in the name of Debasish Paul. Without any gas booking being done I received an sms saying refill booking no288833 done on 2.6.2014. Subsequently on 4.06.2014 I received an sms saying refill delivered. Whereas I have neither booked nor received delivery of the same. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Please look into the matter.

                SHAH CHARAG GAS Agency in Jammu (Jammu & Kashmir) a habitual offender.
                Myself Iqvinder Pal Singh is your customer with Consumer No-601646 with above said Gas agency in Jammu but their service is poorest of poorest with customer waiting for their refills without any hope
                I have booked a refill through online HP Anytime booking on 1St of May 2014 with booking no-200669 still till date no refill is provided yet booking afterward in Agency, but they didnot entertian any request and even don't pick up phone

                They are habitual in offending the customers reasons best known to them whether they indulges in any malpractice or not

                  The Land Lease Agreement of TKD Sawantwadi with HPCL has expired on[protected] and Seven 07 years Seven 07 months have passed till date but the said land has not yet been De-Leased and also the Land Rent for the said period also has not been paid till date.

                  The said Site was visited by your HPCL-Vasco Officers in the year 2013, as well as Land Valuer Mr. Gupta was also deputed TWICE to Sawantwadi TKD Site for preparation of Valuation Report of the ASSETS available and other details of Site in the years 2012 and 2013 respectively.

                  WHY is the delay in DE-LEASING the Sawantwadi TKD Land and releasing the payments of ARREARS OF LAND RENT TILL DATE with 9% INTEREST?

                  WHAT is the DEADLINE DATE for DE-LEASING Sawantwadi TKD LAND and LAND RENT ARREARS payments with 9% INTEREST?

                  I expect that this matter should be resolved on WAR-FOOTING basis and finalised before 30th JUNE-2014. Otherwise it will taken as/considered that HPCL has NO-CLAIM/INTEREST of any sort and has AUTOMATICALLY surrendered the said property to the Landowner on closing of working hours on 30th JUNE-2014 for above given reasons of delay of De-leasing TKD Sawantwadi Land on[protected] and non-payment of Land Rent with Simple Interest of 9% from the said period till date.

                    Sir, Whenever i am filling PETROL in CEMA AGENCIES, PERUMANALLUR, I used to found the quantity is low !! And thereby i had to check once by filling petrol by a CAN of known quantity. There i found that the quantity of petrol for the given money is less and i had asked about this to manager. He is not responded well and said people all other are not asking about this and why you making noise here like that !! Also he said this and all are usual and don't ask me !! I[censored] dare report it to the head office like that !! so please took serious action by check this issue in personnel and clarify with this. Many of the people having this problem of contacting you but they don't know how to do !!                       Sir,
                      my HP Gas connection number is 545555, and my distributor is Mainpuri Gas service district Mainpuri Uttar Pradesh, Sir I have not booking any refills since 11/2012, due to transfer of another place, but some body still booking
                      and recieved gas on my connection . You are requested to please immediatly stop this practice

                        I went to the above mentioned Service Station to have Petrol filled in my car for Rs. 1000, however the attendant at this Service Station filled LESSER amount of Petrol than the Rs. 1000 I had paid for. They ask you to take your car further ahead of the Meter so that you cannot clearly see the Meter and after showing you the starting 00:00, however they do not let you see the final amount of Petrol filled in the car, instead they quickly turn the meter back to the starting 00:00 before you can verify the amount of Petrol that has been filled up. Since I know the mark of Petrol on the Meter in my car every time I refill Petrol for this same amount, clearly this time the Meter needle fell short of that mark, confirming that the above said Petrol Service Station is cheating on Petrol distribution. Such Service Stations should not be allowed to function and their license should be revoked. Hoping that strong action will be taken.

                          Hi. We had booked a cylinder refill and got it devlivered. On delivery we checked the seal and it was in proper condition. We made the payment and the delivery boy left. After that when we connected the regulator there was gas leaking from the cylinder. Does the HP company or the dealer not check the cylinder before making the delivery? If any incident would have happened then what??

                              iam 80 years old and i got hpc connection 42873 east godavari district, andhra pradesh with sri prasad gas company, during aadhar linkup i submitted all relavent papers to the hpc dealer but subsidy amount is not transfering to my a/c right from the begining(april 2013) till now. being a old I could not able to move hpc to bank and bank to hpc both of them were answering carelessly, kindly do the needful, iam not in a position to approach further to them, (approximately 30 times i approached them, i contacted the help line but they misguiding me, once they are asking to contact hpc next day they guide to bank.; kindly do the needful, iam very poor. regards p.perayya, [protected]

Now it is my turn but again company employee give petrol to Honda Sine Bike how came after me and was not in que but stand beside me(Please watch C C TV Footage).

                                    Yesterday at 11.00 Am 31st March 2014 I was had visited the HP petrol pump (AUTOMOBILE CENTER AT SANTACRUZ WEST, SV ROAD, MUMBAI) to fill diesel. I asked for 1500 rs diesel. I parked my car in from of empty diesel pump how ever I was asked to move to another pump which was in reverse even though the petrol pump was empty. Up showing '0' on meter I asked the attendant to fill the diesel. However when he started the rupee count directly started from 200 instead of '0'. Upon raising an alarm the attendant continued pumping. I asked to stop pumping and asked him to call the manager. The manager was not available to meet and hence I had to call police. A police complaint regarding the same has been filed with santacruz police station. I have lived in this area for 30 years and this is the second time the same thing happened at this pump. The first time around 15 days back I let it go thinking I might have made mistake but this time I noticed it clearly. After making police complaint the meter was reset to '0' by the attendant even though I told him to keep the meter as it till police arrive. Not only that they started making adjustment to the pump itself of which I have taken video. I request you to take action against the said petrol pump failing which I have to go to costumer court with all the evidence I have.

                                      I filling CNG at your Naroda (Nr. Sardar Patel Ring Road) CNG HP Pump, Ahmedabad from last 3 years. Today, one of your representative had misbehaved badly. In centre of your pump after filling the gas, there was no movement available for car to take out & in the middle of the pump, autorikshaw was parked & driver was washing the same vehicle. Your employee Mr. Satish had misbehaved & said that you can change your rout & go. Dont speak too much. He also added, that I am the boss here. I visited your CNG pump main office & informed Mr. Makwana who was incharge. In front of them, they denied such incident happened. Fortunately I am having voice record of the case & I will put it up further as an evidance. Treat them & ask them to obey with customers as we expect good manners & system at HP CNG Stations.
