The distributor has entered my aadhar number wrongly and linked the same with wrong bank account also. Later i observed that on my online account and communicated the same with distributor.

Even though the distributor has changed my aadhar number with correct one, the subsidy amount is transferring to the person who is having the wrong aadhar number.

i have discussed this issue with distributor, he told me that there is no solution because my Consumer number is linked with wrong aadhar number with wrong bank account also. so we can not do any thing.

and he told me that better surrender or close the connection and take new connection with different name .

but i dont want to close my existing connection. please tell me the process to get subsidy amount on my bank account only.

I am the H.P Gas customer Biplab Das ( 600846)of "RASHBIHARI H.P GAS CENTRE" at Talbanda Yugbaria Kolkata - 700110 . The service of the such agencies is very poor. I am being a customer of that agencies for the last two years, For my cyclinder i booked at (13/Aug/2013) I not yet received utill now. If i make call they are saying that cylinder is already delivered to you. I am very shocked to hear that. I not yet recieved really such cylinder.I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service. I reqest the authorities to take necessary steps to overcome such problem.
Please provide as much information as possible...

Smt.Jyoti K.Nagveker had booked for Refill of Cylinder on her Consumer No:612304 on 10th August, 2013 with the Area Dealker M/s. Kavalekar Gas Service, Sangolda, Goa by sending SMS to [protected]. Despite receiving the required confirmation for the delivery within 48 hours on generating Receipt towards the cost. Till date she has NOT received the Refiill even after good number of her visits to the Dealer's Shop, followed by telephonic calls on 2278367/2409212 and 2409146. She has even expressed her desire to shift this existing HP connection to the local(nearby) dealer M/s.Talkar Gas Service, Porvorim for the sake of convenience and to avoid frequent delay on every refille with this existing supplier. However, the required NOC has NOT been furnished to her by Kavalekar Gas for onward submission to the New supplier Talkar Gas till this date. She has therefore earnestly request the concerned official/s to interven in the matter and restore the periodical supply of refill to her on PRIORITY!.. On 24/08/2013, the gopal rao enterprise, IS Sadan, Hyderabad, delivery boys who came to deliver my cylinder asked me Rs 50/- as delivery charge. When I refused, they entered my house and threatened me with dire consequences. Finally they made me pay the extra money for which no receipt was given.
I am contemplating a FIR against the agency for their money extortion.
This is a very usual practice of the delivery boys, asking huge sum of extra money to deliver the gas.
I demand that they should be identified and strict action should be taken against them.

Sir, I booked my gas cylinder on 6th Aug 2013, on Oberai Gas agency I A T Girinagar Pune-25. The Agency Send his person to deliver the cylinder on 17th Aug around 1900Hrs at that time I was not available at home, after coming to home I contacted the Gas Agency ,He told me to rebook your refill . I stay in Dhayari Pune-41 i.e 10 Km away from agency. He is also charging 20 Rs extra for delivering cylinder.. I request you to take necessary action to deliver timely. Is it compulsory to rebook cylinder again if somebody is not available at the time of delivery.

I am privileged of being a valued consumer of HP GAS, BNERJEE HP GAS SERVICE, 10/1 DESHBANDHU CHITTARANJAN ROAD BUDGE BUDGE KOLKATA 700137 (WB)

I have booked my HP Gas Cylinder on 29th July'13 with booking No.:.259450. On 7th August it was supposed to reach at my home as per booking confirmation provided by the distributor via Mobile Text Message. As if I haven't received till 13th August, I have visited 14th August'13 to Distributor's office for status of my booking delivery as it was already postponed. I was further assured by them that it will be reach on 14th itself. But on 16th August'13 a Mobile Text Message came from my provider that Booking No: 262564, Cash Memo:126104 has been cancelled. It seems that someone has booked a gas cylinder with my consumer no. without knowing me. I just want to know that when I 'll get my gas cylinder and what is my provider doing with my consumer no. For creating a further failure service and booking a gas cylinder with my consumer no. without knowing me by Banerjee Gas HP Service , I have register a complain on your establishment which is stated on above.

I will be obliged if you kindly refer some solution and take necessary action by your authorization .

HP consumer no: 655621 with HP Gas dealer - Samatha Gas Kothapet, Hyderabad.

When the complaint brought to the notice of the manager of HP Gas dealer - Samatha Gas, the manager is response is only - I will look into the matter.

The staff advised me to book refill again as the earlier booking stands cancelled. My complaint to dealer which is yielded no result is placed here under:

My New Domestic Gas connection waiting Om Gas Agency Bilthara Road,Dist-Ballia-U.P. I applied for this connection on[protected].
This connection is named with Ambrish Jaiswal. Address is Vill.+P.O.- Bilthara Road, Dist.- Ballia-.221715
My physical chech up has completed few months earlier, but yet connection is not yet approved.
As per direction of local Gas distributor "OM GAS AGENCY" Bilthara Road Ballia U.P This Gas connection is applied online by me.
I have submitted all the necessary documents to this Gas distributor.
I had to contact many times at this agency but not get any satisfactory answer i am very disturbing. Sir please look in matter and do as need full thanks.

