My name is Kailash S Vyas. I am a HP gas consumer vide membership number is 636395. Distributor name is Vasai Gas Services at Opp Virar (west) railway station, Dist Thane, Maharastra. I booked a cylinder on 2nd Jan 2014 and I on 9th Jan 2014 got a message from HPDBTL on my mobile that Transfer of Advance LPG subsidy Rs 435.00 failed with your account in Bank of India however I want to mention that I do not have any account in Bank of India. While applying for Aadhar card I have given my Aadhar card No. at my ICICI bank & is updated in my bank.for so you suggest me how i will get that amount. Advice me accordingly.     I kalarani Bearing Consumer No.609166 of gas agency Vanastali Gas Services (vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad) is unable to get reimbursement of Gas Subsidy for last 3 refill cylinders. Since last 3 months I am continuously taking up the matter with HPCL official complaint Site with complaint No.13109093 but didn't get any solution for the matter. Hope we find a solution by this complaint.

    I Nagaraj N Nyamati consumer No.608139 Abhishek Gas Agencies Dealer No.14643200 BEML Layout 5th Stage, RR Nagar, Bangalaore.Su bsidy is yet to be credit ed to my SB account given to Branch and our Gas Agencies. When I enquired gas agencies they replied you are getting some problem is there. Please take by appropriate authorities.

      I booked a refill cylinder on09/12/2013, the details are given below, HP Order No:[protected], dt. 09/12/2013 Booking No: - 397701, 09/12/2013, Cash Memo No: -151719 dt 11/12/2013 delivery:- 12/12/2013 Although your delivery history shows that the gas cylinder has been delivered to me, in practice it has been given to some body else. When complained to the dealer I did not get proper treatment, though he delivered one gas cylinder. However, this delivery is shown as additional delivery as result I have lost one subsidized gas cylinder, which was delivered to some one else & not to me.         Hi sir, I had applied for a new hp gas connection at Trupti Enterprises, KRpuram, Bangalore on 16 nov 2013, and had submitted all the necessary documents. They had asked me to come after one month, and had provided me a registration slip. I went after a month, I.e. on 16 Dec 2013, to which the distributor gave me a mobile number of Mr. Sadanand ([protected]) and asked me to contact him for delivery of cylinder. Since that day to today I.e. 4 Jan 2014, I call him everyday, and he asks me to call the next day. Whenever I ask him, how many more months it will take, he answers saying he does not know. Now I am stranded and dont have any idea, if I am going to receive a connection or not. Can you please advise me what shall I do next? Do I need to pay some brobe? If yes, how much?           As per received details of respect HP Gas dealer of Pawan Gas Service Aurangabad for they said your Gas consumer no 729491 is blocked because you use to multi gas connection. So I mention you, Yes I was use multi gas connection in my name, But last 2 month I am already transfer One Bharat Gas Consumer No. 38064 is transfered to My Brother Mr. Pradeepsing Fakirasing Pardeshi(Parihar) .
          I am already provide the transfer document to respect your HP Gas dealer to Pawan Gas Service Aurangabad. So I am request to you Please Unblock My Gas consumer no 729491.

            Dear Sir, It is to submit that the gas delivery system of HP gas dealer namely Jay & Kay Gas Company, Baghi Ali Mardan Khan, Nowshahra, Srinagar, Kashmir is extremely poor. It takes around 20 days to get a gas cylinder after booking date from the said dealer which is very problematic in winter conditions of Kashmir. The consumers have to suffer a lot from time to time due to miss management and carelessness of company. It is therefore requested to kindly take some stern action against the dealer so that the common people/consumers may get some relief and do not suffer alot.

I HAVE VISITED TO GONDIA 3 TIMES, BUT THEY TOLD ME WE HAVE NO CYLINDER TO GIVE YOU. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM WITH PHONE & THEY TOLD ME WE NOT GIVE YOU GAS.
              I AM A 62 YEAR OLD MAN, NOW I AM IN VERY TROUBLE DUE TO LPG.

I booked a gas cylinder and serviceman charged full amount while it is my 9th cylinder in this year from April 2013 to present. 9th cylinder is subsidized cylinder but serviceman is not ready to accept this thing. According to him it was non-subsidized cylinder. Please send me delivery detail of my gas cylinders from April 2013 to present. I need to check where is fault actually. Looking for your kind reply.

                    HP Gas Amar Gas Agency Mohali — NON Delivery of gas even after 51 days

                    I am a 65 yrs old bed ridden lady with 80% lungs failure. My gas agency is harrassing me because they feel I will have no hearing........I booked my gas on 28th Jan (after 21 days of delivery of last cylinder) and they say won't get another one before 28th Feb...51 days after last cylinder!!!

