my name is sudhansu sekhar rout.I booked my LPG Cylinder at navodaya gas agency Nidadavolu Andhra Pradesh.West Godavari -Dt,Ph-[protected]. on 31.03.2010.But so far i have not got it.As i have single one i am getting a lot of trouble for that.But these fellows are simply playing with me by saying that we are sending it tomorrow since last few days.Not even first time they have also created same problem for me last year.They supplied me after 1 month of booking.It is nothing but a torture and also they are spoiling the services of HP Gas.Pl. look in to the matter and provide me gas as early as possible.

This is just to bring to your notice that the customers are suffering due to the local distributors….these local distributors are also spoiling the company’s image in front of the customers. No doubt it’s a big group and providing the service to a huge community all over the INDIA and obviously there may be some genuine operational problems.
Generally, they (dealers) guy book the number over phone and give the due date / delivery date approx 10-12 days post booking but does not deliver on time.

Though, there are some other common reasons what the distributors creates themselves for their own greed and benefit like

1. Doing the black on gas cylinder and
2. Provide the less volume of gas in the cylinder while home delivery and
3. Sometimes they fill water in to for carry the filled cylinder up to actual weight. Just to increase their profit.

Actually, we have the complaint specifically against our dealer because they belief in selling the domestic cylinders to the commercial deeds to earn the more n more profit approx more then double amount of money and does not bothered about the already booking of home deliveries. They are not concern if working families are suffering without supply of gas. The delivery persons are more crooks than the staff….. they always run the customer fool every second.

We often face the shortage of gas at our Om Gas Agency/distribution center code 626330 PALWAL. On the other hand two other dealers are providing timely and good service at the same city (PALWAL).

Towards end and solution we would request you to either control/stop/minimize their greed, OR increase the volume of gas supplies from the plant, OR distribute some customers to the other dealers irrespective the zone…. as they are bounded to not issuing the connections as per the Zone.

So, we hope that the system would be reviewed and some solution would be invented and the supplies could be more efficient.

Gas Consumer No.605807 of N. Manish. We have booked the above supply for gas on March 3, 2010, bearing booking No.1234. Inspite of over seven phone calls to our gas supply distributer in Ramanathapur, we are sorry to state that we are yet awaiting the supply. We are now at the end of the second cylinder also. If the same is over we will be put to unnecessary difficulties. Please look into the matter urgentlhy

I am a resident of Hyderabad located in Darga, near Gachibowli. The HP agency was vey negligent in delivery the gas cylinders to the customers. Its almost a year till date never they have delivered cylinder. Every time i call, they will say that we will send, but the agency never sends, sometimes they will say, we have delivered, for whom they are delivering no one knows, everytime we need to book more than once for one cylinder. I am also able to get the cylindes from the same agency in black for HP gas cylinders are into black market rather than to the customers. Most of the customers have to go and pick their cylinders from the Godown. Its unfair for the HP company for encouraging these kind of activities.

I have a complaint about a new Petrol Pump recently erected in our area (Gawade Petrol Pump, Pimpri chinchwad link road, Chinchwad, Pune-33). The quantity offered is less for the amount we are paying. I have noticed it 4 to 5 times and even complained to them but they are adamant.
I wish that government authority should look into the matter and save citizens from the fraud.
The attenders are rude as well.

It is Really a Sorry-Service my HP Outlet over here in Cortalim Provides us! the Delivery is not done on time and Every time I call the Office to Enquire about the Cylinder the Office Girl Gives me the Drivers Number Which has never Helped cause he will Promise us and then won't show-up, and why should we as Customers be calling the Driver for Cylinder! I want due action taken against this Agency so that we Get Timely Delivery in the future.

Respected sir, As we recently shifted from nunna to vijayawada before 1month but not yet we are having the gas connection.. we addressed a gas company name Ahemad gas agency near gunadala in vijayawada. he sent his fellows for conformation and said everything is alwright but we will not going to provide gas connection for u until you buy something from my company like cooker or something like that. now tell me sir what to do now.? Dnt we hav any other way for getting the gas connection rather than buying his products as we are the citizens of vijayawada since from the last 25 years. thanking u sir kindly jst go through my problem.

