Dear Madam/Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am having a HP Gas Connection number 609062 in the name of Vishal Sharma. We booked the gas a month back in June 2010, till date we have given umpteen number of calls but in vague. Also, we had no problems till last month and now when it is Panwar Gas Agency it has become hell. I have never been harassed so much till all my life by a Gas Agency. It is pathetic that you give dealership to such dealers who embarrass customers. Moreover, the distribution center is 15 kms away from Vaishali, so accessibility is limited. Can you help or do I have to move to Consumer Court? I fail to understand how can a brand like HP allow to tarnish their brand image like this. Also, can you help me know how can I transfer to Indane or Bharat, they have much better services.

      One domestic gas cylinder refill was registered for consumer no - 607126 (Sai Gas - Ernakulam) under booking number 321988 on June 11, 2010. A cash memo number 21196 showing that the cylinder was delivered was recieved on 30th June, 2010 at 04:18pm vide SMS to telephone number [protected]. The refill is not recieved by the consumer till date. This seems like a case of misappropriation. Kindly look into this and take action.

      HP is not providing proper GAS refilling service to customers. In market we can easily find that, (1) Legal card holder: - GAS refilling cost 310/- delivery period 20-40 days &
      (2) Without card (Black market) GAS refilling cost 450 to 500/- delivery period same days.

      gas — GAS Refilling

      Basically I am from Cochin came to Chennai 1 year back as my job changed. I do not have any Ration card here at chennai. Now the Gas agencies are asking for a Ration Card or NOC to refill the Gas cylinder. So I approached the Civil Supplier Officer there at Cochin and he said card renewal process is going on, so that he cannot provide deletion certificate in another 2-3 months. Also in another 9-12 months I will be again plan to trasnfered, so again no piont to get ration card here at Chennai. So please adive me how I can get NOC for refilling GAS.

      H.P. Gas — Bad behaviour with costomer

      sir i live in Dadra Nager Haveli ( Silvassa ) we are facing lots of probles about our H.P. Gas conection. sir in that office when we go for enuiry the office staf's behaviour very bad with costomer. They do not help to costmer for new conection. lots of peoples are facing this problems. please sir i hope u will help to solve thos problem.

      HP Gas — worst behaviour

      Dear Sir,
      I am a Senior Research Fellow of Botanical Survey of India, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Govt. of India and presently need a new Gas connection for domestic use. For this purpose today I visited 'Deep Shikha Enterprises, Manorama Apatment, Nityananda Nagar, Andul Road, Shop no. 3, Howrah - 711 109' for query. But the manager refused to tell anything except the total price (Rs. 5000/-) for the new connection. I asked many times the price of oven and cylinder separately but he shouted on me in front of many other customers. Again I politely told that as a customer I have the right to know something about the product, but he replied that only after purchase I can know anything about it. He more or less forced me to get out off the shop. Many other customers are also suffering with the worst service and behavior of that Gas agency. The attitude of the manager is very bad with the customer and he thinks that he is doing a great mercy to his customer by supplying the gas.
      I hope, some action will be taken against the Manager/Agency to help the local customers of HP Gas.

      Dear sir,
      I have HP gas connection last 5 years.
      HP gas distributor/ dealer (HP GAS FAIRDEALS, D-18, DDA MKT, EAST OF KAILASH, NEW DELHI- 65) is so much arogent, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person. Many other customers are also suffering with the worst service and behavior of that Gas agency. The attitude of the manager is very bad with the customer and he thinks that he is doing a great mercy to his customer by supplying the gas.
      I hope, some action will be taken against the Manager/Agency to help the local customers of HP Gas.

