My consumer no of HP GAS is 606337 and regd with M/S Prakash Gas
Agency[protected], Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I am using HP Gas sine last 12 years and I have enjoyed a fantastic 2 days delivery everywhere at Mumbai. But now I am facing a lot of problems, I have booked for refill before 10 days everyday whenever I am calling them they are saying tomorrow you will get it. Their tempo is comig for delivery in our building or opposite building but not giving cylinder to us. I dont know why. Booking staff is also talking rudely and asking us to pickup cylinder personaly.

I wants to draw kind attn of HPCL officers to this neglegency. This is harmful for HPCL reputation in corporate world. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action to stop this type of things as soon as possible.

dear sir,
i have booked my refill cylinder on[protected] and delivery is due after two days as they say. i have not yet received my refilled cylinder. Receptionist frequently cuts the phone without giving satisfactory reply to the queries and sometimes they never receive the call. Please do something.

hpgas — non delivery of refills / cylinders

Sawhney Gas Agency (Code - 958310), Krishna Nagar Delhi - 51; never delivers cylinders on time. Black marketing can be the only cause of this artificial shortage created by this agency. Also Behaviour of its staff towards customers is very rude. Phone no.s of the agency are busy / off the hook most of the time.
My customer no. is 619059. Refill booked at helpline 1716 vide Booking no. 45 dated 31/08/09 has not been delivered till date i.e. 9/09/09. HPCL should take action against this agency.
My consumer number is 604098. My agency is M/s.Prakash Gas Agencies, Tirur, Kerala.(Telephone no.[protected]. I booked for a refil on 18.09.09. The docket number is 52074.It is not delivered yet i.e.on 30.10.2009. The IVRS says to press a number if the cylinder is delivered but it does not have an option for non delivery. The delivery man when contacted says the refil load has not arrived yet. The telephone at the agency office is permanantly engaged. Please do the needful for immediate delivery and prevention of malpractices.

My Name is Phul chand Gupta, I AM one of consumer of HP GAS, My consumer No. is 613289 , our area dealer is m/s kanchan flame , vip enclave , shop no. 8 , vip road ,. kolkata , westbengal 700059 . I have booked gas on 3/9/2010 vide booking reference no. 712 but I feel sorry to inform you till today on 19/9/2010 I have not received cylinder. In our location , we always facing problem in delay in delivery of cylinders not only me all people staying here and fed up with delay in cylinder delivery. to day when i again contact him for delivery of my booking cylinder he says there is no any booking of your and we take fresh booking and due to shortage of supply you got cylinder by 7 days. how it is possible when i booking once and got booking no. he said there is no booking .

please lookover the matter and solve the problem .
This is third time i have booked online for refilling the cylinder in 4 days the cylinder is not yet delivered yet and this issue is always there and if you see you can get the status number of times i have complained.

When i try to call their mentioned numbers either it came continuously busy or if it rings nobody picks the phone , I am expecting a permanent resolution of the above said issue and priority delivery of the cylinder, Please find below the record of the online booking of cylinder refill.

HP Gas — non delivery of refilling cylinder

I had booked a refill of cylinder bearing No.606443 on telephone dated 01.03.2011 with booking no.50521dated 01.03.2011, but so far no refill received from M/s. Devi Dayal Enterprises, Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi-110085. I had also personally visit to said agency and it was assured that the refill will be sent within 02 days i.e. 02.03.2011.

You are requested kintly to take necessary steps in the matter.

    i am retired govt servent .my age s 70 years. i am having hp's gas connection for 5.0kg cylinder. my complaint is that i had booked my cylinder since long(two months back) but till date i have not received the same. today when i again gave remainder then i come to know that company has closed that connection when i asked about my connection they did not replied properly but asked me to come at there shop.
    i believe that if company is taking such step they should inform us in advance.
    i am facing problem of non delivery of cylinder about two months. I booked cylinder on 26 sep yet no cylinder has been delivered i confirm from gas agency but i did not get any response

      This is to put your kind notice that I Satish Kumar consumer no - 785053 of Anand store, Rati ram market, Tukhmir pur road, Karawal nagar Delhi - 94,

      I have booked cylinder on 14-may-2011 and booking number :- 465071. The delivery man came on[protected] and tried to deliver the unsealed HP cylinder during the course of delivery we found that cylinder was under weight he was trying to convince that 400gms to 800gms is always less with the HP Gas cylinder.
      After denying from our side this untruthful fact he tries to deliver unsealed cylinder with the full weight cylinder. In the mean time he had already received the payment from my father who is 65 year old senior citizen of Rs.500 after lot of discussion he took our cylinder from our premisses and ran away. I also tried to speak to our distributor above mentioned phone numbers which is continuously getting engaged from the time of incidence till date.

