Respected sir
I am a customer of HP gas. Many time I go to the HP Officer in Ishaq Gas Agency, Dodhpur, aligarh
From last few year we are suffering from the insufficient gas in cylinders. Actually We are getting water inside instead of getting accurate gas and delivered 1-5 kg Gas low actual weight. I can clearly see that they are trying to harass me. I complaint many time agency office but solution cylinder replace only no action against hawker Mr. Shakeel, Living in Mallah Ka Nagla, dodhpur, Aligarh.
I therefore request you to please check suddenly when after godown from any where.

sir i have booked gas riefel before 25 days in sarda gas agency kerkeli but he give not me riefel any time. sir i feel veryhelpless .sir help me

    I have faced the problem every months of cylinder refilling the distributor says no stock aviable in agency in every time so where is cylinder going after the day of loading. distr.say's me in every refilling 'if you seen the truk of load cylin.then will come to refill' another time the cylin. is not aviable in the agency .so please inqury the cyl.where going aftar the unloading of cyl. truk.

    H P Gas — Non delivery of refill cylinder

    Booking for refill of cylinder was made on line on 8.6.2011 under No. 17230510 but till date refill cylinder has not been received. Last delivery was made on 8.5.2011. No one is attending land line as well as mobile phone to listen the grevancies.

    my consumer number is 13536 in mohit gas ageccy ambala city. i had booked my gas on 1-7-11 and upto now 25-7-11 i have not recieved my refilled cylinder. its understood that no family can use 1 cylinder for 50days 21days for booking and aftr that 30 days of deliverying .staff of gas agency is openly blacking the cylinders in there godowns they never pick the phone. i had reminded them so many time but they reply rudely & in abuse way ,they say i[censored] want cylinder then pay extra money.there are many other gas agencies in our city and they delivery cylinder in 3to4 days only mohit gas is always showing a bulk shortage of refill .cylinder this is happening with us from a long period of time. now from last 4days we are eating outside food because we have empty cylinder in our home and kindly advice us what should we do.i hope that you will help us in this regard?? thanking you....

      Hi,
      I have a doubt on the HP Petrol Pump located Near Tollichowki on Medahipatnam-Tollichowki Main road near Retibowli area,Hyderabad.

      The people are not professional and also I have doubt on the quality of product available there.
      Also,I feel that the pump meters are tempered and people often duped in this particular pump.

      If anybody ask for fuel of RS-100/-,they never set the meter in Rs mode and if you asked for that you will get a rude answer from the service person.

      Can anybody pass me the information of HP Grievance office in Hyderabad so I can take it further.

      Any one can doubt anybody. I am doubting that Bhattacharya is a CIA/KGB agent. Now Bhattacharya has to prove that he is not a spy. You can clear all your doubts at the same petrol pump. Normally, the concerned sales officer contact number is available on the board displayed at the pump. Contact him and tell your doubts and get it cleared.

        Hi I went to refill petrol to my car for 1000 Rs in Samrat petrol station, Hinjewadi, opposite to Marriot Hotel in Pune on 17th Mar 2010.The petrol pump service man was distracting me and the other man who was filling the petrol didn't ask me to check for the meter reset, after filling it when I checked it was far less than the usual quantity , when I asked him he just said that they will always reset before filling, when I asked him to check the fuel meter in my car , he said that there is problem in your car fuel meter, this kind of cheating happed many times in the same petrol station.
        Immediate and needful action against such fraudulent employees will be helpfull for the people like me.