      HP Domestic Gas — dealy refills & bad behaviour towards customer

      dear, sir / madam, plz help us from this drastic situation.my name mrs tanuja shaji the gas connection is in my mother-in-laws name, customer id is JG.5557 & agency name is JAYA GAS SERVICE. Maidanam varkala Travandrum ph[protected].we dont recevive refills at time when we contact the dealer they dont attend calls, if ever they attend they dont behave properly.they maintainn their own norms like only one cylinder can be issued in a month, refill booking should done only after five days from receiving the previous.these makes a customers life misserable.its not only my persosonal problem every customer has got the same complaint, i would like to know, is there any kind of lpg shortage bcoz its the routine answer by the dealer for why we dont receive cylinders at time
      They are not picking up the phones when we cll for booking or delivery. When we report this they sinmply sa that thay are answering all the calls that they get. A lot of subscribers from our area, i.e, Edava Panchayat in Varakala, Traivandrum. They do not muind our complaints. Pkease check to that the complaints are duly replied. Pleas e check this with your aagency in Varkala, trivanndrum, kerala

      I booked Cylinders on 14/10/2009.on 1716...but gas not yet received. they said cylinder is dispatched...but we have'nt recieved gas....where is cyliender then...please check.. my consumer no is 609606...Century Gas Service

      HP Gas — GAS NOT RECEIVED

      I am having my gas coonection no. 662830 in the name of Priya Goyal, 120/7 Shastri Nagar Meerut with Mohan Gas Agency. I booked gas on 12th Sep and not received the gas till 20th Nov, as I am working lady so i went to him on 21st Nov and asked them for not supplying the gas; they told me that your boking has cancelled and when i asked them the reason for the same they didnt had any answer, i asked them to write the same styatement on my booklet then he provided me the token of gas and said that within 1 hour supply bot will deliver the gas but till today the same story repeated. In the mrning i went again, they people showed their busyness and very lighlt said "Koi Baat nahin aaj aa jayegi" but when i confirmed with my residence it is still pending. Now no one is either picking up the phone or they have their numbers on engage mode[protected], [protected])

      I am very much fed up with this , i dont have time to go again & again

      HP Gas — gas refill

      I booked gas for home delivery on18.11.10 and voucher no. is 4821 but till today 15.12.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency. My gas agency is Bathinda Gas Service, Street No. 5, Power House Road, Bathinda. Agency Phone is[protected].

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I have booked my gas cylinder by phone on 18 June and then after almost every 2nd day I kept calling to get my booking number and to know when gas will be delivered. They kept on saying that it will for sure be delivered tomorrow.
          I am fed by by their lie, they are neither delivering gas cylinder nor telling me book number or there supervisor number, moreover when you ask for the same they are behaving in a rude manner and will ask to wait and put down your phone. It is happening continously almost every second day from the date of book. How can I know whether they have actually booked my gas or not if they are not ready to provide any help at all.

          Please help me what to do, is there any place where I can highlight this matter so that some action can be taken against these highly irresponsible people.

          H.P GAS (TANWAR GAS AGENCY) — NOT DELIVER GAS

          Dear Sir,

          On 28th of Dec.09 i booked my gas and they reply me within 5 days you will get the delivery. I was waiting up to 8th of Jan.09 then i call them again they booked my gas and given me a booking number 4818 and told me you will get your gas cylinder up to 11th of Jan.09. But yesterday i did not received the same and today again i call them and now they are booking my gas again and saying your booking no.5734 that means they are making me fool.
          It is very critical to get the number because alaways i found busy and if talked to them then result is like above mentioned.

          Please help me.

            AS I have come to know by other sources that Tyagi gas agency has been sold to other gas agency i.e, Panwar Gas agency Ghaziabad, sector-14, there has been no intimation from HP gas to consumers that the gas agency has been sold to other dealer. which is making the things messsss. the change in agency has resulted in non issue of previous pending gas supply which is not fair, the same should be rectified. and circurlation by HP gas should be made to all his customers so that they suffer less.

            Even after booking for last 45 day I am landing with no gas cylinder. HP gas has to look into the matter at the eraliest and do the needfull.

              I booked my cylinder on 6th June by going to their office personally. Since the cylinder had not arrived I went again for reminding them on 21st June. Today on 26th June at 2.00 p.m. they have delivered the gas cylinder with new price hike RS. 348.45 paise and the date of order mentioned on the cash memo is 21st June. CAsh Memo amount is printed as 313.45 and a rubber stamp has been put separately as Rs. 348.45 This Dealer has been cheating on the clients from quite some time now. Since past 6 to 8 months, even after trying their nos. for hours, you will never get through. Booking can be done only when you go personally to their office. Surprisingly, when you visit their office, you find the phone lines idle, none of them are ringing, and we get them continously busy.