This has referance to my complaint against HP Gas service atQUICK GAS SERVICE at Uttarpara Hooghly. For supply of gas cylinder booked on 25.02.2010, the actual supply was made only on 29.03.2010 - a gap of more than one month.
Further delivery man deployed by them by name Asim Biswas demded that be paid Rs 350.00 as against the official price of Rs 328,3
When refused to pay such high tips he refused to deliver. Ofcourse he finally deliverd when Rs 340 was paid to him.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is the serious issue as many petrol pumps in Nagpur are stealing money out of consumer's pocket. The culprit is no other than the consumer itself because they are allowing petrol pumps to do so. Let me illustrate what I mean to say.
If you drive into any Fuel Pumps and ask for fuel to certain value (e.g. Rs.100 or Rs. 50), they will fill up for Rs.99.65 or Rs.49.85. And those people are so expert in doing it that they never fill up fuel of exact value been asked for. TRY THIS.
It means, out of 1 customer's pocket they easily manage to steal 25 paisa. There are around 4-6 terminals in each petrol pump and each terminal serves 2000 vehicles a day.
Then here we go:-
If 1 Terminal steals = Rs.500/- a DAY
i.e., 1 Fuel Pump steals = Rs.3000/- a DAY
i.e., 1 City steals (100 fuel pumps) = Rs.30,000/- a DAY

I have specific observations of certain petrol pumps which always do it. I am willing to shoot a footage through a high distance camera and expose them to media.
Can anyone help me in doing it???

I have put petrol for RS200 in the petrol station (anna anto transport drivers industrial co-operative society royapettah)where there is display saying CLUB HP using my icici card.Then i was shoked to see charges where added to 211.03.
When i asked the petrol station wheather you are CLUB HP or not they said no. Then I asked why then CLUB HP board is here. They said complain to Hpcl.
When i tried to conatct hpcl no response from there side. HPCL please take action on these petrol pump which are using illegial use of CLUB HP

I am having a domestic gas connection with HP gas agency, presently i am facing a problem mentioned below. we requist for your help in this regard.

My consumer no, is 610840 at ANAKAPALLI, ANDHRA PRADESH.

1)My gas connection was system up dated on dt. 16/12/2009 and I have collected a cylinder.
2) again I have asked for another refilling in jan.2010, the system was locked for my consumer number in system.
3) when i am asking the reason for this, I am received a voral reply , that i may due to some system error. and they agreed to solve the system problem to update the same.

4) but so far It has not been up dated already 2 months passed. please do the needful to help in this regard.

Dealer of HP gas cylinders in vashi, named as Vashi Nager Consumer Co Operative Consumers Society who have an office and godown in secter 5. I rang up on their cylinder booking numbers [protected] and [protected] to book a cylinder, but it was not suprise to me at all as no one had picked up the phone. This has become a routine for them. I have seen it personally at their office when both the phones are ringing and no one is picking up, even tho they are not busy in other work.

Secondly, the emplyees are very arrogant. They will not only refuse your phone call but they also speak very arogantly, as if they are not answerable to anyone.

This is to inform you that i am resident of Rabindrapally Kestopur, Kolkata-101, consumer of HP gas distributor located at Zangra, Kolakata. As they have provided a customer service phone number[protected] but that number either busy or nobody responding the call. First time i thought that the number was may be dead, but when i personally went there to place the gas order, noticed that the persons siting behind the phone intentionally either hung up the receiver or did not responding the call.From then onwards whenever i tried it was either busy or unattained.

It will be very much help full if a gas order can be placed through phone call or any query can be answered, as the distributor location is far away from my location.

Please take the necessary action as soon as possible. My consumer details given below

I booked gas for home delivery on 9.03.10 but till today 20.03.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative Mobille Switch Off. ,When i go to agency he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.