        HP Petrol Refilling Centre — Less filling

        Dear All

        I happened to travel from Greater Noida to Noida via bhangel and observed that the petrol indication is low. So drove into to HP Petrol station before Bhangel when coming from NEPZ to Noida. It was night time and was with family. I asked to fill in Power grade petrol for Rs. 1000/-. While the refill was on i was asked to spray water on the glass for their cleaning which i obliged. I refilled and saw the meter at 1000 and left. Till i reached and the next day the petrol indication never crossed the hald mark. normally when i refill for Rs.1000/- it reaches the full mark. A day later i had to again refill whcih i did in the HP station at Sarita Vihar and this time the meter reached the full mark confirming that the meter is working correctly. I am planning to make a visit to the HP station near Bhangel and ask the manager what is the hanky panky going on. All those who go to this station for refill please take a note of this situation and act. I will keep you posted on the topic after meeting the manager there.

        I have continously observed a theft of petrol while purchase, petrol pump situated at Sector-63, Noida & even after complaining many times.

        Its really amazing -- Patpard Ganj Petrol Pump -- near Police station / fire brigade aside-- everybody knows from last 5 years -- cheating people for petrol

        caught them red handed few months back -- metre shows 0 while starting the petrol filling then from 0 to jumps to 40, 60 or any other fixed no. -- after some debate the incharge filled my tank with extra 100 rupee and assured that he will definitely expel that employee who filled my vehicle.

        after few days i came to know from local residents that all policemen and everybody there has a share in this -- so the good work is continous for the last many years

        can anything be done on this matter ??

        there is a petrol bunk near cafe coffee day in sanjaynagar, bangalore.
        usually i was filling the tank in the same bunk but recently i noticed that the employers distract me all time and avoid me to check the meter. recently i noticed that they are not filling the petrol as per my demand. this mean they fill les than the cost. for example i am filling for 500 but they fill either for 300 or so.. please have a check on this bunk and most of these places..

        IOC officers/ maintenance department visited our site but so far not made operational.

        I am in complete support on this complaint. I faced similar issues with HP petrol pumps many a times, more frequently with Hinjewadi and Dhole Patil road stations. The cheaters always group in pair and while tried to distract you by asking silly questions (like 'Sir Do you need receipt?" or "Do you want to renew PUC?" or unnecessarily asking "How much amount of petrol you need even if we already told them") and other person
        will take this opportunity to not reset the meter and quickly fill the bike/car tank with less amount of petrol.

        They team up with local men (gundas) and will threaten and abuse you if you say anything against them.

        They even don't entertain the request to pre-feed the meter with amount/quantity so that we get exactly what we pay for.

        I am sad to say that this practice is prevalent in most of the HP petrol pumps and seems that no authority are interested in taking any measures against preventing this.

        The one which is in new airport road, 400 meter after the HMT Bhavan...

        They cheat like this...
        I will say fill petrol of 300 Rs
        They will set first value of 50 Rs... Then their card will not work.. They will click of the machine when they put the nose...
        Then they will push some thing...
        After which they fill the petrol... which is of less quantity...

        Anyway a lesson for me is not to fill petrol in any HP petrol pumps...
        As i am very sure HP will not take any action..
        OMG Amit this is the same thing I observed in a HP petrol station in chennai. They fill for 50 first pretending they didnt hear you and then rest. Since I mentain fuel log, I can exactly calculate fuel theft. I kept filling in indian oil and HP and never found any issue with indian oil. My fuel log says it all. In last one year 3 times I observed fuel theft and last two I caught he did some some malpractice but no one to complain. HP should take it seriously.

        Hi,

        It happened twice with me at this petrol pump. I went to refill petrol at this petrol pump which is located near Mohan Estate Metro Station 1st after Sarita Vihar traffic Signal while going towards Badarpur Border.

        They themselves started filling power fuel instead of normal. After questioning, they said it was happened by mistake. I know they are making fool and cheating people by filling power fuel. It is their strategy to sell power fuel.

          I am a customer of HP gas company, residing in Bapunagar area of Ahmedabad. Customer no. 621832 and my HP gas agent is Pramukh Gas Agency, Near Janu Electronics, Khodiyar Nagar Char Rasta, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad.

