I am making call[protected] for home delivery cyllinder service which is providing by HP Gas for customer, thruogh dealer, but no body lifting phone since 20.02.2011.When I was told to onwer of agency about it then he giving me totely irrespective answer that " No bookinf entertain on phone"
Pease you contact to my godown keeper and manage to about him..
Now I ask to HP Gas Authority that may I book cyllinder for delivery on phone or not ?

    I booked gas for home delivery on28.12.10 but till today 02.03.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 957630

      I have been with HP gas facility since inception i.e April, 1999. Due to financial constraints I had Single cylinder facility, which
      contributed to suffer badly in delayed refilling facility provided by M/S Shree Udyog. Very Recently on 18th Oct, 2010 I managed to accumulate Rs 1800 as advised by
      M/S Shree Udyog to earn the Double Cylinder facility. Please note that out of this Rs. 1800/-, Bill of only Rs. 1200 was handed over to me
      and on query HP replied that Hosepipe has to be purchased @ Rs 180/- but without any authorised Bill and another Rs 420/- as Service Charges
      without any Bill/Receipt at all. On demand of Bill, the authorised Manager Mr. Pathak insisted that it has been a customery practices of HP Gas and customers and
      the same has been implementes for my case too. It makes me feel embarassed to find that unbilled and Black Money practices are getting encouraged in Govt. aided
      organisations.
      Furthermore, to add to my Harassment the 2nd Cylinder Facility remained suspended sighting fabricated reasons as Shortage in Supply, Shortage of Delivery persons etc.
      Presently on repeated deputation from us, M/S Shree Udyog started building another Cock and Bull Story as anyone can opt for booking Date only after 15 days from receipt
      of the 1st Cylinder. As a helpless customer, we had no option left but to abide by this fabricated Norms but to my surprise the delivery of the second cylinder remained beyond
      our reach. When questioned about the utility of Double Cylinder, the concerned manager, Mr. Pathak, preferred to adopt ruthless attitude with my wife and threatened to withdraw
      the entire services if protested in near future for legitimate claims.

          Hi,

          This is to inform the Consumer Court about the Greviances faced by the HP Gas Consumers in the Location dhakar agency,in kailaras

          We have a single connection with HP and my family consists of 5 members.

          Someone please tell me how is possible that one cyclinder of 15kgs can last for a month and a half.

          We can only book a cyclinder after 23 days of the delievery of a cyclinder and after booking it it takes another 20 days to get one.


          This is a problem with more than a thousand people out here and the HP agency people respond very rudely when we try to talk and they hardly respond on the phones.

          Someone please look into the problem and help the Customers out here ... This is a serious problem.

            Recently I shifted to Hyderabad and residing near Alwin x- Roads.My son approached Ratna Gas Agencies and submitted the Gas connection papers and got new consumer number.they orrally told that gas will come next day.I got an SMS from Gas Agencythat "Gas Order Number :38747 has been Delivered on[protected].In case of non receipt [protected] - Ratna Gas Agencies".After waiting two days,on 26.02.2011 I phoned to the number given in SMS.After strugling about half an hour I got connected.The reply is this"After giving connection, usually the SMS will come and expecting load any time.After getting load they deliver the Gas".
            In this context,please let me know what I have to do? and to whom I contact?
            What are the rules and regulations?
            Is RTI is applicable to the Gas Agencies?
            What I have to do with Gas Order?

                H P Gas — delay in supply of refill

                i hve got booked refill on 08/12/2009 vide booking no. 729. it was informed to supply after 12-15 days. on 21/12/2009 i many times made telefon calls for 3 consecutive days in the 1st.half but no one attended to calls.one time the no.is bussy & other time ring is passed then again engaged this process is continuied for more than one hour.on 24th.i made calls in the evening to it was informed that slips for 8th. are issued today & u will get the refill tommorow.but today is 30/12/2009 is passed and no supply has been recieved sofar even after 23 days of booking.will u please tell me the way to get the refill in time as every time i get the refill after loadging complaints on internet & agency people says that u always make complaints then what alternative should i addopt if i do not get refill after 23 days booking of refill.I HAVE TRIED TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT ON INERNET BUT THE SERVER OF THE HP GAS IS NOT ACCEPTING FOR THE LAST 4 DAYS.MY CONSUMER NO. IS 200329 OF DIDAR GAS SERVICE AMRITSAR.

