My consumer No.is 685306 with the Allied Agencies (Distributor) of HP Gas Agency. (Address - 3C-64 BP N.I.T. Faridabad. I booked gas for home delivery on[protected] but the cylinder has not arrived yet. None of their customer service numbers is working, which is completely illegal besides being unethical. Subsequently I registered a complaint with HP o their web site vide reference no. 12107617. Till date (i.e 25/12/2012), it is pending. I also visited the agency's office a week back. They promised to deliver it next day, which was a big lie.

The agency is openly involved in BLACK MARKETING, as anybody can visit them and get a cylinder at around Rs. 1,100/- ( the prevailing black market rate here in Faridabad).

Kindly take this issue with the concerned authorities. I would be grateful.

Sir/Madam,
i want to say that I am a consumer of your bhawana hp gas agency and i am suffering from these follow problems :-
1. there is no home delivery from two months
2. In my phone inbox there is a msg of delivery but in my home there is no delivery from two months
3. When i went to BHAWANA HP GAS AGENCY BAWANA there is launch time 1:00-2:00, but at 2:45 there is no one in the agency and it is not locked
4: there is too much black marketing
5: In the notice board there no complaint number or email-id through which we can complaint

At last I want also suggested you if you don't stop this early so you will lose your lots of customer because in this area INDEAN GAS has good supply.

I am a consumer of Hp gas service.My consumer no. is 700550.I have booked my cylinder on 1st December 2012 and booking no. is 205249.After calling agency so many times they are not delivering refill.instead they asked us to come to gas agency and take receiving slip(slip that we receive after receiving cylinder.after that we would receive our cylinder.To collect this we would have to stand in a queue in the morning at 4:00 am, after this we would receive our slip at about 7:00 am.that means we would have to stand for 3 hours in this winter.Not only this, after collecting slip we would have to receive our refill and transport it at our means to our home.If they are not delivering our refill at our doorstep, then why are they charging extra rupees for delivering the refill?plus they are charging Rs 5 extra now, even for receiving the refill from the agency.Is this not corruption?this is not only our problem but of all the people in our area.All agencies deliver cylinder at home except bawana gas agency.I can't bear this.please take necessary action against those crooks.I request you to help us to get our refill on time.

Your H.P. Gas dealer m/s yashraj gas agency Raigarh is not providing proper services to the consumers.They are not providing Home delivery services on time I am a consumer during last 6 months of that agency. bvut at every time they supply me gas after the 10-12 times persuasion. they denied to provide home delivery. they provide two land line nos of there shop to customer (326670 & 326680) but there land line...

sir,
we are having a connection of hp gas with name kv sai ram in Hyderabad. He is our neighbour and he is shifted to vijayawada since then we are using that connection because we dont have hp gas connection at that time. No we want to transfer that name to my name.
Hp staff is saying that we have to apply for new connection and the cylinder costs 900 rupees. So we people are not in a position to bear that much money per cylinder. Please take action on this issue as soon as possible . We the middle class people cant afford that much money for a cylinder .

I have been a consumer of HP (Home LPG Cylinder) service since past 20 years, but from last year the service has been degrading drastically.
the employee has hardly provided with the cylinder delivery at home and whenever I go to the branch they misbehave. last time they took extra money and didnit even give the receipt of the product.

hum log office par compliant karte hai to bolte hai gas piche se hi nahi aa rahi hai.

hum logo ke sabsidi wale cylander ka time khatam hota ja raha hai.
kuch to goverment or kuch ye gas agency wale.paration kar rahe hai
kabhi kabhi to maan karta hai ki family sahit maar jaye.

I RECEIVED ONLY 1 GAS REFILLING BEFORE 14 SEPT 2012 WHILE AS WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT IT SHOWS 2 REFILLINGS &
I RECEIVED ONLY 2 GAS REFILLING SINCE 14 SEPT 2012 WHILE AS MY ACCOUNT SHOWS 3 REFILLINGS.
I MADE THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT AND REMINDERS TO THE HPCL BUT EVEN AFTER THE EXHAUSTING OF ONE MONTH NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE IN THIS REGARD.DUE TO THE SCARCITY OF GAS I COMPELLED TO BRING A GAS REFILLING ON BLACK FOR RS 1300.
NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING TO SORT OUT THIS ISSUE.