          I have lodged my request for cylinder 8th March, 2010 but still have not received the cylinder. Also from past few times, the cylinders are found to be significantly low weighted which may be because of gas theft from the cylinders by the agency. Many of the customers have encountered high cylinder leakage which may put their lives in danger. Also, company is not considering application for second cylinders eventhough I am fulfilling all the criteria.

          Yourself is requested to take strict against and to ensure customer's satisfaction.

          Dear Sir,

          I would like to inform you about the status of the issue. Due to prompt actions taken by HP corporation the issue has been resolved for now and I wish that no punitive or legal action be taken against the guilty as I believe to err is human but to forgive is divine and now when they learnt the lesson and have assured me not to repeat the same mistake again, I withdraw my complaint.

          Once again I thank you all without your sincere efforts and support this could not have been possible.

            Dear Sir,
            i am very much regret to say that, as a consumer having no- 630241 (six three zero two four one) of HP Gas Registered in our local HPCL SWATI FUEL CENTRE of Gajapatinagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India, it is found regularly delayed delevery of Gas even after 15 days of Booking. Last time i had booked dtd. on 26.02.10 over telephone. Still we were not able to get the gas till today.
            we don't understand why this sort o[censored]nscheduled irregularities arise? Hope you will understand the emersing need of the consumer.

            I have this problem too with this Swati Fuel distributor of HP gas at Gajapati Nagar, Bhubaneswar. They (subash Biswal; Pabitra Mohan Sahu) are refusing to take the bookings and also they deliver with 3 weeks of delay time, very adamant, poor service. I am fed up with their poor behaviour and rationale behind the delays such as, demand is higher than supply, we are clearing the back logs, call us after 10 days etc. However, I see the neighbouring shops get the cylinders in 2-3 days time period. These shops have excess stocks of this cylinder which they supply in black market.

              Delay Gas service

              Several times we have contact with the Distributor for supply the gas cylinders in proper time..We have booked the gas cylinder on 28.01.10..but till now we have not received the same....so please suggest me that what we will do now...?
              I have also logged a complain in HP consumer care the complain no is 0903487...They are not responding...We are waiting for your reply....

              Booked for a cylinder at Sanika Enterprises,L.P.G. Distributor,Baghra Road,Baripada,Orissa as a retailer vide sl no:2900dt26.01.10,but till to-day inspite of repeated approach this could not be delivered.Rather during approach their empoyees are misbehaving &harrassing like anything.My consumer no:600075.Distributor code:302070.Everymonth it has been their usual practice for most of the innocent retailers to facilitate blackmarketing.Please help to provide regular,timebound delivery.

              i have been booked of Gas cylinder for refill on dtd.09/01/10 and got booking no.251082 but still not deliver the Gas .cylinder and I have called so many times to Brij Gas Services on Tel# 22420585 ,they speaks we are not getting load from HP. So request to you please intervene on the same problem.

              I Pawan kumar goel is consumer from last 23 year . My consumer No.is 618271 (with Devi Dayal gas agency , Sect-8, Rohini, Delhi-110085. I have booked refiling of cylinder as on 20.01.2010 booking No 265013 at your new service mobile No. [protected]. But I have not received gas cylinder till date. and the Devi Dayal Gas Agency all telephones are every time busy.

              Now after 13 days as on 02.02.2010 I have remined the same then I have received a new booking No. is 272375.
              My both gas cylinders are empty and I am facing very problem . So I request you Please take the necessary action at an early date.

                from some HP worker working on petroleum pump i cam to know that they are not receiving full payment of there salary and they have very less salary as compare to
                daily wage that government has mention in the wage per day

                I have ask them to complain about these thing to the company officer in that answer they told me that If they complain then they will be put out of there job

                and i have ask the solution of that then they told me that If company make compelsare for dealer to make payment of the salary in bank by check than only they will receive the full payment of there salary

                  sir/madam,
                  I am a custmer of hp gas cylinder vide my consumer no.604394 of Indradeep Agencies,36 Mahavir Shopping Centre, Agra Road,Kalyan (W), Distributor code 95983-0, and one no. gas cylinder has been delevered to my home at 209 sabarmati, lokgram complex, kalyan(E) on 25 feb,2010. Yestarday, during given connection to the gas oven, it is found that the gas is leaking from regulator . I stopped the connection and on 05 mar,2010,I complained to the agencies for inspection. one so called service mechanic came and found that the rubber washer inside the nipple of the cylinder not properly seated. he rectified the same but charged Rs.60/- as service charge which i paid. I understand that it is quality control problem of the company and I need not to pay any service charge.

