My Consumer Number is 620806 at Maya Gas Agency-Ulhasnagar-3.The dealer code is 11519700.My Unique Consumer ID is [protected].My Self YAGYA DATTA TIWARI.

For your kind information 9 days ago I had booked my Domestic Gas Cylinder but the Agency replied that there are cylinder shortage.

I would like to ask you that is 9 days taken to deliver the cylinder if there is any shortage.

It's really very poor service's if the situation is like this & trust me that I will sure STOP & CLOSE your connection if the situation will be like the same.

So Request you to deliver the cylinder as soon as possible & please don't delay more in future.

    I am smt.pilla lakshmi (Consumer no-614196) . i have HP GAS connection. Now, my account is blocked. as I had not booked gas cylinder during last 180 days. I was not at yelamanchili (visakhaptanam) for last 3 months as a result I could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency(Aug 17 th 2012) - SRI RAMA GAS AGENCIES yelamanchili

    Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.

      My HP Gas consumer No. is 612071. I have received mobile message that gas refll delivered on 29/8/2012 vide cash memo no. 190610. But it is regretted to state tht I have not received the gas cyliner so far. I have contact Jeevdani Gas Agency Naigaon (E), Vasai (Taluk) on 1/9/2012 and they stated that the cylinder will be delivered on the same day. Immediately I had contacted the GAs dealers at Bhayandar (West) on 1/9/2012 and they have also stated that the same will be delivered on 1/9/2012. I have contacted on phone on 3/9/2012 at Naigaon (East), Jeevdani Gas and they have repeated the answer that the same will be delivered on 3/9/2012. Again I contacted the Gas Agency Bhayandar (EAst) and they have also told me the gas will be delivered today or tomorow. It is definitely we can understand that the cylinder which is supposed to be delivered to me on 29/8/2012 have been supplied to other person. This type o[censored]npleasant situation, never expected such a dealers of HP Gas. Please try to convince them not to violate the norms and rules of the delivery of the gas to its consumers and as them to deliver immediately the cylinder without further delay.

        I am Manas Ranjan Pradhan,a HP doemstic consumer having consumer #629198 of SWASTI FUEL CENTRE, Gajapati Nagar (RCMS Campus), M.R Colony, Bhubaneswar-17 .

        The city is growing and haspal is within Bhubaneswar(10 km from the distributir office place) so door delivery by the distributor is denied

        I agreed with to collect the GAS from GODDOWN.I booked my Gas on 23/07/2012 but till now, I unable to collect the GAS receipt from the office though several times(5 times), I went for office intime.

        Initially , office person from the distributor told me to collect the GAS from their GODDOWN after billing it from office (SWOSTI FUEL CENTRE) as they will not deliver it on Hanspal.

        Two times, I went to office within 8.30 AM but slot is completed.(they had restricted 50 cylinder/day).

        One Instance,They were not available @ 8.30 AM at office though we are standing at office premises to issue a receipt.

        Today ,also I went to office to 9.30 to issue the gas receipt for which I booked on 23/07/2012.

        This incident is not first time which I faced.Every time,They have some excuse to issue a receipt.

        How long I need to wait to get a domestic GAS?

        Its really a hard time for me and the consumers who are staying in my locality.(Almost 500 duplex is there).

        The level of service really frustrate the consumer and promote the black market.

        I need your intervention and expect a good quality of service.

        The Hon, ble Minister Food and Civil Supply has issued one press note that consumer will get refilling cylinder immediately within 48 hours but the distributors are making money violating the orders of Minister and administration.

        Delay in delivery of Coocking gas has become a regular feature, an apathy for common man. It is therefore , requested kindly make an enquiry on the service of the distributor to save the rights and benefits of the consumer.

I tried to pursue the matter online....but the site is not responding and deliberately the link is broken. Kindly see that no customer suffers because of delay in refill cylinder bookings.           HP /Gas Cylinder — HP Gas Cylinder Delivery delayed.

          I have booked for the HP Gas over phone on 04- jan-2008. They informed me that they will send the cylinder in a week. But even after a week passed, no delivery was done. I was surprised and called them again. They expressed sorry and promised to send that day itself.

          Again, 3 days have been passed but nothing arrived.

          What shoud I do? Do this complaint forum work to resolve the issue? Please advice.

          My consumer no is 609992, when ever i request for a refill there is delay in deliverying the cylinder while the same agency is selling the cylinders in black to other customers.