                  With respect, I am a regular customer of HP Petrol since 1998, H-3 Block, Vikas Puri, New Delhi - 110 018. Yesterday on[protected]:05am I went to buy petrol for my car, on the petrol pump one of the employees was filling petrol, meter was running when it came on Rs.445/- it directly jumped on Rs.500/-. When i asked that person that u did cheating call your manager/owner, owner was standing behind us n was listening the whole conversation. He came and started shouting in front of his whole staff and around 25 customers. He dint even listen to me and told me "paise na dene k bahane hote hain, aa jate hain mu utha ke kaha kaha se, nahi pay karna hai to jaao tumhe daan diya, aage se yaha aane ki zarurat nahi hai. I said ek to apka staff cheating kar raha hai, bajaye ke unko samjhane ke aap mere saath misbehave kar rahe hain aur uper se aap mujhe blame kar rahe hain, jabki payment main aapko advance de chuki hu aur ye mere saath ek baar pahle bhi ho chuka hai". HE PICKED OUT RS.60/- FROM HIS POCKET AND THROWN ON MY FACE AND ABUSED ME INFRONT OF WHOLE PUBLIC. I warned him that I'll do complaint against this cheating as well as misbehaviiour of him. But then HE SHOUTED AT ME AND TOLD ME THAT "I HAVE A GREAT APPROACH AND U CAN'T DO ANYTHING." I picked that money and asked him to keep it as a tip from my side.

                  Sir I am a 32 years married lady from a respectable family. Its really bad and embarrassing that a person is giving instructions to his staff to do cheating and on that when they get caught they don't even bother whether they are talking to a male/female, married/unmarried, just started using abusive language and on that asking me not to come again.

                  SIR PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST, HOPING TO SEE A POSITIVE N PROMPT RESPONSE AT YOUR END.

                    I (A. MALLIKARJUNA REDDY) have a HP Gas connection with Mathru Gas Co, Nagashetty Halli, Bangalore. During the last week of Jan 2011, I have personally went to the Gas Agency and requested for transfer of my gas connection to Lalbagh Area, Bangalore. They have noted down my Consumer Number and Phone number and stated that I would get an SMS confirming the transfer. However, so far, I did not get the SMS. After one week, I again contacted the Gas agency over phone and requsted to transfer my gas connection. They said that due to server problem, they could not transfer my gas connection and asked me to come personally again. Going personally again and again is not only time consuming, but also I have to take leave for that day.

                      I got an Club HP petrol card in 2000. Thereafter i collected 8000 points on the card. After that HP transferred the cards to I mint. My i Mint card number is [protected].
                      The points from the club Hp card have still not been transferred to the i Mint card. Despite repeated reminders to i mint and HP.
                      Both as passing on the buck to each other.

                        non delivery of gas cylinder

Kathurias with H P Gas at Shivalik gas Co, Barewal road , Ludhiana 141001 punjab India.It has become almost IMPOSSIBLE to book a gas on phone with this agency.They dont answer phone calls at all. Being a working woman I have no time to run around to book a cylinder and then to get one. I am fed up with the careless attitude of the staff of this agency.

                        petrol pumps.
                        The company has Printed my mobile no.([protected]) on their pamphlets & brochures in some states like - M.P.,Chhattisgarh,Gujrat & Maharashtra.,due to this people send SMS of their Lucky draw coupon number on my mobile number,I get daily 15-20 SMSes from these states.
                        Because of this, i feel preetymuch harassed as SMSes comes every time day & night as well as those people are get cheated as they send their coupon number on my mobile number.

                          with reference to my complaints nos.[protected] and 10050608 dated 15-02-11 and 17-02-11 respectively, i regret to inform you that not even a single effort has been done to solve the same and i have not delivered the refill.i got the last delivery on 08-01-11, and booked refill on 04-02-11, and 45 days or one and half month has passed since the last delivery of the refill. moreover the staff, i think has been especially recruited to butcher the consumers who demand their refills on time.
                          your area manager does not pick the phone, your inspector does not pick the phone.the concerned dealer does not pick the phone.and lo now you are closing the customer complaints without even asking them about the grievances and resolution.
                          is this your grievance reddresal mechanism ??????????
                          i strongly seek to let you know sir, that all of you are public servants and therefore you are getting your pays from the public exchequer for proper service as per law of the land as well as removing the consumer grievances and not for sleeping tirelessly in your comfortable offices by putting the ACs on and burning the public money, while the consumers reel under the burden of your corruption.
                          as i was not contacted or involved in any inquiry regarding above mentioned complaints and as i have not been offered any satisfactory reason (based on the rules or circulars of the company or govt. of india) for so much delay and harsh behavior of the staff at concerned agency and its dealer therefore, i refuse to accept your closing of the complaint and request you strongly to reopen the same and conduct an inquiry.
                          i hope that you will understand that i mean business now, and want a comprehensive and transparent inquiry on the field level with open eyes by you, instead of sitting in your comfortable offices by roping in all the customers who have booked the refills during this period, and i promise you that we will prove the mass scale scandal in no time as your system has rotten to the core, and its not too difficult to single out the rotten branch.
                          i hope prompt action, failing which i will be compelled to invoke the rti act 2005 to get relevant copies of company as well as govt. circulars/orders and reach out to the media and take this struggle to mass level as well as competent court of law and ministry of petroleum affairs.now, my refill may please only be delivered along with factual explanation with documentary proof of rules regarding the booking and delivery of the refills.
                          a copy of this mail has been sent to the ministry of petroleum affairs as well as the deputy commissioner of sangrur, with a request to conduct inquiry (because the company officials are in connivance the the dealer and black marketers) as to why and who supplies the refills within malerkotla to the hotels, dhabas, tea shops, and vehicles refillers.

