1. There is no availability of HP GAS at Pampore for which the consumers had to suffer a lot and had to procure the Gas from black by incurring extra money.

2. There is no GAS AGENCY from your side at pampore that could made the gas available right on time.

3. There is a GAS REFILLING PLANT...

My consumer number is 619167. I stay in Kendriya Vihar, sector 82, Noida. My dealer of HP Gas is Shiv Sai Gas Agency, Salarpur, Noida - 201301.
Whenever I make a booking, invariably, the cylinder is delivered in more than 15 days. This time, they have even crossed their limits and it's been 17 days but the cylinder is not delivered yet. I stay just in 5 kms range of the agency, still, it is not possible for them to deliver the...

I the undersigned Santosh was a regular customer of HP Petrol Pumps. This complaint is regarding filling less quantity of petrol & unnecessarily spilling the petrol over the tank it is happening regularly by pump operators at Marathalli next to Brand factory.

When i questioned the spilling/filling less manager started misbehaving speaking bad words with his workers and beat me also. Lot of people witnessed...

iam a consumer of hpcl con no is 637887 of sri venkateswara enterprises mes road bangalore -13 tel no[protected] .i have booked the refill long back some ten days
back.every time it takes more than 30 days to get the next cylinder even after booking
online over telephone and going personally to the distributor where as the indane dist
delivers the refill every 21 days please help me in this matter...

have applied for gas connection around 7 months before through agent.i Have also deposited desired fees & documents as desired but till now i have not received any paper regarding this.

This is a customer of HP gas service registured Under Laxmi Gas Service, Kurla. I booked the request for home delivery for gas cylender, but the agency is not ready & even not provided the home delivery on time. We are facing this problem from last two months. As acustomer we have the authority to get home delivery of cylelnder at home, but to get the gas cylender we need to visit the office of agency, and arranged the delivery by self....

Demanding more money rather than on bill for new connection and second cylynder requests. They are also not issuing connections if we dont buy a stove at their store... They have made me pay 4500Rs for new single cylynder connection with stove and gave reciept for only 1350Rs, when i asked bill for rest of the ammount or warrenty for the stove there is no proper responce, they told it is all that 1350rs bill only....

One domestic gas cylinder refill was registered for consumer no - 607126 (Sai Gas - Ernakulam) under booking number 321988 on June 11, 2010. A cash memo number 21196 showing that the cylinder was delivered was recieved on 30th June, 2010 at 04:18pm vide SMS to telephone number [protected]. The refill is not recieved by the consumer till date. This seems like a case of misappropriation. Kindly look into this and take action.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked my gas cylinder by phone on 18 June and then after almost every 2nd day I kept calling to get my booking number and to know when gas will be delivered. They kept on saying that it will for sure be delivered tomorrow.
I am fed by by their lie, they are neither delivering gas cylinder nor telling me book number or there supervisor number, moreover when you ask for the same...

AS I have come to know by other sources that Tyagi gas agency has been sold to other gas agency i.e, Panwar Gas agency Ghaziabad, sector-14, there has been no intimation from HP gas to consumers that the gas agency has been sold to other dealer. which is making the things messsss. the change in agency has resulted in non issue of previous pending gas supply which is not fair, the same should be rectified. and circurlation by HP gas should...

I booked my cylinder on 6th June by going to their office personally. Since the cylinder had not arrived I went again for reminding them on 21st June. Today on 26th June at 2.00 p.m. they have delivered the gas cylinder with new price hike RS. 348.45 paise and the date of order mentioned on the cash memo is 21st June. I want to get new Gas connection for my home. When I approched nearest HP gas agency I was asked to pay Rs. 5700 that includes a new stove also. I want only gas connection without Stove because i have got a new gas stove as a gift during our new house warming ceremony. Is it mandatory to buy stove with new gas connection??