          HP Gas — Cylinder refill

          I am a customer of HP gas. I have booked for gas refill on 3rd of May. Today it's 21st May and the cylinder is still awaited. Each time I go to the distributor's office I hear the same thing from them - "It will take another week because the supply is not coming." They said the same yesterday too.

          I enquired in the other HP distributors' offices in the nearby localities. They say that at present they are able to provide refills within 7 to 10 (maximum) days after booking.

          I keep visiting the distributor's office to no avail. All I get is sheer arrogance in the name of customer service. It's utterly disgraceful and humiliating to request to these ill-manered, manipulative fellows for what I honestly deserve. They simply shrug when I tell them that my cooking gas has been exhausted. I can clearly see that they are trying to harass me.

          My consumer number is 616049.
          My distributor is - KANCHAN FLAME, VIP Road, Kolkata.

          If anybody can help me out, I will be greatful. Please advise what best I can do in this situation other than just waiting and listening to whatever crap they say.
          My consumer no is 612868, whenever i request for a refill there is delay in deliverying the cylinder, Chirau Gas Agency situated in Kalyan (e), Thane District. After delivering the cylinder they are not booking for new cylinder for the next 21 days, and after booking the cylinder they takes more than 15 days for delivering.

          If you can do something for us then good otherwise i have to think for altenate.

          I booked gas for home delivery on 23.9.08 but till today 03.10.09 it is not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says will be delivered tomorrow . I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem since last 4-5 months due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.           This is to inform that I had booked for refill of cylinder on 8.12.2008. But though after repeated reminders I have not received my cylinder till date. I am worried my 2nd cylinder would soon be empty. Please do help me.

Triveni gas service (phone no[protected] is the distributor for my connection, I booked my gas on dated 02/02/09. but at the present time distributor not delivered gas cylinder. I complain many time, they are not responding any time.
          So at the last sorry to being to you notice that there is no responding from them.
          some time I measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg. to 5kg. in each cylinder .
          Kindly look into matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or email and have some acknowledgment system to over this suction.

          I am Jeewan dhar mishra my consumer number is 608172 my dealer is sunil gupta in k' block kidwai nagar kanpur. i have booked my gas on 21st oct. 2009 but till today on dated 15nov. 2009 i have not got a cylender.
          i am consultant and i am out of station. from last 10 days our family is surviving with out gas. how they will managing i dont know. but they would be in much problem. when i call the distributer 4 to 5 times then they received phone and said tomorrow it will reach to day here is no gas. in this condition how can i believe.

          HP — delay in refill of Cylinder

          Dear Sir,
          I have a HP gas connection Consumer no. 509777. I m making call to HP gas supllier M/S Amar Gas Agency, Phase 7, Mohali for booking of cylinder for refill. But they are refusing it. They say that booking can be done only after 21 days of delivery of refilled cylinder.M/S Amar Gas agency also delivering refilled cylinder after 20 days of booking, therefore we are getting refilled cylinder after appx 45 days. they also cite reason that they are not getting delivery from HP. M/s Amar gas Agency harrasing the common people by denying their basic rights. I personally visited the above mentioned agency and requested to book for refill cylinder. But they bluntly refused even I also approached the person so called Manager for help but no gain. They were a lot of person gathered (appx 20 persons) within 15-20 minutes, those were harrassed by this agency. The above cited agency also hang up their phone and people have to make their visit for booking. Thus giving maximum trouble to common people. Therefore making this complaint, we wish that our complaints be heard and appropriate action should be action against aforementioned agency

          This is a very serious issue and needs immidiate attention . Firstly the phone is always busy and it is very difficult to get a cylinder booked . Once it is booked , I have to call many times to ask when the cylinder will be delivered and dont get a proper concrete reply . When I threaten to get his license revoked i get the cylinder after 3 / 4 weeks .

            Dear HP petroleum Co Ltd,

            Myself Devang Laheru, from Gandhidham, Gujarat. I have my own car Hyundai Santro GJ3CR-7940. I am working as Area Manager, in Tata AIG General Insurance Co Ltd, Gandhidham for entire kutch.

            I m regular & loyal costumer of filling Petrol from HPCL company pump-authorised stations.

