With due respect I am consumer of HP gas bearing number [615123] and I have changed my address from C-3, CLUSTER-XIII, P.H.E, SECTOR-III, SALT LAKE CITY, KOLKATA-700097 to FLAT-6C, CLASSIC-2, BLOCK-2, UNIMARK SPRINGFIELD, GOPALPUR-1, RAJARHAT, LANDMARK-BESIDE BHATACHARYA ORTHOPEDIAC HOSPITAL, KOLKATA-700136.

I have made payment of 1180 Rs through UPI to fill my hpcl recruitment form, from my side payment is shown successful but at hpcl site it is shown payment not initiated. Please refund my money as it is debited from my bank account.I did my transaction on 3rd july

HP Gas Refill was booked on 1Jul 22 for cons no 523741 booking no 562428, and cash Memo no 1498330 was issued by Singla Gas Agency Tel No [protected], but till date Gas Refill Not recieved.
On checking with IVRVS sys it was found That the Refill Has been delivered . NO GAS REFILL HAS BEEN RECD BY ME TILL Date.
SINGLA GAS AGENCY DOES IT tIME AND AGAIN .
They shd be taken to task for making False Statments.
Wat shd I do now,
I cannot book the Refill Again .

I have tried many ways to login with my credentials in HPGAS portal.
as per portal my password is wrong and when i try to reset the password it throws an error "String or binary data would be truncated."
i tried it with web and Mobile app. both places its shows the same error.

HP petrol pump at Hosabettu PO 575019 owned by rai service station is not providing free air service for filling up tires from last 3 months. Machine is defective and no repair is done. consumer are facing inconvenience

On 26 July 2022, HPCL have increased pressure of chimney which is near by prayag Nagar Gadakari. The volume and fire generated is never seen earlier as they have habit to violate it during rain. Yesterday resident of prayag Nagar was faced a huge trouble due to unbearable noise of this chimney also fire flame was scary. Need corrective action on responsible stakeholders as this is not only having direct impact due to noise pollution also indirect impact of air pollution too.

This is to inform that, I had booked the refill on 2.6.2022 at SREEJI GAS SERIVE CHARKOP. Booking number 582644. After 2 day son 4th June, I have received sms of delivery information, cash memo # 1787194 Rs 1200 cash. But the gas is not delivered. I was waiting and called at the Sreeji service office #[protected], where one girl picked up and told that the delivery guy went to his native place. She will arrange delivery within 2 days. But not receiving, after 3 days, again I called up there. Then she said, the delivery guy is sick. Again after 2 days, I called for the gas, then she said, she is sending today itself. BUT till now it has not come. After 15 days on 17th June, again SMS came stating the delivery cash memo number 1787194..the same one. BUT till now I have not received it. BUT it is available on road in BLACK. One guy is selling regularly. It is very serious and corruption issue and those 2 girls in the office are also involved as they are giving reasons and excuses knowing everything. Take immediate action on this gas agency to stop corruption. I am waiting for your reply and action. I am lodging complain in other platforms and in petroleum ministry cell too...Today is 21st June and I have not received my LPG cylinder

Sir,
I, myself SK Barnwal with family on tour to Haridwar and Rishikesh, visited on car no. UK17J3017 at M/s Surendra and Sons HP fuel station at Haridwar Rishikesh Highway on 17.06.2022 for fuels. While went for using toilets, it was locked and the manager mr. Ramesh Negi's behaviour was very rude and uncivilized. When enquiry made, he didn't produce complaint book and told that jaha complaint karna hai kar do.
My family was in urgent need of toilets and his unfriendly and rude behaviour along with not providing utilities facilities put the HP image very down. Please take strict action against the petrol pump agency as the tourists who arrive here are for the economy of this place

There is no free tyre pressure filling facility is available at the mentioned petrol pump .
Just in that premises one on payment air pressure facility store available they are filling one scooty tyre at the cost of Rs 4.
Please have a visit and solve the issue