                  It is, therefore, requested to investigate the matter and reply in the e-mail address .

                  HP Gas — not providing cylinder at proper charges

                  i had taken a hp gas connection on 7.4.08 from siliguri. at that time they had given me one cillander and told that they will provide another after 6 month. they had also forced me to take Oven which I already had but without that they are not providing the connection which was against the rule but since I was in need of connection I had taken the Oven . Now after 6 month when ever i ask them for another cillander they use to tell me come after 7 days or after 15 days. Yesterday again i went there they had told me to come in the month of December but asked 400 rupees extra as again they are telling me to buy a gas lighter and an apparon from them other wise they will not provide the another cillander.please help me.

                    I booked gas for home delivery but till today not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, she says it will take 10-15 days to deliver. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regularly happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor is HP GAS EMARSONS, Kashmere gate, Delhi.

                    So plz help me out to get the refill gas cylinder as soon as possible or tell me some other way to tackle this problem.

                    Owner of Emarsons HP Gas has assured us that the problem of delay of refill gas cylinder will be resolved within a short period of time. We are very thankful to him for coming forward for our help against our complaint and talking to us on phone.
                    I am facing the same problem or maybe even worst with HP GAS EMARSONS, In one whole year(12 months) they have only delivered 4 times. in spite of repeated telebooking every month. this kind of incompetent agency are there only to encourage black marketing business of LPG, they make our daily lives very difficult and inconvenient. HP GAS EMARSONS should be checked by the concern authority as soon as possible, and hand over the agency to someone more responsible, so that the most basic requirement such as LPG will not be a cause of tension in our lives

Kindly arrange for delivery of the booking in question since i am finding it difficult to manage without LPG refill.

                      my consumer no is 611612 sir my family is staying at madgul village from last 2 years we are getting problem with getting supply of gas from last one and half month he was supplying the to others in the same place like hotels but he was not supplying the gas to us we have also problems with childrens they are disabled so many times i am calling to the dealer and also to the supplier they are saying no stock and also the supplier mr, jungaiah can not lift the phone and it goes to swith off his mobile no is [protected] and the dealer number is [protected] please kindly solve the problem immediately

                          Dear sir,
                          1.My gas connection (H.P.) Transferred from dadri to noida (shiv sai gas agency). 1st time 6feb. 10 I deposite to all paper (rent aggriment/duplicate sv copy etc) as per instruction by shiv sai agency. Than he will immediately given consumer no. 619004 and gas booking no. 4645 to me.
                          After I call on 17 feb. and I say gas refill not receive on my current address (c/o R.N. Jha B-370 Near bal bharti school Kalyankunj Sec. 49 Barola Noida U.P.) than phone attandent ask all previus history and say refill receive you on next day.
                          After I call 23 feb. and say to all previus history and refile not receive also say than phone attandent say your consumer no. is 619041 and your booking date 17.02.10. when I ask why this change than he no any satisfied reply and say your delivery will send on next day.
                          After I call on 25 feb. to till date approx 20times but some time phone engage,some time phone switch off, some time out of service…………………..
                          During this period I go personaly 2 time to hp office in salarpur bhangel noida but they are have not any action.
                          2. My current address not correct in internate hp zone.

