Hi,

I have lost my HP gas connection documents and i don't remember my consumer number. After 3 years i have returned back to Pune and want to renew my connection but have forgotten the consumer number and not able to find the documents. Please let me know if there is any way i can get my consumer number as the HP gas station people are not ready to help me with it.

    I HAVE A HP GAS CONNECTION CONSUMER NUMBER 627939.MY DISTRIBUTOR NAME IS UPHAAR!DISTRIBUTOR CODE 96/160.KOLKATA

    I AM WORKING IN A RESPECTABLE POSITION.I STAY ALONE! MY PARENTS STAY IN A NEARBY FLAT.THE GAS DELIVARY PERSON COMES IN THE AFTERNOON BUT THEN DOOR IS LOCKED?I GO OUT FOR OFFICE AT 10 AM.I HAVE REQUEST THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO DELIVARY MY GAS EITHER PRIOR 10AM IN THE MORNING OR DELIVER THE LPG CYLINDER TO MY PARENTS PLACE.

    REPLY FROM MY LPG DISTRIBUTOR WAS ASTONISHING....THEY HAVE ADVISEDME TO TAKE LEAVE FOR TWO DAYS TO RECEIVE THE LPG CYLINDER.

    HP Gas — not delivered

    i booked gas 10 sep 2008 in ram agency vasant kunj newdelhi.Today is 15 sep . till date not delevered gas . when i phone today .one person tell me
    apne Gas Book nahi kiya hai.
    again he booked gas and told me today he will be delevered.

    see tomorrow gas delvered or no

    I have booked gas cylinder on 25.01.2010 my customer no. is 604486 & booking no. is 223957, but till date I have not received gas cylinder.When I ask my Agency Vimal Enterprises (Shop No. 26 Plot No.7 DDA Complex Disst. Center Janak Puri New Delhi - 58). no one can recieve my phone and every time they take more than 1 month for delievery. I request you to please necessary action

    I was assured a free gift from HP. The free gift is a printer AIO F4488.
    I was told that I will recieve the free gift in next 21 working days.
    I have not recieved the gift yet and the telephone no's given by them is also inactive.
    It feels very bad because we buy original products and then the company never gives what is promised by them.

      In 1990 i am having a hp gas connection on the name y.v.ramesh babu, no:601763, when they fed the details into computer they wrongly mentioned as v.ramesh babu, later i got transferred to Ongole afterwards to Rajahmundry. Present connection no:033837, when I approached my original connection at J.R.Gudem sivaram agencies, they told that the iniital missed because of computerisation and advised me to contact Rajahmundry Gas Company, Rajahmundry. I shown the manual receipt and termination voucher at J.R.Gudem. They advised me to contact Executive Sales officer. The ESO not lifting the phone, kindly advise me

        I am receiving gas late from last 3 months now. I do book it after 10 days when a gas cylinder is received. No one is answering call on the following nos :[protected],[protected] which are of the HP gas booking service. Please follow my complaint or I will be without any refill.
        KAMAL GAS - DISTRIBUTION CODE 961070- SINGLE PUR SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI- for Hp gas is the worst of all that I have ever taken services of. The incharge never keeps the phone free. It is very difficult to contact that agency and book the cylinder there. Every time we try to book our cylinder we face the problem repeatedly. The response of the operatives is also bad
        The fat Manager as well as the lady operative are so rude in their responses that I feel like teaching them some customer service. Is there any way that we can teach them a lesson?

        HP Gas — No delivery of Gas Refill.

        Dear Sir,

        I have a HP gas connection with consumer number as 505475.I had booked for a refill of the Gas on the 15.11.2008 and was told would get one after one week i.e. 22.11.2008.Since we didnt get the refill we called the agency(Satya Tulsi Agency, Moula-Ali, Hyderabad)them about the same and were told that would get it the next day i.e. on 24.11.2008.Apparently the same day we ran out of gas and went to the agency who then told us that we had already received a new gas refill on 12.11.2008, which is not true.Which actually sums up that the delivery people have mis-used my consumer number for booking and have taken a refill gas and must have sold it in black(for more money).Now when i go to the agency and ask for a new refill the answer is always " tomorrow u will get it for sure sir".It is such a shame that because of the mis-use of my number by the agency people i and my family have to suffer eating out or go without eating.I request u to please take this matter seriously as its the same case with so many other consumers' like me.Thanking you for doing the needful.

