Retnakala gas agency, Trivandrum franchisee of HP Gas has some of the most incompetent, lazy bunch of people I have ever seen in my life. They never deliver the gas even after we have booked and they have received the bill from the main office. The delivery guy always keeps his phone switched off and if at all he comes, really late, he lies saying he had come earlier and we were not at home. We have booked HP gas with Booking no # 214205 on 30 Mar, 2013. We got a cash memo # 199528 that was delivered on 31 Mar, 2013. Our Consumer # is 651293, but until now we did not receive. As it was almost 1 week, so I called to Ratna Agencies, Kukatpally[protected], they said it was cancelled as it was year ending and said to book again on the number # [protected]. I dialed but it said all the gas bookings were cleared till 31 Mar, 2013....

SMS received on 30.3.13 for HP Gas Booking No.229063, cash memo 139109 dated 30.3.13 for Rs.410.00 Gas refil will be delivered shortly. But no gas refil was delivered. And again SMS received on 30.3.2013 that Gas refil delivered on 30.3.13 vide cash memo No.139109. But actually no HP Gas refil delivered till today i.e. 03.04.13....

Please let us know when was UID made compulsory as till today we have came to know that UID is not compulsory. And i[censored]ID is made compulsory why is there not any urgency as government thinks everyone have lot of time making different cards and also have made it compulsory to submit it to LPG distributors.