                            This is inform that I have booked HP GAS on 04/02/2010 , my gas dealer is
                            PRAGATI GAS AGENCY - GURGAON ( hARYANA ) This gas dealer shall not lift phone nor supply gas, he does not book the gas and does not give the bill of gas on supply to many customers.

                            Since this GAS DEALER HAS EARNED HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY, AND HAS ABUNDENT CONNECTIONS , GIVE CHANGE TO OTHER PERSONS BY CUTTING THE CUSTOMERS AND DIVERTING THEM TO MORE THAN 2-3 PERSONS.

                            PL. PUNISH THIS DEALER FOR BLACK MARKETING AND NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS.

                            what I will do,
                            Though complaints are genuine what this site owner can do. Whether this site owner have authority to help complaints for their genuine problem. Just an eye wash. Only source of income by getting advertisements on his developed complaint forum. AAM AADMI having no status in our free Indian democratic setup. Hence live under the mercy deal of these bureaucratic democrats who distributing agencies to their touts. How they can survive without corruption. And moreover who read these complaints certainly the victim who running behind these authorities for their justified human rights.

                              I have apply for retail outlet dealership for Hindustan petroleum corporation for Mandangad location, as per advertisement of Daily Sakal dated 16th June 2010. After receipt of application the selection committee visit to my site which is mention in application. After site inspection I got call letter dated 12th October 2010 for interview on dated 26th October 2010 at 10.00 am.
                              After completion of interview I seen result on Notice board at 8.00 pm. On dated 26th October 2010. I am not agree with result which is display on notice board.
                              In result I have seen I got zero mark for land from site inspection committee, infect my place is located at Mandangad-Mumbai Highway and there is all facility available for petrol pump. So therefore you have to show that why you giving me zero marks for land.
                              1) If you want land for retail outlet dealership in mandangad city then after site inspection my land is not illegible so then why you call me for interview.
                              2) If the company want land for retail outlet dealer in Mandangad city so why you not mention specific requirement as ‘Mandangad city’ in your advertisement ?

                              Please clarify my all issues mention in compliant & company have to give me all my expenses which is held unnecessary only because of company guilty before rejection of my application.

                                    My Consumer Number is 801955 in the name of K.Narsimha.I booked gas for home delivery on05.02.2010 but till today 19.02.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

                                    My Consumer Number is 606682 in the name of T.Joseph Kumar.I booked gas for home delivery on 20/10/2012 12:42:00 but till today 21/11/2012 not delivered. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he/she says tomorrow must be delivered.                                       As per the MRTPC notification to get a new connection a customer need not to buy additional products other than cillender, regulator etc. whic are not HPCL products. But local dealers are makind fraud by forcefull trade of Stove, ooker, Bulbs, etc. When the costumer differs to buy the items their applications are ignored.

                                      Below are the actual charges and conditions. But they are charging around Rs.5,300

                                      The nearest HP GAS distributor may be approached for a new Gas connection. Alternately you may book for new gas connection on-line. Details of cost of New Connection with Double Bottle Cylinder (DBC) (two cylinders and one regulator) along with cost of LPG is given below:

                                      Fixed Cost: Refundable Deposit for Two Cylinders @ Rs. 1250/- each = Rs. 2,500/-
                                      Refundable Deposit for One Regulator @ Rs. 150/- = Rs. 150/-
                                      Cost of Domestic Gas consumer card = Rs. 25/-
                                      Cost of Two Refills - Present price according to your area as applicable.
                                      Cost of hotplate/stove and Suraksha Hose (rubber tube) will be extra.


                                      Following additional charges are applicable towards Installation/Inspection charges:
                                      • Installation charges for new connection = Rs. 25/-
                                      • Inspection of Hot Plate at the time of release of New connection at customer premises = Rs. 150/-

                                      In case of issuance of Double Bottle Cylinder as New Connection no administration charges will be levied separately for additional Cylinder. However, if additional Cylinder is issued separately administrative charge of Rs. 25/- is levied.

                                      Stamp duty on actuals is levied wherever applicable.