        HP Gas Service — Poor service

        Dear Sir,
        I have a gas connection with Jai gas agency, Vadgaonsheri, Pune-14.Phone no 27031084, 27032515.
        My consumer no is 635806.They service isvery poor.Every time they take over 25-30 days to deliver the gas booking and they are very un cooperative in giving any information.Gas delivery is done at their own fancy- plaese lok into the matter and i hope you will be able to do something to make the life of consumers more easy

        Dear Sir,
        I have a HP gas connection with consumer number as 615977. I had booked for a refill of the Gas on the 30.09.09. My delivery man came to my house on 7.10.09 for delivering the cylinder. Then we were out of station and the very next day i.e. 8.10.09 when I called to my agency (M/s TAP TRISA, Madhyamgram, Kolkata -129) the answer was told would get the next two days i.e. 09/10.10.09. But we didn't get the cylinder. Again I called the agency over telephone to know the whereabouts of the cylinder. The agency answered me that I had to book the cylinder again. I asked them why and they answered me that was the process. I was surprised that if the process is right why the agency told me on 8.10.09 that I would get the cylinder the next two days? And I also want to know that is it the right process for HP gas? I think that my cylinder was mis-used by my delivery man V.C. and must have sold it in black (for more money). I request you to please take this matter seriously. Thanking you for doing the needful.

          my name is syed.hussain i filling fuel to my bike to the nereastpetroll bunk PUVVADI.HP FILLING STATION.THEY SHOWING WRONG DISPLAY .i all redy told they cound not be changes.
          this is 15 times I have been cheated. As this perol bunk is on my way to office I prefer to go there.yesterday also I went I have filled for 100 ruppes.when the person said its filled I have seen that the reading was showing 100. I came out of the bunk and saw that the petrol sign in my bike still shows the same sign indicating "fuel nill".I feel for the way they get degraded themselves in the name of INDIA.

            Late-No delivery of Gas cylinders even after requisite booking process

            On 2nd June I have booked my HP gas cylinder. I did not get the delivery of the gas cylinder even after 5 days of my booking. On recalling the service providers, they provided me with the info(instead of their slot of requisite service) that my cylinder has already been delivered by 5th june. But i still did not get my cylinder (Date-16.06.2013, Time- 10.32 AM).

            For registering my complaint, when i called my service providers...

            HP Gas and Karthick Gas agency Bangalore:
            This is about forced sale of hot plate/ lpg stove,
            I recently approached Karthik Gas agency ( HP Gas distributor) in Bangalore for a new Gas connection .
            The agency is demanding Rs 7500 for a new connection including charges for a new LPG stove.
            I am not in need of a stove but they are insiting that without buying the stove from them they wont' provide the connection.
            This is a clear violation of MRTP act.
            I have written email about this to HP Gas customer care 29th of May and 4th of Jun 13 but they haven't taken any action till date.

              Name of the petrol pump - More petroleum, Uttamnagar, Pune - 23.

              These Guys have employed some of teenage boys on the petrol pump for delivering petrol. whenever someone wants to fill a petrol of more than 200 or 300, then do not reset the meter and do not show 0 before starting the delivery. Somehow they they distract or confuse the consumer and start delivering. If somebody raises an issue, they say that they had reset the counter and quantity of petrol is accurate. There is no facility available to check that also. I think, Air facility is not available there. as they are charging for air in the premises.

              This fraud in petrol quantity has happened to me for 4 to 5 times.

              Petrol — Non-issue of petrol.

              Today, I sought petrol from HP petrol pump at Ambedkar circle, Bikaner (Rajasthan) (probable name of petrol pump- Mahavir ...filling stn., not sure of exact name, but the location is exact) at around 6.40 P.M., but was told that the pump is totally dry & neither ordinary nor superior one is available.
              Further, when I asked for the complaint book, I was not provided and instead refused to provide the same.
              Kindly look into the matter, as per my knowledge, a bare minimum balance is a must & to provide at least a minimum quantity of petrol is a must.
              Kindly let me know the action taken in the matter pl.

                Hi,
                This is to Bring into your notice that i had applied for a new connection at ANUKKHAN FUEL SERVICE[protected] distributor. First of all the Manager Mr Subir Chakraborty refused to accept the new application without the Sale of Hob, i told him that i have a Kutchina 4 burner Hob but he told me that if since its not ISI mark therefore it is not possible and used the exact terms as "It is not possible to apply for a new connection without the sale of Hob/Gas Stove".
                Hearing this i was disappointed and agreed to apply for the connection according to his terms, they took all the papers and registered the application with Application Number : 776 and told me that somebody would visit my house for inspection within 8-10 working days, however its been now a month and i am still waiting for their reply in this regard.
                I would be very grateful if you can help me in this regard at the earliest as i need the gas connection at the earliest.

                H P Gas — Delay in New Gas connection

                Hi,

                I am Chetan Rahane and I have applied for new H P Gas connection at Jai Gas Agency, Wadgaonsheri Pune -14 (Registration number: 3811) almost a year ago. 10 days ag0 I received a letter from the agency to collect the Gas connection. When I inquired abpout the same at the agency I was informed by the executive that they are running short of few documnets for new connection and was asked to check after 4 -5 days. After regural telephonic follow ups I was informed that they kept all the new connections on hold for next 1 month.

