My consumer No. for HP Gas is 603417 from Chengannur. Our local distributor is Priya Flames. My request for a refill cylinder has been refused by the on-line agent on the pretext that my last refill was done more than 3 months ago and as per the HP Gas Company's new rules I have to get clearance from the Ernakulam Regional Office. This rule was never informed to me even though as a consumer I am directly affected by the introduction of this arbitrary rule, perhaps for encouraging corruption.
Kindly let me know who I should contact. I have already given Priya Flames a letter of explanation over 10 days ago yet my refill cylinder is not being registered for replenishment

Sir, the dealer / shop owner of HP Gas cylinder at Bijapur, by name Shree Enterprises, is not supplying the cylinders as per schedule and the staff are not ready to attend any phone calls, the service is very bad please advise him to give proper service.

YESARI KARYWAI karne ke baad bhi koi action nahi liya gaya aaj 08/10/2010 ko fir cylender bata gaya aur mere yahan nahin bheja gaya yelog kuchh actiom hi nahin lerahe hain aakhir main kya karoon.

Bade dukh ke sath complain karraha hoon ki hamare yahan agancy par gas nahi rahti but market men agar black men cylender chahie to anytime bahot aaraam se miljata hai mera DBC Connection hai uske baad bhi mujhe one month baad hi gas mil pati hai maine 26/09/2010 booking karai hai but abhi tak mila nahin maine lucknow[protected] par 3 baar complain ki but koi jawab nahin aaya har baar yahi kaha gaya ki abhi batatahoon ummeed hai ki aaplog meri aawaz sunlenge kya aapke yahan complain sirf khanapurti ke lie hai kya uspe koi action nahi liya jaata agar nahi sunna hai to complain naam hi samapt kardeejie aur home dilevary bhi nahi hoti agar karte hain to 10 rupees alag se lete hain kya sahi hai DBC walon kobhi aapke yahai one month baad hi booking karani padti hai jaisa ki yahan hota hai please kuchh karie -yaa-nakarie ek jawaab zaroor dijiega meharbani hogi.

AAj date 08/10/2010 ko bhi gas baatigai but mereyahan nahin aai v good complain sistem.

I am facing trouble in contacting the gas agency (PRAVEENA GAS AGENCIES) for booking a refill cylinder,because phone is always engaged and in case ringing they are not lifting the phone.I have already complained against it twice but they are not responding.
So please I request you to take necessory action on this.

My consumer number is 612556, I am Anup kumar gupta, From Rourkela-16 Orissa, here is a authorized gas station named Utkal gas service, distributor code[protected], Here when we went to booked a domestic cylinder in utkal gas service, he always gave us 5 to 7 days time, but as your rule you provide a gas cylinder to a customer within 24 hours, we always have to face this type of problem from utkal gas agencies its not about my, it's for all consumer.
kindly take some action that we never harass in future.

I Mr.Golak Bihari Pattanaik want to register a complaint against HP GAS that I had booked a 14.2 kg gas cylinder on 14.09.2010 by phone which was registered on my wife's name(JyotsnaRani Pattanaik) but it was not delivered to my home on time. Now the date is 5.10.2010 but still they have not delivered it to me.I had called them several times but they are not picking the phone up. Then I decided to go to their station personally and asked them why they are not doing their duty, on of their officer said, sir we regret our mistake and we will deliver it to you today itself. I guess he was faking me, I had just wasted my time.My family is facing much difficulty for cooking food by stove and heaters.

Unable to refile HP GAS Cylinder vide our consumer number 612366 for dealer code 459030 samatha shiva shakthi enterprises situated in Saroornagar, no telephone response continously engage of phones, no online and sms refil facility.

I have booked a Hindustan Petroleum Gas Cylinder on 23.09.2010 and booking no.1507 was given to me . No supply was made to me till today,

We have been following up with Jai Gas Agency (HP GAS) for the past 1 week for delivery, every day we are told that we wil receive it on that day but the gas never arrives. We are sick of the terrible service, not to mention the mental stress we need to go through in following up and getting disappointed that they fooled us yet again!!! My consumer no. is 636715. Also, most times during delivery the delivery boys demand extra charged that what is mentioned on the receipt, few times we do not even get receipt!!

I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency......

I used to book refill of HP LPGs on line regularly. But since this morning the web site [protected]@hp.in doesnot open, the reason being unknown.

Dear Officer, We have made a booking of a refill cylinder this time on 15/09/2010 vide booking reference no. 347774 and till today i.e 27/09/2010 we have not got the delivery of cylinder and our last refill cylinder delivery is 01/09/2010. On raising the complaint to Refill Center dealer i.e Laxmi Entr. we are being given an excuse of shortage of gas supply. We are in the process of filing a consumer court complaintas well as a RTI to check the same as we have conatcted other dealers in the nearby area and there is no such shortage of gas supply. We have been going through such a big pain and agony from months of delay in delivery of refill cylinder and for ur refernec plz note the previous reference nos. in ascending order as 341840, 332326, 324588,etc. If such a problem persists and we are not geetting an adequate reply we will also approach Ministry of Oil and Gas for the resolution of the complaint as this is encouraging black marketing of the cylinder as also practised by Laxmi Enterprises in the area. regards Neelam Wadhawan c/o Neeraj Wadhawan [protected] [protected]

A Gas Cylinder was supplied to me on booking. i am unable to consume the same because the cylinder does not fit with the regulator.

non delivery of gas cylinder
i have booked my gas cylinder on 05.09.2010 with the booking no. 347970. and i got a message from hpanytime that HP GAS Refill is already delivered vide cash memo no. 48718 on 24.09.2010,but still i have not received the same. they are repeating the same for the last few months, whenever we call or register any complaint on hpanytime then only they deliver it.

Dear Sir,

My name is Santosh Ganpat Manore. My HP Gas Cylinder consumer no. is 643417. I have alloted Single cylinder only. I registered my requirement for 1 cylinder on 18.9.2010 but till date i.e. on 24.9.2010 no Cylinder is delivered. I have enquired with HP Gas dealer's office located at Wadala (W) i.e. Doshi Brothers and understand from them that my bill for sale was already generated by their system on 20.9.2010. They assuring me since last 2 days that I will definitely get Gas cylinder, but till date no delivery done.

I am 100% sure that this cylinder was sold by their Delivery boy to any Hotel for considerable amount of Bonus over and above cost.

Requesting you to take strong note of this and take suitable action. Kindly take strong steps to Restrict this type of Corruption.

I have booked a Hindustan Petroleum Gas Cylinder on 31.8.2010 and booking no.361960 was given to me. No supply was made to me, I have already made several calls to the Distributor M/s Bawana Gas Service[protected] Kanjhawala Road, Bawana, Delhi 110039, Delhi as well as to the Head Office of HP Gas on Telephone No.[protected],[protected] but they are not attending the complaints in this regard. Then I have made a complaint to HP Gas Consumer Zone on 20.9.2010 through internet vide complaint No. 10017523 dated 20.9.2010. I was surprised that the status of my complaint was 'Closed' with giving any reason or without giving the assurance for delivery of cylinder to me.
Please tell me how I can got the refill cylinder which I Booked on 31.8.2010, my consumer No. is 604637.
