This is to bring into your notice that we had registered a request for delivery of Gas Cylinder on 8th of July 2011. After we talked to them again regarding the delivery on 14th July 2011, and were assured of a sooner delivery.

Till date it has not been received. We have been facing this issue for last few months now.

Also we have realised that there's a huge discrepancy in the date mentioned on the invoice slip provided by the dealer's man and the actual delivery date.

Like for cylinder booked in the month of May, we received it on 3-6-2011 when the Invoice had date[protected].

I don't think i need to explain what must have caused this discrepancy it very obvious. I don''t know what action HP is taking to control such misconducts.

Allied Agency FAridbad — delay delivery

I am sorry to say that i m poor customer of your gas agency i.e. Allied Gas Agency, Faridbad and no. is[protected],2415503 and my cunsumer no. is 674664/ i have booked for cylinder on 17/12/09 and i didnt get my cylinder till 15/12/09. mostly they never pick ph. fortunately i got the number and i asked about my cylinder they told that they will give me after 22 days and they also told that when u book cylinder within two days you will get but yet now i didnt get the cylinder. mostly cylinder fill in water,

i regret to say if you didnt take any strict action against them then i will go consumer court or see on thru RTI. i m wating your reply within 2 days otherwise i will go thru media.

    I AM CONSUMER OF HP GAS HAVING CUSTID:- 621757 AND THE AGENCY NAME IS ANAPURNA GAS AGENCY, MINKPUR VASAI (W), THANE - 401201. I HAVE BOOKED REFILL ON 05/07/11 BUT AFTER 20 DAYS STILL IT IS NOT DELIVERED THE GAS. PLEASE LOOK IN TO IT AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

    I booked hp gas cylinder for home delivery 0n 04/07/2011 with Barrackpore Gas service but till today i.e 18/07/2011 it is not delivered.whenever i make a phone call
    to their office most of the time i get no response most of the time phone no. 25922937
    out of order or the other number i.e 25920725 is very busy and if by chance i managed to talk to their representatives they always assure us of delivering the next day.
    I regret to say that i am facing immense problem to due to this poor service
    which is not expected from a esteemed company like yours.we are the consumer
    of your company since 1983.The code of my gas agency is 958500

      Sir,
      With due regards I beg to put forth my grievances that I am consumer of HP Gas agency at Phulbani,with double bottled connection,since last 10 years, vide consumer No.606701. But it is a matter of regret that since the date of my consumership of HP Gas agency, not in a single instant the distributor delivered the gas in time after booking.For example I have booked for refill cylinder on 14.6.2011. Already one month have been passed away and instead of my several approach the gas distributor not yet delivered the same. Due to non available of gas in our house we are leading a miserable life.I am a govt.servant. It is not possible on my part to receive the gas from the godown standing in a line hours together, leaving my office work.I have also registered my complaint in the HP Gas complaint system,vide my reference No.11018031 and11018440. Besides these complaints, I have also submitted my grievances to the Sanjog Helpline, Govt of Orissa, Food and Consumer Affairs department and CSCBBSR, but yielded no result.At last getting no other way I have put forth my grievances before you for your kind interfere into the matter,impart suitable direction to the gas distributor and enable me to get the refill cylinder at an early date, for which act of your kindness, I shall remain ever grateful and oblige.

        This is a customer of HP gas service registered Under Laxmi Gas Service, Kurla (East)
        Consumer number: 622149. I had booked a request for home delivery of gas cylinder on 8th July'11. Waiting no:206538. I was told that the cylinder will be delivered in the next 3 days. However, it's almost more than a week and I am stilling for the cylinder. I have made several attempts to contact the Gas agency but all in vain. Nobody answers the call. And if by luck someone answers the call the moment we inform them about the problem they disconnect the call. A very rude behavior of the people who attend calls at Laxmi Gas service. Have made an attempt to contact the manager(whose number I got from the Laxmi Gas mechanic) but he doesn't answer the call. This shows Laxmi Gas service is atleast concerned about the trauma it's customer's have to go through. A very lax attitude. Please help it's not just me but many customer's who have complaints about Laxmi Gas agency.

