with due respect to you i would like to request that i applied for hp new gas connection from dealer code 19589600. MAZUMDER GAS AND DOMESTIC APLIANCE ONdated 05/01/1012 but as on date 05/02/1012 no information is gigiven to me even though i submitted all necessary documents to get the new hp gas connection.

    I am facing this problem last 1-1/2 year why iam waiting all the time my gas cylinder. Every time my cylinder after booking at delivered my home address minimum 25 -30 days. What Why. They are using 2 M T N L phone line what every time busy his phone for personal calling i am see it many times.
    So please kindly look in to this matter an action on it imminently.Kindly do the need full ASAP.

      I have booked refill of cylinder on 18-Jan-2012 with booking id - 191536 with ALLIED AGENCIES[protected]phone number[protected] HP Distributor Faridabad. Distributor has updated the company portal that gas cylinder has been delivered on 19-Jan-2012 but this never happened. I have logged a complaint with HP with complaint number 11075839 but nothing seems to happen.

      Moreover, agency or delivery boys are not picking up phone to give any details. Please suggest how to move further to get my booked cylinder.
      My Consumer number is 683531 if that helps.

[protected]) mujhe uske baad 1 SMS aya usme mujhe mera booking number diya tha 266468. 10/12/2012 ko mujhe unka dusra SMS aya ki agale 48 ghante me aapko aap ka cylinder mil jayega cash memo number 158139. Aaj 26/12/2012 hain lekin mujhe aaj tak cylinder nahi mila. unke office me phone kiya to voh phone kat dete hain. isisliye main aapke pass shikayat darj kar rahi hun . unke delivery boys jabardasti cylinder ke daamse 10 rs adhik lete hain aur diwali ka bakshish bhi jabardasti lete hain

THE PERSON HAS TAKEN OUR CONSUMER CARD AND TOLD ME YOU WILL GET A DELIVERY AFTER 2-3 DAY. THEN I WAS GOING ON 7TH JAN-11 THEIR OFFICE, THE AGENCY REPRESENTATIVE ( LADIES) TOLD ME, YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED THE GAS, AND TOLD ME WE WILL GIVE YOU WITHIN A WEEK. THEN I WAS GOING ON 14 TH JAN-12, THAT TIME SHE TOLD ME A DELIVERY VEHICEL ( TRUCK ) IS AT DIWANMAN AREA PL GO AND COLLECT. I AM WAITING NEAR THE VEHICLE FROM 6.30 PM TO 8.30 BUT THEY DONT GIVE ME A GAS.               Always delay in service - No response to calls

              I'm really frustrated and writing this. I'm facing a lot more inconvenience due to the delay in service of Nandini Gas Agency at Thiruvanmyur. Its not only about delivery of a cylinder. I walked 3 times to change my address. As I was not getting proper delivery, I was to apply for one more cylinder to keep a back up cylinder. I walked for about a week to apply and compelled to buy a pressure cooker....

              This a complaint against the emergency services provided by our HP gas service provider. I stay in Kurla (East), Mumbai and our gas service provider is Laxmi Gas services. It seems that emergency service personnel of this gas agency are least concerned about consumers complaints.

              Incident is as below
              Today i.e 22-Jan-2012 morning at 8am, after switching on the regulator, it came to my notice that gas leakage was happening after switching on the regulator. I immediately called the emergency number ([protected]) provided by our gas agency. Person on other side of phone noted down my address and said he will come in 1/2 hrs. I waited from him till afternoon. I again called him at 3pm and asked if as to when is going to come, he said he will be there in 1hr. I again called him at 4pm, but this time he wasn't picking up my call. I kept trying, after 6/7 calls he responded. I queried his name he said his name is Gupta. This time he told me that he has informed some other person (Mr. Yadav) to attend it and also gave me Mr. Yadav's number ([protected]) and told me that Yadav will come, as he was will not be able to come. Its now 6:45pm and still no one has arrived to attend the leakage.
              Same scenario had also took place on 8-Jan-2012, that time too I had called up at 1pm, then I have to call up several time, then finally some Mr Mishra came at 7pm to fix the leakage.
              This is serious, as emergency mechanics on duty seem to be least concerned about the severity of incident.
              Also, it will be better if there is emergency call center is attending this calls, so that which ever mechanic is available is sent at the earliest to attend a call.

