I have registered online gas booking service of reference no.[protected] of HP Gas service on 19th Feb, 2013 at Annapurna gas service, Madarihat of District Jalpaiguri under state of West Bengal. I have communicated to the concerned Distributor but they are advising me to lodge a new application.I am not understanding why they are telling so and about the delay process of such installation.

    I am putting up a complain against the Hindustan Patroleum Petrol Pump situated at Bands Stand, Girgaun Chowpatti, South Mumbai.
    This is the the complain regarding the Deficiency in service met to the customers from the above mention petrol pump. I have written complains in their register but have gone in def years too.
    This petrol pump is directly handled by the company itself, still very bad response.
    Every time when we go for the fuel we have following complains.
    1. The staff is very rude, they behave as if they are obliging us by giving the petrol.
    2. There is short Staff and even though the Cashier is always in the cabin and the person filling the petrol makes the bill, swipes the card and even fills the air him self. This means that the whole petrol pump is handled by just 1 attendant. He is ready to fight every time.
    3. First there was Petrol and Diesel both available at the pump, but since last few months they have removed the Diesel service.
    4. Many times the few things are not working such as Air filling Machine, Credit Card Machine.
    I request you to please look into this matter so that we do not face the same problem in future.

    Hindustan Petroleum — Petrol pumps not accepting credit card payment

    I regularly use my two wheeler and car and use HP products in them. In recent times, HP petrol pumps in pune (Aundh, Shivaji nagar - both the petrol pumps) are not accepting payment by Credit card.On enquiring with the staff, they are saying that they have been asked to do so by the bunk owner.

    I booked gas for home delivery on19.11.10 but till today .20.12.10 not deliver. Already given complaint mails to Veena Apte and Sales Officer. Sales Officer is saying that he made call to Distributor in my area and will be delivered soon.

    IT IS VERY SHAMEFULl treat for HP customers.And they are not caring their customers, they dont know better customer relationship.

    DEAR SIR,

    THERE TWICE I HAVE SEEN THAT HP PEOPLE ARE FILLING LESS PETROL THAN WHAT THEY HAVE ASKED TO FILL.

    WHILE THE TIME OF FILLING, ONE PEOPLE COME FROM BACK SIDE OFFERING CASH BACK PLAN, OR ASKING CHANGE ETC, AND WHEN CUSTOMER TURN TO HIM, THE PERSON WHO WERE FILLING THE TANK PUSH SOME BUTTON, AND SAY COMPLETED SIR.

    SO I REQUESTED YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION,
    hope problem is solved soon.

      Sir, With due respect, It is submitted that I have applied for HP Gas Connection On-line vide Registration Referance No. :[protected] on 07.02.2013 and waited for response of the distributor i.e. BIR BAJRANG HP GAS GRAMIN VITRAK Address: HP GAS DISTRIBUTOR, VILL+POST:SAUR BZARA, BANGAON, Distt : Saharsa, Bihar, Pin 852221 But there was no response up to 02.03.2013. I have personally contacted the distributor on 02.03.2013 and requested for the connection mentioning that I have already applied for the connection on-line. They given us the prescribed form and asked for submission of the same dully filled with required documents in hard. I have done so on 02.03.2013. After that they enlisted my hard copy form at Serial. No. 91 dated 02.03.2013 in his 'register for issue of the Gas Connection' and demanded an amount of Rs.4000/- for the connection of one cylinder without Gas Stove (It is to mention here that I have requested for one cylinder and purchased the stove from market and enclose the cash-memo with the application). When I inquired about the amount, they given a figure of sum total of Rs.2055/- + price of one cylinder gas ie Rs.438/- and replied that the rest is their benefit. I have refused to pay Rs.4000/- and offered Rs.2400/-. Then, they refused to take Rs.2400/- and asked me to wait. I do mention here that there was less than 492 consumers when I applied on 07.02.2013 which is now about 667. It means, about 175 consumer have been added after my application, but I am still waiting. On 05.03.2013, I have contacted to the regional office at Patna, Bihar at their Telephone no.[protected] and explained the fact. They told me that I should go to the distributor and make a call to them for talking to the distributor. I done so, but there was no response from the regional office when I ring to them. This was just embarrassing for me before the distributor. I have again contacted to the Regional Office on next day. They pic-up my call. I once again requested him to direct the distributor to issue the connection. They contacted them, but been told that the regulator is not available. So as the connection can't be released. After that the distributor make me fool sometimes saying that the cylinder is not available, sometimes the regulator is not available, sometimes the hodg pipe is not available. But they issuing the connection to whom those pay him money according to his demand. In this matter I kindly request that the above distributor be directed to issue the connection without any delay and the matter of black money be investigated. Thanking you.

