Beware of Taru Automobiles (HP Petrol Pump) on Nehru Bridge, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. Those People are cheating with customers who comes for refilling the Petrol or Diesel.
They will CHEAT you while they will ask you to buy News Paper / Magazine / Car Washing Kit / Shaving Kit etc. etc. In between time
Their Pumps will show you the amount which you have paid for Petrol / Diesel, But Actually they will not giving you the exact numbers in Petrol / Diesel.
So these people are making foolish to each & every customers.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    My complain is in the against of M/S Amrut Gas Agency located at silvassa near mashjid,silvassa vapi main road Dadra & nagar haveli - 396235.
    1. It has been many days since I've booked the refill of gas cylinder but till date I have not received a gas cylinder refill. I called the agency to inquire they ordered me to get it myself from the agency. Despite of their mistake, the way their staff member interacted with me was rude, impolite and unacceptable.It has exceeded the TAT that is given for the refill. I need the cylinder refill immediately.
    2. Since I have got 2 cylinders registered in my name, I should be able to book two refills with their auto0omated line. But HP gas automated system allows for only one refill booking regardless how many cylinders have you registered for. So when there is a need, its of no use having multiple cylinders.

    Kindly help me resolve this issue immediately.

      For the last 2 years, we are facing the problem regarding the delivery of LPG gas Cylinders to our home. The HP agency name is Vardhvinayak gas agency and is located at kalamboli, Navi mumbai. While booking the cylinder the direct reply is that it will tale 8-10 days for delivery. we kept quiet. fromn 2012, thier reply for booking calls is 12-16 days. a few months back a guy from HP had come to note down the complaints and he said that as consumers we should complain to the company. I went in to the Hindustan Petroleum website and was amazed to find out that no matter how hard u try they have disabled the Complaints section and u can never lodge a complaint.

        I am 75 years old, residing at 14, Sitalatala Lane, Hindmotor, Hooghly, West Bengal-712233. My Domestic LPG Gas is of HP, Consumer Mo- 603939, whose dealer is Quick Gas Service, Uttarpara, Ph. No[protected]. This Dealer of HP is worst in Customer care and their supply of refilled cylinder is abnormally delayed. Every time they give excuse of short supply, lack of man power etc. They even least bother to attend the Phone call. I really feel lucky to get their telephonic reply. Being an old sick retired Govt. Official, it is very difficult for me to withstand such malpractice of such an utility service. I hope you will take care of this and and do the needful at the earliest.

        HP/LPG — Delay in refilling of LPG Cyl.

        Dear Sir,
        I am the regular customer since 1996 of HP gas services providing by
        you. I am facing very much difficulties till today in refilling of LPG
        cylinders from our HP distributor in Nashik mentioned below. I am not receiving LPG cylinders after 15 days / 1 month from the date bookings.
        Presently i have booked for refilling and distributor is
        refusing to provide the cylinder.
        I need your action at earliest please for smooth

          so please say what can i do that is totaly froud....

              Today, with the petrol prices being hiked, many petrol stations have closed business even in the evening itself at the pretext of no stock, Many motorists are affected because of this. One HP petrol station Madha agency in Virugambakkam chennai refused to fill petrol. request the concerned at HP to take necessary actions against the perpetrators.

                I have booked the 22 days back on balaji gas HP Gas services sector 16, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, and they told me that i will receive in three days now it almost 25 days till now they not supplied the gas. wherever i ask them they say that i will receive tomorrow/today. i have so many telephonic call but not response

                i am a regular consumer bearing the no. 600196 of hp gas company. name of the local distributor is m/s jyotsna hp gas service centre(p.o.- pachundi, dist- burdwan). i booked for my refill on 19/03/2012 through internet. my booking no. is 352590. on 28/03/2012 i noticed in my 'refill booking history' on the website of hpcl that a refill had already been delivered in my name on the booking date(19/03/2012) though i did not have the same yet. i lodged a complaint to the authority availing myself of the internet facility on 29/03/2012 but no action has yet been taken. for your information it may be mentioned that i got my last refill on 01/03/2012.

                  maine dinak 23/04/2012 ko apna cylinder book kiya tha, kintu abhi tak mujhe uski delivery nahin mil pai hai. jab ki mera gas cylinder khali ho chuka hai jis ke karan mujhe badi mushikalat ka samana karna pad raha hai. pichhle mahine mein bhi time per delivery nahin milne ke karan ek mahina beet jane ke baad khud store main ja kar gas cylinder prapt kiya tha.store se cylinder receive karne ke baad bhi delivery charge kata jata hai tatha samey per gas ki supply nahin di jati hai. sir, uprokat sambandh main uchit karyawahi karne ki kripa karein.

                    We are HP gas customer of -M/s Kumaran Agency Gas Service N.2 Alagar Koil Road Madurai. The above agency is always defaulter of gas refill delivery.They are taking their own time to delivery of the refile even after Gas refile delivery SMS. On 17th May 2012 we have received the SMS-
                    "Refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs.Cash memo No.190846; Cash Memo Date- 17th May 2012.".
                    But till now ie. 22-May 2012 8:15 AM no response from them. Whenever we approach them the will say " their delivery boys are at field an will be delivered soon".They will always give irresponsible answer .