              Why should i pay 348.45 when my booking was done on 6th June. Definitely, I want my money back. All the people of our locality are planning a signature campaign against this Dealer, M/s. Doshi Bros. (HP Gas), Wadala west, tel: 24175595, 24149678

                I want to get new Gas connection for my home. When I approched nearest HP gas agency I was asked to pay Rs. 5700 that includes a new stove also. I want only gas connection without Stove because i have got a new gas stove as a gift during our new house warming ceremony. Is it mandatory to buy stove with new gas connection?? If not how to resolve this issue. i dont want to pay so much. Can anyone pls help me ???

                I wanted to take a new Gas connection for my home. when I approched Bharat Gas Agency in bangalore they asked me to pay 5900. which includes Stove price also, I wanted only gas connection without stove because we have got a new stove as a gift during house warming ceremony.                   I have recently purchased a new cooking gas connection with 2 cylinders from HP Gas in Airoli Navi mumbai.
                  Since i already have a cooktop/stove i told the HP Gas officials that i would like the new gas connection without buying the Stove. However the officials declined my request and said that they would not give me a new connection without me purchasing their stove. Since i had no choice i had to buy their gas 2 burner stove.
                  This is total blackmailing and cheating. Please suggest how do i take action on these people.

                  yes it is a genuine concern, not only HP but also BPCL forces to buy their gas stoves, gas lighter, tea powder etc. This people are in broad day-light

                  using arm twisting techniques. I'am a resident of Bhayander east and the HP cooking gas distributor here i.e "Ekvira" has very clearly denied me the

                  connection just becuase I have a BPCL connection at my old resident in Naigaon (the station after Bhayander and before Vasai) which is also owned

                  by me. Firstly, I have a very strong feeling that there is no such rule that a person cannot have multiple gas connections (atleast when it is not under

                  the same distributor's area) and second and the most shocking thing is that when I went to request for the connection, I was informed that there is no

                  certain time-frame that they can give me for getting the new HP cooking gas connection. After waiting for fifteen days without this basic neccesity I

                  got my HPCL connection to Bhayander from Naigaon (let me specify I did it witout informing BPCL) becuse I didn't wanted to transfer that

                  connection as my parents were going to stay at that place and even they would neet it.

                  Finally after about 4 weeks time I got a call from HP and was called to take the connection. The lady their Mz Shushma spoke to me very nicely and

                  proactively told me to take 2 cylinders as it was available then. She made the papers ready and I signed them. While I was signing the papers I saw a

                  gas lighter, tea powder and some more things kept on the table. As soon as I said that I only want the connection and not the other thing and the

                  gas-stove as I already had one, She took every thing back and said if I don't want to buy their stove and other things then they will need to inspect my

                  existing gas stove. I agreed to that inspection and was promised somebody will visit my place the next day, I waited for three days and no one got

                  back to me.

                  One interesting thing I want to mention is that when the lady (Sushma) was making me sign the papers she was holding some white papers below

                  the HPCL paper and not wanting me to look at them and just sign it. I got a bit suspicious and read them to know that they were taking my

                  signatures on those papers which mentioned that " The distributor has not forced me to buy the gas stove and the other things and that they were

                  optional".

                  This was CHEATING. I revolted and they punished me by creating hindrances in my way of getting the connection. After I went back to them saying

                  that their person had still not visited my place to inspect the existing stove they sent a techincian the next day. note: I had proactively informed the

                  HP distributor at that time, that I have got the Naigaon connection to Bhyander as I have kids in my house and have to cook.

                  The technician came and inspected the gas-stove and marked a comment on his report that there is a BPCL connection at my place. The next day I

                  visited the HP distributor's office and was informed that they will not give the connection as I already had one. I argued with them and the

                  distributor's wife mrs Gavand gave me good customer service gyan that they would not like to lose any customer and that if they have found a

                  connection then all I need to do is to give them an explanation. I told her very clearly that I have already informed them that I got the regulator and

                  the cylinder from Naigaon after waiting for approximately 3 weeks for the connection. Mrs Gavand told me that once I give the zerox copy of that

                  BPCL connection they will give me the new HP connection. I did as they adviced and was asked to come after 2 days from submitting the BPCL

                  connection paper's copy.