      Mr. Ashok Kumar Moblie number:- [protected] of Anand stores seems to be very lineant and biast on this issue. Kindly solve this problem on the urgent basis other wise I would be forced to lodge a FIR against HP Gas and Anand store.

          The Gas agency team is very pathetic and rude in behavior and not co-operative at all.

          Just wasting time of consumers and non functional.

          Very bad and pathetic service.

          Hi,

          I am a consumer of HP gas agnecy. The agency name is Ahirwad GAS Agency, Bhosari, Pune.

          We are experiencing very bad service from the agency and there is no proper response and delivery getting in time.

          the service executives are very rude and not answering the calls properly.

          for one cylinder I am following up with the agency from last 8 days. As we both (Husband and wife) are working and having only time on Sat and Sunday. rquested to deliver the cylinder on saturday and Sunday alsom giving reminders on Friday still it is not getting delivered. However to get the delivery we have taken personal leave from the office and infomred accordingly at agency still they have not delivering the same neither ready to provide at premises.

          It is not affordable to take leave everytime just to get cylinder.

            I booked gas for home delivery on 22.05.2011 but till today not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says after one month must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

              I am the customer of the above mentioned gas suppliying agencies for the last 12 years.

              After booking on every cylinder the use to say will deliver you shortly, but they never provide home delivery service.

              Every time i am use to go personaly there and i took the cyclinder my self. When i am go there for taken a cylinder they said that you have to stand in ques there is no advance booking service. He distribute every time first in first out service. For these reason i have to stand there for 2-3 hours.

              When i compliant about that to agency provider they said that if you have any problem then you must changed your hp gas services with Indian gas.

              This is not a solution for my problem???

              I kindly request to take necessary action quickly.

                I have HP gas connection from last one year. The distributor is Kiran Agency located in Hadapsar. I have completed all formalities for second gas cyllender. It has been told that, the second cyllender will be given after completion of six months after registration.

                Now even after a year, the Kiran Gas Agency is denying to give the second cyllender. The person is behaving very rude and he is mentally abusing me as i am a non-maharashtrian person.

                Please help me out to solve this issue.

                    I tried getting a new LPG Connection from HP Gas dealer Tatini Sales Corporation located in Jyangra Chowmatha, Kolkata-700059. I already had an ISI-marked oven so I didn't want a new one. But they said that it is mandatory to buy a oven from them, and unless I buy from them, I won't get the gas connection. They insulted me & refused to accept my documents. I checked in the HP website, it's clearly mentioned that it is not mandatory to purchase an oven from the dealers.

                      I am from Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal. I am a HP Gas consumer under the dealer Geeta HP Gas Enterprises. I have single cylinder and I want Double Cylinder facility. Although it is charged Rs.1,250/- as per HP website but they demanding Rs.3,900/- with a gift of water filter. If we do not want to take this gift, they are not giving us the additional cylinder.

                        I had visited the HP petrol pump at
                        Shah Mehta & co,
                        Anupam Cinema,
                        Maninagar,
                        Ahmedabad

                        I went for gas refilling at this pump and the person has diverted me aside. Meanwhile i did so he immediatly started refulling the car without getting the meter at 0. I had checked it previously and the meter was at around 60-70 rupees.
                        When i noticed it and i started complaing, they gathered around, blaming, arguing and threating.

                          I am a regular HP Gas connection holder since last 30 years. Presently I am in Chennai and drawing my Gas refill from your authorised dealer Javid Gas Agewncy, No.24/185, Lake View Road, West Mambalam, Chennai 600017. My Consumer No. is 637952 and the Dealer Code is 455490.

