Hi,

I applied for single HP gas cylinder at Rajarajeswari HP gas agency in June, 2012 and I was said that I can apply for spare cylinder after one month. I got it in a week days, but while trying for the spare cylinder they are not giving proper response and every time saying that spare cylinder will be available after 2 months and they are not saying specific time to apply for the spare. Now almost 9 months over but still they are not giving proper response and at-least they should have tell the specific time to get the spare cylinder instead of making me doing rounds to Rajarajeswari HP gas agency.

    My gas consumer number is 649811 and my gas agency distributor address is as below-

    M/S AMRAPALI GAS SUPPLY COMPNAY ANGARIKA APARTMENT,
    CHINCHWAD GAON, CHINCHWAD,Maharashtra-Excl Mum/Thane/NMu, Pin Code:411033

    Sir/Madam my complaint grievance is that while delivered the refill to my home door,delivery boy haven't provide the receipt(Actual charge 447 rs.) of the refill and asked the refill charge as 455 rs. which is 8 rs. more from actual charge.
    Also his behaviour is rude while asking for the receipt as well as made the entry in the gas diary.He didn't did any thing and giving the argument that if you wanna to take this then take it else no need to take it.Please look into this matter seriously and take the immediate action in this regards.

      Dear Sir,
      I am a senior citizen and your customer since last 30 years. I am availing service from M/s Anurag Gas Co. Chinchwad, Pune-411033 and my consumer No. is 610885.

      Two months back I have submitted photocopy of my Aadhar Card and also furnished the details of the Bank Account. However, the dealer's staff refused to give acknowledgement.
      Frequently I inquired with the Dealer but, the said information is not updated in his record. Yesterday I inquired on phone and the concerned clerk asked me to furnish the details again.

      Kindly look into the matter. For your ready reference I am reproducing the details as follows.

        i am mahendra singh S./O. sh . amar singh , i have applied a new gas connection at viajy gas agency chirawa (jhunjhunu ) raj on 13 march 2012 , which dispatch no is 9125 .i have deposited all essential documents at vijay gas agency chirawa but a new gas connection has not issued to me till now , at least when i asked to gas ageny person for my new gas connection , they returned my all documents which i was submitted that time to me without telling any reason . i need a connection . please see my complaint and take action against my complaint as soon as possible .

            Hello,

            I've recently taken gas connection from below mentioned HP Gas provider

            Shubham Gas Agency, Chinchwad
            P 113 D 1 Block, MIDC, Chinchwad East, Pune - 411019
            Phone : +[protected]

            But the agency is not providing me subsidized cylinder since my very first booking. They are demanding AADHAR card for the same. I've alreadyb applied for the AADHAR 5 months back and I also have the enrollment receipt and E-AADHAR card, but the agency is demanding the original AADHAR card only. Till that time I'll have to purchase the gas using non-subsidized rates.

            This is totally incorrect, why should I buy the gas when I've AADHAR enrolment & E-AADHAR letter which carries my UID. The agency should consider my AADHAR and if required they can cross-check the details of my AADHAR that I've provided.

              We are a corporate PSU client of SBI suagauli. We had given a fund transfer advice for cane payment to farmer having account in SBI bank from our bank account in SBI sugauli barnch account no [protected]. From last 5 days branch manger Mr rajesh([protected]) is not doing it. Due to which daily farmser are doing agitation in our mill for payment.We had compalint to his senior name Mr prabhat ravi([protected]) but he is also not listening to it. First two days branch mangaer sent us to mothiari but mothiari rejected to do the same. Then barnch manger left chq and rtgs advice in mothiari,and next day he is saying that he dose not have it so he will not do the rtgs. When we told him tht we had submitted it to your bank then he demand a vehicle and a person from us to bring the cheque and advice from motihari. But still he has nmot done it. He is harrasing the customer. He does not take phone call and he is also not giving the number of lokpal and his vigilance dept.We need interset at the rate 24% from bank on this amount for 5 days.

                I am shakti kiran sharma a resident of vasind and using hp gas since 16/12/2000 taluka-shahapur, district-thane.
                My consumer no is-610508, dealer code-957770, registration no-3169601.
                I used to get gas at home but recently a new gas agency anjali gas has been allotted to deliver gas in vasind, Now they say that they have no
                record of me in their book and are not providing me gas from last six months and making us travel to various office for no use.
                keeping data and record is there responsibility and i also have my old gas card then also they are not providing me gas.
                It is very difficult for me to deal with them.

                Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action as soon as possible and i have also thought of taking legal action against them.
                Because for six months they have wasted my time and money and still no result.

                  I am facing very big problem from my HP GAS Distributor.Every time they delay to replace full cylinder. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.I book the gas last 5-Jan2013,and still date our gas cylinder not deliverd. I have followed up with more than 5 times and they say you can complain wherever you required. They are least bother about customer and they are doing intentionally delay to black market those gases. Please the HP gas agency name with my consumer number.

