i am the user of hp gas service since a long time my consumer no. is 617104, but now i am very much fed by the services of the dealer.M/s KAMLESHKUMAR B. MEDHAT H.P Distributor,puna kumbharia road kumbharia surat-394211.He is not getting any response in delivering the cylinders to us still after several complaints.
kindly look in to this matter and take appropriate action.

Hindustan Petroleum — Late delivery

we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
your service branch is named with "kalyan bijoli ghar" in Budgebudge distt South 24 paragnas.
I had booked a gas as on 23.06.2008 Booking No.11246 under our consumer no. 603315 to you distributor code 958600. But untill this date i have not received delivery of my cooking gas. they advised to us that please wait 20 to 25 days. without gaswe are facing a gudge crisist in our joint family.

kindly solve our problem immediately
i am the user of hp gas service since a long time, but now i am very much fed of the servises of the dealer who makes delivered the cylinders. Mr.Prabhat, the agent of Mr.Goel, H.P Distributor, Harpal Nagar Moradabad, is not getting any response in delivering the cylinders to us still after several reminders, many times I have remind him about delivering the cylinders but only the false committment has been given to us.
kindly look in to this matter and take appropriate action.

Delay in gas cylender delivery . reminder for several time but the same commitement (asnwer) will get from the dealer, Today it will reach .It is going from last ten day .my booking no. is 32866. I want to confirm the reason but dont get the proper answer. my both cylinder are get overs that's why i am in trouble. please try to resolve my problem as soon as posible.

HP Gas Distribution Centre Soham gas supply — Delay in delivery of refill cylinder

My Consumer No is 647833. I have made a request for refill cylinder and even after 15 days it has not come. This request has been made with Soham HP centre in Thane. There are multiple telephone numbers given. However, except one no. all the no's comes busy permanently. The one no. which ocassionally rings is not answered 99% of times. When answered on rare ocassions, the staff makes false promises to the consumers. I think the entire staff should be fired right away.
As per the staff, the delivery of cylinder happens within 2-3 days.
however 15 days and I have no clue when the cylinder would come. I even called up the delivery person, and he says that he has not recieved any delivery order against my no.
Can someone look into this please...I had been a HP customer for over 3 years now, this is the worst service ever.
Soham gas service centre is the worst in terms of service. The staff is totally irresponsible

    Cheating, by reducing the quantity of petrol while filling

    Hello,

    I had filled petrol from HP gas station (station @ marathalli). I had filled petrol (rs.500) in my bike. Generally petrol of 500 rs would give me a mileage around 230 - 250 kms. However this time it gave me only 160 kms. I am seeing this issue each time when petrol is filled from this particular station. Already we have petrol prices raising rocket high, on top of that consumers are cheated with the quantity which is...

    I am a HP gas consumer of Jamshedpur (CONSUMER NO. 662073). Gupta gas agency is our supplier. For last 1 year we are facing severe problem of the gas supply. We do not get cylinders delivered to our home after 21 days of booking also. Continuously they are telling shortage of supply where as in our very near by area there is not such scarcity problem. The dealer is creating an artificial scarcity. Other suppliers of Indane etc. are not creating any problem and are supplying on time. Gupta agency's phone lines are continously busy, behavior of their staff is very rude and unprofessional. Earlier iIhave lodged complaint several times with HP site only but they also did not respond to any of the complaint. Hence i cordially request HP people to look into this as we actually donot know it is an aritificial scarecity or what. I feel we are paying properly and we should get a good service. There are several complaints from other persons of our locality regarding this agency. In fact, if the dealer is not able to perform, he should be blacklisted and his dealership should be closed.

    PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER WITH UTMOST URGENCY.

      Respected sir,

      I would like to bring to thy kind notice regarding the pre-planned fraud work which happens in most of the petrol filling stations.
      today 5/4/2012. Me and my student went to the favourite auto service, koramangala (in the signal junction, nearst john's hospital) asked to fill for 200Rs, infact the boy named kumar showed zero mark and started. within fraction second another man "cashier " distracted and asked for money, we paid instantly. but the meter was showing 200 and was BLINKING, i asked why its not showing the petrol litershe said power went sir, when we asked to put the petrol gun in the slot it showed 138 rs,
      what they do is there are programmes P1 for 100 buks. P2 for 200 bucks respectively, when the cashier distracts by asking money the filling person presses the P1 or P2 whatever we say in the begining, as the meter shows 200 or 100 layman accepts as if petrol is filled as per the money given. this is big fraud which most of the people could not identify.