                  When I went to their office after 2 days Mz shushma denied me the HP connection saying one indian resident can have multiple houses in India but

                  not multiple cooking gas connections. She was even rude to me. I also got a letter from HP that same day which mentioned they need a explanation

                  about the existing BPCL connection at my place. I spoke with Mz kolamkar (HP manager) over the phone to know her thaughts on the distributors

                  statement. I called her Mz kolamkar (HP manager) and she requested me to call back after 2 hours after she checked the details of my case with the

                  distributor. To my shock ever Mz kolamkar (HP manager) supported the distributor what she mentioned is that it is a HPCL order according to which

                  if their technician in his visit to check a person's existing gas-stove finds an existing connection then they do not release a new connection to that

                  person(note: but if you agree to take the distributor's new gas-stove and the other things like tea etc then the distributor will not bother about

                  anything as told to me by Mz shushma i.e the distributor's employee). She Mz kolamkar (HP manager) further adviced me to transfer my BPCL

                  connection to Bhayander and then take a new connection at Naigaon from any of the cooking gas providers including HP. This statment itself

                  answers my question that "yes" one Indian resident can have multiple houses in India and multiple cooking gas connections.

                  This is "TALIBAN" stlyle o[censored]p-selling the distributors products by using HP's name and scare of not getting the connection if not agreeing to buy the

                  distributors gas-stove, tea, gas-lighter etc to the common man.
                  I am facing same problem. can HP take necessary action against dealer like things

                        Hindustan Petroleum Gas — NON attendance by the Distribution agency in Gas booking

                        We are the consumers of HP Gas under consumer No's 603389 and 603390 getting Distribution Supplies from ASHA GAS shiv nagar paloura jammu but it is usually a headache to book a gas on phone as the attendent never attends the phone and the supplies gets delayed abnormally putting the consumer to a great trouble and in convenience.

                          Dear Sir,
                          on 24th May 2010 at about 12:00 noon I purchased Petrol amount of Rs. 700/- from Hindustan Petroleum Companies Retail Outlet on Mumbai - Pune Express Way.
                          I handed over my Debit Card to Pump operator for swiping For Rs.700/-

                          When I checked my IDBI Statement on 29th May 2010, it came to my notice that he had swipe my card for Rs.700/- twice and Rs. 1400/- credited to my IDBI bank account.

                          Kindly help me to get back access amount of Rs.700/- which swiped twice from my Debit Card and penalise them so they will not dare to do such fraud again.

                          Kindly also provide HP authorities phone nos. and contact person so I can also followup for the same.

                          As I am residing at PUNE I can not visit again the Petrol Pump for getting refund Rs 700/- I will have to expend at least Rs1000/- to go back to the Retail Outlet of Hindustan Petroleum.

                          Hindustan Petroleum — Debit Card Purchase Rule

                          This is to inform you that some of the petrol pump in Bharuch & Ankleswar having rule of minimum Puchase of petrol ie Minimum puchase should be Rs.150 through debit card.
                          Today I asked F.A.Amin petrol pump at Station Bharuch to fill my tank with Rs. 100, but they refused, told me your minimum puchase should be Rs. 150.
                          Plz let me know whether there was such rule approved by Co or not

                          I think your aim is to get back your money Rs.700. You can and you will. Mistakes/errors are part of life. As per you your card has been swiped 2 times for Rs. 700. This can be found out from the settlement statement from the EDC m/c you have swiped which is available only with the petrolpump dealer. You have to visit them to confirm whether the card has been swiped 2 times or not. Many a times my experience is bankers deduct money multiple times even for a single swipe. If the dealer has swiped yr card for 2 times you get your Rs.700 immediately from him. In case, there is only one swipe as per dealer's settlement statement for that particular day then you need to contact your banker (card issuer) for yr Rs.700. Complaints are normally irritant to any one who hears including you. Using words like frauds, cheating... if you cannot use good words no problem; at least do not use bad words. Consumers like you can pressurise the govt to limit the working hours of petrol pump. Why should all the city petrol pumps need to work for 24hrs to cheat!!! people like you when all the essential commodities like kerosene/lpg, rice/wheat, vegetables are not available for 24hrs. You/We consumers respect the services which are available only for 8 hrs in a day.

