Vimal Gas service ka ye haal hai ki Online booking Gas Delivered show karne par bhi gas 15-20 din tak nahi milta. aur aur to aur mai aapko passbook attached kar raha hoo apne frd. ka. usme Vimal Gas service 3 bar gas hi nahi mila. 4th time gas mila Baki ke gas kaha gaye...

sir mai HP GAS Vimal Gas Service Sukkhipur, Jaunpur ki consumer hoo. mera consumer no. 601195. bina complain ke agency gas nahi deti. aur complain karne pe dhamkati bhi hai. Online booking Status me delivered show karne ke baad bhi gas nahi milta. complain karne ka baad jab gas aati hai to cashmemo kisi aur naam ki late hai.. jab Maine apne Cash Memo ki maang ki. to Vimal Gas Service ne Handmade Cashmemo Bana kar diya wo bhi bina kisi Date ki. Sabhi Gas ka Cashmemo Computerised Printing hota hai lekin kabhi sahi naam se Cash Memo Nahi milta..

    Sir, am a consumer of cooking gas of HP under Indu gas agency yelahanka. My consumer no is 625229. My gas booking no is 206480 dtd[protected]. Without supplying the refills, the dealer is working under locked doors and not picking and answering phone calls. Whereas he is giving refill cylinders as per his wish and it is not known when he is giving on what days of the week. Our 2nd cylinder also empty. Now we have no cooking gas. HP on its part is silent on our complaints recent complaint no 12014567 is pending without action meanwhile irregularity by dealer is being tolerated even by our CM corporator and MLA who are not taking any action on our complaints. The administration is dead as there is no water, no electricity, no gas and nothing in Yelahanka. Even street lights are not working since a week. There is no asker or teller to these agencies. Consumers carry empty cylinders to the dealers door and wait and return every day.

    hindustan petroleum gas division — non delivery of gas

    I booked gas for home delivery on10.02.2010 but till today[protected] not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, but no one responce the phone. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP while in black sale are always available. My Gas Agency Distributor name is PRAGYA GAS AGENCY,BETTIAH, BIHAR-841239.

      IVR Gas Booking Issue

      HP — too much delay in providing gas cylinder

      Dear Sir,

      This is Mr.Sadhika Ali having the HP gas registration no.508528.I have booked the gas on[protected] at our nearest branch Moula-Ali(1 & 2,Ground Floor,Aditya Castle,Krishnaveninagar colony,Moula-Ali,Ranga Reddy) and they told me that they will supply in a week but till date[protected] they have not provided us the same and this is not the first time every time they are doing the same and due to that we are facing very difficulty in our routine at home.you can inquire the same

        Had booked the HP gas on tele booking from regd mob no. consumer no. 628259 on 27th march 2012.delivery still awaited.Kiran agencies(ad hoc) magarpatta city pune.tel no. [protected] is ALWAYS busy inspite of calling for 40 min without break!!! and when the call finally comes through the lady starts arguing that their phone is not busy instead of telling me when would i recv my LPG cylinder.

          I had got HP gas connection Approx 2 years back, but still no additional cylinder provided. Whenever I ask, they will tell after 3/5 months. The same answer is given after that also. When we book a cylinder for refill it will be delivered after 15 or 20 days. No control over it. But they are giving only ane answer no details received from online booking.

          still i am waiting for second cylinder and this distributer doing nothing for consumer.

          HP LPG — Not providing additional cylinder

          I got gas connection in august 2006 but till now I am using one cylinder sevice. I face much problem due to having one cylinder. I have contacted my dealer many times for providing me additional cylinder but dealer made everytime a lame excuse. Whenever I book to refill cylinder it takes about 5 to 7days. Please do necessary thing to provide me additional cylinder and ease my difficulty. My consumer No.is 620053 at Uphar gas service, Kolkata.
          I have booked my additional cylinder 20-25 days back. Till now I have not got my cylinder. I visited twice personally to the distributor.