        Dear Sir,

        Name of my Gas Agency-M/s TBK Enterprises, 10/B, Bhabanath sen Street, kolkata-700004(Distributor No.-443520). My consumer No.is 610589. Telephone No. of the shop-[protected]. I have done gas booking through phone No.[protected] on 18th March,2012 and I was alloted booking No.203603 on 26th March,2012. I got message regarding delivery under memo no.194296 vide cash memo dt.26.03.2012.
        I have not got the gas yet despite visit to the shop for several times. I apprehend delivery by the dealer by some inproper way in some vested interest. Please look into the matter for early disposal since the existing gas cylinder has exhausted 4 days back.

        hp gas (domestic use) — not delivering till long time

        our natives are not getting the gas till long time after booking it.

        HP Gas — Abnormal delay in delivery of Gas Cylinder

        Gas booked on 20.10.2011 after 21 days from the last cylinder received vide consumer no. 606528 to HP GAS, SODEPUR, PANIHATI, Near Peerless Nagar Complex, Ph. No.[protected] cylinder is not received till date although 41 days lapsed. It is almost a regular feature on their part in every month which cause enormous problem to us. Please take necessary steps to regulate the case which will be beneficiary to all the customers.

          I am a LPG customer under Sujog Gas Agencies ,Gopalpur,Cuttak having customer no605891.
          For last 3 months the distributor has become irregular in delivering the cylinders,
          causing a lot of difficulties to me.Secondly we are trying to book the order over phone for more than
          half an hour and their phone is remaining busy.Our experience with the distributor is not satisfactory.
          Today we've informed the area manager to look into the matter.
          This is placed for public view and attention of HPCL.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            We are really suffering from the bad service of HP LPG gas. First and foremost Their agencies are pathetic. Their phones are always busy, or switched off,sometimes they pick the receiver and hang up.We are rendered helpless. That is why seeking redressal of our complaints.
            Secondly, they claim to have these 21 days timeline without which they will not book any cylinder before that. when Protested that this is not true(over the phone), they said you should submit an application with a copy of ration card and original gas papers, as to the reason why your consumption is increased. I did that and went to the agency with all the paper work, they clearly denied to take any such application to my disappointment.
            Thirdly, I tried to book the gas online, which again has no response, the link which they should send to my email id to validate my A/c registration with them, is not sent , i have no email with me from HP. when i try to login to my a/c on the HP website, it says u need to validate first.
            I also registered a complaint of whole of this but in vain, again no response. i really am fed up and dont know whom to turn to. Please help us to get out of this problem.

            HP LPG — Cylinder gets over in 21days

            I have a gas connection from HP Panwar Gas agency Ghaziabad and my gas cylinder last only for 20-22days everytime , however when I borrowed an Indane cylinder from some one, it worked for 45days. I doubt there is some gas pilferage. please take some action against this agency.

              I have booked the gas about on 13th March,2012.I have not recevied the same till date.i received the message on my mobile 5 days ago that they will deliver within 48 hours.But they did not deliver yet.Whenever we go the agency for the inquiry,they told us that they will diliver tomorrow and there tommorrow never comes.they have the habit of saying "kal aa jayega".At every visit they say kal aa jayega"

              i dont know where is the gas going.

              Today my gas is finished,now you till me what to do.

              Kindly look into the matter urgently and send me the my booked gas urgently by tomorrow morning.

              HP GAS FROM JAYSHREE AGENCIES — hp gas

              dear sir

              we would like to bring your notice that phone no. of jashrtee are always busy. they are not providing new numbers. gas is not avilable till fifteen days.
              I am facing the same issue. I think they are selling cylinders in black to other people. There phone numbers do not work. Whenever we go there, they tell us that automatic SMS ayega. I got the SMS 5 days' back that it will be delivered within 48 hours. But, still nothing yet.

                Third one was

                Without proper reason why they cancelled the booking.