                    How will an old ailing lady survive without cooking gas....PLEASE HELP ME!!

                      Recently, I had some problem on right knob of my Prestige Gas Stove (2 Burner) . As it was out of warranty, I have informed by HP Ashirwad distributor @ Thane (W). Without any delay the repair man with HPCL uniform came. After checking, he advised us to replace the valves as gas was leaking. Considering the safety of my family, I immediately asked him to replace and charged Rs.565/- and gave me a bill of Ashirwad Distributor. Out of this Rs.565 he has charged Rs.360 for changing Gas Cock i.e. Rs.180 per number.It took only 15 minutes to complete the work of such replacement. He took out this 2 Valves or Gas Cock from a plastic packet with no Brand. Seems to be some unbranded local product. I have written immediatly to HPCL web portal. A person from my Distributor contacted me and ask whether I have complained against them. I explained, it is not a complaint but as a consumer I want to know whether cost of such Gas Cock is Rs.180 each as I felt that this parts is highly overpriced. The Ashirwad fellow told that he can show me the chart (which never was shown to me). Again, HPCL people wrote that for rate I have to check with Distributor. This is purely an engineering part and crucial from safety point of view of every gas stove. But it seems that HPCL is ignorant on this issue and neither controlling this spare parts issues nor its price or even quality. I wrote to HPCL and suggested to look into the matter seriously and supply of such important spares to distributors @ affordable rates which is important from safety point of view. I am waiting for HPCL response on this.

                      HPCL — SUBSIDY

                      Dear, I have booked my cylinder online on 12.10.13. I got my cylinder on 01.11.2013. They took Rs. 1030.00 & told your subsidy get credited in bank within 8 days. but till date i don't received subsidy. Within how much days I will get subsidy & what will be the amount
                      I also faced same issue recently, they took 1365 Rs for 3 valves. I also inquired like you with gas agency but they did not show me any chart. I asked for distribution of price, mechanic called and told me about parts which he has not replaced + service charge. There should be transparency for what we are paying. how to validate now what he is saying is true and he has not cheated us?
                      Even i faced the similar issue.
                      Any action taken on the same ?

                        Be aware while refuelling - at M/s Kekan Petrol Junction, Yerwada, Pune I visited HP Petroleum Retail Outlet - M/s Kekan Petrol Junction, Yerwada, Pune on 14th Dec, 2013. I had asked for Petrol worth Rs. 2000/-, while my vehicle was being refuelled an attendant brought the debit card charge slip for Rs. 2000/- for my signature. By then the pump had dispensed Rs. 700/- worth of fuel, then attendant forced me to sit inside the car, but in the short time he came to me and told me that he has filled the petrol worth Rs. 2000/- suspecting foul play I asked me to show it on machine but attendant started the machine again showing Rs. 2000 on the display, I asked him to go back on reading which showed the staff filled Petrol for Rs. 1601.71/- only and stopped the pump, . As I insisted for printed bill, he gave me hand written bill the same was given to me confirming that Petrol for Rs. 1601.71/- was only filled; while card was swiped for Rs. 2000/-. When I complained about this to petrol pump owner he said to me “ jo karna hai karlo and jitna petrol dala hai who bhi nikal lenge gaadi me se and yaha se gaadi bhi nahi jaane denge” based on this I contacted police control room as well. Some of the customers told me that this has happened with them many a times and petrol pump owner is involved in this. Based on above incidence I request you to take a penal action against the Dealer as customers are being cheated and he is spoiling the trusted name of HPCL. Looking forward to hear from you soon!                           Dear Sir, I want to be purchase a Single Gas cylinder for home use. As per, i register online for purchasing a new gas connect ( one Cylinder). My Registration No is: [protected]. When i go to HP GAS dealer SINHA GAS AGENCY Add: SSLNT, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. They told me that i have to pay Rs4800.00 for New connection of Single Gas & you are compulsory to purchase gas stove from us. In HP GAS Online Website, they mention that refundable Deposits for single cylinder is Rs.1450, regulator @ Rs. 150.00. so why i pay RS.4800 for 1 cylinder & 1 Regulator. Please do needful in urgent basic.

                            Delivery boy asked for rs 50/- aap service charges
                            I gave rs 22/- . which I did not wanted to give because as far as I know they get salary for this service
                            Last time when I did not give delivery boy went and changed my address. This is a sort of black mail that if we don't pay they will harm us in such way .