Every time we enquire we get promise of one month later.

          i am pardeep goyal from ismailabad distt. kurukshetra (haryana) . i have a consumer of hp gas, sarswati gas agency pehowa(kurukshetra). i have booked my refill of lpg gas before 25 days. but there is not any supply in our town ismailabad till 25 days. why ???????????

            i have a Gas connection with HP, consumer NO: 617308. Currently this is not active(i am not able to book the gas). When i check with the agency they told me that it is in suspended due to no transaction for about 180 days. Because i was out of Bangalore for more that 5 months, i was not doing any transaction. I have submitted the required documents to my gas agency for reactivation on 6th of Aprl. My gas agency people told me that it will be activated withing one week of time. But still my connection is not activated.

            please help me on this issue.

            i have a Gas connection with HP, consumer NO: 668151. Currently this is not active(i am not able to book the gas).               Today i just went to the local HP gas agency for purchae of new gas regulator after confirmation whether its availble or not.......when i asked the staff to provide me regulator there,she denied that its not availble and she wil not give it to me but after long arguement she agreed to provide but then she asked for 150 rupees in CHANGE ONLY otherwise i wil not give you and started misbehaving.....which is not acceptable to me atleast.... at any cost........so my complaint is that i dont want such kind of misbehave and any inconvenience in future and WRITTEN APOLOGISE from that staff. otherwise i wil file complaint baginst them for non sense behave and annoying me. THANX

              Hi All,

              On diwali night we went to HPCL pump to fill diesel, instead of diesel him given us petrol and on mistake the pump operator abused us and threaten us as the guy was drunk. Logged complaint to HPCL site[protected].
              However I don't think there will be any action fro there side to prevent this kind of incident. I am worried about security of customers at HPCL petrol pump, as there was no manager or any contact details.

              Please let me know your suggestions.

                Gas Cylinder Not Delievered
                Dear Sir,
                I Mr. M Nageswar Rao want to register a complaint against HP GAS that I had booked a 14.2 kg gas cylinder on 02.04.2012 by phone which was registered on my sister's name(M Rukumani, Consumer No. 632481) but it was not delivered to my sister home on time. Now the date is 17.04.2012 but still they have not delivered it to me.I had called them several times but they are not picking the phone up. Then I decided to go to their station personally on 17.04.2012 and asked them why they are not deliver the cylinder, They talked roughly. Again they are telling that another 15 days it will take. But when i booked they told that i will get it with in maximum 15 days. My sister is facing much difficulty for cooking food by stove and wood.

                These guys are really dumb they don't pick up the phone and we the consumers suffers a lot. I don't know whether HP is taking care of these or not or they are just giving the dealership to any one. I assume HP is not checking about the customer satisfication. In India this is the big headache wher every common man suffers for the gas.
                I would ask the HP company to take care of this on priority.

                I Simanchal Patro want to register a complaint against M/s Swasti fuel centre, HP GAS that I had booked for a 14.2 kg gas cylinder refill on 26.09.2012 by phone which was registered on my name, Consumer No. 625774 but it was not delivered to my home till today i e 28.10.2012 even after completion of one month.I had called them several times but they are not picking the phone up are the phnes are getting continuously engaged. Also I contacted in person in their office on 27.10.2012 and simply they reply that it will be supplied soon but in vain. They talk very roughly when ever i contacted them.This is not the only occasion but a regular practice i have experienced with with M/s Swasti fuel centre.

                  I am resident of Bangalore. I have LPG Gas connection of Hindustan Petroleum. My consumer No. 638068 for LPG, and the Agency through which we get Gas is m/s Indu Gas Agencies, ( Address: No. 41, 2nd Main, 3rd Cross, Ganga Nagar, Yelenhaka, Bangalore).

                  Delivery of Gas is due since last one and half months. Indu Gas Agencies, Yalahanka, is neither giving delivery of the LPG Gas cylinder in time nor respond over phone. All the time the phone gets no reply. When we visit personally, they some say, Refill has not been done yet or come after some days.

