I am holding consumer no. 626885 of HP Gas from Chirag Gas Agency at Nallasopara (W), i have book the refill on 3rd of Jun 2011 , till am writing this note i have not received my cylinder, i got 2 cylinder connection.
no favorable response from Gas Dealer.Now a days there is too much delay of receiving refill of cylinder and there is no customer support

I booked gas for home delivery on 22.05.2011 but till today not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says after one month must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

I have HP gas connection from last one year. The distributor is Kiran Agency located in Hadapsar. I have completed all formalities for second gas cyllender. It has been told that, the second cyllender will be given after completion of six months after registration.

Now even after a year, the Kiran Gas Agency is denying to give the second cyllender. The person is behaving very rude and he is mentally abusing me as i am a non-maharashtrian...