              I have also registered a complaint at HP Gas consumer zone and my complaint reference number is 11073422.

              Expecting some action to be taken in this respect.

                I have a very bad experience with SUGAM ENTERPRISES, Off Kanakapura Road Branch.

                If I try to contact them, the phone is always busy. Recently, they asked me to submit documents at the Tahsildar Office, which I did, and after getting my RR Number via SMS, I could book my gas on 13th January 2012. Even after more than one week they are yet to deliver the cylinder.

                On Thursday 19th January 2012, I went with an empty cylinder myself to get the new one but they said the godown was closed and will deliver without fail the next day. The same is yet to be delivered.

                Also each time the cylinder is delivered I am charged Rs.430 instead of the Rs.415 which is the bill amount.

                Kindly help me to sort these issues and let me know how and when this CORRUPTION and NON-SENSE will come to an end.

                23/Jan/2012 - Continuing from from above problem as the cylinder was not still delivered inspite of being promised last week, I took an OFF from work and went straight to the HP Agency to find out the details. NOTE: I was told at the time of delivery that it would take four days for delivery, which is quite normal.

                To my surprise my cylinder booked on[protected] was not still not dispatched as told to me earlier and asked to contact the delivery man on mobile: [protected] for the same!!

                Finally after a lot of insisting and heated arguments, I was given the DISPATCH BILL myself and the lady at the counter called the delivery man to deliver the same to me today!!

                My CYLINDER was delivered at 12:45PM on[protected] after all!! I still have a query to the CONSUMER COMPLAINTS SOCIETY, what is the future solution for this? Should it be complained to the nearest police station and the matter reported to the press?

                  I wrote lot of times to Premier Gas Agency (HP) and HP Gas Complaint Consumer Zone also. They given to me following message:

                  We thank you for registering your complaint with us.Your complaint reference no. is 11072112.

                  I am still waiting for delivery refill cylinder. Always they given to local broker for delivery my refill cylinder. I call 10 to 15 times and track where is he? Then he delivered by refill cylinder.

                  I got the message on 13th December by HP your gas is delivered. But I did not received.

                  Can you give to me permanent solution. Thanks a lot in advance!

                  This is hereby inform to you that I have a single cylinder HP Gas connection ( Name: Amit Roy, Address: B-230, B.P. Township, 1st Floor, Kolkata-94, Phone: [protected] Consumer No. 630177, Distributor Name: UPHAAR, 251/A/A/4, N.S.C Bose Road, Naktala, Kolkata- 47, Phone No: [protected]). I am working in a private concern. Due to official work I am posted in our Mumbai H.O. from 01.04.12 to 28.09.12. Due to that Me and my family stayed there on that said period. After return back to Kolkata I went to book a cylinder and I got a a reply from the Distributor end that due to non- use of the account over Six Months( Last booking date: 09.03.12) the account get locked and to unlock it I need to submit a letter mentioning the reason of non- use, all the necessary Xerox copy of the documents along with Rs. 70/-. It will take 20-25 days to unlock it after documents submission and then I can book a cylinder and that will take another 10-12 days time. They also told me that since Durga Puja festival at our doorstep so it may take more time as well.
                  Sir, Me and my family fooding totally based upon that Gas only and there is no 2nd way for cooking process in my family. Kindly look into this matter and take some necessary step to solve my problem asap as my family undergoing a big problem.
                  This is bring to your kind notice that the Nathani Enterprises at 44A, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, Kolkata-700016(W.B) is doing illegal refiling of HP cylender at 20, Ripon Lane, KOlkata-16 under Park street Police Station.Refilling is going on everyday at 8A.M to 11A.M.These refilling HP cylender is selling to needy customer by black rate and low wet cylender also distributing to innocent consumer.
                  Plesse sir, do take necessary action and stop such illegal activities.

                        domestic gas online booking system not receive from mobile. i have been hp gas connection last 1 year ,now release hp gas online 24*7 scheme but i have been try an try last 5days but my booking not complete and answer from hp gas system ---contact your gas agency---- ....when i contact my gas agency they answer your gas re-feel note registration from your mobile . this is not satisfaction answer ....