                  It is requested to rectify the defects of Gas Agents.

                  After that I booked on 1716 again for 2 times.

                  After that I booked to local distibutor (details mentioned above) on his mobile number.

                  After that I today called helpline no. 22013996.

                  But till date I have not received my LPG cyclinder.

                  Please tell me if there is any other option regarding above to get the delivery of my cyclinder. I have now get frustated as I had lodged the sane complaint to the owner of the gas agency and even to Hindustan Petroleum number of times, but it never worked.

                  Please look into the matter and take necessary action to avoid this happen in future.

                  Hpcl — Non Delivery / False Commitments

                  This is to bring in your notice that Sabharwal Gas Co. SCO 55 1st Floor, Sector 47-C, Chandigarh. Is harassing HPCL customers on regular basis with false commitments,
                  I am a customer of HPCL through Sabharwal Gas Co. from last One and half years and this is third time when I am being harassed by them, my consumer no is 614713 and I booked
                  Gas cylinder for refill on 16th Sep. 08 wide booking No.53656, they have committed me to give delivery within 5-7 days but still I am waiting for the delivery. On Monday 22nd Sep. 08
                  my wife called up for the status of delivery they told her that tomorrow i.e. on 23rd Sep.08 we’ll get the delivery, but by waiting whole day (she stucked at home by canceling her programme)
                  still we didn`t get the delivery, again she called up in the morning on 24th Sep 08 they told us that definately by today itself we`ll get the delivery but result was the same,
                  I visited their office in morning on 25th Sep. 08 now again the committed to deliver the cylinder in another 1-2 hrs, but when we waited till afternoon and gave them a call and inquired about
                  the cylinder they told us that today we didn`t send supply to our locality again "false commitment" cause my wife personally saw a rickshaw "Rehri" of Sabharwal Gas Co. roaming in our society,
                  then again I visited their office on 26th sep. 08 and enquired about the delivery they told me that computer is not printing our slip that why they didn’t give us the delivery, When I objected related to their false commitments since 22nd Sep. 08 they said "JO KARNA HAI KARLO JAB COMPUTER THIK HOGA BHEJ DENGE", and whole day past we yet to get the cylinder, This is our right to get the delivery on time or as per commitment and they treat us like that we are beggers.
                  I come to know that this particular gas co. sell cylinders in BLACK to hoteliers and innocent consumers like us has to suffer due to their greed,
                  Now I want you to look into this matter and take appropriate action in this regard, otherwise I have to take help form media in this regard so that sabharwal gas co. never harass any other consumers in future.

                  Hindustan Petroleum — Non delivery of LPG gas

                  I had booked for refill of LPG gas on 03 Feb 2009 in Poonam Enterprises, Raj market near Jagdeo path, Raja Bazzar, Patna and my waiting list was 09.My consumer number is -600848.But till to date gas is not delivered at my home.On enquiry they promise to deliver in two days but they have not done so as yet.I am fed up with thier callous attitude.
                  I request HPCL authorities to take stern action against the dealer so that other people like me should not suffer in future.

                  Dear Sir,
                  HP gas customer no 621899, dealer code 961250, cylinder no 34598.
                  I have HP gas connection from navneet gas agency from Gandhidham, Kutch.
                  I found gas is leaking slowly from one of my gas cyinder. Immediately I had called Navneet gas agency.
                  But did not get proper respone so I went with gas cylinder there in the agency & told about gas leakage. Then weight found 6kg gas loss resulted 200RS chargeg for replace, i was agree the same but i was told for Amount memo he was not agree to give amount memo.so i was not replacing gas cylinder, he gave me some idea, he told me that my leakage cylinder submit with cylinder no & customer id compaint and i was new cylider issue to you i agree it, I was fill 325 RS, navneet gas agency memer told me when leakage cylinder replace form hp company i will replace it.

