yaur service branch is named with "shri gurudeo h.p. gas agency" in multai distt betul-m.p.
refil is soled mostlly to the blackist and the customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many problume from the service.

Transfer request unprocessed

Hi,

I need to transfer my gas connection from Bangalore HP agency to Hyderabad Gachibowli HP gas agency.The Gachibowli gas agency[protected] says their internet connection was not working for accepting the transfer, this was same from past 2 weeks onwards.
Now when I go again to submit the transfer papers, he says BSNL cable is disconnected and the transfer cannot be processed. They are not even sure when they can...

Delayed Delivery

This is to bring into your notice that we had registered a request for delivery of Gas Cylinder on 8th of July 2011. After we talked to them again regarding the delivery on 14th July 2011, and were assured of a sooner delivery.

Till date it has not been received. We have been facing this issue for last few months now.

Also we have realised that there's a huge discrepancy in the date mentioned on the invoice...

Poor Customer Service

hp drive track plus card

As discussed, the card is already temporary hotlisted on 02/06/2011 by call center executive. The customer has to fill the fresh form to get the replacement card.
Also, please note the card needs to be permanently hotlisted in order to successfully process the replacement card form.

non delivery of cylinder

when we contacted agency people then they denied to give our registration number of gas booking.we booked cylinder on 15th of june 2011 and today its 11th of july.

REFILLING OF CYLINDER

M/s R.k.gas agency, Ranchi is not Supplying gas though booking done as early as on 21st June 2011 (Booking no. 4574) on earlier occasion to the agency was delaying the gas delivery with the intention to avoid delivery at the customer’s home and compel them to take it from agency shop . it is requested that action way be taken to ensure regular supply by the agency at the customer’s door.

i am having ur Hp gas connection in new Delhi area, now the LPG gas cylinder for home use is costing Rs 399/- to us. now your Hp gas distributoe M/s Shakti Traders , at 268, streen no 10, joshi road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 5,is overcharging it and charging it for Rs 400/-. On asking return Rs 1/- they delivery man refuses to pay and says u give Rs 99 change( if the HP GAS DIST cant ply Re 1 how can they expect customer to pay rs 99 in change)....