                          Even though I have not booked for a refill, on 19/05/2001 I received an SMS in my Mobile No. [protected] that my booking has been accepted with booking No. 219109. Again on 27/05/2011 I received one more message by SMS that the refill will be supplied within 48 hours with Cash Memo No.23255. Now I have further received a message today (31/05/2011) that the refill has been delivered vide cash memo no. 23255 even though nobody called on us to deliver the refill. This is a clear misuse of the centralised booking as sombodyelse has booked on my behalf for a refill even though I have not actuially booked for a refill maybe with the connivance of the authorised dealer.

                          Please look into the matter as I have not booked for the refill gas this month. Last I had booked for refill on 29/04/2001 and I got the refill by the first week of May 2011.

                            I have booked the gas for refill on 23.05.2011 and after a more than a week they have not supplied the cylinder .they are not picking the phone also and after half an hour continuous dialing they are picking then phone are telling that today we will deliver the cylinder from saturdat itself i.e from 28.05.2011

                            i am requesting you to please look the matter because in mumbai city taking more than a week time for refill is not justifiable

                              I have a c.Number 501356 in the name of K K Mishra.
                              It is very difficult to book the refilling gas cyclender by Telephone or by Email to the dealer.
                              The phone no. given by the dealers are[protected], 2756773, 2758411. Kindly check the numbers at your level. they are responding for booking of gas cyclender.

                              It is very difficult to book the refilling gas cyclender by Telephone or by Email to the dealer.
                              The phone no. given by the dealers are[protected], 2756773, 2758411. Kindly check the numbers at your level. they are not responding for booking of gas cyclender.
                              Kinldy book my number for refilling of gas cyclender with Phoenix HP Gas Dist, Bhopal.

                              My consumer no is 611510. on 3/1/13 i got 3rd subsidize cylinder but he has charged of rs 1002.today i call him for the same he called me at office and refuse to solve the matter. The attitude and behavior of employees was so bad.
                              i haven't got any cylinder in month of September 2012 . kindly look the matter

                              sir. i have tried contineously last three months & many time request to transfer my connection to ROOPA GAS AGENCY BHOPAL for my sister Mrs meera bai rajani.which is documents are completed. but they dont give me response & not accepting my request & also force to return..& always they saying that sattionery not available.."I want to know what kind of this stationery" for that they cant understand our Value of time. today i tried again but agin they said come on 10th septumber...& before this they called to come on 27th..now i cant understand is this right behaviour to costumers for Roopa Gas...afterall i am Reputed Businesman & how much time i'll spend on this kind of little process. thanx please help.

                              I m very sorry to write you that I Amar S. Rao Ghorpade, Akbarpur, Kolar Road, Bhopal 462042 bearing consumer no. 626444 (Naineka Enterprises, Shahpura, Bhopal) booked for refille cylinder on 31.10.13 vide booking no. 206919 through online services but still today I have not been delivered refilled cylinder while seven days have been passed after booking for refilled cylinder.
                              I have also added my name in the bank/gas office for subsidy as per my Adhar Card.
                              Inthis circumstance i m thing to change the agency to avoid the same complaint is occured henceforth.
                              Now i request you to please look into the matter and help me.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Recently, I have surrendered my gas (HP) connection to the existing dealer due to the proposal of my job transfer. But unfortunately it was stopped by our management, then I went to my HP gas dealer to continue the connection with them, but they are not accepting to continue with them and told me that it has to be opened with another dealer and made transactions for at least 6 months then only it will be reopened with the existing dealer. Now how can i proceed. There is no chance to open with other dealer.

                              Please help me in this regard

                                  That i have submit my all documents to the Distributor Of HP GAS (SABHARWAL GAS SERVICE[protected] sector 47 C, Chandigarh.)
                                  & i have already send 4 e mail to distributor to give me any feedback or reply. but still he never issue me my Gas Connection or send me any feed back. i had already visit HP Gas contributor office Sevres times but they never forward or process this matter.
                                  so i request you please look after my this issue on urgent basics.

                                  As i shifted to Pune recently. I went to KIRAN GAS AGENCY, LULLANAGAR, PUNE for the request of new gas connection.

                                  On the first meeting they told that it is a 6 months booking period and the connection charges is 3500. They gave me the booking number. Beheviour of the agency was also very rough.

                                  On the second meeting when i enquired about my booking status. They made me to wait for 15 min outside the agency and then told there is a shortage in of HP Gas, either pay[protected] + 500 ) connection charges or wait for 4 month.

