yeah its true... that HP gas agency was least bothered to send the gas cylinders to the customers. even i also get the cylindes in black by the agency employees only.

That is correct even I have never been delivered cylinder at home. Have to always pick cylinder from godown.

Its true, we have been facing this issue many times. This agency print cylinder delivery receipts in back dated and deliver the cylinder after 10 to 15 days .This is quite common for every delivery .I donot know how HP is going to bother about customer complaints and how threy are going to resolve this.

I was about to be cheated the same way when i went to fill petrol in my car the attended tried to divert my attention and tried to start the meter from Rs 100/- but i caught the same and the guy apologized and filled for the correct amount.Gawde Petrol Pump Chinchwad link Road is full of Fraudulent People and i am going to complain about this fraud to HP and check if Management is also included in this fraud and fooling ignorant customers.

HP Gas Cylinder — late delivery after giving many calls or office visit

Dear Sir,
I am consumer of HP LPG gas cylinder. M/s Suman gas agency, sector 20 extn, rohini, new delhi is suppling LPG gas cylinder to us but its very late. we have to give several calls to the supplier, he keeps the phone busy while calling. Also we have to go to his office to get the cylinder when this suppliers is not pickup the phone.

I booked gas for home delivery on 08.04.08 and have not recd. but in their record it is delivered on 10/04//08. again i ve booked in 18/04/08. as a single cylinder holder i ve requesetd them seriously and they committed to deliver on 21/04/08, but till today 26/04/08 i have been hearing the words tommorrow must be delivered. . I send this e-mail with this belive that u will take strictly action against this orgnisation and there service providers (home cylender delevery boy). Sir this is not first time that I faceing this abnormality that I not found my gas cylender on the normal time. I booked my cylender on the date 17/09/08, booking no. 165 but till now date 3/10/08 dont found this. In between I spent my 20 to 30 rupees on call to your cylender home delevery boy, Mr. Ijaj, who is distributor ( cylender home delevery boy) of our area. complant against -Domestic Gas Agency, Civil Line, Nagpur, M.S.

HP Gas Cylinder — Non delivery of HP domestic gas after 18 days

My customer No : 611853 and the HP agent name is Sree Nidhi Gas Agencies, Chennai-5.

I am very sorry to say that we have booked our HP gas on 20th Dec 2008 through our above mentioned gas agent for empty cylinder replacement with the filled gas cylinder.

There is a terrible delay in delivery of the gas cylinder.I booked it on 20/12/08 and haven't got it till date.
This is utter negligence in the system. Please see to it that they are being delivered on time. It causes a lot of inconvenience to the customer like us.

Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP gas agent

I hope you will take nessaccary action on the above to solve my problem.

When ever I book for a gas cylinder it takes atleast 15 days. Sometimes they may take even 20 to 25 days to deliver the gas cylinder. Why does it happen so. And once I booked the gas cylinder & I was waiting for the delivery for 15 days even then I didnt get it. So called the agency again. They gave me answer that they are going to book the gas only know & it may take another 15days for delivery. They give us a very bad service.

Whenever i make phone call to their representative, they said that you will got cylender in right time, there behavior is also iresponsibleand pathethic. We have using the HP Gas connection through one of the Gas agancies "Nandhini Gas agencies" Thiruvanmiyur - Chennai.

We have made a request for the change of cylinder on 23rd of Sep 2009, so far we have not received the new cylinder, the existing cylinder has been fully utilised and we are unable to prepare food in home.

When i called this Gas agencies they are replying that the new cylinder will take another 10 days , if you want the cylinder immidiately you transfer the cylinder to some other agencies, for delivering the new cylinder will take more than one month?????

Its absolutely not acceptable by any one of the indian citizen!!!


While applying the inbetween the time of one cylinder to another one, they are selling the cylinder to some one, this is true, this information i gathered from the cylinder delivery person.

this is to inform you that i m a hp gas user since last 6 years and i regularly face this problem but this time it has become pathetic as i booked my cylinder(consumer no 521539 distributor code is m/s hindustan gas company, plot no 19, shop no 6,jj nager alwal, secunderabad 10) on 2/1/2010 and the authority told me that i will receive it within 10 days and till date they did not deliver the cylinder, they dont even pickup the phone most of the time, and whenever i go they always say that tommorrow you will get it.
i m fedup with their behavior and expect some action from your end.

