Dear sir
I have been cheated of 563 rupees in suhaas petrol pump sanjaynagar..

When i asked for full tank.. meter stopped and they convinced me that there was a power cut and 563 rupees will be added to final bill

In the end 563 was added 4527 and final bill was 5090.. my tank capacity is 45 litre only .. and it and some fuel left .. previously i had full tanks, but maximum bill was around 4600..

According to petrol price of 111.09, it will be 45.8 litre petrol in tank which is not possible

Please look into this

I still not received the cylinder & status showing it is delivered byy 29/03/2022 with cash memo no.: 1828737
Please solve this problem they might be selling this cylinder illegally.

Constantly being denied for filling CNG. Reason give no CNG or less power this has been observed from a mnt now since their is hike in petrol prices.

Location where this is being practiced :

Telengana, Hyderabad.
CNG Filling station:
at Gatkesara (Warangal Highway) HP Petrol pump.
and at Nagaram HP Petrol Pump

Already a complaint is send I hope their be a strict action against the distributor or petrol pump owner / operator.

Hi,

Telengana Hyderabad, @ Nagaram and Gatkesar - HP CNG filling station are not filling CNG, this has been observed over a mnt now.

They are reasoning as lack of power in petrol pump and other asking yo cng mrning 5:00 otherwise they would not fill, other time they say CNG is not available

Ease look and take assertive action against such distributors.

I visit this petrol pump many times. Near Surjit Hospital, Rupnagar Punjab, 140001 Name M / s Vikram HP Center, Bella Road, Ropar. But not every time there is petrol at this pump. Why doesn't the owner of this pump order before the petrol runs out? And why aren't you taking action against this type of pump? These types of pumps are tarnishing the image of HP company, please take action against such pump owners. Please do something...

Dear sir,
Today I went to Veera automobiles hp petrol pump in Manali (4-167A, NH 47, Thucklay Post, Kalkulam (TK), Manali, Tamil Nadu 629175), while filling petrol the staff available there were very arrogant and miss behaving with me. They were using bad words in local language while talking to me. The staff asked to pay the amount before putting the petrol which I said is not right and i said I will pay you after you put petrol in my vehicle. They were talking using bad words and threatening me if I had complaint regarding this. Today I had a worst experience from a very reputed petrolium company never expected this from HP

I have filled the diesel in my skoda superb on 22nd March 2022 at 9.15pm n my car started giving problems to me 3 injector demaged n pump also demaged found metal n water inside d fuel
I have to sent my car by towing to garage at chembur to hariauto opp Vijay sales
I have paid 1800 for towing charge n 20000 on ac for injector n pump expenses not confirmed yet.
50lts of fuel found water n metal mixed now I want to raise the complaint for the HP petrol pump name purushath in kalamboli well known as madam Pump
Pl look into this n i want all the expenses paid by the pump owner for get my car ready asap
Or shall I go to consumers court for the same.

My consumer number=603195 pawan gas, Aurangabad.
I booked a gas on 19th march 2022 and paid the money on same day by paytm, Gas was delivered on 23/03/22, delivery boy asked for Rs 50, for increase of rate, I have denied payment. Please look into the matter and reply early as possible.

My consumer No is : 639292 I had made a booking for Cylinder on 19 March and made payment of 899.50 RS online. Today your agency delivery person named Ram karam came with the delivery and was demanding 950 RS forcefully. He even fought with my mom and took away the cylinder. We called the following number [protected] and asked him to send us a mail that we have to pay 50 RS more but he refused to put it on mail. He told us that the rate for today is 950 RS but we made the payment on 19 March 2022. We are not responsible for your delayed service and we won't pay you anything. If your charging on current price change then why are you providing online payment service? The gas agency name is Worli gas company

Dear Sir,
On[protected], at 6.45 pm, We requested to fill the petrol to our car numbered MH02BZ1822, but the untrained employee filled the diesel in our car, because of that we lost previous 5lit petrol and loss of 500rs for diesel and the repairing costed me RS1000 to remove the diesel from my car .
And at the time of complaint no responsible person was present there and nothing action taken.
So, requesting you to please take immediate action and compensate for my loss.

आज दिनांक 20 मार्च 2022 को मैंने अनिल सर्विस सेंटर हिंदुस्तान पैट्रोलियम रेलवे हॉस्पिटल के पास पेट्रोल डलवाया जब मैं पेट्रोल डलवाने लगा तो मीटर पर ऑलरेडी ₹50 फीड था और सेल्समैन मेरे पेट्रोल डालने लगा बिना मीटर को जीरो किए। मैंने रुकवाया कि पहले मीटर जीरो करो। मैं 540 का पेट्रोल डलवा रहा हूं तो पैट्रोल मीटर में फीड किया जाना चाहिए जबकि वह नहीं किया गया इसके अलावा जो पेट्रोल डाला जाता है बिना फीड किए तो ₹539.40 पैसा का डाला जाता है और मुझसे डिमांड की जाती है कि ₹540 दीजिए। जबकि पेट्रोल 540 का नहीं डाल रहे हैं और आपका गलत व्यवहार हमें आहत करता है। हमारा आपसे निवेदन है कि घटना दोबारा ना हो इसके लिए उचित कार्रवाई की जाए या अपने पेट्रोल पंप पर ध्यान रखा जाए ।
