I am having HP LPG cylinder Connection without my Permission or Concern Local Delar is Making Booking on my Name and Cancelling it by saying door lock.. i am Getting SMS Regarding on this Issues..when i spoken with Deal on Phone they Replied Delar will Book & Sale it if you Don't Book ur Cylinder with in 3 Months..
My State is ANDHRAPRADESH...
Nobody is Giving Proper Replay
Toll Free Numbers aren't Working...
Call Centers People also Postponing my Complaint By saying DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS..

We had refill my two wheeler at shri gurudev HP Petrol Pump(Address: Plot No, 32, Gurudev Nagar Main Rd, Gurudev Nagar, Nandanvan, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440009) my vehicle almost dry condition when I had refill petrol Rs 100 then after 01KM drive my vehicle had been stope then I had check my petrol tank that was dry. I request you to check this petrol pump meter & pumping mechanism that was something false and they are cheat every costumer. so I request you to take serious action of this petrol pump owner & its employee.

Petrol bharwata hu .kuch dino se maine notice kiya mai petrol to bharwa raha hu roz 110 rs ka par meri bike 20-25 km pl ka average de rahi thi mujhe shak hua maine aj dhyan se dekha to petrol bharne ke time nozal ko petrol pump pe kaam karne wala .3-4 bar nozal band kar deta tha .jabki rule ye hai ki ap meter par amount set karke nozal free chor do ..maine jab is chiz ka virodh kiya to chandrashobha petrol pump ekchari ke pump karmi mere se ladai karne lage ...jo cctv mai record hai .meri baat nahi mani or bol diya oil pura bhara hai . please koi action le warna .mujhe consumer court mai jana padega

I have lost my Gas connection card and we don't have regarding papers also.
It was on my name Mr Sahil Masih . I asked to my dealer for duplicate connection but he is asking for papers.

Distributor - Sri Vayuputra HP Gas Agency - Dharwad
This Distributor always marks Cylinder as Delivered and will not deliver it.
This is happening for quite a long time now wherein we get Messages delivered. In reality, they deliver after many days.

This time we got the message as delivered on[protected] and till today[protected] cylinder is not delivered.

On calling agency they just say we will send today. We have called up agency more than 4 times and still it is undelivered.

If we go to HP complaint system, We don't get this booking for complaining since as per system cylinder is Already Delivered.

I am requesting HP higher management to take strict action against this agency for fooling the customers and HP Systems as well

Hi sir Today I called this no [protected]@ 14:14 at Navi mumbai HPCL .Telephone conversion with Mr.Shirke Sheba Regarding my email not responseding from them by till date my Dustbuster Name . Newrelax.my Consumer no is 665045 name is Pushpa Negi.but Mr.Shirke also not Assit to me and shouting with me talking. So I request to you kindly look into it this matters. this is harassment for the customers. Please take the matter seriously and action. And resolve the issue as soon as possible. And confirm me Thank you.

Cons.no.602902. LPG booked on 01.03.22. booking no.508689 given. On enquiry of delayed delivery received a message" address not found" which is fraud. Again after two days same message in reply to my call. Today austonishing message " Booking cancelled on customer's request." We were waiting for delivery as we have to go to visit a patient in another city.
Today we were forced to book afresh. Why this drama?

I feel very sorry to write this complaint against a reputed organization like HP.

The brief of the complaint is the Divya Laxmi Gas agency where I usually order LPG gas on monthly basis - the service is pathetic, the staff if very irresponsible to answer.

Even after I made a booking with ID :[protected], 6 days before till date no delivery had happened. Even after calling the agency.

Look your self placing in my place.

Is this the service rendered to a customer.

Very pathetic.

I don't know weather you people going to take an action, but as a responsible person I had made a complaint not it's upto you weather you organization will be responsible or not.

I had filled petrol in my Royal Enfield motorcycle from Thanwala on[protected], petrol pump people gave me other mixing(Water) with petrol

I am Hiren Harsora From Bhavnagar. HP Petrol Pump near my home not Provide Free Air Checking and Refilling. Please do the needful. The HP Pump name is S. B. Petroleum, Nr. [censored]ala Mata Temple Ghogha Road, Bhavnagar. Many other Pumps are there that not Provide Free Services I think this is your Duty to Check this. Kindly do the needful.

I had a change in address this year. My gas connection was transferred from RT Nagar Bengaluru (Kanishka Gas Agency) to Jalahalli East (Dhruv Gas Agency). The name and address both have incorrect spellings after the transfer. This is preventing me from changing address in additional identification.

My consumer number is 617786.

I asked to fill petrol for 200 ₹ ..., but they filled 100₹ only... Malpractice is happening. Plsss take necessary action

I have been a regular HP gas customer for LPG cylinder for last 12-13 years. My consumer number is 608480 under distributor C N Upadhyay in the city of Vadodara, Gujarat.
I have received an LPG bottle against cash memo no[protected]/02/22 on 22nd February, 2022. As usual delivery boy did not come with weighing machine. After asking he took out the weighing machine and the bottle weights 25.5 kg instead of 30.6kg (empty bottle weight is 16.4kg as stamped on the bottle).
Delivery boy replied he has supplied the bottle as received from the dealer C N Upadhyay when asked about more than 5 kg less gas is in the bottle.
I am a regular consumer of HP gas for the last 13 years and often found my cylinder did not run for even 25-30 days against usual 40-45 days.
The last cylinder delivered in the month of January was also of less weight by 5 kg when I checked the cylinder at my home before taking in line for use. since then, I decided to weight my upcoming bottle in presence of delivery boy and make a video of the same.
If a LPG bottle is delivered in which more than 5 kg material out of 14.2 of gas is less (more than 30%) then as a consumer it is of deep pain and calls for proper justification and action against whoever is behind theft racket.
So I am here by lodging a complaint and seek proper action to be taken to stop harassing common consumer like me.
The cash memo and screenshot of videography of the weighing of supplied bottle in presence of the delivery boy are attached as a proof of my demand. Anyhow the I am unable to add video here, I can show the whole weighing video when asked to.

I got cheated by HP petrol pump. On 14 Jan 2022 I asked them to fill 5 ltr in my Avenger160. As per them they filled it and I paid them thru Debit card (ref 964545). When I started driving to home town because of sudden death in my family it had apprx 3 ltrs less petrol. This I observed when I took the bike on road, normally the needle reaches to full mark when you start the bike, but it was not.
I had to fill 5ltr petrol again after 30 km on Sai petrol pump(ref 242649) and that time saw the needle reached to full mark.

I had to reach my village somehow so I completely ignored the fact that I was cheated on but I think it is just as important to raise my voice.

Free air service is not available, bathroom facility is locked, behaviour is very bad
