I, myself SK Barnwal with family on tour to Haridwar and Rishikesh, visited on car no. UK17J3017 at M/s Surendra and Sons HP fuel station at Haridwar Rishikesh Highway on 17.06.2022 for fuels. While went for using toilets, it was locked and the manager mr. Ramesh Negi's behaviour was very rude and uncivilized. When enquiry made, he didn't produce complaint book and told that jaha complaint karna hai kar do.

There is no free tyre pressure filling facility is available at the mentioned petrol pump .
Just in that premises one on payment air pressure facility store available they are filling one scooty tyre at the cost of Rs 4.
Please have a visit and solve the issue...

Hi Sir I am an ujjwala gas customer of HPCL I have not received my gas subsidy repeatedly for the last one year

My consumer no. is 625463 & residence o[censored] - 7/49, DLF Phase 3, Gurugram.

I never checked the weight of cylinder before as i was trusting and believing that some parameter would be there at HP end to check and track these kind of frauds and they will not cheat the consumer with these kind of cheap frauds.

Due to some doubts i have checked the weight of LPG cylinder delivered by Manjit Gas...

I asked to fill petrol worth Rs 200 at around 8:30 PM tonight.
Zero reading was not made.
Last reading was Rs 199
He stopped at reading showing Rs 349.
I argued to make it Rs 400 but he lied saying last reading was for Rs 150.

I trust i have seen reading correctly and despite informing him for his wrongdoing. He charged me...

Refill was booked on 12 may 2022 at 5:21pm. And payment was done on 12 may 2022 5:25pm.
Refill is not received, but online booking status is false please send refill as soon as possible and try to avoid such inconvenience by you....

I booked a refill on 10.5.2022 through online mode. The status on the app is showing delivered. But the cylinder is not delivered. These kind o[censored]nnecessary inconvenience is very confusing and this is pure harassment. There is no proper customer care number provided by the company to solve the issues either. Now I have to run to the agency to solve the issues. Pathetic!!...
