Dear Sir/Madam,
We are really suffering from the bad service of HP LPG gas. First and foremost Their agencies are pathetic. Their phones are always busy, or switched off,sometimes they pick the receiver and hang up.We are rendered helpless. That is why seeking redressal of our complaints.
Secondly, they claim to have these 21 days timeline without which they will not book any cylinder before that. when Protested that this is not true(over the phone), they said you should submit an application with a copy of ration card and original gas papers, as to the reason why your consumption is increased. I did that and went to the agency with all the paper work, they clearly denied to take any such application to my disappointment.
Thirdly, I tried to book the gas online, which again has no response, the link which they should send to my email id to validate my A/c registration with them, is not sent , i have no email with me from HP. when i try to login to my a/c on the HP website, it says u need to validate first.
I also registered a complaint of whole of this but in vain, again no response. i really am fed up and dont know whom to turn to. Please help us to get out of this problem.

Hindustan Petroleum — Late delivery
we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.your service branch is named with "kalyan bijoli ghar" in Budgebudge distt South 24 paragnas.
I had booked a gas as on 23.06.2008 Booking No.11246 under our consumer no. 603315 to you distributor code 958600. But untill this date i have not received delivery of my cooking gas. they advised to us that please wait 20 to 25 days. without gaswe are facing a gudge crisist in our joint family.
kindly solve our problem immediately
