unsealed gas cylinder delivery even after series of complainings

Consumer number:605495 in d name of Premshankar N Subject: unsealed, open gas cylinder delivery even after we complaining to concerned authorities of the company.. Dear sir, the gas delivery personnel of our gas company HP, is very rude and speaks nonsense wid my mom while delivering gas...we have already complained lot of times to d company but no stringent actions from dem...delivery guy says to pickmdesired gas cylinder from tjeir...

      respected sir,
      I am from vellore. I used to fill petrol 1 litre in hp petrol stations. petrol doesnot come for even 10 kms. for 1 litre bike gives 45-50kms. no problem with bike. the petrol suppliers just find some ways to less the quantity of petrol. this kind of fraud is happening so many times particularly in hp petrol stations ( stations near cmc (avana inn ), near darling residency). Kindly do the needful to stop this...so many people are cheated.

        Dear Sir, This is reference to my consumer no.607928 booked on 23rd Oct.'13 vide booking no. 231639 at Geetanjali Gas Agency, Vasai East- We are sorry to write that till date we have not received any cylinder. On the contrary during my personal visit to their office very rudely, had been replied that there is delay in supply from the company and its taking 20-25 days in supply. Outside agency by their delivery person I was told that In case we need on urgent basis then we need to pay Rs. 1000.00 to get immediate delivery?? I am surprised that why these kind o[censored]nethical practices are encouraged?? Is it taking over 20 days to supply of gas cylinder? If this is true then why other distributor of Nallasopara is supplying on time in 3-4 days time?? If this practice continues, can we transfer our cylinder to Bharat Gas Agency as their services in our aea is really appreciable. If so what we need to do?? An early reply is awaited??           My sister name is Komal, she was widow and died, at present my family using her gas connection from two year like single connection only( Deepam gas connection), but in this month hp gas dealer, (nagari, chittoor dist, AP.) not delivery because we are need the sub dairy details. how do give the bank account details. so i need the her changing and October month cylinder delivery also .

            Sub: Excess charges levied on LPG domestic cylinder of 14.2 kg weight. Ref: 1. HP Gas booking No 270367, 2. Subsidised cash memo No 163493/ dt 5.11. 2013 for Rs 1010.50 3. Aadhar No[protected] linked with my Consumer No 25483 with HP Gas Dealer NVR Gas Agency, Vizianagaram, AP and S.B A/c No [protected], State Bank of India, Fort Branch, Vizianagaram A.P Petroleum companies (viz HPCL, BPCL, Indane Gas) are depositing Rs. 435/- as direct cash benefit (DCB) immediately after booking the domestic LPG weighing 14.2 kgs to the consumers bank account, who have submitted their Aadhar No to the Gas Agency as well as Bank concerned. But the gas agency per se ( NVR Gas Agency, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh) has charged Rs 1, 010/- while delivering the gas cylinder to the consumer plus usual carry charges Rs 30/-. While the gas is available at Rs 406/- without registering Aadhar Number with the Gas Agency or Bank (The Supreme Court also delivered judgment - that Aadhar is not a mandatory for getting govt benefits), why the Gas Agency concerned is charging (Rs. 1010/- minus 435 = 575) about Rs 175/- more from the consumers. It is a matter of regret. Please take this as a complaint against the dealer as well as the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation.                 Whereas the price of subsidised gas cylinders is 439 rupees in Pune, the Deliverymen of this agency always create a scene demanding a forced mandatory reward. They never return the change and even after giving them rupees 450 they still demand more, which for the Diwali Season is 500 rupees a forced reward of 60 rupees. This change has come about recently and a Rajasthani Deliveryman wearing earrings harasses the consumers for money. As this agency caters to a large consumer base in the Bund Garden area of Pune I request concerned consumers to write to the Commissioner of Police Pune to take action against this menace. Hindustan Petroleum like all public sector undertakings in India must be plagued by scams and fraud and will not even bother to look into the concern of the consumers.

                  Dear Concern With regards to the above subject, we had booked a refill vide booking no 226664 on[protected] but the same was returned back due door lock wherein the same should have been cancelled, but we have received a message stating that the refill is delivered vide cash memo168342. Please note that we again reiterate that we have not received any refill till date. Need the company intervention at the earliest....