I am a registered domestic gas customer at Dasmesh Gas Agency, Sion, Mumbai. I have registered for refill of cylinder on[protected] but as if today (01-Nov-2011), I have not received gas cylinder. Dear Sir, I am a customer of HP Gas at Gunadala - Vijayawada bearing consumer No. 609338 of AHMAD Gas near ESI Hospital Gunadala. Off late after your change from Madhav gas I am finding it difficult to get my refills. On approaching them I was told that on extra payment of Rs. 50/- extra I was assured of Delivery and the same was registered as day delivery Monday after booking my refill between 8.00 AM to 9.00 AM. THe committment was never honoured. This is most expected from an an organisation of such high repute. Further your dealer should bear in mind that he is only a distributor functioning under your guidelines and that he has no authority to act as per his/her whims and fancies.

We are both employees and will not be available after 9.15 AM. This delayed supply is hindering our planning and causing untold agony. The last time I even had to give them atelegramme and reminded them of their resposibility and committment.Now that I have booked again on Wednesday i.e 25th Jan 2012 and I was assured of delivery today i.e 30th Jan 2012 and it has not materialised.
Trust you will look into the said matter and do the needful.

This has referance to my complaint against HP Gas service atINDUSTRIAL SUPPLIERS JAGANNATH SARANI SHAKTI NAGAR ROURKELA-769014. For supply of gas cylinder booked on[protected], But till today no gas has been supplied.Every time i have togo personally & collect the gas from the show room as above.

I have book my cylinder for refiling on 31.01.2013 and Booking No is 239501 but the gas has not provided to me on or before 11.02.2013. The Cash Memo No. 154076 has come though SMS on 9.02.2013 AT 11:38 am , Sir please the needful action in favor of me .

I am happy that Ahijeet Raut's final conclusion "Wake up people" are correct. The electronic meters fitted on the pump are for the customers to see. It will take only several seconds for Rs.50/100 filling. How many customers are watching carefully every time. How many have spoken to pump Managers to clear their doubts regarding pump operation. Please do not use the petrol pumps as venting points to release your anger acquired during your ride on our crowded towns/cities.
Raut, this is not statistics. Show your skills in exams. Blaming is very easy.

rates are not in round figures, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 25 paise coins not avilable.use credit, debit cards for exact figures like 49.85.no customer can give 50.15 rs if pump shows the figures in paise like 49.12, 98.24, 147.36

Hpcl — Complaint against Petrol station -HPCL

I had visited HPCL’s a petrol stations located at Pimple Gurav Road, Dapodi, Pune . Probably the Dealers name Is Mr Kate. On 4th June 2008.

The owner had kept the outlet meant for cars open for Two wheelers. While filling in the petrol a car came n instead of observing the queue the supplier started filling inn the just came car. I requested him not to so & fill in the vehicles already in queue first as there was a long queue. The person started fighting on the request & told that this que is for cars. On that I told him that you have opened this for two wheelers & its not my fault. On the explanation the person became aggressive & attacked, he even tried to slap. I was accompanied by my wife at that time.
He also challenged me that this petrol pump belongs to me & you can complain wherever you want to. He had asked to us to leave form the petrol pump immediately without the petrol. He had also threatened me not to visit the station hereafter.

I had also given a complain to Dapodi Police station Pune. I request HPCL to take a stringent action against the dealer. This dealer has also kept his station shut for almost two days during the price rise speculation period.
I want HPCL to let me know what kind of action has been taken aginst the dealer.

HP Gas — NO DELIVERY EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS OF BOOKING

I HAVE MADE AN BOOKING WITH HP DEALER OF OUR AREA M/S LAKSHMI VAISHNAV, DEALER FOR HP GAS MOULA-ALI, HYDERABAD. AS PER THE RULES WE HAVE TO TO DO THE BOOKING AFTER 25 DAYS OF THE PREVIOUS BOOKING AND WE WILL RECIEVE THE CYLINDER IN 2-3 DAYS BUT EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS AFTER BOOKING WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CYLINDERS. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INSTANCE THAT IT HAS HAPPENED WE HAVE ALREADY FACED PROBLEMS MANY A TIMES AND HAVE ALSO MADE COMPLAINTS TO THE HO GAS OFFICE AT SECUNDERABAD. WE RECIEVE PROMPT SERVICE ONCE WE MAKE A COMPLAINT. BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A COMPALINT EVERY TIME SOON AFTER WE MAKE BOOKINGS WITH OUR DEALER EACH AND EVERY TIME. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HP IS NOT LOOKING INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND NOT TAKING ANY STRINGENT ACTIONS AGAINST THE DEALER. EVERY TIME WE CALL OUR DEALER HE SAYS THAT HE IS OUT OF STOCK OR THE STOCK ARE NOT RECIEVED AND WE HAVE MORE DEMAND THAN SUPPLY. WHAT HP IS DOING??????