            Today 7.30pm i return from Bhuj to Gandhidham & also i need to reach at my home in Rajkot, Gujarat for my son's health checkup.
            After 20-30minutes from Bhuj i reached at-Ratnal, Taluka-Bhuj at approx 8.15-8.20pm. When i turned to petrol pump there were 3 raws of pump stations.

            I entered on 2nd raw of the station & asked for filling petrol of Rs. 500/-. but the filler man were not checked or confirm me wheter i want to fill petrol / diesel.

            I was also not confirmed because Hyundai Santro is PETROL car.

            After 1-1.5km distance my car stucks on highway, i was surprised why it happend after filling petrol at Company Auth pump!

            I draw my car to petrol pump what they filled or mixed in my car! Highet of the story no 1 was ready to say who filled DIESEL instead of PETROL.
            No manager of the company was available at pumping station. There was a name of manager Mr. Baldevsinh, also not called me for any sympathy for wrong filling fuel in my car.

            He was calling his relatives of knowing people & asked them to take care myself.

            I think it is 100%negligency from your management.

            I called at your Rajkot office[protected] & informed my hard position, but securityman said sorry, no one will attend me now.

            Dear Sir, due to this i couldn't reached home at Rajkot for take care of my son's health.

            I have filled complaint at your Ratnal-Taluka, Bhuj company authorised pump, receipt no. 5, dated-30.8.12

            I thank to all that people who were taking care me for tea & dinner at 11pm (midnight)

            This is the time i reach at my Gandhidham.

            I think you should take action on the same.

            wait for your revert on the same.

            i m small customer of HP but my request are not minimize. Hope your action will give us on position to continue trust with HP.

            HP Petroleum — arrogant nature

            Dear All

            1. A day prior i was travelling thru pathankot and i had less pressure in the tyre, so i just went to this Petroleum pump of HP, MOHAN DAS AND SONS, DAMTAL. i requested him to fill some air but not only this pump has been non functional since long time the attendant was arrogant and so was the manager.

            2. I asked him to provide me with the complaint register he refused to do so, although it was not big matter, infact all petrol pumps in that pathankot bypass starting from madhopur had no air filling system non functional. what was alarming to me was the arrogant behaviour, lack of positive attitude towards customers and so was the interest in keeping the component active.

            3. I hope my complaint will bring some good to the coy and they will provide some good services which will change the opinion about them, just giving good ad doesn`t make an impression.

            HP Petroleum — closing of petrol pump after 12 at night

            this complaint is for the reason that we have only 1 petrol pump in our city and then also they close their petrol pump at night on 00.00 am .we the people of this city gets a lot of problem.we have to push our vehicle.from a long distance if petrol is over .

            so please take a strick action
            Very bad management of the HP petrol pump all over India we should stop filling petrol at HP outlets!

              Sir/Madam,

              Irregularties in distribution of LPG Gas refill sylender by Mainpuri Gas Agency,Mainpuri. LPG refill sylender delivered to car owner immidiatly, they purchse it on hire cost then the cutomer who is use it in cooking.

              I have not received refill gas sylender from last four month and i have booked online as well as go physically at Mainpuri Gas agency for booking the gas refill sylender but not received gas sylender till date.

              Kalabazari is on higher level involved in Mainpuri Gas agency. Every customer is very much disturbed due to irregularty .

              Please do somthing and take action for stoping this irregularties in distribution of Gas.

              LPG — check the distribution of gas

              pl I am an Indian army soldier and now posted in north sikkim If I told in details that is possible you do not bleive me pl check the method of distribution of gas when gas truck come on gas godawn 60% cylinder reached the safe or black mailing godwan of your Budhana (Muzaffar Nagar_251309 UP) agency.public cry and cry but a detecorship show by agency personel my family took gas from this agency but they are totlly fadup from this agency and behave o[censored] r staff.Pl check secretly all picture clear.

                I want to file complaint against Petrol pump located in sector 62 near mamura chowk red light.On 27 Aug 2012 I told them to fill 2000 Rs of petrol.I got down from car to check proper filling of petrol.I checked 0 before filling the petrol.According to Petrol pump attendant my tank was full at 1950 Rs, and they also filled extra 50 Rs petrol.My fuel indicator did not indicate even full tank.That indicate much less then that.I can surely say that they have done fraud in filling the petrol.For 2000 Rs they have only filled petrol of 1500 approx.Please take proper action against them.

