Subject : No delivery of gas Cylinder after 25 days of Booking oder

Hello,

My name is krishna rai and I stay at Talegaon Dabhale City which come under Pune Dist.
My Hp gas consumer no. is 637787 and I have booked for cylinder refill 25 days ago(order numb - 898462).
I am still waiting and have not received the delivery for Gas cylinder till date.
I am repeatedly calling up distributor every morning for last One week and reply from phone attendant I get is they will surely send the refill.

Its 28th Oct today and I am still waiting for my cylinder delivery..

Can some one please help and acknowledge my Complaint as this has become a regular pratice for
Talegaon based gas distributor , I also heard from other members saying he supplies cylinder to Hotel's and avoids giving them to families.

    My family is using HP Gas since 1993 and I started using it since past 1 Year. Details of my Service Provider are as follows.

    Off-late, there are repeated instances of Delay in delivery of refill / cylinder.

    I had requested for a refill on 25774850 on 31st August 2010 around 3.15 PM, and upon confirmation of Name and Consumer number, I was told that the Cylinder will be delivered by Tomorrow. (i.e. 1st Sep. 2010). I had a doctor's appointment and had to cancel the same to receive the cylinder at home, but the Cylinder was not delivered. I called on the same number mentioned above twice, one around 3 PM, I was informed that the cylinder will be delivered Today itself and she (the operator who did not mention her name) asked me to wait. It was 5.50 PM and still the cylinder was not delivered, I made a second call and the operator said that it will be done by 6 PM Today (1st Sep. 2010). I lost hope by 8 PM and understood that it would not be delivered.

    The very next day I logged a compliant via HP Gas consumer zone - http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx and got the ticket number as well. Within 2 hours, the cylinder was delivered to my residence and the delivery man also gave his mobile to my wife to speak to the Agency (or someone from HP) who apologized for the delay in delivery and she promised prompt delivery from next time onwards.

    Within minutes, the case was closed with an update – “Dealer staff Leena said they have send the refill vide cash memo no. 24169.”

    I did not bother anymore as the refill / cylinder was delivered and also they (HP / Liberty Gas Agency) assured of prompt service from next time.

    On 20th October 2010, I booked a refill via phone[protected] at 3 PM. After verifying my Name and Consumer number, I was told by the Operator that the cylinder would be delivered by 21st October 2010.
    On 21st October 2010, Inspite of repeated telephone calls made on number 25774850, the operator kept on saying that we have delivery till 6 PM and the cylinder would be delivered by 6 PM. At around 6.05 PM, I tried calling on 25774850, 25785326, 25793944, 25791001, no answer.

    Soon, I decided to log a complain again via HP Gas consumer zone http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx. The next day when I called on 25774850, the staff began to speak rudely and also argued that it’s been only two days since you have booked the refill, you are complaining as if it’s more than 10 days of booking. Anyhow, the refill / cylinder got delivered on the same day and as expected, the case got closed with the below update “Dealer staff Leena said they have send the refill to customer vide cash memo no.14904 today.”

    I really don’t know what step should I take now as this is the second time they are doing this to me. I only have one cylinder as of now, I was planning to purchase an additional cylinder from them, but having experienced their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am now checking with other Gas Agencies like Bharat around my area.

    I am not aware if the same service is given to other consumers also by LIBERTY GAS AGENCY (V) (Code:[protected]

    Also, I am waiting for the next turn to book a refill and see their service.

    Services provided by Liberty gas Agency are extremely ridiculous. No body picks up the call...I have tried calling for thousand times but no answer ever..I am trying to call them for last 3 days.

    I have applied for a new connection. They said process will take 8 to 10 days. Today finally someone picked up a call and when i asked if the verification process is complete, they said yes, nobody is going to call and tell you it is done. You call daily and ask..only if someone gives a to pick the damn phone!!!

    I was told a mechanic will come to verify the burner condition. He will not call before coming so stay at home all day!! because i don't have any other job anyways...apart from waiting!! and i can try n call the agency but yes nobody will pick up!!

    Mechanic didn't come today...and what am i supposed to do? take a indefinite leave from work waiting when their mechanic will show up!!

      My family is using HP Gas since 1993 and we never had any issues related to booking and delivery of Refills in the past. Our service provider details are as follows.

      Off late, there have instances where there is Constant Delay in Delivery of booked refills.

