I had filled petrol from HP gas station (station @ marathalli). I had filled petrol (rs.500) in my bike. Generally petrol of 500 rs would give me a mileage around 230 - 250 kms. I am a HP gas consumer of Jamshedpur (CONSUMER NO. 662073). Gupta gas agency is our supplier. For last 1 year we are facing severe problem of the gas supply. We do not get cylinders delivered to our home after 21 days of booking also. Continuously they are telling shortage of supply where as in our very near by area there is not such scarcity problem. This is to inform u that yesterday (dated 23rd Mar, 2012) we were trying to register a complaint for leakage of cylinder, but there was no help from the center of HP Gas (Powai, near Pizza Hutt).

There was 2 officers on duty to whom I approached for help(Mr. Yadav & Mr. Khandagale) but they refused to take the complaint & given unsatisfactory reasons.

Recently I had observed a new loot scheme by the petrol bunk guys. If you are asking for a refill of 200/-, first they will put (actually act like filling) for 100/-.They they will tell sorry sir, and fill for the remaining amount.