My consumer no is 5791. Agency Name Excell Gas Agency, Sector 29, vashi. I have booked my order on 8/9/2008. I was told I would get delivery after 7-8 days. When again I called on 19/08/2008 I was assured of delivery on same day. but I didint get it. When I enquired on 22/8/2008, I was informed that since my booking is on 19/08/2008, I would get delivery after 7-8 days after 19/8/2008.Till date I have not received delivery. Now we are fed up of Bharat gas and Excel.
How can you people change my booking date from 8/9/08 to 19/9/08? Is that means that my booking is diverted to someone else and now forcing me to wait another 8 days? People who carry empty cyllinder to the shop get there refill immediately. We know that there is shortage of cyllinder, but you can very well give us fixed date of delivery. You can not cheat your esteem customer this way. or you want your customer to get diverted to another gas company?

He is saying gas cylinder will be delivered tomorrow. but tomorrow is not comming. i don't know that what they are doing either black marketing or making shortage. i am facing lot of problems. what HP is doing for customer?????? Please help me

I WAS RECIVED MY GAS CYLINDER ON DATED 18/11/2009 AND THEN I BOOK GAS ON DATED 14/11/2009 i.e. AFTER 26 DAYS BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT RECIEVE THE FILLED CYLINDER, I CONTACT TO THEM BUT THEY TOLD ME, THEY WILL SEND IT WHEN AVAILABLE, AND FROM LAST FIVE DAYS I AM TRYING TO CONTACT ON FHONE BUT THIS PHONE IS ALWAYS KEPT ENGAGED AND WHEN PHONE IS RINGING THEY NOT RECIVE THE PHONE I AM LITERLY TIRED SO PLEASE HELP ME

HP-Gas — non-delivery of HP-Gas Cylinder even after 20 days

HP gas must pathetic company, in terms of service, that I have ever know. I have booked gas cylider one on 26-feb 2010 and 2nd on 07 march and yet i am waitting delivery of gas cylider. My service center is Gujrat gas house kamala nagar Delhi and land line of service center is alwas busy. person setting there are alwas busy in chatting and not ready to listen any thing. I have two back up cylinder but now all empty. more than 20days has passed, i have made so many phone calls, and still i havent got the deliver of cylinder...

I have connection through Gujrat Gas Service (Delhi). People in this agency are fool, they dont know how to talk. They are liers.

I would suggest take a necessary action on HP Gujrat Gas service Delhi.

This is raghu b'lore k.r.puram(consumer no:611542).We have requested for refill of hp gas on 01.03.2012 and got message on 15.03.2012 saying that it has been delivered.But till date (19.03.12) it has not been delivered.Our ageny THRUPTHI ENTERPRISES has been saying that it will be delivered today.I don't understand why they are not delivering the refill even after generating the cash memo for 3 days.We are facing the problem because of delay.This is happening frequently.

kindly take this matter serious and make them delivery on time.

HP Gas — HP Gas Leakage

I have given a complaing to HP gas complaint cell through their website, on 30th of July, 2009. My Complaint number is 09007976. The dealer rejected to replace the leakage cylynder. But till now HP Gas has taken no action on this. Are they not serious on the leakage of cylender?

We have a gas connection with Tapan Saha, HP Gas Centre, Peerless Nagar, Shop No 61, Panihati, Kolkata - 700110 in the name of Mr. Suresh Ch Mitra, Consumer No 603809. We have opened one of our cylinder on last Saturday (15.01.2011) at around 2.00P.M. for refilling and found that it was a lickage cylinder and it can't be working because of a high risk of accident. We have double cylinder connection and it was 2nd one, so the stock is nil. On the very few minutes of the incident found we have lodge a complain to the authorised service station by phone, the representative said that today is Saturday and it is afternoon time, not possible at this moment, the service engineer will visit your house on Monday.

Today is Wednesday no one visit still now after repeated complaint through phone. Kindly suggest what is the way - out.

When I went there, firstly there was no response and they told us tommorow

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service
and it is regular happening with HP.We have to buy sometimes the cylinder in
"black" because they don't send the cylinders. One can think that how a
family can survive without it.