                  1. Kindly suggest me, hp company replace it this new?
                  2. IF no kindly give me rupees recovery suggetion.

                  I am suppose to book gas on 7-5-09 . My cylinder got empty on 19-5-09 .My booking no. 31415 dated 19-5-09.
                  At the time of booking Clark told me that delivery will be given within 4 days.
                  After completion of 9 days I reminded them to give delivery they told tomorrow it will be delivered.but to my surprise the delivery was not effected up to today 2-6-09. Like every time we have to dial and dial so many times then they give the delivery.
                  Today is 1-6-09 I again reminded for the delivery they told as usual we shall deliver you tomorrow.but they have not delivered till now at 4p.m
                  If your restriction is for 21 days after you get or gas delivered you can not book the gas will be of any sense?
                  because they do not give timely delivery.
                  I think I should change the dealer kindly let me give permission to change the dealer from Rajrajan to any other dealer please. for hassle free booking and reminding several time.
                  Kindly look in to the matter urgently.

                  I am a consumer of HP GAS, My consumer No. is 604983, our Area Dealer is ABM HP GAS SERVICE, 100 T. N. Mukherjee Road, MAKHALA- Hooghly ph.[protected] . I have booked gas on 31/08/2009, and booking number was given to me is 6593 and he has assured me that the delivere of gas shall be done within 21 days maximum. Unfortunatuly till today they have not delivered gas to me. When I ask them, they always told i need to contact delivery man Mr. Pradeep da ( [protected]) i have contacted Mr. Pradeep he is taking plea that he is not knowing my address which can not be acceptable to any of local people since our bulding is very popular in the localety. i personely feel Mr. Pradeep is avoiding to deliver said cyelender for reason best known to him or agency people. since my all communication over phone seems to be known each other.

                  i wanted to book my complaint in this regard hence i ask about my complaint no.they did not give me my complaint no.and said i book your complaint do not worry your gas cylinder receive u tommarow but said tomorrow has not come yet.
                  I feel this kind of behaviour of your agent or delivery man give bad remark to your esteemed organisation. you need to take immediate action otherwise i have no option to take necessary steps against said agency(ABM HP GAS SERVICE), delivery man and others as advise.

                      HP LPG — Poor services of HP gas distributors

                      It seems HP gas has no control or supervision over there distributors of LPG gas cylinders. Pawan Gas at Ghaziabad has such a poor service. The cylinders are not delivered even after 15 days of booking. The phone is kept off the hook most of the times. The person handling the day to day work are so rude and dont know how to talk.

                      I hope that the company takes some action to check these type of distributors.

                      In comparison I have seen that Indane distributor has such good service here.

                      HP Gas — Poor delivery of LPG Gas

                      I had booked HP LPG Gas on 13.02.2008 for delivery. I called up HP Gas Agency office so many times and informed that we need HP gas urgently as our home connection got over. I even went to the agency office and told them we need GAS cylinder urgently but got an answer that they cannot deliver.

                      Inspite of their written communication to the public, HP Gas representative informed that they dont work on Sundays. However, their communication says "from 8 AM to 8 PM for 7 days a week". Such misleading information should not be given to public.

                      I am sorry to say but HP Gas is not living upto its rules. At least this agency is not working as per the public information.

                      They have a "jee haan" refill of cylinder within 24 hours service. However, the service condition is dismal.

                      I would like to get this complaint resolved.

                      (2) Without card (Black market) GAS refilling cost 450 to 500/- delivery period same days.

                      Domestic — Poor services by Gas Agency

                      We are a consumer of HP Gas through Parnam Gas Agency, Sector 37, Chandigarh. Your agent is a person of rude behavior and he does not take care of the consumers. Though my Gas copy has severl pages blank, but he insists for getting a new copy after making payments. Each time we have to tell him there is no need to purchase fresh copy as yet because our copy is left with couple of pages. He says OK get the new copy next time.