      I booked a refill on 8th September 2010 and I was told that the refill would be delivered next week (no date was provided). Until 23rd September 2010, no cylinder was delivered. On Checking with the Agency (KUMAR GAS SERVICE), the representative told that the refill was already delivered on 17th September 2010 and that too he showed on his computer. I was surprised to see that. He further asked me to book a fresh refill and promised a prompt delivery in next 2 days. I resisted, saying that already a refill is booked and you have delivered it some one else (in black) and now you want me to book another one. Soon, he started calling his delivery man over the phone and instructed him to deliver the cylinder ASAP and believe me, the cylinder was delivered. It seems that the delivery man has delivered our refill to someone else at a higher price in black.

      As the refill was now delivered, I didn’t think of any further complaint.

      This time, similar issue happened. I booked the refill on 8th October 2010 and I was told that the cylinder would be delivered by 15th October 2010. Until 15th October 2010, no cylinder was delivered, so I went to the Agency (KUMAR GAS SERVICE). They told me that no one is available to deliver the cylinder and requested me to wait for some more days. I waited till 19th October 2010 and still it was not delivered. I logged a compliant via HP Gas consumer zone - http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx and got the ticket number as well. Within 3 hours, My Father received a call from a Delivery Man and the cylinder got delivered.

      As soon as the cylinder was delivered, my ticket was closed with the note “Spoke to dealer staff Mr. Ganesh, refill delivered vide cash memo no. 11606 dtd. 19.10.2010.”

      I again re-opened the same ticket online and entered the following comment.
      “Hi Team,
      I would like to know if this will continue or will the Distributor improve the service. This is the second time I am facing the same issue. Pls look into this issue as a matter o[censored]rgency. It seems that the distributor is selling the cylinder in black as they cost more.”

      The very next day, I saw an update in my case and the update was “The concern of consumer noted & accordingly corrective action has been initiated to improve the service.”

      I am waiting to book the next refill and I want to see what steps they have taken to improve the service.

      From my experience, I would not suggest HP Gas to anyone. I don’t know about other Gas Agencies, but KUMAR GAS SERVICE (Code:[protected] at Ghatkopar West really sucks.

      HP Gas — POOR SERVICE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR

      I AM HAVING GAS CONNECTION AT "RAVI PRASAD AGENCIES, NACHARAM, HYDERABAD-500070. PH:[protected], 27153947.
      MY GAS NO.619064(CONSUMER NO). I HAVE BOOKED GAS ON 2ND DEC'08. EVEN AFTER SEVERAL FOLLOWUP'S FROM MY END THE DISTRIBUTOR DID'T DELIVERED THE CYLINDER TILL DATE.
      THE SAME HAS HAPPENED IN THE MONTH OF OCT'08 ALSO.

      PL TAKE NECCESSARY STEPS TO AVOID SUCH TYPE OF DELAYS.
      We have connections of HP Gas . Consumer numbers are as- 651276. Dealer is ", kamal gas servise shop no.38 village singal pur shalimar bagh New Delhi-52". Whenever we try to book gas on phone numbers provided by the dealer, no one picks the phone.Ever times is going on busy or cross the full ring no body can pickup the phone . Many times they keep the phone on hold for a long. So it very difficult for us to book the gas on phone. Phone numbers are[protected], 27470952, [protected]. We are facing too much problem just because the attitude of the dealer.

      Dear sir
      I am customer of kumar gas service ghatkopar west Mumbai who is dealer of HP gas. I want to say that they are very inregular in distributing gas cylinder. After booking the cylinder we have to wait upto 10 to 15 days and have to call them atleast once in a day.

        hpgas — bad service

        HP Gas

        I booked gas for home delivery on 01.02.08 but till today 11.02.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency OHAM GAS SERVICE[protected]. Also when ever i ask for head office number to make complain they won't give the number.

        Please let me know if i can switch to some other distributor.
        Also i try to online book on hp site is's not allowing to register me on the site and thowing error
        "The Consumer No. 632747 for distributor SOHAM GAS SERVICE[protected] is INVALID. "

          I have booked for cooking gas on 7.10.2010 , till 26.10.2010 I have not received the Gas.Above this the dealer/suppplier Swasti Fuel Services is misguiding me and telling to send it for last one week and no respond from the sales officer inspite of repeated complaint..A srtrict action againt them is required from top level for better service and avoid misutilisation.