          Complain for Non Delivery of LPG GAS Cylinder M/s. PET.EMP.CO-OP.C

          This is the second time I am complaining you , I am once again complaining the same, that we were getting Cooking Gas cylinders irregularly after booking.

          I have booked my Cylinder on 28th June but still today the delivery has not been placed. Whenever I call them the reply is “ We will send the cylinder after the truck come” Or we will send it today, again when we call them they say after 2 day.

          Who will pay our telephone charges? Why do we have to suffer this why.

          HP Cooking GAS — Non Delivery of GAS

          Non Delivery of GAS
          Earlier, we were getting Cooking Gas cylinders regularly within two days of booking. But now, for the last 8-10 months, we do not get the same even after 10-15 days of booking. Always, when contacted, they say only one answer. We will send the cylinder after the truck come. Or we will send it today, again when we call them they say after 2 day.

          Who will pay our telephone charges?

          HPCL LPG GAS CYLINDER — NOT GETTING CYLINDER

          s cylinder booked on 029/06/2011 but till 08/07/2011 the cylinder has not been supplied as such the cooking system in my house has been stoped. my consumer no with hp gas supply is 605655
          Not only this dealer is irregular in supply but they have highly arrogant staff.
          Here is a personal number of the dealer - Nitin Pawar - [protected].
          We are also facing the same problem as this one. They are shame less, whenever you go they say "ya we will send you by today" and note our cell no.
          This is happening since last 15 days with us. Now what to do for this. My detail is: Gas a/c no: 604470.

            I am the consumer of HP Gas, my consumer no.605016 Name: Rakhal Chakraborty, my age 72 yrs. My distributors name: SOUTHERN GAS DISTRIBUTOR at Harinavi. Kolkata - 700 148.

            Today at 7.30 in the morning, my wife (60 yrs) found a lickage from the gas sylinder as she opend the cap of the same. Gas was coming out with heavy force. She reset the cap of the sylinder and reported it to the concern person of the distributor. But the distributor finished his duty by sending a man and the man returned back without doing anything.

            This situetion could be the cause of a serious accident and the distributor is not ready to listen anything.

            After all of my efforts and several request to the head office(HP Lpg), the distributor took 4 hours to take step regarding this.

            I am requesting you to please take a very hard step against this distributor.

              Sir, I the undersigned Raghvendra S. residing in N.R. Colony is a regular customer of HP Petrol Pump at the above said pump station. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol regularly by pump operators.

              Latest incident happened on the 13th July of 2011....

              hp drive track plus card

              As discussed, the card is already temporary hotlisted on 02/06/2011 by call center executive. The customer has to fill the fresh form to get the replacement card.
              Also, please note the card needs to be permanently hotlisted in order to successfully process the replacement card form.

              I am registered with an agency in Ellenabad named R&D.C.C.S.LT
              [ consumer no.111245 ].On 17 th june 2011 @ 9.30 A.M. I booked for a refill
              cylinder and the number given was 44. On Tuesday 22 nd june i inquired when I
              would receive the cylinder I was told tomorrow i.e. Wednesday 23 rd I accordingly
              applied for leave to stay at home and receive the cylinder. On Wednesday morning at
              abt 8.30 a.m. I again contacted the agency for the confirmation and I was assured
              that I would receive the cylinder today. At about 13.30 hrs again I phoned and I was
              again assured that my cylinder has been sent for delivery and I will receive it
              today. At about 16.30 on approaching again I was once again assured. BUT ALAS THE
              CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED. Sir, what type of service is this ? A consumer has to
              stay AT HOME TAKE LEAVE JUST TO WAIT FOR THE CYLINDER AND THEN INSPITE OF ASSURANCES
              IT IS NOT DELIVERED . What action you propose to take on such service? Your

                We almost booked cylinder about Month ago. but Still we didnt received any cylinder
                from agency Omkar Gas service thane( east)
                when we contacted agency people then they denied to give our registration number of gas booking.we booked cylinder on 15th of june 2011 and today its 11th of july.
                and whenever we contacted them they will give non-sense replies
                So kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                  M/s R.k.gas agency, Ranchi is not Supplying gas though booking done as early as on 21st June 2011 (Booking no. 4574) on earlier occasion to the agency was delaying the gas delivery with the intention to avoid delivery at the customer’s home and compel them to take it from agency shop . it is requested that action way be taken to ensure regular supply by the agency at the customer’s door.