                I hope I m complaining to the right person and will receive positive response at the earliest.

                I am trying to get a new connection from HP Gas Agency (Code-309390).But agency said new connection stopped(Priod-28.05.08 to 2nd week of june), few days from HP gas Company. It is correct or not. First they foursed to get extra money and buy a new stove from them for quick connection.                 HP Gas — New connection without gas stove forcefully sold

                Hi,

                When we need gas connection only is it mandatory that we need to purchase the gas stove also , so many gas dealers stubbornly saying in mumbai, they won't be giving a gas connection unless the connection taken with the package containing the gas stove also ( the same happened with the hp gas connection in kharghar) . I don't think this is not strategic and approved by government .Can you pleas let me know is there any rule as such .

                HP Gas — New Gas connection

                Hi sir

                I am applying for New Gas conction 20 Days HP GAS Dealer at MANASA GAS AGENCY at Kukatpally Hyderabad.My online Gas conction is Registred But No Enquiry
                Hi,
                This is to bring into your notice that i had applied for a new connection with the aforesaid distributor.I had also raised a complaint earlier with reference number 13014636, to highlight the deliberate delay that was being caused. I thank you for taking action on that one, however even after the inspection was done, i was not given the connection as i was told they need to inspect Bedrooms as well, to make sure i am not conducting any illegal business. This has caused unnecessary delay and harassment. Hence i have withdrawn my application number 776 from the mentioned distributor. I have also submitted a written request of APPLICATION WITHDRAWAL at the distributor's office today(7-June-2013 1:45 pm).
                I have opted for INDANE instead, and they have accepted the application and are providing the connection within 24 hours, WITHOUT the FORCE SALE OF GAS/HOB.
                Thank you for your response and help, however i would like to mention that due to FORCE SALE and UNNECESSARY DELAY IN PROCESS has cost HP a customer.
                I would be going for the last time to the distributor's office on Monday ie: 10-June-2013 to collect all the documents that i had submitted.

                  hello myself prabha s shah my compliant is against hp gas dealer ASU GAS AGENCY kandivali west ,this people are using our subsidized gas refils and doing black marketing, this people are cheaters ,every month this people are using our gas refils and when i questioned them they said we are doing testing of refils ,without my permission how can they do it,please take some action against this black marketing people .i have done a compliant in hp gas but no response dont know weather h is also involved in this,even i tried calling some area head of hp called manoj but no response.please help us from this cheaters asu gas.

                    The staff in HP gas agency are not responsive when asked for applying new gas connection for spare cylinder. The always say to call next week and when argued then they respond for gas connection. They are blocking the gas cylinder for home quota and diverting with no stock board. Require immediate action to be taken for filing case against the staff of this agency.

                      We applied for new HP Gas Connection but we have Other Gas Connection so having Stove and other equipment, don't want to take these things with new connection however Gas Distributor is speaking to take all things @ cost of Rs. 4600 with one cylinder only .
                      However We are asking for only cylinder and regulator.

                        I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF HP GAS THAT I AM THE CONSUMER OF HP GAS IN ANS ENTERPRISES LUCKNOW. I HAVE BOOKED THE HP GAS MANY TIMES BUT THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME DELIVERY TO MY HOME AND INFACT IF I AM NOT GOING TO COLLECT IT FROM STORE THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME MY BOOKED HP GAS.
                        THEY BEHAVE LIKE THAT WE ARE THE SLAVE OR SERVANT OF THEM AND THEY ARE OUR BOSS. MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED THEIR OFFICE TO KNOW MY DELIVERY STATUS BUT THEY SIMPLY REFUSE TO SAY THAT DELIVERY TO HOME IS NOT PROVIDED AND THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKED GAS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION TO ME.

                          Diesel pump meter reading

                          Dear Sirs ... We had sent our driver to fill our car Indica Vista on 6th May 2013 to Happy Service Center. The car was showing reserve and the reserve capacity is 4.5 litres.

                          Even if we presume it had only two litres left and the the capacity of the fuel tank is 37 litres ... how is that the meter shows it filled 37.70 lts?

                          Please check the service centre for its service and the also if the meter of the diesel...

                          Retnakala gas agency, Trivandrum franchisee of HP Gas has some of the most incompetent, lazy bunch of people I have ever seen in my life. They never deliver the gas even after we have booked and they have received the bill from the main office. The delivery guy always keeps his phone switched off and if at all he comes, really late, he lies saying he had come earlier and we were not at home. And the agency office always keep all their phone lines busy and if the phone does ring, they NEVER EVER answer. Our gas cylinder has run out and we are calling these jerks to come there and take it ourselves and they are still not answering. I wonder how a company like HP can have such a bunch of working for them!