                  Myself Vishwanathan VP from Trichur District Kerala need to inform my grievance on non delivery of Gas LPG cylinder even after 60 days of registration confirmation from the distributor. The registration was done on 21/08/2013 vide registration number 257606 . Whilst Distributor M/s- Gas World- Chelakkara ( Thrissur District ) Kerala has many times given false statement about the supply confirmation has failed supply till date. Being a very essential item may request the officers to take necessary action against such dealers who does not keep commitment to the customer needs. My details are provided below.                     My consumer number is 606855 and my Distributor is MAHALAXMI GAS AGENCY DEVRUKH. I have booked refill booking vide No.207440 dt.15.10.13. Today I received message from HPDBTL that One time Advance LPG Subsidy Rs.435.00 successfully transferred to my bank account instead of Rs.562.87.                         Iam a hp gas holder with consumer number 630346(Ajith enterprises, hyderabad) i have updated my aadhar number in bank records last 3 months back but till now i didnt got my aadhar subsidy when i inquired about this issue in gas agency they are asking to update aadhar in bank records and i work for icici bank and the same has been updated in my bank account., and when i called customer care of toll free [protected] they said npci didnt confirmed your bank details and aadhar has not updated in bank account.And i asked after updating with ncpi it takes three months in mean time if i pay 3 times for gas will my 3 payments amount will get at the same time into my bank account the concerned executive said after aadhar gets enrolled from that time only amount will get credit and they are not even telling the time limit., this is not the proper way they respond and taking money from people and not paying them back is the worst thing., i request you to do the needful and provide my subsidy amount back into my account,

                        I am at worser situation than yours. NPCI linked my account even after 8 months of my registering it with ICICI bank and Indane Gas Agency. And just withing one month of linking, they put me as not veified customer and removed my linking. Overall lost two times subsidy and don't see any any resolution in near future.
                        Dear Sir/Mam, I am a hp domestic gas holder my consumer no:604057(Maharashtra gas depot) I have up dated my aadhar card no.I have consumed 5 cylinder gas from May 2013 to Jan.2014 .I also got two subsidy credited in my account one on 4th Jan. Rs.435 and on 9th Jan. Rs.795.37. On 29th Jan. I received a SMS informing 'your subsidy of Rs.435 has been rejected because of aadhar no.' I tried to call my agency no.42476911/12/13/14 no response. I checked with the bank their end every thing is clear but no new cr. Sir please look into the matter, also let me know what is the subsidy due if I have paid on 8/5/13 Rs.437.50, on 2/7/13 Rs.441, on 30/8/13 Rs.441 on 28/10/13 Rs.441 and on 7/1/14 Rs.1273. for each cylinder. What exactly is the amount I will be spending on each cylinder?

                        I inform you that I have received the subsidy of cash memo no. 131901 dt. 12/05/2015, but the above noted cash memo no. 93833 dt, 22/02/2015 has not been received subsidy by me.

                          Dear Sir, My name is Sanman Deshpande.I am from Whitefield, Bangalore . I have registered for new HP Gas connection on 27th June through the online portal. The request number was "[protected]". The distributor selected by me was Shakthi gas agency since all my neighbours were getting the cylinder from that agency. When I went to this agency for update they mentioned that I need to select another distributor "Sri ganesh gas agency" since they no longer provide new connection in my area. I tried changing the distributor information on the website but I was getting some "server exception"(technical issue with website) while changing the distributor name. I raised a online ticket to resolve this issue. The ticket numbers were[protected], 13049910. The HP support system directed me to the regional officer - Mr kumar for resolution. "Dear Sir, Kindly Contact A.Kumar Customer Service Cell BANGALORE LPG RO Telephone No[protected] 9am To 1:30PM 2PM To 5:30 PM" In the mean time I even went to "Sri ganesh gas agency" for a manual registration for new connection since I believed that the government website is not going to be fixed any time soon. I made a manual registration on 26/8 with waiting list number 4926. Initially Sri ganesh agency agreed to provide the connection in a week or two. But since then they are just trying to postpone the discussion and only provide a future date for the new connection. When I complaint to the regional officer about it he mentioned that the distribution agency does not have manual regulator to issue the connection. It seems that they only have electronic regulators. I even mentioned that I am ready to buy this electronic regulator if they are ready to provide me new connection immediately. It has been that I call both of them (HP Regional office and sri ganesh agency) almost everyday (if they pick up my phone) and ask for update and they dont have any update but to say that "yes sir, we will issue you new connection but it will take some more time". I know that the state of our government companies and their processes is terrible but when a regional officer cannot resolve this issue for so many weeks that I guess the problem is with the roots of the company. And the only sufferer are the consumers or new applicants. As a government owned company it is their duty to provide services to the people of the country (on time). In my complaint I want HPCL (Hp Gas) to : 1. Fix their non operational website once and for all OR permanently close the online registration process. 2. List the number of applications made since 27th June in bangalore and provide how many new connections have been released since then. This list should also include the manual registration made by the people since the website is not working efficiently. I need to know if they are purposely sidelining me and also need to know how many people are suffering because of their incompetent behavior. 3. Provide actual reason of delay and the stipulated time by when all the new connections for the people will be released. 4. Provide compensation in cash for the extra ordinary delay caused by the Gas company in releasing the new connection. 5. Perform periodic evaluation of the distributors and the regional offices and disqualify the distributorship of the agency if they are not able to satisfy the consumer demands/requirements on time. Let me know if my complaint is valid and whom should I approach to take it forward. Regards, Sanman.

