I am a longterm customer HP GAS- Tirupur Gas Company, now you are launching phone booking
this is not good. Already distributor staff are working very slow, this system leads to distributor is
very happpy with out any service to customer with over delivery charges.


1. This is very expensive one, this is not compulsion to valuable customers.

2. This is not easily handling to uneducated...

I applied for a new cylinder connection at Swamy Enterprises in Vijaynagar Colony and got the connection after over 2 months, and paid Rs 4600/- for a single cylinder, the agency forced me to purchase the Stove as well, i said i dont want to get a stove, he threatened me that there will be no gas connection without a stove, i have a World Class Stove at my home, when i told that i dont need a stove he said you have to write...

Sub.: Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on 27.02.12 but till today 06.03.12 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says after 10.03.12 must be delivered. we take the cylinder from satyamahalakshmi gas agency in gopalapatnam in vizag. every time cylinders are good .gas will continuously leak from cylinder when stove working we want to exchange the cylinder or what work we do.please give reply and give correct phone numbers yo cure this.

I booked gas for home delivery on 09/02/2012 but till today 03/03/2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor Location is in Wadala. Mumbai.

I have purchased 9 Littre Petrol from Anand Service Station (HPCL authorized). After few kilometers my bike became uncomfortable. I have checked that there is kerosene smell in the petrol. To test I put some petrol in an open pot and wait for 2 days. Now there is only kerosene smell. It means there is kerosene mixed with petrol.