                    I am bonafide customer of HP (LPG Gas) ltd. My customer no is 606888 with Stefco gas service lko.I booked for filled cylider on 1/7/2011 booking no alotted me by SMS was 215673. on 3rd september i recieved another message that your refill will be delivered in 48 hours and your's cash memo no is 22060.on 5/7/2011 again message recieved by us that your gas refilled deliverd vide CASH memo no 22060 if not recieved pls lodge complain on [protected] when i lodged complaint on this no a new booking no again allotted to me 216478 on 5/7/2011 but still today i have not recieved any refill cylinder from the dealer,

                    So, Please kindly see to my problem and convey it to authorised departments, so that they can take certain actions against the dealer.

                      i am having ur Hp gas connection in new Delhi area, now the LPG gas cylinder for home use is costing Rs 399/- to us. now your Hp gas distributoe M/s Shakti Traders , at 268, streen no 10, joshi road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 5,is overcharging it and charging it for Rs 400/-. On asking return Rs 1/- they delivery man refuses to pay and says u give Rs 99 change( if the HP GAS DIST cant ply Re 1 how can they expect customer to pay rs 99 in change). PLEASE TELL ME IS IT POSSIBLE..and on complaining to the agency by phone M/s Shakti Traders , they rudely said ' tum change dedo fir ya gas aage se mat mangwana' and when i said i will complaint it to HP he disconnected the phone. It is not the matter of Re 1 , It is a matter of overcharging. I[censored] feel Its a matter of concern pleaase take action. Thanks.

                        no favorable response from Gas Dealer.Now a days there is too much delay of receiving refill of cylinder and there is no customer support

                          I Sri Mrinal Kanti Majumder of Binodini Avenue Dhankal Hatiara,Kolkata-700157, West Bengal is very much to launch a complaint. My Domestic LPG Gas is of HP, Consumer No- 603641,whose distributor is M/S Mahanti Enterprises 58 Dakshindari Road, Kolkata-700048.This dealer of HP is worst in Customer Care,misbehave with customers and their supply of refill cylinder is abnormally delayed. I booked my cylinder on 8th June,2011 but it was not delivered. I physically visited there for three consecutive days and each I was assured of the delivery of the cylinder but still I have not received the cylinder yet.
                          I am very much upset with such inconvenience towards a customer. Therefore, I want the authorities to look after this matter seriously and hope that the regular customers should not be put into such harrasment. I want you to look forward in this issue and co-operate in getting the supply effective to me with further delay.

                              Very Poor Service

                              I booked gas refill on 14th Jun. Till today I didn't receive my refill. Whenever I call, they say tomorrow madam u will receive it. But I don't know when does tomorrow come for them. Very very poor service. Please help me to get my refill cyliner ASAP. My gas booking number is 209334.
                              Today day is Jun 26th. I doubt they are selling refill cylinder personally....

                              I am a bonafide consumer of Hindustan Petroleum. My consumer No. is 618831. I am being registered with M/S Gaurav Enterprises, Shop No, LGF I, Chaudhary Complex, 2C/252, opp Mewar Institute, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad - 201012 U.P. The contact no for agency are[protected]/38/39. This agency invariably is failing to deliver the LPG cylinder in the said time of 2-3 days. Every time when I remind them they extent the same to another 2-3 days. Finally, I am getting the cylinders in 15 to 20 days. By this time the cylinder in use starts reaching to its end which in turn is putting me in tension. The whole cycle of booking and receiving the cylinders is disturbed.

                              As a consumer of HP I feel very helpless, trapped and cheated by this agency.
                              There is no explanation required for the level of hardship and harassment I am facing against the same.

                              Please initiate regarding the same, so as to get this resolved at its earliest.