                              I am PRIYANKA NANDKUMAR KADAM .My Uncle Mr. Deepak Govind Mohite had worked in Hindustan Petroleum Company but he has resigned in 16th April2012. and his P. F. id is M.H./1178-A/11902 he submitted all the documents required for PF Withdrawal However still now I didn’t received any information regarding the same.

                              He need it very urgently. Now hence please let me know how to overcome this and get his PF Money ASAP.

                                The Government of India have introduced an Aadhar Linked LPG supply scheme with a view to eliminating the malpractices by the Oil Manufacturing Companies (OMC) LPG Distributors in the matter of subsidies on LPG price. As at present, there is a hidden element of tax levy apart from giving a free hand to the OMCs and LPG Distributors in regulating the price structure including subsidy to the disadvantage of the consumer Before this month’s (October) price rise the position was as indicated below:- 1 The amount charged by the Gas Company viz., Indane, B.P, H.P etc. who are Public Sector Undertakings towards a Cylinder Gas under the new scheme 984.50 2 Subsidised price that was previously charged 444.50 3 Difference between i and ii (984.50 - 444.50) = 540.00 4 The subsidy amount being credited to the Bank account of the Consumer on booking under the Aadhar linked scheme = 513.53 5 The amount collected from the Consumer now additionally.(540 - 513.53) .26.47 The revised price for a cylinder of LPG from October 2013 is 1055.03 but the subsidy remains at 513.53. It will be clear that while crediting the subsidy direct to the consumers’ Bank account, VAT is being levied on the subsidy portion of the LPG price as well. This will come to 26.47. This collection of VAT on the amount of subsidy per cylinder at 5% is immoral and unethical. Subsidy is allowed not as part of a commercial transaction but as a concession to the large number of legitimate consumers. The VAT cannot be extracted from the consumer on the subsidy amount, whatever is the justification for doing so. The consumer is being allowed subsidy as a concession to help him to meet the price situation. The benevolent sovereign State cannot pass on the incidence of tax on items that necessarily attract concessions and help. In the new dispensation of the subsidy with reference to the price rise in respect of LPG, the unkind levy of VAT on subsidy element is unacceptable. This mismanagement of OMCs and LPG Distributors cannot be checked and rationalized by merely passing on the incidence of VAT ultimately to the Consumers. The State Government will have to step in and do away with the levy of VAT on the subsidy portion in the price of LPG. The Government should reassess the procedure and consider exemption of VAT on the subsidy portion in the LPG price in the DBT scheme. In other words is needed is to assess VAT on the net price excluding subsidy in the DBT scheme. This would really be a help to the vast majority of LPG consumers who form the bulk of the society. On an important aspect like this, the State Government cannot remain an onlooker to the emerging drama in exploiting the ordinary consumer to increase the tax- revenue. We cannot regulate issues like this mechanically in the urge of moping up of financial resources of the State. The Consumer is already reeling under the impact of all-round price rise of consumer goods. The common man’s woes cannot be disregarded any further without extending a helping hand. In the matter of an essential article just as LPG, the consumers’ ire will have disastrous results.
