I booked cylinder on 21/8/2012,booking no:297943.Iregistered a complaint in consumers forum that actiobn will be taken,against the complaint by 48 hours,ticket No;45458-complaint registered on 25/4/2012.Today morning your delivery person is harassing my neighbour that he want more money-extra tips from the given Rs.15/-,and he needs toke.In all gas agencies they have stopped for token system.we working women dont get time to get new token...

I booked gas on 14.08.2012 but till today 25.08.2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I booked a gas delivery on 6the Aug 2012.almost a 18 days has gone however the concerned agency haven't taken the pain to deliver the refilled cylinder till date .After meeting them personally they are saying your turn has not yet come and according to them the TAT for delivery of refilledcylinder is 15days.I have checked the same with customer care of HP gas and they have confirmed that TAT is maximum 7days.br...

I am working with Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, Raipur. I am consumer of your Company having consumer No. 607116 and dealer is M/s Sai Chandra Gas Agency, CSEB, Budhapara, Near Kotwali. Raipur (CG).

My complaiant is that Gas Agency People do not attend the phone for several hours. If they lift the phone by the grace of GAD, they says that they are booking GAS, but not supplies. On eqquiry they forgets about my earlier...

sir, my gas connection no 623700-bidar-karnataka.my mother stays few days in year as some times she is along with me abroad.hence gas utilisation

is less may be 1 cyllinder every 4 month or so
.
but ur people are refusing to give refilled cyllinder as we are taking once in every 4 month, when cyllinder is not empty how can is possible.

This is to bring to your notice the immense trouble faced by the HP gas consumers.

From the last 6 months, Kiran Gas Agency in Hadapsar is creating a lot of problems for the consumers. Cylinders are always out of stock. Even after proper booking period, they do not deliver the cylinders at the residences saying they have no means to send the cylinders home and ask to collect from their godowns,...

Hello People,

I'm back to share my sad stories, this time about how mindf#cked i get due to our awesome CNG Gas pumps in Hyderabad.

To begin with Hyderabad city is 650 sq km in size. There are JUST 13 CNG pumps here! That means you have to drive for atleast 50 kms to get this damned gas!! HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM OR HP is the sole distributor of CNG in Hyderabad.

I personally need to drive 20 Kms...

I working as a software professional, Before 30 minutes i went to HP petrol bulk near to Navalur toll gate(Chennai, Tamilnadu). And i asked the associate who works in HP petrol bulk to fill the petrol for Rs.500. when i opened the bike tank, he just injected the petrol puring pipe and told me sir it's full of dust on your petrol tank mouth clean it like that, so that i didn't noticed the digital meter as well...

At 9:30 AM today (6 August 2012), I visited the HP petrol pump near Sony World Junction - Kormangala (SRI SATHYA SSAI FUELS).

I requested the attendant to fill Rs 2,000 worth of fuel. The attendant started the meter showed me a zero and started pumping.

After a few seconds, the attendant took my card and went to swipe it on the machine. During this time a second attendant came next to the pump.

i approached savitha gas agency which is the agency for HP gas service.

when i ask them for a new connection they have requested to pay 6000 rupees as their commission and they are providing the receipt for only 2600 rupees. other amount they are taking as a bribe. if i am not giving this amount means they are not giving new connection to me. so please check this ridiculous one. and help the poor people to improve our india....

WE DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND WHY WE ARE GETTING CYLINDER DELAY ALWAYS.

Non professional employees in Gas Station (SRI VENKATA SIVA SAI INDUSTRIES, ENIKEPADU, VIJAYAWADA, 521108). One lady was putting petrol and in the middle another guy came in and troubling that lady. Then she left the petrol nozzle there and left. Then that guy hold that nozzle and by that time petrol was overfilled and came out. At least half a liter petrol got wasted.

Later we asked to deduct 40 rupees from the total bill...

We book our cylinder for cooking Gas with Annapurna Gas Agency in Vasai West on 18th June, 12 and my Booking No.241228 and my Con. No.623029. Now if we phoned they are not taking the call secondly out of 2 phones one is always out of order. Please see in this matter. At home cooking gas is over. We have to get food from hotel

I was tried so many times to book my refile by phone, but i didn't get any response. Finally went to the branch office to book, they don't entry my booking in the consumer's book they just made a phone call to [protected] and say your refile was booked.
But when i check the booking history in the Internet, i don't find any booking in that day.
I don't think they really booked....