                            Why your front office agent ask to customer first while he is enquering about gas that you will come to bring the gas urself otherwise it will take time to delivery the gas at your home cant give the time .


                            This indicats very poor mgmt to educate the franchis to deliver the service to customer as they are supposed to deliver the gas at home while customer want .

                            Three days back i call to bimla gas ur agent she ask same i said above and after reqest she told me to deliver same day till now i didnot get the gas .

                            As you no gas is very needfull acessories for day to day life .Plz delive at my home tomorrow and educate your service center for better service .

                                i, narayani devi have a connection with local HP gas dealer named KGN HP GAS SERVICE address Brij jeewan complex, city road, Madanganj-Kishangarh (code no.[protected]. My costumer no. is 201635. Dealer is not give the cylinders on time always. I gave the complaint to there office but no action is takes by them. this time again i book the cylinder on 2 or 3 feb.2011 (after 21 days from last delivery beacause they say it is rule to book after 21 days from last delivery) but till today CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVER TO ME.
                                please take necessary action & oblige !

                                i had got the last delivery of gas on 11.8.8 and had booked the gas on 24.9.8 but there was no delivery of gas till one week again i had submitted the application on 30.9.8 for the non delivery on the gas at the popular gas services but still there is no delivery of gas till 7.10.8 and due to this we are facing a lot of problems. i requst u to kindly see to this matter.

                                and i had booked for next on 24.09.08 but till one week there was no delivery of gas then again on 30.09.08 i had sent a written complain letter to the popular gas services. but till today i.e. on 07.10.08 there is no delivery of gas due to which we are facing many problems. so i requst you to kindly see to this matter...

                                Hp Gas Service — Non delivery of gas and non allotment of cylinder

                                Quite oftern we fac problem with our LG Gas service, Mahalingapuram, Chennai for obtaining gas. The staff there do not pick up the phones or keep the phone receiver down to avoid phone. FOr last three month we need to visit personally to book and follow for delivery of the cylinders.This month after several follow ups they told us that gas has already been allotted and billed on 15th Oct itself, however till date 22nd Oct, the gas has not been delivered. At the same time if Rs.100/- or two hundred extra is offered to the line men who delivers the gas, the gas supply happens immediately. The staff there do not respond properly. U can try these numbers and see ..[protected],[protected]. At the same time, for last three years, they are not issuing us the second cylinder irrespective of several reminders.
                                We are pretty sure, everyone will be facing the same problem.

                                All those officials sitting in offices of HP Gas from Virar are corrupted. They are doing malpractices against delivery of cylinders.whenever we try to call them they say's that there is absence of stock.

                                I have been following up for gas cylinder delivery from last 20 days for gas cylinder but the guy over ther is postponing dates of delivery continuosly. Even i have two cylinder connections but both the cylinders are emptied.Due to this condition I cannot cook and also i get delayed for my daily routine Offices, my childrens school, ets. Please suggest what to do.

                                Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking and not picking up Phone at Gas Agency
                                I booked gas for home delivery two month ago, but till today16.7.2012 Gas Cylinder is not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative & Gas Agency, they didn't pick up phone. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

                                  I contacted for a new connection at your outlet at Baidyabati, Hooghly, West Bengal from where I have been informed that while taking a new connections from HP it is mandatory to purchase gas oven from there. It was also informed that the procedure is the package of HP.
                                  Please inform whether the information given by your outlet is valid or not.

                                      We are HP cooking gas customers since 9 years now. I am truly disappointed in their service from past 5 months.
                                      We have shifted from Hyderabad to Amritsar last June (2010 June). In Hyderabad we did not face any problems with HP, bookings were made over telephone and we would receive refills within 5 working days. However, after having shifted to Amritsar we got a HP transfer done and since then we are having huge problems with cylinder refills and its delivery. We receive a refill cylinder only 20 days from the booking date and every time we need to follow up with the gas agency and they reply that they are short of cylinders and end the call with an argument. They are very rude, unresponsive and disconnect calls in middle of conversation. This is genuinely a mental agony because we keep worrying sick about the cylinder we are using as to when it may get over. Also, these instances have occured few times and had to practically go to the agency and request several times to get the refill. Kindly do the needful. This is getting very stressful.

                                      HP Gas — Non delivery of cylinder and unresponsive reply

                                      My HP Customer ID : 614830
                                      Even after timely booking, we have not received the replacement cylinder and now the second cylinder also exhausted. For the last two days, we are not cooking and procuring food from hotel.

                                      But the reply from Rukmini Gas Agency, Kalveerampalayam, Coimbatore is
                                      - no cylinder
                                      - no person to carry
                                      - we cannot answer all your questions
