I want to inform your kind self that I have been suffering by the faulty services of the above mentioned gas agency since long. He never delivers the gas on time and whenever I enquire regarding the delay, he says that we haven't booked the cylinder. If I insist, they start shouting and misbehave often. I have noticed it since long but they seem not to improvise at all. The agency doesn’t dispense its duties properly and when I report to them personally for the wrongs committed by them, they starts scolding me due to which I waste my precious time. I am really scared of facing them for their unprofessional and indecent behavior. I am a Govt. servant and my wife remains ill so I can't keep pursuing or persuading them every time. I have a firm belief that your company is known for its customer friendly behavior and would attend to my grievance too.
So, I request your kind self to please look into the matter so that I can dedicate my precious time to my work rather than bearing the insult and indecency.

    Booked Gas through AUTO Booking system of HP Gas. Dealer M/s. Tap Trisa is telling that booking was not registered and not deliverying refill. Asked to book afresh personally in the shop. Then what is the necessity of AUTO Booking system. Why should customer spent money towards telephone call charges.
    Sir, auto booking in most of the small towns is not the best option to book. The system is very disorganized and unmonitored. You should prefer calling the agency directly and book your number.

        I had booked for Gas refill on November-09 through IVRS no response for 2 months the I enquired over Phone (the land line no they keep always out of oder it is a himalayan job to get them over phone) they said ur sub office was closed so couldnot delivered. I could not remember such a situation any way I booked again on 11-01-10 and waited. But on 09-02-09 i got message in my mobile ,gas will be delivered within 48 hrs . Then on 10-01-10 i got again message that ur gas delivered !. Then again I contacted the agency they told the same answer my house was closed .Then they promised they will deliver it within 3 days. but no respose , phone also recever off, i try to know the posi tion in IVRS then it announced ur booking is on 11-02-10 !. What should I do next .My consumer no 607762.Very badly in need of GAS.

            Dear Sir,

            This is to inform you that HPCL is organised a lottery scheme on september i.e. hphappywheel offer. There was few clause in the offer but I hope there was lakhs of people is tried to send the sms, called the given no. to know the offer status. My self checked Internet several times to know the offer status, but find the company couldn't keep their transparency with the customer. Till date they are doing verification, not updated the website. Don't know they will able keep the committment in future or not?????????

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have a domestic gas connection with South Delhi Gas Agency HP(at Seikh Sarai). I booked for cylinder on 29/01/10 but inspite of my regular follow-up it didn't deliver yet as on 13/02/10(16 days already passed).

              Most shocking is that when i made a call on their office phone i got a response that in their record it's showing that it had already been deliver on 05/02/10.

              Now my point is that if it is showing delivered then where it goes.

                This complain is aganest Mahender petrol pump at Jillelguda Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh. When ever i went to this pump they are not going to feed the amount in the filling machine and they deliver very less petrol and when you request them to feed the amount than they had refused to feed the amount and told me to fill from the other filling stations if you i like to feed the amount. This is reduculous behaviour some one should take action other wise they will fill only 1ltr and they charge for 2ltr. when i went to complain to the head of the service station no any one is available over there.

                  HI,
                  My gas connection (690910) is transferred from Emarsons[protected] agency,kashmiri gate to Saroj gas agency,nangli poona,delhi.
                  But when we contact them ,they refuse to accept our connection as that connection is on name of my mother's sister ,who earlier live with us but not now.
                  He said even this gas connection can not be transferred to any of my family member name.
                  Please help us in getting this connection activated again.
                  we are not in position to take new connection and why we do that as we already running it from last 15 years.
                  and why it cannot be transferred to any other name if we are ready providing all documents.

                    Dear Sir , I am workin as Assistant Manager in State Bank of Travancore ,recently i got transfered to Kerala,I am presently posted in Vadakara ,which is in Calicut district of Kerala .I have approached the local Hpcl Office for availing a LPG connection but they simply denied to give the connection, because of this i have to daily face problems as i am living with my family here Kindly look into the matter.

                      Cheating in Quantity of Petrol

                      Dear HP,
                      I am the customer of yours since 2000, when i started to drive.
                      The day (09/Feb/2010) I was about to pour petrol in the "The Premier Bulk in Mount Road, Next to LIC).
                      Its by my ICICI Debit Card. As I told the man for 200 Rupees, i opened the lock of my petrol tank and showed him to pour. The man behind me was asking my card (ICICI). Just a fraction of seconds, as i gave my card and turned, The man standing...