                      More over, we do not get gas supply in time. Your said agent sends its vehicle only on Saturdays. If we go to godown for domestic LPG cylender, he charges Rs. 400/- or advises to wait at home for the same.

Am not getting the correct response from the Gas agency for not getting delivery of my gas cylinder even though I have booked it(for refill) earlier. First i got an message that by bill has been paid , but i have not received it then i booked it again and called the gas agency the gave the auto driver phone no. and said to talk with him . I called him and he said to give my address , though it was not changed, I gave him and told i will be present at home when you come. But he is just ignoring and not coming.                           I am sharing my Bad experience with HP Gas Distributor which is Vinay Enterprises located at.

                          HP : Hindustan Petroleum Company need to wake up its high time Because the Brand name will very soon come to an End.

                          I am 22 yr old residing at Pillanna Garden from past 13 years, We have taken up HP Gas connection from Vinay Enterprises on 16/02/2006 since then we never rested. Every month there is a problem with Stock,Delivery,Service etc etc

                          It was the Evil Culture adopted by Vinay Enterprises HP Gas Distributor and from past 4 months the Service is worst than any other company

                          Every time when i make a call on [protected] and [protected] the number is always no response and some time i get connected after waiting for half an hour and more . And the person who picks the call is So RUDE and shouts at for no reason I feel Barbarism never left India and after many attempts i reached the office directly surprise to here there is no Booking made at all when i explained him he shouts at me and uses slang in Kannada I don't understand why those are sitting out and screwing up Customer Service . After requesting and pleading he says 1 week i will get and i got my delivery and the duration was 45 days for 1 delivery which is not correct . A customer should get his bookings every 28 days or max 1 month.

                          There was another Instance which took place on 22/12/2010
                          As usual we made a call for booking and after 1 week there was no response and later me and My dad reached Vinay Enterprises and requested ..

                          (The office is filled by all local illiterate people and have no sense whats going around and only speaks rubbish and Use slang's in Kannada and have no manners to talk to Woman's and Elders also )

                          Any how my dad pleaded for the Delivery of our Gas with no further talks the manager said 15 days .

                          After 15 days when we reached again he said to submit the Documents again otherwise he will not process our delivery my dad quickly picked all documents and submitted to him and The so called Manager i can say said 3 more days and we had no option but to wait and other hand we need to spend money on Kerosene, small refills and to beg from relatives.

                          As committed 3 days passed and no response again we have to reach him and he rudely just took our Consumer card and entered the date as 02/02/2011 and said he will send and the duration was more than 50 days (But at the same time illegal supply of HP gas was continued by Vinay Enterprises Staff itself at a cost of Rs 800- 950/-)

                          When i went to booking for the month on Feb he said next month ie on March he will send... i requested him so much that from past 4 months we have got only 2 deliveries .. With his dirty mouth he replied he will not give any thing and pushed me and all the [censored]S threaten me .. I called up Bangalore Mirror and DNA office no response and finally spoke to Deccan Herald no help provided.

                          I am helpless but i wanted to take this case out across to all the Bangaloreans and Take strict Action against such Distributors and people.

                          PLEASE HELP ME . HP Gas which is a brand name i would request all Senior authorities to come up and help me and cancel the license of such Distributors like Vinay Enterprises.

                              i am the user of hp gas service since a long time my consumer no. is 617104, but now i am very much fed by the services of the dealer.M/s KAMLESHKUMAR B. MEDHAT H.P Distributor,puna kumbharia road kumbharia surat-394211.He is not getting any response in delivering the cylinders to us still after several complaints.
                              kindly look in to this matter and take appropriate action.

                              Hindustan Petroleum — Late delivery

                              we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
                              your service branch is named with "kalyan bijoli ghar" in Budgebudge distt South 24 paragnas.
                              I had booked a gas as on 23.06.2008 Booking No.11246 under our consumer no. 603315 to you distributor code 958600. But untill this date i have not received delivery of my cooking gas. they advised to us that please wait 20 to 25 days. without gaswe are facing a gudge crisist in our joint family.