                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                  This is to inform u that yesterday (dated 23rd Mar, 2012) we were trying to register a complaint for leakage of cylinder, but there was no help from the center of HP Gas (Powai, near Pizza Hutt).

                  There was 2 officers on duty to whom I approached for help(Mr. Yadav & Mr. Khandagale) but they refused to take the complaint & given unsatisfactory reasons.

                  This shows negligence of duties from the officer on duty.

                  These people are least bother about the customer. If anything would have happened to my family due to leakage of gas, who would have been responsible for that??

                  An emergency no. ([protected] & [protected]) has been provided, but they were not working. At the time of emergency, there has to have some solution for the same.

                  I want to know what kind of service HP Gas provide.

                  HP — Leakage of Cylinder

                  My name is saroj, resident of 4"B" old pinto park, Air force station palam, new delhi.My consumer # is
                  678808 an HPC # 130725 is facing a gas leakage problem since the installation of the newly received
                  cylinder.I am not able to cook at home due to this since morning.Kindly treat the matter as very urgent and try to fix the problem before any mishap.Its really dangrous and i want you to kindly replace the

                    Its been more than 45 days of booking our gas online. We have bought our last gas on 05.01.2012. We have not gas till date and more over, we dont have gas at our home to cook. When we went to the gas agency, they are unanswerable as they have not got their loads from their head office. It seems that the HP gas agency has not ordered for the required gas agency as a matter of year end. Kindly treat this as emergency and issue gas for almost 500 houses. All other agencies like, IOCL, Bharat, Indande are providing proper gas to the consumers

                      My Consumer No:603422, very worst sree nithi gas agencies HP which is located in Chennai Triplicane area. where one lady is working in Black colour. she never respect customer even they are old or young she use to speak in the very bad words. and here i dont like to mention that words. they never pics the calls and she is very badly misbehaving with the customers. all customers are fed up with that lady. 2 days before i went to gas agencie for asking for the details and i showed my mobile for the proof she just throwned my mobile and she started using very bad words. not only for me for other customers also. i really felt very bad and hurted.

                      My sincere request to the counsumer to remove out that lady from the Sree nithi Gas Agency HP.

                        Recently I had observed a new loot scheme by the petrol bunk guys. If you are asking for a refill of 200/-, first they will put (actually act like filling) for 100/-.They they will tell sorry sir, and fill for the remaining amount. Actually they fill for the 100/- only, but they will take amount for 200/-. If you ask something they will show the previous filling amount. So guys please be aware of this. Now the petrol bunk guys are implementing this every where to loot the customers.

                          This is with reference to my HP Gas Non Delivery, My consumer number is 625590 and I booked my HP Gas on 12/3/12 through the auto telebooking number [protected] and got the sms that my gas is booked ( booking number 296701) which will be delivered through memo number 172354. Next day on 13/3/12 I got the sms that my HP Gas is delivered. I made the complaints twice on the auto telebooking number but did not get any revert. Finally I called my HP Gas Sevice in Yari Road, Versova, Andheri West Mumbai on phone number[protected]. The operator asked lot of deadly questions and said the Gas is delivered, after repeatedly saying that I did not receive and requested them to deliver today. They said that Gas is finished today at 11.30. This kind of service is really annoying and can anybody help me to sort this problem.

                            I booked my HP gas on 10th March (booking id 236468) through Narinder Gas Agency Noida(UP) but till now gas is not received. I tried reaching distributar and asking them but they dont have any date. We are not able to approach them through phone as all of their no are always either unreachable or doesn't exist. SMS received through IVR booking says that gas will be delivered in 48hrs but that it not the case, We alwas receive gas in 10-20 days and sometime it takes more than that.

                            Please look into this as other distributers are delivering the gas in 2-3 days.

                            HP Gas — Refill not provided on time

                            we have been given only 1 cylinder. Every time when gas gets over and ask for refill they say it will be available after 4-5 days. Unless we follow up each day we will not get. What will the children eat during these 4-5 days? Why it should take so much time each time? Why 2nd cylinder is not given?
                            Non receive of Indane gas inspite of booking on 05.09.08 and follow up several times. Customer of Kleen Gas Agency, Bhubaneswar and my id is 11637

                              I am a longterm customer HP GAS- Tirupur Gas Company, now you are launching phone booking
                              this is not good. Already distributor staff are working very slow, this system leads to distributor is
                              very happpy with out any service to customer with over delivery charges.