With due repect i beg to say, I consumer is suffering from following problems.

1. Their is no time limit for booking ex.21, 25,30,45 days.

2. They don't have phone booking fascility.

3. After Complaining for gas leakage they never send any technician.

4. With Gas they forced us to take Tea Bag,otherwise consumer will not get gas.

5. The 420.90 Rs Reciept they take for home delivery but 10 % they fulfill or deliver the gas at home and rest 90 % they forced consumer to come and take delivery
at counter, and they say that necessary to write home delivery otherwise thread us to not deliver the gas.

6. Trolly man of gas delivery boy take 10 Rs per consumer,if not paying then they delay the delivery.

8. Consumer of our town are unaware of information and circular of gas company, kindly let us know and insist om gas agency belthra road to write down in clear the
rules and regulation of gas company for the sake of consumer.

9. Whenever consumer to gas agency their is shortage of gas they give excuse the gas does not arrived and kota is less, and at black market 24 hour gas is available.

10. After booking their is no time limit to when deliver the gas we have to only wait, becasue the frequently change time and their schedule as per himself convenience.

11. every cylinder is having less weight 1.5 to 2 kg they never give gas cylinder with accurate wait becasue they don't have weighing machine.

12. In office the have information board which is always blank, no information or complain officer phone no. or address is specified their.

I have also send by query to right of information act 2005 Dhara 6(1), they never replies.

Kindly pay urgent attention on the above stated problems facing by consumers of hp gas in belthra Road, and request your goodself to insist the om gas agency to
fascilitate consumer.

I have a gas connection of HP here in Danapur region,in city- PATNA.
Sir my distributor; Anand Kiran doesnot provide me refilling and in case if it provide,it is after 2 month later date of refill request.
I am in big trouble because, i had register complaint in HPCL but instead of helping me they cancel my recent request for refilling. I again request for new refilling don't know what happens this time. I belongs to poor family not able to run whole week for a single work but its essential for me and my family. Sir, i am rounding table by table in HPCL but didn't get any help.
Please help me.

i have a domestic gas consumer (consumer no.ss000047 ,name -sandeep kumar s/o subash chan-der v.p.o - jhabkra, teh+ disst -- gurdaspur from guru nanank gas agency v.p.o behrampur(gsp) named bharti gas .Now gas agency give cylinder at price of 670/-.other consumer of this gas agency face the same problem .we want cylinder at his base price and also back our access money.

Iam Naveen Ramgiri,staying at Hyderabad. I have taken a HP gas connection bearing consumer no. 747286 on 28/01/2009 at Vijayawada.I have stayed in Vijayawada for 2 1/2 yrs & i have transferred to Hyderabad. I want to transfer my gas to Hyderabad but i have lost my gas paper but i have my gas book with me,agency is not accepting the book for transfer. Please guide me for the transfer of my gas agency, is their any chance of transferring my gas.Waiting for ur reply.

Dear sir,madam,

Today 26/06/2013, I had fill of Rs. 200/- petrol in my TVS Scooty at around 8:45am from HP petrol pump, near chamunda bridge, Ahmedabad. The boy did not show me 0.00 figure on display and he started from 50.00. so I got my petrol less.Every time when I fill petrol of Rs.200/- ,the meter is reaches to full (F) but today it had some down to the full, this is also showing that he had not given me a petrol of Rs.200 . I had complaint to the manager of the petrol pump but I was not satisfied with his answer and this is happening 4rth time.
I would like to request you that please take some strict action against them.

I went for getting new HP gas vonnection and i am imposed to buy Stove, Induction cookware on new connection.
The actual Price of 2 cylinder + regulator = 3050.
But they are asking Rs.9000 for 2 cylinder new connection.

Please let me know where to raise this concern.

As per requirement mentioned for HP LPG New Connection the following are required.
Document required for LPG connection

At the time of registration for LPG connection you have to submit the Xerox copy of these two documents:

Proof of Address/ Residence
Proof of Identity
For the above proof, any two documents from the following list can be submitted:

Ration Card
Electricity Bill
Telephone Bill
Flat allotment / possession letter
House registration papers
Rent Receipt
LIC policy
Voter’s Identity Card
Passport
Employer's Certificate
PAN Card
Driving License
On 22.06.13 is fixed for issue of applications for new LPG Connection. On the day, the dealer is pressing for only Ration Card & Electricity Bill. No other proof of address or any other documents mentioned above were not accepted and he has not issued application forms to those who did not show the Electricity Bill & Ration Card.
Hence, clear cut instruction may be given to local dealer immediately for issue of new connection forms to the consumers taking into account any of the above identities.
Kindly clarify is it mandatory to show the above mentioned documents at the time of issue of application or at the time of registration?

Immediate action is solicited.