      HP Gas — Long Waiting for new connection

      Hi,

      I have enquired the local HP GAS outlet in my area (BANER PUNE) and I was told that it will take some 4-5 months to get a new connection. I am not sure if this is really the time that HP takes to provide new connections or it is it just that the particular outlet is selling all connections illegally and hence all other people have to wait in long queues.

      Kindly have this checked and respond.

      but the officer-in-charge told that there is no booking now, come after Dushera(Durgapuja)

            the gass dealers pressue us to take oven with the new connection, otherwise they denied to give connection.when we say that we already have a oven they said to go any other gas servise, bt they will not give connection without oven. please help me.

              Please let us know when was UID made compulsory as till today we have came to know that UID is not compulsory. And i[censored]ID is made compulsory why is there not any urgency as government thinks everyone have lot of time making different cards and also have made it compulsory to submit it to LPG distributors. Please let us know why does government sent their officials to every house hold and collect details. Also we were denied subsidiary of cylinders. Why is government making common persons pay for their fault why is it not making Solar Cooking and other such types of things cost effective/subsidised.

                My name is Satyendra Bakshi. I am a customer of HP gas(cylinder).My gas providers address is Shree Lalji Gas Service,10 Shatrunjay Giri Bldg,Asjoknagar, Kandivali-e,Mumbai.

                On[protected] when my wife changed new cylinder it was leaking. As it was 8pm my wife called up their emergency no-[protected],but it was swithced off. That night she could not cook at home.Next morning(5-3-13) she called up the regular nos[protected]/28875319 but noone picked up the call. she kept on calling till 12.30pm but noone picked up the call.At 2-30 pm she went to their office andasked them if there numbers are not working?They said all our numbers are working. She called all the nos from there itself.She could hear the ring but noone of there phone rang...which indicates the RINGER of the phone was OFF. They immediately send a new cylinder to my place. When she asked the delivery boy about the same, he said madam wahan aisa hi hota hai, the girls sitting there pick up the phone at their wish.

                I have 2 young kids at home.My wife could not cook for almost 1day.Is this the way HP gas customer care works?

                HP Gas — Not helpful / Not picking up the phone

                Hi, I am working with TVS Electronics LTD. got company transfer from Orissa to Delhi .
                This time I came with the Gas transper paper from Orissa. When I went to Prem Gas Agency Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. They told me to come with rent agreement/police verification/id proof then only they will give me the connection. They take a copy of the transper paper for veryfication too & told me after verification they will call me & let me know the status. But no phone call from there side.

                I manage all the docs like rent agreement/police verification/id proof & now from last 3 days trying to call them on there[protected] / 26948161 nos but both the nos are answering as busy OR when ringing no one is picking / answering the call.

                Can anyone guide me when to go with all this docs & get my connection at the earliest ????????

                I request HP GAS to kindly help me in this regard. My Contact Nos is - 0 [protected]

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    This is a complaint about HP Gas Dealer PetEmp Co-op, Dadar East. I have shifted homes in the last month. On Feb 22, I handed over my papers for a new gas connection, along with the form and requisite photocopies, for my new residence.
                    However, the employees at the PetEmp Coop have not even accepted the application. At the time, they said that cylinders are not available and to return on Mar 1, 2013 to inquire. Today, I went back to inquire about when new connection can happen. The lady there has now said that no new connections can happen till Mar 25, 2013. That I can call up by 25th and find out when it can happen.
                    Really, does it take more than a month to get a LPG cylinder in the city of Mumbai with valid paperwork? I have been living in Dadar East for over 30 years. I have shifted resdience from the ground floor (where I have LPG cylinder HP Consumer no 600179 in name of my mother Sumitra Samant) to third floor where I need a connection in my name.
                    How many days are we supposed to go without a valid gas connection in our name, inspite of having all valid papers? The rude employees at PetEmp routinely turn away consumers inspite of valid paperpwork. But cylinders are provided to anyone illegally on the side.
                    Sadly because of this behaviour of HP dealer employees, many societies in Mumbai are optiing for PNG connection. Whereas for people like us, do we have to resort to illegal means to get a LPG connection? Also the connection makes it compulsory for us to buy a gas stove, even when we do not require it. Why should we spend Rs 1400 extra when we already have a stove?
                    Hope that someone senior will look into this matter.