                          Hindustan Petroleum Retail Outlet — Cheating by operators

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is a complaint against HP dealer at Bhandup in the name of Mangatram & Sons.
                          On 4/4/2011 at around 10.30 pm I went to the dealer to purchase petrol. Cash memo no. 1492 was issued to me for Rs.1000. Operators cheated me by doing following acts:
                          1. They unnecessarily asked me to take my car ahead of the fuel pump where by I could not see the meter reading.

                          2. Then one operator was filling the petrol other asked me to pay along.

                          3. When I gave the credit card do divert my attention from the reading they compelled me to write car no. etc. on the merchant pay slip along with my signature.

                          4. Mean time without giving me chance to confirm, other operator removed the reading and start filling for other customer.

                          5. When asked about why he did he do so, answer was "sorry"

                          Sir, you are requested to take this as an official request and requested to revert after inquiring in the matter.

                            It seems to gas mafia, means every gas distribution agency allotted by the central goverment are selling the gas cylender at their own rate and without any hisitation to open public as well to the gas running vehicle at more than the rate what the stupulated rates are mentioned behind their borads.
                            Now I had book for new connection in the month of November 2007, with a registation number 376. More over I had requested to sanction me the gas connection but illegally the HP dealer at bagalkot M/s. Poonam Gas Centre bagalkot has demanded openly Rs. 5500/- but the actual rate of connection as per the govefment rate is only Rs. 1800. What is the ligality behind such illigal hike in the prices and are they going to run gas mafia along with the manager of the region of HP Gas corporation who is living at Gulbarga. Now they openly demanding the amount from the intending consumers and the district administation is also not taking any steps rather than intimation. The Food DC also perhaps involved in this scam, so becuase he also not taking any lawful steps towards the Gas agency. It is running every where but a serious check is require. Immidiate action towards such agency should be initiated for the unlawful grabing of money from the open public. After all I want to know the impact of my complaint and who will wake up for punishing the contender of this serious offence .

Moreover,the staff is arrogant and one of their delivery boy Satbir has misbehaved with me when last time at the time of delivery,I asked him to change the cylinder,he refused and challenged me to try anything possible he will not change the cylinder. I have only one cylinder and am at a loss to know what to do.Please do the needful at the earliest and also I request you to cancel the licence of Tyagi gas service immediately.                               Tyagi Gas Agency - Nandgram - Gzb — Agency closed without information

                              Dear Sirs,

                              I would like to take an opportunity to raise a complaint in the form of humble request through this forum.
                              We were informed that " Tyagi Gas Agency" - Nand Gram - Ghzb UP has been closed for over a week.
                              This was known to us when we tried to do the online booking & in respond nothing came. After lot of efforts we personally went to his out-let at Vaishalli and it was locked.

                              As a normal customer we had trust on this Agency over the period, but his closure has put us and also other customers in pain & agony.

                              I would like to ask the authority is there any back-up plan or solution or any other Agency to which hand over has been done. We dont have cooking gas 7 have already consumed 2 cylinders. So I request the concerned to provide suport & help before I may have to approach the "black market" for re-fill to survive which i am against.

                              Your feedback with reasonal solution will be appreciated.

                              Tyagi gas agency, nandgram, ghaziabad is very irresponsible and rude in their behaviour like they are doing some favour for booking gas.
                              I am facing exactly the same problem. I am dialing nos [protected], [protected] to book gas cylinder but no every time (no. is busy) and when we it rings no body picks up and again if we try it is busy.

                              What the hell is this gas agency. If they are unable to provide gas why have they opened their shop.

I was also facing the same problem for the last seven days and today I was checking all your complaints and then realised that there is something worng with the agency. I contacted the delhi regional office of HP who informed me that Tyagi has been suspended. However, Panwar Gas Agency of Rajnagar has been nominated in his place who will give us delivery of gas.