                  HP Gas — Much delay in gas delivery

                  I had booked my gas on 07/01/2008 at Kalkaji gas service at PINJORE ( HARYANA ) but till today i.e 19/01/2008 i have not recd any delivery . Every time when I call to agency they reply that there is a problem in supply & gave me no of one sales officer of HP gas Mr Rajeev Bhargava ( Chandigarh ) when i enquired from him he didnot reply to me & cut my phone saying I am not responsible for non delivery of gas this is not my headace.
                  Please tell me whereI go .
                  Every time agency booked gas after one month of delivery & supply after 20-30 days this is the routine cycle .Even gas easily available in BLACK today .
                  I have booked for gas near about 15 days ago ,but still we havn't
                  received it.....

                  I am a consumer (608746) of AMIT GAS AGENCY, 3, L-2, DDA Shopping Center, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019 for last 12-13 years.

                  For last one year, we are facing lots of problem with the Gas Supplied by this dealer. I have booked the Gas on 8th and 9th January’2009 and they told that you will received within 2 days but as of now it is more than 9 days and we have not received the cylinder. When I contacted them say that there is no proper supply from the company itself.

                  Second problem with them is that the phone and always engaged. Usually they keep the phone aside. They are talking very hardly do the customer for every month like this happening.

                  Kindly look into the matter and take action for this.

                  There is a terrible delay in delivery of the gas cylinder.
                  I booked it on 01/04/2011 and haven't got it till date.
                  This is utter negligence in the system.

                        My name is Rohit kumar, C.A.=611166, Distributor is SAWHNEY GAS AGENCY[protected].

                        I had not booked my refill cylinder which actually an subsidized unit, last month in 2012.
                        Today i tried to book my subsidized refell via HPCL portal, but it shows me that...My refill got booked last month of 2012.
                        And delivered too. Data is : Booked on -7.12.2012, Delivered:- 20.12.2012
                        Shocking Experience it is for me completely.
                        Even i had not booked my refill cylinder yet from November 16, 2012.
                        Please, send my complaints to higher authority's to resolve this issue.

                          My father Mr. Narendra singh parihar, is a consumer of hp gas cylinder, his consumer number is 611205 . We have'nt get the cylinder since 14 months and the gas card is blocked. Since then my mother is preparing food in chulha.
                          On date 28.12.2011 my father went to superior sales service office for transferring his police inspector's card to the police welfare gas agency, the distributer of superior sales service smt.sharda jain asked my father to pay 2000/- illegaly for transfer for which my father opposed. And due to her approach upto my police officers , my father was suspended for 3-4 months. Which was unfair decision with my father.
                          Later when my father went to receive a cylinder of his own card number then her workes replies to my father that madam has ordered us not to give even a single cylinder on this card number. And since then upto now we have not got cylinder of our own even that gas card is not restart, and we are facing many difficulties in cooking food.
                          Kindly take proper action against the distributer and give us fair decision...

                          Hindustan Petroleum Gas Cylinder — Gas Not Delivering on time as well as Not a single phone is working which is mentioned on Card, frequently changing their Telephone No.

                          I Rakesh Sinha bearing consumer number-631839 at Balaji Gas Agency, Airoli,Navi mumbai . It's a regular that in spite of booking the cylinder is always delivered late. At present there is no fuel in my home, i have to take it from my neighbor for time being. I have made a telephone booking on 10/01/2008 and received booking number 1396. But in spite of several reminder there is no delivery of cylinder till date. Hope this complaint can solve my problem.

                          As well as not a single telephone Number working which is mentioned on Card.Every after some days they are changing their Number. Due to that person has to visit for booking the Gas as weel for enquiry.

                          Hindustan Petroleum Gas Cylinder — Non Delivery of Cylinder after repitative followup

                          Our HP Gas agency OMKAR GAS SERVICE, Kopri, Thane employees are very much harassing to the customers. I have booked the cylinder on 2nd Dec. The HP employee said the cylinder will come in two days. But the cylinder was not delivered after two days. We again called on 4th day. The reply was given it will be delivered on next day. Again it was not delivered. They send the cylinder on 10th Dec. As on one was at home, it went back without any indication. We have given the the C/o flat number (Just above our flat) for in case if no one is at home they can deliver the cylinder at C/o place. Even after frequent followup the cylinder is not delivered. Till today on 20th Dec, we have not received the cylinder.
                          We know the agency is giving cylinders in black.

                          Kindly look in to the matter. I will also be logging the complaint in consumers court.

                          My customer number is 617736.
                          The OMKAR GAS AGENCY is giving us the worst service since last 6 months. After repitative follow ups for the cylinder we have to adjust with stove. Even if we ask them to obtain cylinder from their office, they have informed the shortage of cylinder. Please take into account the problems we are facing & take the corrective actions.