I received one SMS from HP Portal on 4th Dec 2012 at 10:55 am saying "Ref: Hpgas Booking No 265964 Your Refill will be delivered shortly. Cash Memo no 106052. Cash Memo Date 02.Dec.2012". Just after 2 minute I received another SMS...

Dealer is asking for 8300 rs for new 2 cylinder connection with gas ,pipe and regulator.Please tell me how much it will cost? Don't he asking for exact amount or more money?

Our HP gas delar is Gupta gas agency

he is not supply home gas in home delivery since 1985.


but he takes the value of home delivery,

also he create the new shop in chhota govindpur, he takes Rs 50 extra for evry cylinder also he doesnot supply in home delivery.

My name is Himanshu Shukla and I am a resident of New Palam Vihar Gurgaon. The nearest and the most convinent petrol pump on my way is of Hindustan Petroleum at Sec-23 and I am regular buyer of petrol at this station.But from the last 2-3 purchases I am not sure wether I am getting the right quantity or not.

So, today when I went to get the tank filled I asked for a measuring jar which was refused by the care taker there when on insisting he made me seak to the superior there however he also came up with the same response.

My reason of writting this complaint is to bring this to the concerned person in Hindustan Petroleum to go ahead and take a action aganist so as to insure customers satisfation.

I am 78 years old and I want to change my LPG connection in the name of my Daughter in law due to my old age. I visited Priya agencies on 05and 06 nov 2012 and I am contacting them daily .I have spent money for name change in respect of affidavit and paid Rs. 185/- in cash for name change but I am receiving no response . Now its about a week I am running around at old age of 78 yrs for name change.Please help me.

as per Government subsidy in the utilisation domastic gas, 6 cylinder is allowed in subsidy in the financial year. Now petrilium Ministry declaired in the nationalised news paper that in this mid financial year that is period from 14.09.2012 to 31.3.2013 is to be subsidied only 3 cylinders. Now my compliant is that last cylinder was booked before of 14.09.2012 and cash memo was prepared and deliverd in the same date. Please it may be noted that last cash memo no. 142097, dated 13.09.2012, my consumer No. 653557. It is noted that nex gas was booked and cash memo prepared vide cash memo no. 196724, dated 02.11.2012 and noted subsidy consumed 2/3. I do not under stand that how they are counting 2 gas cylider consumed under subsidy.
Please contact to M/s. Praygraj Gas & Domastic Appliances, Dattatrya Nagar, Nagpur and sort out the compaint and get the reply sutably.

Non Receipt of Gas Refill .

My consumer No.is 686636 with the Allied Agencies (Distributor) of HP Gas Agency. (Address - 3C-64 BP N.I.T. Faridabad. I booked gas for home delivery on[protected] but the cylinder has not arrived yet. I received a message that the delivery was complete. I have been trying to contact the agency vide No.[protected] / [protected] and the No. is always engaged. I Registered complaints also but to no avail. It so happened that a lady picked up the phone by mistake on 06/11/12 and informed me that the delivery shall happen within a day but even today i did not receive.

i simply am not aware as to what to do and whom to approach.

i am a consumer of hp gas and my no. is 606062. my area dealer is mondal hp gas , raniganj-713347 (w.bengal).i am hp gas consumer since 2006 and i have been provided only one cylinder since then . this time i had booked for gas on 10/10/12 as i had last got a cylinder on 18/09/12 but till today i did not get it and when i inquired when i'ii be provided gas i was told by my dealer to inquire after 48 days . kindly do help me in this regard and order my dealer to deliver my booked cylindef immediately . for your kind information my booking no. is-204947.thanking you
