Attitude & correpsone Problem,

I am Bhupendra Ambalal Nayak from Kadi - Mehsnan. Our Gas Cylinder Agency is Hp Gas(Shakti Gas Service) near by Petrol Pump, Nandasan Road, Kadi. My Cunsumer no. is 601973. The Shakti Gas Service Agency is best as know and as per my knowledge BUT,
Sir i would like to inform you that at my mension address there is godown of cylinder and Mr. Shrikant is handle the billing and cash work - Mr. shrikant is always demanding the extra money from consumer when consumer requesting for get the bill for cylinder, Sir i really very disapoint for it and i humbly request yo pls. take action on this person (Mr. Shrikant) as many consumer's are facing the problem by Mr.Shrikant. I also would like inform you that everytime this person delay janune cylinder and arranging to his friends and relatives elegaly. So pls taken the steps against Mr. Shrikant, Kindly do the needful for the same.

HP — distribution

Why won't other distribution offices of HP gas cylinders let us get a refill if the place we get our gas cylinders off have none in stock? They are all part of the same company, so what is the problem? This is Margao, Goa. It has been nearly 2 weeks, that we are unable to get a cylinder refill.

We have good siver line in our colony but our MLA is going to construct a road with both sides nalis in our colony and these nalis are 3feet above from the road (due to the support to thekedar from Local gundas, netas) and due to this the house is going down from the road please try to make the road without the nalis because our rain water and house water is going directly in siver line then there is no use of these nalis please help us because in these days nobody can't construct a house twice or thrice. Government can use these nalis budget to another place. due to these nalis mosquito will be there.

Hi Applied for Second cylender with the HP Dealer at Kurla East ( M/s Laxmi Gas ) on 07 Oct 2010, after which they refued to give the booking number and and name of the person, and requested me that the gas will be delivered in 3 days, when i have called again on 09 Oct 2010, i have been told again that it will come after 3 days, I said the same answer has given to me on 07 Oct 2010 and you are repeting it again, I have been question that with whom you have booked, I said your people has refuesed to tell their name and even you are not ready to tell me your name on phone, so how i will come to know the person? then I have requested for the booking referance and which she was not ready to give me,after a long discussion she gave me booking ref no 6042 Dated 09 oct 2010, which is two days later than my booking. and requested me to wait till the evening they will be delivering me on the same day. after which i have been calling every day to chek the sataus and i get the answer that it will be deliverd after 3 days, and today is 16th Oct 2010 and till now I have not received the Gas,

I am confused why this people are doing like this?

Kindly do the needful and help me to get the Gas on time

I am trying to contact them through their telephone no.[protected].but it is continously engaged or only ringing and no one is bother to attend the telephone from last two weeks i.e. from 4th September, 2011.

How will be get our gas number logged in and when will we get our refill cylinder, if this is delayed for my every time.

HP Gas — not delivering gas on time on day

i am recipent, where my father is user of hp gas from last 18 years living in begur opp. to high school field where the agency people not delivering the gas here, if we ask this over there they told that the hp agency in J.P nagar is not delivering the bill and so they are not delivering to us.and i called to the centre she told due date is on 14th. and we have booked the gas before on month. so please solve this problem and make sure us to give us good service.

HP Gas — Not Delivered Cylinder From 15 Days

I booked gas for home delivery on 29 aug 2011 but till today 11 oct 2011 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 952440

Hp Gsa from raviprasad gas agency nacharam hyderabad — not delivering gas, even after getting delevered message, hoping they sold to some one else

even we got sms on Aug 8th 2011as gas cylinder is delevered but up to 15.08.2011, we didnot received any gas cylinder, I personally went to office and asked regading cylinder they are not responding in a proper manner, what to do we will get the cylinder or we hove to go for other complaint service with all our evidences. as everything is online so all veidences are available.
I should get my cylinder for 17.08.2011 other wise I will complaint ot higher otharties?

H P GAS - agent L R RAJPAL — LATE DELIVERY of gas

Whenever gas cylinder ordered the agent - L R Rajpal promptly take the order and say withen 3-4 days but after 5 days also the cylinder does not reach my clients residence . when you follow up they say another 3-4 days . That is from the time booking done to date of delivery 10-12 days ...Excuse- gadi mal le kar nahin ayee ? hum kya kare

Dear hp gas we book the cylinder on02/05/2015 and booking no:346702 but still we did not receive any call from agency and agency told stock is not available before book the cylinder they told within 2 days they will deliver the cylinder. and we called distributor also he is not responding and he cut the calls every time we are not interested this kind of service this is very fake so please take action against the distributor

HP Gas — Non- Attendance of Complaint

I'am a consumer of HP Gas from Rajdhani Gas, Bhubaneswar, Orissa vide Consumer No. 629064. My gas cylinder is leaked on 29.12.2009 and I tried to contact the Distributor on Ph. No.s 2561300,2562300 & 2563300 but no one attend the call. Also I have lodged my complain through E-mail to the Distributor, but no one attend the same yet. Even I tried to lodge the complain onlin HP gas but unable to get confirmation from online. Kindly do the needful.

Hpcl — Delay in gas cylinder refill

I have booked for consumer gas cylinder refill on 02.02.08 at M/s Balaji Gas Service (Distributor code 105460, Tel No.[protected], Airoli, Navi Mumbai. My consumer no. is 616473. Even after 1 month the cylinder delivery is not done.

I am also Airoli resident. My consumer no. 618790. My gas booked on 04.02.08 had not been delivered till today 13.03.08. Always we have to go and bring the gas from the gas godown in Airoli.

This problem has increased since 3-4 months.

I feel this complaint is fairly common in Airoli now. Many people are seen frustrated daily. Even today when we went at 10.00 am to that agency atleast 50 people were frustrated due to gas not delivered for 1-1 1/2 months !!

The agency also does not pick up phone or the people there keep the receiver off the phone to keep it engaged.

The way they behave with customers is also pathetic.

This Balaji agency is sure a sore for all Airoli people.I fully agree with you.