                    HP Gas Cylinder — presence of water in cylinder

                    I am LPG consumer in civil lines, moradabad and has received a cylinder from NAVJEEVAN JYOTI GAs agency which contains water (approx 5 kg) which i have been to detect after using it.when i have said to the delievery boy about it then he misbehaved with me and keep on saying that u have done it. kindky take action towards it. cylinder code : OEPL

                      I have Ordered for gas cylinder on 25. 02 . 2007 bearing consumer No. 544002 but the cylinder is not delivered to me till 17.03.2008.My Booking No. is 22439 . Our Gas distributor is "Kasganj Gas company" Lakshmi Ganj, Kasganj 207123 {U.P.}
                      I have Ordered for gas cylinder on 04. 02 . 2009 bearing consumer No. 701011 but the cylinder is not delivered to me till now. My Booking No. is 9188 . Our Gas distributor is "Bathinda Gas Service, power house road, St no 5, BATHINDA(punjab)". Plz take a necessary action, i will be very thankful to you for this.

                      I am s customer of cauvery gas agencies, Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu my consumer no. is 601546. The supply of gas is very irregular. For example this month I booked for gas on 22nd Feb, 2010 but I have received the cylinder on 14th March, 2010 after a great struggle. previous cylinder was supplied on 8th Feb. 2010 only. i.e This is happening for the past eight months. Kindly arrange to make arrangements to supply the gas cylinder atleast one cylinder for one month. This help will be highly appriciatable.

                        I have LPG connection of HPCL and my distributer is Phoenix Distributor, Indrapuri, Bhopal. My consumer number is 613295. I booked the LPG gas cylinder on 12th Feb and was informed by an sms that cash memo number 133005 dated 16th Feb is prepared and that the gas will soon be delivered. It has been another week after the promise that the cylinder will soon be delivered. It may please be noted that this is the case in a state headquarter where even after 13 days there is no sing of gas delivery as yet. Calling the distributor number is yet another harrowing experience. This has always happened without any exception. I tried to lodge a complaint to HPCL through its portal but even that is not working and there is no one who can listen to the plea of a hapless consumer. I shall be grateful for its early resolution and non-occurrence of such delay. The company should also provide a functional method to lodge consumer grievance/ complaints.

                        HP LPG Cooking Gas — NON DELIVERY OF GAS

                          I want to book a complaint against the HP Gas Agency which is located in Vasai west.

                          I am recently shifted to Vasai. Previously, I was live in Borivali and my HP gas consumer number comes under HP Sunil Gas Agency, that is in Borivali. I never had any problem here with this agency's Staff and their Services. But now things are completely changed in Vasai. Here all Staffs are very bad, rude and their services is very pathetic. Each and every employee is very rude and disrespectful. They dont know the basic thing of how to speak. They are treated like they doing Favor on consumers. Like they are the owner of HP gas industries.

                          Given below is my bad experince with them.

                          The name of the Gas Agency is "Annapurna Gas Agency".

                          On 12/2/13, I have booked for new Gas as my current gas is almost running out of fuel. I have two connections out of which one was running and for second I have to book a request as it was empty. On the same day, I have recieved a auto generated message confirmation from HP with booking number and consumer number. I had made this booking by personnally visting the agency as they are refused to take the booking request on phone and they are told me that next time you have to book through Online System only and don't trouble us to do so. I was surprised and left. I am always try not to involve in fighting with such fellows as unneccesarily it will only takes your time and which I already dont have.

                          Then between these day, I had recieved few more messages from HP saying " your delivery HP gas delivered...". So I thought of calling the agency and tell them the releavent time so that the delivery is not missed. So I called up on their number but no reponse from them. Whole day I was trying but they didn't picked up the phone. On the next day, I took one more chance and someone from the agency finally picked. I asked " Meiny gas key liye booking ki hai aur mujhy message mila, ki deliver hogaya hai" then she said " abhi gas nahi aya haii, do teen din aur lageny" and put down the phone. I called up one more time and they hanged up.

                          There are reports that they are selling the cyclenders in BLACK and they are not giving the cyclender to the consumer on time. Staff is very rude and there is no control on them. Please have a look into this matter and reslove the issue.

                                  I had booked a cylinder on 6/2/13 trough online. I had not received any status message to my phone number . So i thought to consider my distributor. I called to the phone numbers 27154042,27153947 which are have mentioned in HP site . There is no response . This is not first time . Once i went and called to these nunbers in their office itself. Though the staff are free they are not lifting. The staff and even ravi prasad is careless. Please check previous complaints related to this distributor. The customers who are of Ravi prasad agencies are facing problem. If we go and ask them they do not do not respond properly. So i request you to take necessary action seriously. If not i will take this issue at high level authorities.

                                    When we are taking first time commection in RajaRajeswari HP gas Agencies, Velachery branch, they will speak very softly but when we go for second time for Extra Cylinder they will speak very rudely, they will not at all care the persons who are standing they will just talk with others, if we ask for 5 to 6 times then they will say now not possible come after 3 months or 2months from one year we are facing the same problem, No proper response from those people. Very Bad

                                    The staffs are treating us like anything. They are thinking we are staff