                              My consumer No.is 685306 with the Allied Agencies (Distributor) of HP Gas Agency. (Address - 3C-64 BP N.I.T. Faridabad. I booked gas for home delivery on[protected] but the cylinder has not arrived yet. None of their customer service numbers is working, which is completely illegal besides being unethical. Subsequently I registered a complaint with HP o their web site vide reference no. 12107617. Till date (i.e 25/12/2012), it is pending. I also visited the agency's office a week back. They promised to deliver it next day, which was a big lie.

                              The agency is openly involved in BLACK MARKETING, as anybody can visit them and get a cylinder at around Rs. 1,100/- ( the prevailing black market rate here in Faridabad).

                              Kindly take this issue with the concerned authorities. I would be grateful.

                                i want to say that I am a consumer of your bhawana hp gas agency and i am suffering from these follow problems :-
                                1. there is no home delivery from two months
                                2. In my phone inbox there is a msg of delivery but in my home there is no delivery from two months
                                3. When i went to BHAWANA HP GAS AGENCY BAWANA there is launch time 1:00-2:00, but at 2:45 there is no one in the agency and it is not locked
                                4: there is too much black marketing
                                5: In the notice board there no complaint number or email-id through which we can complaint

                                At last I want also suggested you if you don't stop this early so you will lose your lots of customer because in this area INDEAN GAS has good supply.

                                HP Gas — no regular supply

                                We have been constantly facing too much of problems from domlur agency in supply of cylinders and the service is pathetic.
                                This is been happening for over one year..
                                They do not respond properly and just keep us waiting.
                                Please look inot this matter.

                                i called many times to my agency GAS WORLD, that is in CHELAKKARA THRISSUR DT.
                                every time i call for cylander they saying tommarow we will supply cylader .Now morethan 6 month gone .My consumer nuber is 613638.

                                h.p.gas connection — not receiving gas on time

                                I am not receiving the gas on time (delevery) It is booked after many request and gone on personal visit. on telephone it is n ot done and phone is disconnected without booking. The office is not receiving the complaint in writting and they are ready to fight and say do what i wish to do. My connection is with M/s Cukers gas agency darya ganj new Delhi 110002.(near netaji subhash marg) connection no 650829

                                HP Gas Cylinder — Not receiving the Cylinder on time

                                We have booked the Cylinder with Sawhney Gas Agency on 14th of July, 2009 for our connection No. 556010 in the name of 'Munshi Ram Kapoor' but whenever contacted with the Sawhney Gas Agency, they are saying that today the Cylinder will come but we have not received the same as on date. Even there phone is very very difficult and very rear to connect.

                                HP Gas — Not getting cylinder supplies on proper time

                                My self, Ritun Majumdar, consumer no. 615423, address - Flat no. 2A, Shuktara Bhavan, 196 Netaji Subhas Road, Uttarpara, Hooghly, is not getting delivery of cylinders on proper time even on booking. I am now having a single cylinder and is facing very much trouble. I have applied for double cylinder also but yet no response. I have booked for a cylinder on 30/08/2010, yet not received. This type of sarvice is not expected and this causes very much trouble to consumers. If properly service can't be given then whats the use of opening such an agency with people with such poor performances. This is absolutely ridiculous.Also on calling at thier agency nos, most of the times the nos come busy.
                                have got a worst experience o[censored]sing HP Gas. I am staying at Jamshedpur and i have booked the Gas 2 weeks back, but till date I have not received the Gas. Whenever I have called the below number, no body id picking up phone.

                                Please ask your agency to stop dealing the same. Their behaavior is too bad . Request you to develop your service and try to develop your service.

                                Please note that we have booked the gas more than 1-month now - and cylinder is not supplied, mostly this HP Gas Telephones are busy every time since mornng 8a.m. to ,,,,

                                Look like Gas cylinder supplies selling the Booked Cylinders to out sources .

                                  I am a consumer of Hp gas service.My consumer no. is 700550.I have booked my cylinder on 1st December 2012 and booking no. is 205249.After calling agency so many times they are not delivering refill.instead they asked us to come to gas agency and take receiving slip(slip that we receive after receiving cylinder.after that we would receive our cylinder.To collect this we would have to stand in a queue in the morning at 4:00 am, after this we would receive our slip at about 7:00 am.that means we would have to stand for 3 hours in this winter.Not only this, after collecting slip we would have to receive our refill and transport it at our means to our home.If they are not delivering our refill at our doorstep, then why are they charging extra rupees for delivering the refill?plus they are charging Rs 5 extra now, even for receiving the refill from the agency.Is this not corruption?this is not only our problem but of all the people in our area.All agencies deliver cylinder at home except bawana gas agency.I can't bear this.please take necessary action against those crooks.I request you to help us to get our refill on time.

Gas dealer m/s yashraj gas agency Raigarh is not providing proper services to the consumers.They are not providing Home delivery services on time I am a consumer during last 6 months of that agency. bvut at every time they supply me gas after the 10-12 times persuasion. they denied to provide home delivery. they provide two land line nos of there shop to customer (326670 & 326680) but there land line...