                              By the way, the sales officer in our area is Mr. Nitin Shrivastav whose telephone number is [protected].

                              The phone number of Panwar Gas AGency is[protected]/2828575/[protected]. U can send them a SMS in the morning and the gas will be delivered in 3 days. I[censored] want to call them, call them in the afternoon.

                                  I am Dr.Khan Son of Haji Qamaruddin Khan with consumer number 624821 really being harassed by the delivery boy and After having two cylinders and booking in time there is always delay in delivery from the delivery boy.I have observed his black marketing towards hotel and other shops near by my area . Next time I am going to send photo or video of the same. Main issuse is why the behaviour towards real customer is like that. His rudeness and his behaviour towards is like we are begging to have LPG gas cylinder after paying money. Many time i have visited office and staff, thier attitude toward me is ok but not satisfactory. I have tried to reach Manager of [censored]ij gas agency goregoan east, mumbai, many time but he is not available in the office since last 3 months I am traceing him to complain about his delivery boy in my area Mr.Ashok kumar gupta. Every time I book my cylinder thier is always delay and i have to go to hotels, everybody knows[protected] is the bill from hotel for 7 members, than what is the use of the LPG gas. If we are paying 1800/- for 2 days food from hotel. Kindly send me procedure to transfer the agency or change to Bharat gas agency or some good one.                                   HP Gas LPG — Delay in supply of refill bottle for LPG

                                  Despite registering for refill of LPG bottle with Kankariya Gas Agency, New Sanghiv, (the wait list number is 7462) on 18th Aug 2009, (they promised a delivery after 15 days) till date nothing has happened. Their phones are always engaged. If you are lucky to hear ringing tones, then no one would answer it. Even if they pick up by fault, they will say, power is not there so cannot see computer and they cannot tell you when you will get your cylinder. However, if you go there in person you might get the bottle but they will not pay you the home-delivery charges. I never had such experiences with any of the HP gas agency till date (Amrapali in Chinchwad, Vapi gas in Vapi, in Pondy or in chennai) this is the first time i am getting such a lousy repsonse from a gas agency and HP is not doing anything on them.

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      myself N.varalakshmi customer of hp gas from the last 1year at VZA & requested the HP gas dealer at vza (SRI DHARAM GAS ENTERPRISES, KRINSHNA LANKA ,VIJAYAWADA)to transfer to gnt.it took more than 3 days to transfer ,we suffered a lot in these days .
                                      After moving to gnt here at MADHURI GAS ENTERPRISES,8-23-32/1,SEETHARAM NAGAR,GUNTUR saying that the documents are not matching.these people saying that "HOW THE PEOPLE OF VZA TRANSFERED TO GUNTUR".The people(HP GAS) at GUNTUR are in a position that they donot know that PAN CARD can be taken as a IDENTITY PROOF as a citizen.My mothers maiden name is BALUSUPATI.I have all my certificates & pan card in my mothers maiden name as BALUSUPATI VARALAKSHMI.These people of GNT are asking for the proof on my mother-in-laws intial,which is not available

                                      NAGAR,GUNTUR saying that

                                      "MYSELF IS FRAUD & TRYING TO TAKE THE CONNECTION ON BINAMI NAME.HE SHOUTED AT ME STATING THAT IAM MISUSING THE GAS CONNECTION BY GIVING FALSE ASSURANCE"

                                      NOTE;GNT DEALER (CODE;467080) & SALES OFFICER (SIVA SANKAR) didn't have proper coordination between them .Firstly both of them are not cut & clear of what doc. required for transfer.The information given by your SO is different from your dealer.I called SO ,after listening all to my problem ,he asked me to call after 2 days ,he said that he is busy & he has more imp work than the CUSTOMER'S .This is not the proper way to handle the customers.People trust your ESTEEM Org & come to you for service.You need to show the power of caption (YOUR FRIENDLY GAS) in your work & service
                                      Taking into consideration as the WORST EXPERIENCE,to be taken into the immediate effect I need an apology from the dealer as well as from your organisation,I personally believe this org is a prestigious& respectable org & they do respect & also retain the customers for a long time