                    I have to bring to your attention, the fraudulent manner in which billing is done by petrol pump attendants at Sachdeva Automobiles (H.P. Petrol Pump) on S.V. Road, Malad West. On 22nd August, 2012 I suffered the misfortune of being duped of about Rs. 300 by the attendants when I was getting my car tank filled with ordinary petrol. I had instructed the attendant to fill the tank and I was observing the meter which was near-about Rs. 2600 when one of the attendants diverted my attention and in the next instant, the filling attendant pulled out the nozzle from my car’s fuel tank and I saw the meter reading being turned to zero followed by the figure showing Rs. 2970! I could see one of the attendants manually typing that figure on the keyboard. Quickly it was again restored to zero. Since it all happened so soon, I did not realize it till I paid off the amount. Even the bill was given to me only after I asked for it. Later on I observed that they have shown 36.12 litres amounting to Rs. 2970! By no arithmetic, 36.12 litres of ordinary petrol can cost Rs. 2970 on 22nd August. But since I was already on the S.V. Road, in the midst of a terrible jam, there was no way I could turn back to confront the criminals manning this petrol pump. I have lodged a complaint with HP and someone from the petrol pump called me up assuring me of some action.

                      I booked cylinder on 21/8/2012,booking no:297943.Iregistered a complaint in consumers forum that actiobn will be taken,against the complaint by 48 hours,ticket No;45458-complaint registered on 25/4/2012.Today morning your delivery person is harassing my neighbour that he want more money-extra tips from the given Rs.15/-,and he needs toke.In all gas agencies they have stopped for token system.we working women dont get time to get new token from your company.am a widower and nobody to help.i ahve a child so the people should understand public problem also.Pls taken immediate action against the delivery man and see that they dont argue or fight for token.they blackmail,if token or extra amount(tips)not paid cylinder will not be delivered.My consumer no:612870,Sangita.H.Thakkar.pls do the needful sir.See to it that HP is one of the best not the worst.Divya gas agency-choolambedu road no response for any complaints or any other thing.No proper person there to solve our queries.

                        I booked gas on 14.08.2012 but till today 25.08.2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.                           I booked a gas delivery on 6the Aug 2012.almost a 18 days has gone however the concerned agency haven't taken the pain to deliver the refilled cylinder till date .After meeting them personally they are saying your turn has not yet come and according to them the TAT for delivery of refilledcylinder is 15days.I have checked the same with customer care of HP gas and they have confirmed that TAT is maximum 7days.
                          This is not the story of one month since last three month we are facing the same issue.If i have to get my refilled cylinder than I have to do atleast there booking in a month on top of that after so many personal visit to agency office they are ready to deliver.
                          It clearly indicate that the agency people are taking extra booking and delivering the cylinder in black with higher price.Because of this problem the situation is simply horrible.every month we have to beg for refilled cylinder from our neighbour.

                          My consumer no is 650458 and my last boking no is 213302

                          Kindly request you to look in to the matter as due this survival with respect is become very difficult.

                            I am working with Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, Raipur. I am consumer of your Company having consumer No. 607116 and dealer is M/s Sai Chandra Gas Agency, CSEB, Budhapara, Near Kotwali. Raipur (CG).

                            My complaiant is that Gas Agency People do not attend the phone for several hours. If they lift the phone by the grace of GAD, they says that they are booking GAS, but not supplies. On eqquiry they forgets about my earlier booking and freshly they book again. Because of their rudly attitude I am suffering.

                            Kindly do the needfull, or tell me what to do.

                              sir, my gas connection no 623700-bidar-karnataka.my mother stays few days in year as some times she is along with me abroad.hence gas utilisation

                              is less may be 1 cyllinder every 4 month or so
                              .
                              but ur people are refusing to give refilled cyllinder as we are taking once in every 4 month, when cyllinder is not empty how can is possible.

                                  This is to bring to your notice the immense trouble faced by the HP gas consumers.

                                  From the last 6 months, Kiran Gas Agency in Hadapsar is creating a lot of problems for the consumers. Cylinders are always out of stock. Even after proper booking period, they do not deliver the cylinders at the residences saying they have no means to send the cylinders home and ask to collect from their godowns, where they charge extra money and still give the excuse of shortage and ask consumers to come again.

                                  Domestic cylinders are a basic necessity and these people therefore try to take undue advantage of people's need and extract money illegally and trouble the consumers.

                                  Please look into the matter.