                        I have done booking for a HP Gas cylinder in Lingaraj gas Agency, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar 12 days before, till today cylinder not been delivered. When I enquire about delay, they say always that, it can be delivered only after 20 days from now. Two telephones always run on their personal calls. Booking by telephone is also become a challenge for consumer. Kindly rectify the problem.

                                I visited Kalkaji Gas Services, Pinjore around five time in last week every time they give me only one answer Tomorrow you'll received your cylinder by home delivery i was not received till date. but today i went Kalkaji Gas Services, Pinjore they told me we refused your booking & your new booking date is 30-04-12.

                                    I HAD BOOKED REFILL OF GAS CYLINDER ON 30/04/12 WHICH THE DELIVERY BOY BROUGHT TO MY HOME ON 08/05/2012. HOWEVER, HE DEMANDED RS. 440.00 AGAINST INVOICE AMOUNT OF RS. 418.50. ON ENQUIRY WHY EXTRA MONEY WAS BEING DEMANDED, HE TOLD THAT AS HIS AGENCY / COMPANY DOES NOT PAY HIM ANY SALARY, HE HAS BEEN COLLECTING EXTRA MONEY FROM ALL THE CONSUMERS YEARS TOGETHER.

                                    ON REFUSAL TO PAY EXTRA MONEY, HE REFUSED TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER AND TOOK IT AWAY !!!!!!!!!

                                    THE GAS AGENCY MANAGER COULD NOT BE CONTACTED ON AVAILABLE PHONE NUMBERS .


                                    IS IT TRUE THAT THE COMPANY / AGENCY DOES NOT PAY TO DELIVERY BOY ?

                                    IF THE DELIVERY BOY IS CHEATING THE CONSUMERS AND THE FACT GOES UNNOTICED, IT MALIGNS COMPANY'S IMAGE IN THE EYES OF THE PUBLIC.

                                    THE DELIVERY BOY HAS GROWN SO ADAMANT THAT HE CAN AFFOARD TO REFUSE TO DELIVER A CYLINDER TO A CONSUMER REFUSING TO PAY UN-AUTHORISED MONEY !!!

                                    CAN THE COMPANY PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS COMPLAINT ? I AM SURE THIS IS NOT THE ONLY OF ITS KIND.

                                    REFUL TO PAY ATTENTION BY THE COMPANY TO THIS COMPLAINT MAY LEAD TO A CONSUMER COURT CASE.

                                    hindustan petroleum ltd. — late delivery of home lpg cylinder

                                    home lpg cylinder is being supplied 15 days at present after booking the same. The booking of the cylinder is allowed after 21 days of previous booking of cylinder and if it is supplied after 15 days then it means previous culinder will run for 36 days which is not possible. how one can manage after a cylinder goes empty after 27 or 28 days only the consumer knows. I booked the cylinder on[protected] and till yesterday i.e. 1-1-2008 even after 10 days it has not been supllied on enquiry,the agent says that it will take another 5 to 6 days for cylinder to be sent that means they are taking 15 to 16 days for supplying a cylinderafter booking. It has been going on for the last 5 -6 months.
                                    The agency does not care &they have only one reply it is being supplied late by HP Gas co. itself > I donot believe in their explaination as i suspect some thing wrong is being done at the distribution level .
                                    Pls make an enqiry and see who is at fault and then bring them to book.                                     I lives in Nasik one Petrol pump of HPCL which is run by company only having old type of petrol distribution (Mechanical) machines which are not accurate
                                    I think the same machines are not allowded to distribute the petrol

                                      I have booked cylinder on 20/04/2012.MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 611864. I have nt recieved it yet. when i called up the office thy told me thy wl send tmrw..now...later n so on... this is not the first time am facing this problem..last time i waited for long time but no use i had to visit personally to office n i had to get the cylinder. i have seen many complaints..but i dont understand y u people not taking any necessary actions. if you cannot provide the home delivery service properly to the customers then cancel it...simply why u wasting peoples time...really this HP GAS - TALKAR GAS SERVICE, NEAR AZAD MAIDAN BHAVAN IS VERY VERY WORST...they even dont know how to speak to customers... very very disappointed by the service..never seen such a useless service anywhere in india...i have stayed in many places..but i never faced this problem..HP GAS- TALKAR GAS SERVICE IS WORST USELESS...

                                        i am a hp gas consumer at bhopal my connection no is 611148. I am attached to nainika enterprises (E 7, Shop No 3, Dhanwantari Complex, Arera Colony, Bhopal).since few days i am trying to book gas cylinder but there was no response (phone did not pick up). when i went to the agency, the agency was found closed. i came to know that the police raid took place at the agency. i have no idea when the agency will re-open. i made several calls on the customer care ph no[protected] but it is not picking up. my 2nd cylinder is also about to get empty and i do not know what do. please help me out