If we ask the employees who bring the gas cylinder to measure the weight of
the cylinder, then they refuse and say that it is in our rickshaw and we
can't bring it. they refuse to take our complaints.

They should think that how a person can survive with his family including
little children also without gas.

Any one can doubt anybody. I am doubting that Bhattacharya is a CIA/KGB agent. Now Bhattacharya has to prove that he is not a spy. You can clear all your doubts at the same petrol pump. Normally, the concerned sales officer contact number is available on the board displayed at the pump. Contact him and tell your doubts and get it cleared.

HP Petrol Refilling Centre — Less filling

Dear All

I happened to travel from Greater Noida to Noida via bhangel and observed that the petrol indication is low. So drove into to HP Petrol station before Bhangel when coming from NEPZ to Noida. It was night time and was with family. I asked to fill in Power grade petrol for Rs. 1000/-. While the refill was on i was asked to spray water on the glass for their cleaning which i obliged. I refilled and saw the meter at 1000 and left. Till i reached and the next day the petrol indication never crossed the hald mark. normally when i refill for Rs.1000/- it reaches the full mark. A day later i had to again refill whcih i did in the HP station at Sarita Vihar and this time the meter reached the full mark confirming that the meter is working correctly. I am planning to make a visit to the HP station near Bhangel and ask the manager what is the hanky panky going on. All those who go to this station for refill please take a note of this situation and act. I will keep you posted on the topic after meeting the manager there.

Its really amazing -- Patpard Ganj Petrol Pump -- near Police station / fire brigade aside-- everybody knows from last 5 years -- cheating people for petrol

caught them red handed few months back -- metre shows 0 while starting the petrol filling then from 0 to jumps to 40, 60 or any other fixed no. -- after some debate the incharge filled my tank with extra 100 rupee and assured that he will definitely expel that employee who filled my vehicle.

after few days i came to know from local residents that all policemen and everybody there has a share in this -- so the good work is continous for the last many years

can anything be done on this matter ??

there is a petrol bunk near cafe coffee day in sanjaynagar, bangalore.
usually i was filling the tank in the same bunk but recently i noticed that the employers distract me all time and avoid me to check the meter. recently i noticed that they are not filling the petrol as per my demand. this mean they fill les than the cost. for example i am filling for 500 but they fill either for 300 or so.. please have a check on this bunk and most of these places..

IOC officers/ maintenance department visited our site but so far not made operational.

I am in complete support on this complaint. I faced similar issues with HP petrol pumps many a times, more frequently with Hinjewadi and Dhole Patil road stations. The cheaters always group in pair and while tried to distract you by asking silly questions (like 'Sir Do you need receipt?" or "Do you want to renew PUC?" or unnecessarily asking "How much amount of petrol you need even if we already told them") and other person
will take this opportunity to not reset the meter and quickly fill the bike/car tank with less amount of petrol.

They team up with local men (gundas) and will threaten and abuse you if you say anything against them.

They even don't entertain the request to pre-feed the meter with amount/quantity so that we get exactly what we pay for.

I am sad to say that this practice is prevalent in most of the HP petrol pumps and seems that no authority are interested in taking any measures against preventing this.

The one which is in new airport road, 400 meter after the HMT Bhavan...

They cheat like this...
I will say fill petrol of 300 Rs
They will set first value of 50 Rs... Then their card will not work.. They will click of the machine when they put the nose...
Then they will push some thing...
After which they fill the petrol... which is of less quantity...

Anyway a lesson for me is not to fill petrol in any HP petrol pumps...
As i am very sure HP will not take any action..

OMG Amit this is the same thing I observed in a HP petrol station in chennai. They fill for 50 first pretending they didnt hear you and then rest. Since I mentain fuel log, I can exactly calculate fuel theft. I kept filling in indian oil and HP and never found any issue with indian oil. My fuel log says it all. In last one year 3 times I observed fuel theft and last two I caught he did some some malpractice but no one to complain. HP should take it seriously.

It happened twice with me at this petrol pump. I went to refill petrol at this petrol pump which is located near Mohan Estate Metro Station 1st after Sarita Vihar traffic Signal while going towards Badarpur Border.

They themselves started filling power fuel instead of normal. After questioning, they said it was happened by mistake. I know they are making fool and cheating people by filling power fuel. It is their strategy to sell power fuel.

Please take strict action against this fraud,