                                  I enquired in another companies agencies the are giving immediated delivery of connection and taking 3500 Rs.

                                  I really want an answer from HP Gas company that, really there is a shortage or the agency is creating an artificial shortage.

                                  i want to again point out that the way of handling customer of that agency was really very bad.

                                  Recently, I visited HP Gas Agency located in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon ( Haryana) for new connection. I was told that I need to take LPG Gas Stove and lighter along with the LPG connection. When I questioned as to why I need to take the Gas stove when I already have, they told me that company (HP) forces them to do so.                                   We have booked for new gas connection fron Gemini Enterprises (indian lpg distributor), Next -2 Tehsil, Najafgarh, New Delhi on 18th Nov.2008. We requested him many times for gas but on every visit he just told us to delivered the gas very soon but he didn't delivered till now.

Gas, Dated on 12/05/09, Iam not received any massege than Iam visit for 5 times to H.P agency, But H.O.D (Ms. Neelam) of Agency is not meet any time & other members not give the new connection, he told meet HOD & received connection, But HOD is not sitting any time, So, please shortout My problem, Iam taken 5 Leave for our office regarding a HP connection, But My connection is not received for delay by HOD.

                                  This is to inform and notice you that I applied for the Double Cylinder in Bharat GAS - Rashmi Gas Agency, No. 3 2nd Cross, Transport Street, Opp. K.R.Purum Railway Stn., B Narayanapura, Bangalore-560016, Ph no.[protected] /[protected], Appication Receipt no. 180461 dated 01-08-09.
                                  I was informed that I could come and get the double cylinder connection.
                                  The actual cost of 2nd Cylinder is Rs. 1200/- but agency people demanding for 3200/- Rs. Hence the addition Rs. 2000/- they will offer something like (e.g., Pressure Cooker or based on the item available) .
                                  To be frank, is it possible to give them additional Rs. 2000/- in present recession time or are they taking undue advantages?
                                  I request you for your kind attention on this regard.

                                  I am an employee of an International NGO working at Koraput since last one year. I have approached the distributor of HP Gas at Koraput (M/s Mutyalama Agency).I am staying in a rented house with my family. I have no ration card in my name neither a permanent house in my name. I have all other documents like PAN, Voter ID, DL, Bank Passbook in my name with koraput address. With these documents I have approached the distribuitor time and again but failed to get a new connection.Now my query is whether i am eligible to get a new connection or not with these music documents or I have to generate any more. This type of incidences are happening regulary in this district as only one distributor is there. Tribals & innocent people are not finding it easy to argue & complain in case of irregularity.

                                  So pls suggest me accordingly & issue valid instructions to your distributor at Koraput so that the consumers can get benefit as desired by the company.

I hv the documents like PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, SBI Passbook in my name. But when approached the Sole Dealer of HPCL at Koraput, he denied of giving me a connection. Can u suggest what more to submit, so that I can get a domestic connection. he is telling that ur mother has a connection that is why ur not eligible for new connection. So how can I fulfil my domestic need?

                                  After repeated request also the Dealer did not respond. I hv submitted the complaint some 10-12 days ago. But no communication rcvd from ur end.

                                  Hope to get the reply soon & my problem wl b solved soon.

                                  when i went to your dealer "kiran gas agency" at hadapsar, pune, maharashtra, they told me new connection is on hold because there will be a price hike after 15 days.

                                    Hi,

                                    My HP GAS consumer number#624952, I got the refilled cylinder which was received two months back by me filled with dust & sand stones (i can here the sound only). I came to know this because same has been got emptied as early as in 10-15 days & when i pick up this to change the cylinder.
                                    I've filled an online complaint#11011173 with HP on their jihaan consumer portal on 23rd May 2011, but till now there is no action has been initiated by them. Requesting you to please help in this regard & get the necessary compensation initiated.

                                      Kiran Gas Agency in Hadapsar Pune (catering Magarpatta City Area in Pune) has been declining my request for second Gas connection.
                                      They have cited many reasons for not taking my booking for second Gas connection.
                                      In Dec 2010/Jan 2011, they told me that they have new software installed and there are some problems in booking a second connection and asked me check in 10 days. They still not ready to take my booking for a second gas connection.

                                      Even the refill of my existing gas cylinder took 22 days.

                                      Is there a way this can addressed?