                              1. This is very expensive one, this is not compulsion to valuable customers.

                              2. This is not easily handling to uneducated & old people.

                              3. Help line is frequently cut off.

                              4. We are deal only with local distributor, not a mumbai or delhi corporation.

                              5. This is very confusion.

                              6. This is not a optional, this is compulsion just like bank operation ATM Card

                                I have a HP gas connection with MANJU distributors sheshadri road, bangalore with consumer number 608319....
                                I had booked for a refill on 17 febrauary 2012 against which bill was issued on 9 march 2012. I had not received any cylinder after that. On approaching the distributors office i was informed that the cylinder had been dispatched from the office.. I waited for another 2 days but nothing happened... On 14 march I had been to the office again and gave a written complaint and was assured of receiving the cylinder by evening. but till date i have not received it. Today i.e 16 march at 1.30 pm I found out that the cylinder booked for me was sold in black to someone else. On arguing with the officials they handed me a cylinder without seal and without a bill copy. I had no options other than taking the cylinder as i was out of lpg gas. I had also found that the officials keep the receiver of the phone aside so that the line comes busy.

                                  and i booked it at[protected] and after calling more than 50 times they not delivered my cylinder till now and 1 month is going to complete of booking it
                                  i have make complaint in hp official site and they only give a number to talk but this number not picked by anyone
                                  i am totally depressed with all of this and want lodge a complaint in forum please help me out of these.

                                  I am residing at Nainital. I have a cooking gas (LPG) connection of Hndustan Petroleum. Here Kaler Gas Service has agency of Hindustan Petroleum.
                                  I have a lot of problem with our dealer Kaler Gas Service. They always give us excuses for late delivery. Fact is that I have booked a gas on 03-12-07, today 16th I have not received my gas cylinder till today even after reminding them everyday. Everyday they give assurance of delivery but ultimately I found my self as cheated by these people. This not at first time every occasion I have faced this problem. Even there is no crisis of gas cylinders. When I go my office at 10 a.m. I find a loaded truck of gas cylinders stands there. Where these cylinders are supplying.
                                  What remedy I have left. Please advice me what should I do?
                                  With this expectation that my grievance will be redressed and proper action will be taken against the Kaler Gas Service.

                                  i have been having problems while booking the gas and getting the delivery of the gas cylinder. in fact, its a night mare to book the gas as the line is always busy and i have to sit the whole day to book a cylinder.pathetic!the weight of cylinders is mostly faulty and we have to weight at least 5-6 cylinders and still we are not satisfied.7-8 days is the minimum time they take to deliver.kindly pay attention. thank you.

                                  FOR INSTANCE, I HAD BOOKED FOR A GAS CYLINDER ON 18/08/08 WITH THEIR WATING LIST MEMO NO 3539 DATED 18/08/08. I HAD MADE NOT LESS THAN 10 CALLS TO REMIND THEM FOR THE DELIVERY BUT TO NO EFFECT.

                                  THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH ! SO I WENT TO THERE OFFICE IN PERSON ON 02/09/2008 FOR GETTING THE REASON FOR NON-DELIVERY AFTER 16 DAYS. ONE OLD PERSON STARTED GIVING ME FALSE EXCUSES LIKE THERE WAS A COMPUTER BREAK DOWN AND SO AND SO FEW MORE EXCUSES WITH HIS VOICE AT THE TOP VOLUME AND TALKING WITH DISRESPECT AND INSULTING MANNER.

                                  HP Gas — Horrendous delay in new gas booking

                                  I have booked a second cylinder on 10th March 2008 with "Kankriya Gas Agency, Sangvi, Pune". At the time of booking I was assured that due to shortage of cylinders from Company, it will take 6 months to get a connection. To date 11 months have been passed and I am still awaiting for my cylinder. Everytime I enquire, I get the same frustrating answer that due to shortage in company it will take more 6 months.

                                  You never know what problem we have to face when the only Gas Cylinder goes suddenly and you have no alternate option.