                                  HP Gas — not getting refill Cylinder

                                  I booked a new cylinder on 12/01/11 with internet booking no 395707. Till the time cylinder not recived by me I also raise a compain in HP Cosumer Complaint from with email: [protected]@yahoo.com and refrence no: 10042205 . No body take action on my compain. For this delaying we are suffering a lot. Please take proper action and providing a solution as soon as possible waiting for reply

                                    Hello People,

                                    I'm back to share my sad stories, this time about how mindf#cked i get due to our awesome CNG Gas pumps in Hyderabad.

                                    To begin with Hyderabad city is 650 sq km in size. There are JUST 13 CNG pumps here! That means you have to drive for atleast 50 kms to get this damned gas!! HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM OR HP is the sole distributor of CNG in Hyderabad.

                                    I personally need to drive 20 Kms to-and-fro to the nearest CNG Gas station and 28 Kms for the Alternative one.
                                    Gachibowli-Langar House- Gachibowli (20 kms round trip)
                                    or
                                    Gachibowli-Abids-Gachibowli (28 kms round trip).

                                    It gets worst!! I need to fuel once a week by 10 KG tank. None of the pumps are equipped to fill my cylinder up with the full load of 10 KGs. So as a result I only get about 7-8 KGs on each refill.

                                    IN ABIDS HP CNG STATION,

                                    THERE IS A QUEUE TO GET GAS. YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 KMS AWAY FROM THE STATION, IN A QUEUE NEXT TO AUTO RICKSHAW GUYS. IF YOU HAVE A GIRL WITH YOU IN THE CAR, BE PREPARED TO HAVE HER VERBALLY AND VISUALLY MOLESTED BY THESE LOW-LIFES.

                                    Sometimes, when there is police action in the area like yesterday, the queue is not there, However there is no communication or message on the spot about it, you are just left wondering and are forced to take a 4 KM ROUND to see whats up at the gas station.

                                    The nightmare HAS JUST BEGUN..

                                    I have been to Langar house HP gas station 4 times in last 2 months and each time I was sent back being told the Gas Station is out of order. Just this Sunday, I went there again and guess what? The Pump is out of Order, "please come back tommorow". I thought okay I will try again "tommorow", guess what I went again, and it didn't happen! "The Mechanic didn't come", I felt like burning the whole god-damned place down!

                                    Such high unprofessional conduct by a Govt. owned Company is no surprise. Infact in the Langar House pump, when i had to see the manager, I was asked, how could I enter their office without Shoes??!!!!

                                    I mean really, screw you HP, i will like to defile you in everyway possible.

                                        There is a club hp petrol pump at n.h.17 at hosabettu village comes under Mangalore city corporation limit called as Rai service station. My complaints are this so called club hp pump is famous for its poor services as under
                                        1. The air filling machine is out of order on 365 days
                                        2. It provides servicwe on 'no power-no petron/deisel basis. Which means at the time of powercut machines do not work as there is no generator facility
                                        Hence we are fedup with the services of said petrol pump and request the hp personnel to look into it
                                        I visited a petrol pump of M/s Batra Brothers & Co., Ring Road.N.D.S.E.-2, New Delhi-110049 at 5.15 pm and got petrol for Rs 100/=. after filling petrol I asked for bill but Mr.R.S.Rawat(cashier) refused to give bill, I again asked for the same many times but he always refused. All the staff memebers standing there were laughing at me and created a drama, but the reason I don't know. Means I was misbehaved directly by Mr. Rawat by saying "JO KARNA HAI KAR LE BHAG YAHAN SE, BAKWAS KARNE KI JAROORAT NAHIN HAI". After requesting many times I got the bill, but whole night I asked myself what will be the reason, conclusion that I was misbehaved by the whole staff.
                                        At the awareness by govt."JAGO GRAHAK JAGO" I have a right to recieve the bill.
                                        I request you to please take action otherwise a serious step will be taken by complaint to the senior officers, newspapers, media (because they provide quick service).
                                        I fully agree what ever you did. Its our right to take the bill or ask for anything wrong you noticed. I came across your complaint because I too came across such a incident when I purchased diesel for Rs.500 in my car and after seening the meter of the car I noticed that I was being cheated by the pump. The quantity of the oil was not accurate. When I complained the matter to the incharge of the pump he refused to give a check to the measure of the pump.

For last six months or so they are not keeping 2 T pouches. for Free air service customers are often told that machine is out of order or ther is no one to do the job.