                      Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking & Getting delivery SMS
                      I booked gas for home delivery,I Get this SMS "Ref.Hpgas Booking No 121184 Your Refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs.Cash Memo no.628625."on16.01.2010 ,12:57pm..but till today 09.02.2010. not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he or she says tomorrow must be delivered. Whenever i Went to gas agency and talk about the representative, he says today (23.11.2012) must be delivered.                         i am consumer of hp lpg gas con. no.605491 at ekta gas service lucknow. now above gas service was suspended by hp official and my gas connection is transfer kirti gas service with out any information.kirti gas service has not supply gas to my home till november 2009. please supply gas cylinder to my home immediately so for,i have requested so many times but go vain. kindly instruct hp official lucknow to supply gas cylinder to my given home addres so for.

                          The gas cylinder pin is faulty. Due to this pin is pressed permanently, regulator has no control.

                          The company person visited today and asked to use the cylinder till new cylinder is received in this condition.

                          You are requested to do the needful at the earliest

                          Hi, it is risky to have a pin broken cylinder at home. Here are some important point about this situation. If your problem is not resolved, contact the sales officer on phone. His phone number can be found on the mandatory information board at the gas agency.

                            I have a funny experience with HP gas supply , My consumer no is 617115 Dealer Dhar and Sons Code 19585400, is just a funny character, whenever I book through Internet , Dealer downloads it on 4th or fifth day of booking and delivers on 10th to 15 th days of booking, I do not know what is HP Gas's standard delivery time in Kolkata City.

                            I made several complaints against this dealer and requested HP Service manager to correct the dealer or take corrective actions on the dealer, but still no change observed, the dealer will lift phone only after 11:15 AM and stop recieving at 2:30 PM, when asked why delay in downloading booking request he Threatens like " Do whatever you can do". Whenever ask for supply their word is " there is a supply crunch it will take another 10 days for delivery"

                            I will request HP's senior Executives to explore for second dealer in this area if they do not have any control over this ROUGE dealer.

                              At the second petrol dispensing counter (as you enter the petrol pump), the attendants frequently cheat customers. You ask them to fill, say, Rs.100 worth of petrol. However clearly you say it, one employee will fill only Rs.50 worth of petrol in just about 2 seconds when another employee tries to distract you. Within a blink of an eye, the counter goes from Rs. 0 to Rs.50. When you tell him that you'd asked for Rs.100 worth of petrol, he will apologize saying he didn't hear it properly, and fill the remaining Rs.50 worth. The second Rs.50 petrol will take about 5-10 seconds to fill. You finally end up paying Rs.100 and getting petrol worth far less than that. This amount may go up from Rs. 100 to R. 200/- depending on the vehicle size and filling quantity.
                              This has happened 4 times with me in the last 6 months. When it happend second time I went and complained to the manager and I did not pay the first filling amount. In the 3rd and 4th instance ( happend on 05.02.2010) I refused to pay Rs. 100 and Rs. 140 respectavily saying this is cheating and the petrol pump attendant did not object.

                              It would be great if, instead of direct questioning, the concerned authorities pose as regular customers and witness this for themselves. I hope they bring these people to book.

                                I have a HP gas connection from Sikka Enterprises in Faridabad. I have been trying to book a gas cylinder but dealer's phone is off the hook & website to make online booking is not working. You cann't click on the online booking button.                                 this is to request u to that i have applied for aconnection of a second gass cylinder at shiv shiva gass service at patran (patiala ) punjab from the last five months.the owner of the gass agency is just befooling me and is not giving any appropriate at time.for getting the cylinder.

                                  I try call to Rajkot (Gujarat) circle area custumercare[protected] &[protected] from 31.01.10 to 01.02.10 till 6.0pm but not pickup my phon call, because one phone no[protected] is pickup call on 01.02.10 at 6.0pm & told me that you call at 6.0pm So you call on tomarrow. what is the response of customercare by Rajkot area. & No help me.

                                    I having termination voucher (TV no- 1511434 on dated 16.01.10) of HP Gas from Ratlam (M.P.) my consumer no- 516014, but no gas cylinder issued to me by Inden Gas agency Gondal (Gujarat) from 18.01.2010 to till date, and want Ration Card of Gondal (Gujarat) , but I am unable to submit Ration Card of Gondal (Gujarat) due to my transfer Ratlam (MP) to Gondal (Gujarat), because I submit my residence proof certificate on company latter head issued by General Manager (HR), but no taken it & told me that you give only Ration Card of Gondal (Gujrat), it is the monopoly of Gondal (Gujarat) Inden Gas Agency, and this activity is promotes the corruption (to getting gas connection in Black or to make illegal ration card)
                                    Note- HP Gas agency is not available at Gondal (Gujarat), So I want issue SV cylinder from Inden gas agency Gondal (Gujarat).
                                    I am suffering problems from 18.01.2010 to till date & please help me.