                          i have service from hp gas, agent is kay ess enterprises(upkar shopping center, malviya nagar, jaipur).
                          i booked the gas on 3/4/2008 and they booked this on 11/4/08.
                          they have not delivered gas still today.
                          they dont attent the phone for long time.
                          their mobile no is mentioned on tomogas site, but they told this as a worng no. however this is right no.
                          please arrange instruction for this

                            I have applied for the refill cylinder almost 20 day before and even now the refill is not yet delivered. We were not at home for the first time when it was sent. but wen we called the agency to send it again, they say that it will be delivered by tomorrow. But for them tomorrow never comes. They give phone no. of some delivery guys who are nuts and don't even know how to speak. Every time I opt for a refill this is repeated. I am really fed up with this gas agency. Even i have seen other people screaming at their office for getting their problems resolved. The delivery guys behaves as if they own the agency. I would suggest to even take feedback from the existing customers of this agency.

                                A delivered report has been sent to me on 6.01.2012 but refilled gas cylinder is not delivered till today 12.01.2012.
                                And this practice has become a regular for gopal rao enterprises. I request to take necessary actions to regularize the matter.

                                Gopal Rao Enterprises, HP Gas — Delay in Home Delivery

                                Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking.
                                I have booked gas for home delivery on 19 Aug. 08 but till today, 05 Sep. 08, not delivered. The phone is always busy, even if we get the connection no proper response. My Gas Agency is

                                HP Gas/Gopal Rao Agency IS Sadan Hyd. — Delay in getting Refill

                                Bo daysoked for refill on 21-12-09,as per waiting list Iwas told refil will be dlivered after one week.Even after 15 days refill not delivered.Very very difficult to get on phone

                                I am resident of Rein Bazar, Yakutpura, Hyderabad I have Gas Connection in the name of My father on 4jan our Gas Cylinder Ended when We call Gopal Rao Gas Agency they said call again on 6 now you can't booked for refill of cylinder. So I booked Refulling of Gas on 6 Jan at that time they said with in 10 days you will get refilled Gas Cylinder but today after 16 days also they did not send new cylinder when I call day before yesterday they said it will come on Wednesday I wait whole day yesterday It did not come when I try to call today ie., 21 jan no one is receiving the call after several attempt it will ring the bell because it is always busy

                                please solve this problem as early as possible because after gas cylinder come we have book again 21 days later i.e., if it come on 22 then we have to book on 13 February at that time we have no gas in out house we can't cook any thing

                                Delay in Getting Refill
                                Cylinder refill has been booked on 28th Dec 2011. We got the message from Gopal Rao Enterprises, HP Gas Dealer on 6th Jan 2012 that cylinder will be delivered within 48 hrs. My wife left all her works and stayed in the house all these from 6th to 12th Jan 2012. Through phone no proper response. They are not attending the phone calls. This kind of things happens with Gopal Rao Enterprises very often. I my self made many complaints but the attitude of gas agency continues. I request the Indian Consumer Forum to take required action.

                                On 24/08/2013, the gopal rao enterprise, IS Sadan, Hyderabad, delivery boys who came to deliver my cylinder asked me Rs 50/- as delivery charge. When I refused, they entered my house and threatened me with dire consequences. Finally they made me pay the extra money for which no receipt was given.
                                I am contemplating a FIR against the agency for their money extortion.
                                This is a very usual practice of the delivery boys, asking huge sum of extra money to deliver the gas.
                                I demand that they should be identified and strict action should be taken against them.

                                The booking and the office staff responce is good.But it is deficult to describe the delivary boys of gas supply is BAD WORSE WORST.They are demanding delivary charges.They simply cancel the delivary saying that the door is locked which is usual practice by them If you are continiously continue the staff it is not good to your Name&Fame.Take action on the concerned.Don't oust them.Meny of the colany people are facing trouble with the delivary boys of gas specially in GOPALRAO AGENCY IS SADAN HYDRABAD.we hope it will not repeat again.Other wise the agency will be in BLACK LIST in future.