                                  This is shyamal basak code 606278 to your customer, we booked gas in 18 nov 2013 and cash memo no 172945. Today 8/12/2013 on 12:07 hr a delivery van was come to give gas cylinder. They give me broken seal cylinder and force to us to take this unseal cylinder. We said him to change seal packed cylinder. After this happen they made worse behavior and force to taking unseal gas cylinder. This is no first time, in every time this type of event is done.
                                  Above is my mail for complain to hp gas.
                                  HP Gas agency randhanika in siliguri code 1962600 give us unseal packed cylinder in every time. when we said him to change this cylinder then delivery man turn to worse behavior to us. So we are not received gas in time.

                                    dear sir, i had booked for a refill by ivr on 27/11/13 .my consumer number is 623471. that day i was given a booking number as 211147 by ivr. the ivr is saying since 01/12/13 that all bookings done till 27th have been cleared.i have called up the agency at the no[protected] repeatedly since 01/11/13 for the status of delivery of the cylinder and they tell me everyday that today it will be delivered and it hasnt been delivered till now.what is more the subsidy amount has already been transfered into my account without me actually paying fot the cylinder. please look into it . it is a torture for us housewifes to be talkink to such uncommunicative gas agency people. please help. sincerely yours neelaxi khanna

                                      Today morning i have go to Kalas Petrol Pump on Alandi road near vishranthwadi Pune Maharashtra to fill the petrol of Rs.200 the petrol pump guy not showing zero as well as fill petrol of Rs.100 and shows Rs.200 and after talk about it he was sought on me your says your scooter petrol meter is not proper working after talking with head person he also says same thing my scooter is well condition they both cheated customers so please take right action against them as soon as possible. I hope You people take need full action. Thank You.
                                      ALARMING NEWS WAKE UP CONSUMERS ONE DAY YOU WILL BECAME VICTIM LIKE THIS

                                      COMPLAIN AGAINST PETROL PUMP BOY OF HP THEATER ROAD PETROL PUMP OF KOLKATA (OPPOSIT TO JIMMYS KITCHEN).

                                      IT SEEMS PETROL PUMP BOYS ARE BEING PRESSED BY PUMP MANAGERS TO CHANGE THE TORNED CURRENCY NOTE FROM THE CUSTOMER OF TWO WHEELRS .
                                      I AM VERY OLD CUSTOMER OF THIS PETROL PUMP.SINCE 2004. ITS GOOD AS FAR AS FUEL MEASUREMENT IS CONCERNED FOR BOTH OF MY VEHICLE CAR AND MOTORCYCLE .

                                      SEE TODAY WHAT HAPPENED. I PLANNED ON SUNDAY TO MOVE ON MY BIKE WITH MY KID. I TOOK 1000 RUPEES FROM SBI ATM ON THE WAY TO PARK CIRCUS CROSSING I PURCHASED PETROL FOR ONLY 100 RUPEES AND I WAS BUSY TAKING TO MY KID, AS I WAS ABOUT TO START MY BIKE, THE PETROL DELIVERY BOY COME TO ME OUT OF THE LINE AND TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN TORNED CURRENCY. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE CURRENCY NUMBER HE WAS SHOWING TO ME THAT WAS NOT MATCHING THE SERIEL NO OF NOTE '7QH'011734, TO 38 WHICH I DRAW FROM THE ATM . I COMPLAINED ALL THIS TO THE MANAGER, BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE PETROL PUMP BOY WAS UNDER THE PRESSURE OF THE MANAGEMENT TO DO SUCH PRACTICE TO CHANGE THE PASTED / TORNED CURRENCY NOTE FROM THE CUSTOMER WHO ARE TAKING LESS THAN TWO LITERS OF PETROL.
                                      I PAID TWO HUNDRED RUPEES FOR 100 RUPEES OF PETROL ...ITS RIDICULES.
                                      AS A HONEST SERVANT OF GOVT. OF INDIA. I DEFINITELY WILL RAISE THIS POINTOF ' 'HP RUPEES 100 INCIDENCE'' TO MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM WHO IS VERY MUCH CONCERNED TO SAVE THE USE OF FUEL, NOT SUCH MALPRACTICE MADE BY SOME REPUTED PETROL PUMP OWNER.

                                      ITS NOT THE MATTER OF 100 RUPEES ONLY, TOMORROW IT WILL BECOME A MATTER OF 1000 RUPEES AS THE BANKS ARE ALSO MAKING POLICIES NOT TO ACCEPT TORNED NOTE.