                                  I beg you to redress this issue at earliest.
                                  I booked gas for home delivery on 28.01.09 but till today 11.02.09 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. We have 02 gas cylinders for keeping in showcase?
                                  Booked the gas to Shree Renuka Gas Supply Co. "Neeta park" Airport Road, Near Gunjan Talkies, Yerwada, Pune 411 006 on 14/03/2009. Assured the delivery within 10 days from booking.
                                  But till date delivery is not done at our end. On enquiry they are asking to collect the cylinder from the spot which is half a km away from home standing in the queue in this scorching heat & wasting a day from our work. Loss of one day salary should be compensated by HP. If your self is compensating the same I am ready to collect the gas from the said point by wasting my one day.
                                  Why the agencies are delaying the home delivery? Are they selling the cylinders in BLACK MARKETING to get the higher prices?

HP GAS IS FAIL TO SATSIFY THEIR OLD CUSTOMER'S AND NOT WILLING TO IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING. IT IS VERY DISSAPOINTING THAT I HAVE BORROWED THE CYLINDER FROM MY NEIGHBOUR WHICH HAS NOT ONLY CAUSED A TROUBLE FOR ME BUT FOR THEM TOO.

                                  VERY SHAMEFUL ACT THAT YOUR COMPANY IS SELLING THE LPG CYLINDER'S IN BLACK INSTEAD DELIVERING TO THE RIGHT CUSTOMER'S WHO ARE BOOKING ON TIME. YOUR COMPANY HAS ALWAYS PROMISED TO DELIVER IT IN THE NEXT 48HOURS WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING.

                                  MY ONLY REQUEST YOU TO DELIVER THE ABOVE MENTIONED ORDER ON URGENT BASIS OTHERWISE BE READY TO FACE THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCIES.

                                  IF THE LEVEL OF THE SERVICE WILL REMAINS THE SAME THEN I NEED TO FOLLOW THE PATH OF CONSUMER COURT.

                                  i booked for hpgas before a month.i called for enquiry .they said we put bill before 15 days.but yet now i didnt received by cylinder from hp gas covai gas agency.
                                  Delay in delievry
                                  There is a terrible delay in delivery of the gas cylinder.
                                  I booked it on 05/10/2010 and haven't got it till date.
                                  This is utter negligence in the system.
                                  Please see to it that they are being delivered on time. It causes a lot of inconvenience to the customers.

                                  I booked gas for home delivery on 09.03.2011 & i recieve the gas on 01.04.2011,it took almost a month to receive the gas cylinder. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.                                   i have done the gas booking on 30 th July 11 they said it will be delivered within 15 days,since then i am doing followups with them on regular basis,till date i have not received the delivery .they are least bothered or concerned about it.alternate days i kept on calling them their fix standard answer is 2 days.its been more than 12 days we not having having gas and using a stove to cook food or we get food from outside..when ever i call 1st thing they as is your checking is pending when should we come.donkeys dont understand that there is no gas to check.today morning when i call said they will send it by monday as they dont have vehicle.isnt really frustrating more than 12 days without gas getting from outside.so i want to lodge a complaint against this and want a strict action to be taken.

                                    I HAD BOOKED LPG FROM ABOVE NAMED AGENCY 12 DAYS BACK AGAINST HOME DELIVERY. TODAY I AGAIN RANG TO CONCERNED AGENCY FOR NON DELIVERY OF LPG CYLINDER. THEY ASKED ME TO TELL THEM BOOKING NO. WHICH I DID NOT NOTE .SINCE THEY ALSO MAINTAIN ROSTER I TOLD THEM TO CONSULT THEIR REGISTER.JUST AS AN EXCUSE THEY INSITED FOR BOOKING NO. WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM FOR THEM TO CONSULT THEIR OWN RECORDS.NO HOME DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE TO ME TILL DATE WHERE AS THEY OBLIGE THEIR CLOSE ONES ETC AND IGNORE PEOPLE LIKE ME.IT IS BEEN ASKED TO BOOK REQUESTED TO ENTERTAIN MY COMPLAINT.I MAY MENTION HERE THAT I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO MAKE FRESH BOOKING THAT I MADE TDAY IGNORING MY MY PREVIOUS BOOKING.