                          HP Gas — Delay in delivery after booking

                          Dear sir,

                          I am a resident of cochin and my gas agency is sai gas agency holding distributor no. 2369885. i booked my gas refill on 25 mar 2009 and yet not delivered. this has been happening since a year. i have to chase the agent for the same after booking to get the refill.
                          It is requested to do the needful at the earliest to avoid inconvenience to the customers.

                            gas — delay in new connection

                            Dear Service provider,

                            I am resident of Pune.I have registered a request for a new Connection for HP to HP Dealer near to my residence.The registration is done by 3 months back. But while inquiring for the same I get the answer that new connections are not given by the company. But in all other areas of my city a new connection for HP is getting. If you can, please provide me the information about new connection condition. So that I can ask same to dealer and will write the dealers details to you. Hopefully I will be answered on priority basis.

                              I the undersigned Avadhut Prakash Jirage had domestic gas connection at Hadpsar (Pune) with authorized dealer M/s Vishwa Indane of IOC. Now I have left Pune and started my own small business at NIPPANI . While leaving Pune I had summated my gas connection and accessories to authorized dealer M/s Vishwa Indane ,Hadapsar (Pune) and obtained the all relevant documents from them.

                              All the documents wich were collected from Pune same has been submitted at Nippani to Authorised dealer Hp gas ,M/s Swatik Traders. Even after four month passed have not received the connection for that suffering a lot .

                              On reapeated inquiry it is came to know that the “ON LINE CONFERMATION from IOC to HP is not getting. Unless online confirmation HP gas agency are unable to issue connection.

                              So my humble request to you please do needful and help me for getting my gas connection plrase.

                              HP Gas — no response even submitting all the documents

                              No response even submitting all the documents. Regular phone equiry and visits does not bear any fruit Eleven days have passed. I think this is the problem with hindustan petroleum gas company and its distributers.

                              I was told that I will get the fresh supplies after 10 days but inspite of my regular followup with the gas agency, they have NOT given the supply of the cylinder till date and reply is - "WE ARE FOLLOWING UP WITH HO & IT WILL BE DONE SOON".
                              Now I have NO Gas in my home & forced to get the Food for the night from the Hotel.
                              When I asked them for the BPCL - Sales Office Mob No & other details, I was misguided by giving following mob No. [protected]. On this, there is NO satisfactory reply and on [protected], there is reply.
                              I am a senior citizen and this is a clear harassment to the people by way of KYC.
                              Need your help to resolve it at the earliest.

                                HPCL GAS — Bad behaviour and undue demand.

                                Respected Sir,

                                I am holding gas connection of HPCL since 1996. Since then I have been using HPCL gas by obtaining cylinder with great difficulties. Now i am compelled to write this complaint against the bad behavior and undue demand of distributors' Staff (Aand Kiran, Dealer HP Gas, Gola Road, Danapur, Patna; Distributor Code:- 963240). Here I would like to state my grievances as:-

                                1. I got registered for a HPCL Conncetion in the name of S.A.FAIZEE. I was alotted connection but in the name of SHAMSHI AHMAD giving my name in C/o alongwith my address.

                                2. I was charged Rs 3000/- as security deposit for two nos. of cylinder. Obviously not in accordance with the Corporation's tariff.Not only this I was provided one cylinder in reality, on paper it was mentioned two.And second cylinder nver provided to me despite repeated reminders.I also visited the office numerous times for correction in paper but the were reluctant and it went invain. Not to mention here I have been cheated.

                                3. Now on 25th of December 2007 at 4.00 pm i was in the office again. On request for correction, Iwas advised by the distributors' staff to deposit a sum of Rs 1153/again to issue a new connection in my name against cancellation of my previous HPCL connection Consumer No. 603069. This shows that HPCL has no control on distributors activity or they are knowingly ignoring these malpractices.

                                As a genuine consumer my earnest request is that the concerned officer may please look into this matter so that my grievances are resolved. Please take immediate action otherwise i will seek justice through judiciary.

                                  We have booked HP gas with Booking no # 214205 on 30 Mar, 2013. We got a cash memo # 199528 that was delivered on 31 Mar, 2013. Our Consumer # is 651293, but until now we did not receive. As it was almost 1 week, so I called to Ratna Agencies, Kukatpally[protected], they said it was cancelled as it was year ending and said to book again on the number # [protected]. I dialed but it said all the gas bookings were cleared till 31 Mar, 2013. I called again to Ratna Agencies, Kukatpally[protected] I informed the same. They said they will be booking and it will delivery in 2 days. No Idea why they are doing this type of problems to the customers. This is happening for the past 6 to 7 months. My last booking was Feb 16, 2013. But I got a message that the last delivery was Mar, 24, 2013. Some serious action has to be taken. Waiting for the reply