          My Consumer No is 16953526. The Distributor name is Standard Store, 12 Defence colony Market, new Delhi -- 110024. We have booked the Hp Cooking Gas for Our home on 29th Oct 2010. Earlier, there was a Drive from the Hp to deliver the Gas in 24 hrs, Today is 7th Nov 2010. Its Already been 10 days.No response till date.
          Could not understand the reason for this much delay delivery.

            I have taken a New gas connection from Hpcl three month ago Dated 28.07.2010 , I have been deposited all money. But I have not found gas stove and gas book to till date , and dealer not given the document , so for this reason i have not found any cylinder of gas.

              I did my gas stove repair with Shreya Gas Agency, Neredmet,secunderabad. There is gas leakage from
              stove, they have changed some parts and they gave One year warranty, but in warranty only those parts
              spoiled, once again I paid & changed those parts as they refused to pay, now again with in 3 months those parts are gone i came to know that they are using duplicate parts. If I am calling the company also
              no response. I had the cash memo paid in name of SHERYA ENTERPRISES. There ph no.[protected],
              27224360.They are cheating with duplicate parts I am calling them from One month no response. Pls consider my compliant seriously

                WE BOOKED A CYLENDER REFILL ON 12/10/10, TILL NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM HP GAS SIDE. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF TELEPHONE NUMBER ON AGENTS CASH SLIP (PREVIOUS BOOKING SLIP), BUT NOT A SINGLE TELEPHONE NUMBER IS PICK BY ANY BODY. EVEN 24 HOUR HELP LINE/EMERGENCY LINES ARE NOT PICKED. IT SEEMS HP GAS IS CLOSED FOR EVER OR BANKRUPED. THEREFORE ALL ITS CUSTOMERS SHOULD MOVE IMMEDIATELY, INSTAED OF WAIT FOR HP DELIVERY IN THIS FESTIVE SEASON.

                  We have booked gas cylinder on[protected] now the date is[protected] till date we did not receive the cylinder sinec 20 days when we call again on 17-12-08 they says no booking in our record, we again booked vide booking is 41329, after one week when not received we again visit thair office and again they said no booking in our record and we 3rd time booked vide booking no 53859 and they are committed we will be delivered within 3 to 4 day’s this problem we are facing mostly also they are not even lifting the telephones. My gas agents name is Amit Gas Agency L-2 Kalkaji DDA Flat New Delhi -110019. My consumer number is 602250. so please do the needful.

                  I want to tell you about inconvenience we are facing. Every time when we go to buy the gas the dealer give no response to customer and when when customer ask for complaint register he said that, " I will not give the complaint register" and when we tell him we will go to head office to complaint him he every time said that, " Go wherever you want to go to head office or somewhere else I have no fear of it but I will not give register". After all these things he abused to customer very badly.

                  I stay in Muzaffarpur and my Hp gas consumer no. is 600024 I have booked for refill 20 days ago(07/10/2010). but still haven't received the delivery for my Gas cylinder.
                  I am repeatedly calling up our distributors Rohan HP Gas Agency in the morning for last two days and the reply is that they shall surely send the refill today. But until today 28/10/2010 I have not received my order

                    I booked gas for home delivery 15 days back but till today 20/10/2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.                       I bought a gas connection from HP - from HP GAS Agency based in Hadapsar pune - in month of July. At the same time I have enquired about the second cylinder acquire process. Been told that within one and half month - you will get the second one. Please come to agency with rupees 1900/- will give the second cylinder immediately. (I got the date written in my gas refill book - 19/08/10 second cylinder for collection)

                      Went after two months - in month of 05 Sept. But no luck and got the another date of 05 Oct. I went again (taking half day leave from office -as agency fellow has mentioned that cylinder normally ain’t in stock. So, you have to be here at the time of the GAS truck comes to deliver it.). Waiting for that - spend 4 hours at the agency and at the end got the answer saying....”NO”. Still there is a queue needs to be clear who an all are awaiting. I asked politely -when do I need to come? As USUAL got the answer 15 OCT. When I enquired over the call - they say come here and talk to the manager (it means they are giving the second cylinder irrespective of any index number)...I went on 15th Oct and got the another date for the 20th Oct. I went today (20th Oct, 2010) - GOT an answer saying that - " THERE IS AN ORDER FROM HIGHER AUTHORITY "HP" THAT - NOT TO ISSUE SECOND CYLINDER BEFORE DIWALI (means until 12th NOV)."