                              kindly solve our problem immediately
                              i am the user of hp gas service since a long time, but now i am very much fed of the servises of the dealer who makes delivered the cylinders. Mr.Prabhat, the agent of Mr.Goel, H.P Distributor, Harpal Nagar Moradabad, is not getting any response in delivering the cylinders to us still after several reminders, many times I have remind him about delivering the cylinders but only the false committment has been given to us.
                              kindly look in to this matter and take appropriate action.

                              Delay in gas cylender delivery . reminder for several time but the same commitement (asnwer) will get from the dealer, Today it will reach .It is going from last ten day .my booking no. is 32866. I want to confirm the reason but dont get the proper answer. my both cylinder are get overs that's why i am in trouble. please try to resolve my problem as soon as posible.

                              HP Gas Distribution Centre Soham gas supply — Delay in delivery of refill cylinder

                              My Consumer No is 647833. I have made a request for refill cylinder and even after 15 days it has not come. This request has been made with Soham HP centre in Thane. There are multiple telephone numbers given. However, except one no. all the no's comes busy permanently. The one no. which ocassionally rings is not answered 99% of times. When answered on rare ocassions, the staff makes false promises to the consumers. I think the entire staff should be fired right away.
                              As per the staff, the delivery of cylinder happens within 2-3 days.
                              however 15 days and I have no clue when the cylinder would come. I even called up the delivery person, and he says that he has not recieved any delivery order against my no.
                              Can someone look into this please...I had been a HP customer for over 3 years now, this is the worst service ever.
                              Soham gas service centre is the worst in terms of service. The staff is totally irresponsible

                                Cheating, by reducing the quantity of petrol while filling

                                I had filled petrol from HP gas station (station @ marathalli). I had filled petrol (rs.500) in my bike. Generally petrol of 500 rs would give me a mileage around 230 - 250 kms. However this time it gave me only 160 kms. I am seeing this issue each time when petrol is filled from this particular station. Already we have petrol prices raising rocket high, on top of that consumers are cheated with the quantity which is...

                                I am a HP gas consumer of Jamshedpur (CONSUMER NO. 662073). Gupta gas agency is our supplier. For last 1 year we are facing severe problem of the gas supply. We do not get cylinders delivered to our home after 21 days of booking also. Continuously they are telling shortage of supply where as in our very near by area there is not such scarcity problem. The dealer is creating an artificial scarcity. Other suppliers of Indane etc. are not creating any problem and are supplying on time. Gupta agency's phone lines are continously busy, behavior of their staff is very rude and unprofessional. Earlier iIhave lodged complaint several times with HP site only but they also did not respond to any of the complaint. Hence i cordially request HP people to look into this as we actually donot know it is an aritificial scarecity or what. I feel we are paying properly and we should get a good service. There are several complaints from other persons of our locality regarding this agency. In fact, if the dealer is not able to perform, he should be blacklisted and his dealership should be closed.

                                PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER WITH UTMOST URGENCY.

                                  Respected sir,

                                  I would like to bring to thy kind notice regarding the pre-planned fraud work which happens in most of the petrol filling stations.
                                  today 5/4/2012. Me and my student went to the favourite auto service, koramangala (in the signal junction, nearst john's hospital) asked to fill for 200Rs, infact the boy named kumar showed zero mark and started. within fraction second another man "cashier " distracted and asked for money, we paid instantly. but the meter was showing 200 and was BLINKING, i asked why its not showing the petrol litershe said power went sir, when we asked to put the petrol gun in the slot it showed 138 rs,
                                  what they do is there are programmes P1 for 100 buks. P2 for 200 bucks respectively, when the cashier distracts by asking money the filling person presses the P1 or P2 whatever we say in the begining, as the meter shows 200 or 100 layman accepts as if petrol is filled as per the money given. this is big fraud which most of the people could not identify.
