PRAGATI GAS AGENCY - GURGAON ( hARYANA ) This gas dealer shall not lift phone nor supply gas, he does not book the gas and does not give the bill of gas on supply to many customers.

Delay in Delivering of Gas

My Consumer Number is 801955 in the name of K.Narsimha.I booked gas for home delivery on05.02.2010 but till today 19.02.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.
Im not satisfied with your service.
Kindly take immediate action and do needful to me.br...

Deception of Dealers

As per the MRTPC notification to get a new connection a customer need not to buy additional products other than cillender, regulator etc. whic are not HPCL products. But local dealers are makind fraud by forcefull trade of Stove, ooker, Bulbs, etc. When the costumer differs to buy the items their applications are ignored.

Below are the actual charges and conditions. But they are charging around Rs.5,300

Booked Gas through AUTO Booking system of HP Gas. Dealer M/s. Tap Trisa is telling that booking was not registered and not deliverying refill. Asked to book afresh personally in the shop. I had booked for Gas refill on November-09 through IVRS no response for 2 months the I enquired over Phone (the land line no they keep always out of oder it is a himalayan job to get them over phone) they said ur sub office was closed so couldnot delivered. In record showing cylinder delivered but not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a domestic gas connection with South Delhi Gas Agency HP(at Seikh Sarai). I booked for cylinder on 29/01/10 but inspite of my regular follow-up it didn't deliver yet as on 13/02/10(16 days already passed).

Most shocking is that when i made a call on their office phone i got a response that in their record it's showing that it had already been deliver on 05/02/10.

Cheating in filling the petrol

This complain is aganest Mahender petrol pump at Jillelguda Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh. When ever i went to this pump they are not going to feed the amount in the filling machine and they deliver very less petrol and when you request them to feed the amount than they had refused to feed the amount and told me to fill from the other filling stations if you i like to feed the amount. Gas connection transferred without notified and other agency not accepting

HI,
My gas connection (690910) is transferred from Emarsons[protected] agency,kashmiri gate to Saroj gas agency,nangli poona,delhi.
But when we contact them ,they refuse to accept our connection as that connection is on name of my mother's sister ,who earlier live with us but not now.
He said even this gas connection can not be transferred to any of my family member name.
Please help us in getting this connection...

i am consumer of hp lpg gas con. no.605491 at ekta gas service lucknow. now above gas service was suspended by hp official and my gas connection is transfer kirti gas service with out any information.kirti gas service has not supply gas to my home till november 2009. please supply gas cylinder to my home immediately so for,i have requested so many times but go vain. kindly instruct hp official lucknow to supply gas cylinder to my given home...

Faulty Cylinder PIN

The gas cylinder pin is faulty. Due to this pin is pressed permanently, regulator has no control.

The company person visited today and asked to use the cylinder till new cylinder is received in this condition.