                      If that was the case then why I always been given answer that COME TO AGENCY MANAGER WILL DECIDE? AGENCY team never bother about the booking ref# number.

                      IS THET True - HP has ceased the second cylinder Delivery???

                      Need help on this please.

                      HP Gas — Gas cylinder is not delivered on promised date.

                      My Consumer Number is 619050 and the Gas Agency is Ideal Enterprises, Hosur Road, Koramangala, Bangalore. The gas agency referred to here is notorious for not making the gas cylinder delivery on time. I am witness to their pathetic services or rather the lack of it for the last 8 years. Not on a single occasion has the cylinder been delivered after just one telephone call. Whenever I book a cylinder, they never give a specific date, and when I insist on a date, they never deliver the cylinder on the said date. I have to make repeated calls and make arrangements day after day for someone to receive the cylinder as both I and my husband are working and there is no one at home during the day. It can be a constant source of worry and very stressful. Repeated requests to deliver the cylinder on the promised date have fallen on deaf ears. The attitude of the personnel at the agency is arrogant, to say the least. Such people who care a damn about other people's problems have no business to be in the service industry.

                      HP Gas — 2nd cylinder not deleverd.

                      My consumer no: 605612. i applied for 2nd cylinder 2 years ago at mundra nirmal gas agency Dist: kutchh. But still i not received the connection & not received any information on my Cell-[protected] & [protected].

                      maine 22/8/2010 me gas book karayi thi, mera booking no-300230 hai.me kai baar complaint kar chuki hoon, meracomplaint no[protected] hai.please provide me gas...
                      Thses guys never deliver on time. Even if you call at agency they will put you on hold for almost like 10-15 mins. Also these agencies are not even registered on HP sites.
                      Did U get any response, and wanted to know do anyone really look at the complaints launched on this site. Even I have booked my 2nd cylinder on 17th March'12, I have not recieved it yet (27th), However would like to inform you that if you contact the delivery boy (SAGAR), he gives you the cylinder in for Rs 550.

                      Just imaging after booking on 17th, I get an answer on 27th from the agency that there is a waiting for 15-20 days and there is a shortage, :) The delivery boys gets me a cylinder on 27th (4PM) for Rs 550. Is in it mind blowing.

                        This complaint is against improper service or rather lack of service provided by venkateshwara petrol pump locaced at Kharadi Pune.
                        Staff is misbehaving, lack of proper staff,
                        Tying to distract customers
                        For free service like filling air, they have tied up with locals who charge customers for service
                        On reminding the petrol pump staff about this they argue and misbehave with customers.

                        Please pass me the information of HP Grievance office in pune so I can take it further

                        H P Gas — Improper Service Provision and Customer Service

                        We are having a H P Gas service (Consumer No. 632868 in name of Mr. Balkrishna T. Rane) from Laxmi Gas Services, S.G. Barve Marg, Nehru Nagar, Kurla (E), Mumbai - 400 024.

                        From last 4 months we are not getting timely service from this gas provider. We have booked our request for 5 KG Gas on 28.02.2008 which is not yet responded positively. More to this, on personal enquiry on 21.03.2008, we were not responded properly by the service provider. Even the record shown to us was wrong and the way service provider was talking was the worst one. He is destroying company image also. Company should give the agency to a capable and right person who can handle the customers in a proper way.

                        Finally, we have registered two such complaints in this regard, none of which are responded yet. Hope this registered complaints are viewed and attended by responsible staff from the company.

                        If yes, please reply to this. Awaiting for an earliest positive reply on this.

                        Petrol — Spilling of petrol and attitude of HP employee

                        I had very bad experience at HP petrol (hindustan petrolum) pump at 1-1 5/1 rashtrapathi road secunderabad Ap 500003.
                        I asked person to fill pertrol .. she spilled petrol and on asking why she did not do her job properly. she argued in telgue. since I cannot understand asked her to speak on hindhi. one of his associate name Siabulu veermamalla spoke and argued a lot. he said only little petrol is waste and should not make difference.. i want to know how cum people are employeed who do not know what is there work and how to do it ... one other employee asked do you know telgue .. i said no and started shouting in telgue i believe it was abusive language. both employees started shouting one by one ...
                        when i raised my voice .. they stop ... but said do what ever you want to do .... do it .. even after writing on complaint book ... it seems nothing had happned
                        it is necessary to know telgue before filling petrol from petrol pump which is in AP?
                        I believe we live in secular india and as per constitution ......
                        what action can be taken?

                            Non delivery of cylinder even after 3 week has passed

                            Sir,

                            With reference to my today's (17th Oct 2010) experince i would like to bring in notice about cheating done at HP petrol pump at Chandannagar, Pune.

                            I asked pump guy to fillin for Rs 100/- I saw the initial reading started at 50. By the time i could say about ZERO reading, he finished & demanded Rs 100. After much of argument some pump guys surrounded me. He filled another Rs 20/- petrol & asked me to leave.

                            Someone should taken action against such fraud at petrol pumps. Someone is required to monitor & control such cheap tricks played at petrol pumps.

                            SIR I AM THE REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS OUT LET AND TODAY AS USUAL AT ABOUT 7PM I WENT TO HP PETROL PUMP AT BANTALAB CHOWK JAMMU J&K TO FILL PETROL IN MY CAR AND ASKED THE SALES MAN THERE TO FILL THE TANK TO FULL WITH AUTO LOCK.
                            HE DID THAT WHEN THE TANK WAS FULLAND THE LOCK OPENED AND ASKED HIM TO TAKE OUT THE NOZZLE BUT INSTEAD OF DOING SO HE AGAIN STARTED FILLING THE PETROL IN MY CAR THE MATTER WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE MANAGER WHO INCIDENTLY WAS SITTING NEAR BY, HE EVEN TOLD ME PRTROL HAS TO BE FILLED AT OUR CHICE AND NOT AT THE CHICE OF THE CUSTOMERS THE TANK EVEN OVER FOWED WHEN I INSISTED THAT YOU CANT DO THAT THE MANAGER ABUSED AND USED UNPARLIAMENTRY LANGUAGE AND TRIED TO THRASH ME BUT HE WAS STOPPED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS.
                            THEN AFTER FEW SECONDS I WENT TO THEIR OFFICE AND ASKED FOR THE COMPLAINT BOOK THEY CATEGORICALLY REFUSED TO GIVE THAT.

                              From last 3 to 4 month we are facing problem from nehru nagar service provider we book cylinder on 27th of november they told us tht we will get cylinder after 15 days more than 20 days has been passed this happens in every month either change the distributor or ask him to provide proper service.After the making the delivery tese fellow ask us to make the booking after 10 days and they are not providing information infact they r not willing to talk . please help us we are in big trouble.

                              I had apply for 1 extra cylinder already i am using single cylinder but now i want to one extra cylinder but from the date 28.12.07 till now i didnt recieve any call from u or i didnt get extra cylinder. I already given a request an Application to Amrapaali Gas Agency in chinchwad on 28.12.08 but till today 18.03.08 not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.                               We Have Been Transfered the gas agency(Living at Vasind tal shahapur) by HP From shahapur Agency to Murbad agency, Because of bad service of shahapur agency. This change was held before 7 months. At the start Murbad Agency is giving OK service to the Vasind's Customers But now after days are gone there service is going down.
                              First thing is that the gas cylinder's delivery is not on the time that is not given after its been registering reffing of gas. they are not given us register number.
                              Second Thing is that after complaint they refuse give the complaint number and they are not talking in usual language.
                              Third thing is that the delivery of gas is not on the time its been delayed by them as possible as they want my neighbors cylinder was delivered by 1 month later after registering.This is the serrvice given by them is not satisfactory.
                              Forth thing is that they are asking about 10 Rs. more for home delivery.
                              Fifth and the most important thing is that we are still not having new transfer card by the agency. Its been 3 months past we are done all things and submitting all papers to agency of transferring from Shahapur To Murbad. But we still Havnt the Hp Consumer card.People are asking about the card and agency says that tomorrow card will be available and many peoples are going daily to collect that cards but still no one is got the card. There are 150 to 200 consumers which are not having card but submitting all the documents to the agency.
                              And the delivery boys are asking us about the card that we still not given by gas agency. So please Do the needful and please We are begging for u to pay attention at this matter.
