I m agree with this complaint because the same happened with me.

HP Gas — Not responding / Not taking bookings

The HP gas agency Bommanlingeshwara Gas Agency in girinagar bangalore is closed and none of the consumers have been informed about the same. And when i visited there office in Girinagar where i saw a board which said that you have to call karthik gas agency for any further bookings with the following nos 22429769/26508523/41204554, when i call this no they are not taking my booking order and asking me to the agency office to colelct the cylinder, but when i visit the office they are refusing to issue a cylinder. I do not know whom to approach for further escalations. please help

HP Gas — Website Not working properly

In HP GAS Website-(http://www.hindustanpetroleum.com/en/UI/LPGHome.aspx)---->We are unable to lodge complaint or give feedback as the tabs/buttons/options do not work in the website.And in the whole website I did not see any customer care email address to which I can send a mail about my query.

OUR behera gas agency /TITILAGRH, BOLANGIR, ORISSA[protected] GIVE US A LOT OF PROBLEM . I BOOKED GAS ON DATE 30.01.10 BUT STILL DATE 12.02.10 I HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE RELIFF GAS CYLINDER. THEN I CONTACT HIS STAFF BUT THEY BEHAVE RUDELY AND CANNOT GIVE ME GAS AT THEIR OFFICE ALSO.SO, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A RELIFF BOOKING AT TITLAGRH .
SO, SIR DO SOMETHING NEEDFUL TO SOLVE ALL PEOPLE'S PROBLEM. WE ARE FACING A LOTS OF PROBLEM FROM BEHERA GAS.
SO, KINDLY GIVE SOME OTHER MAN A DISTRIBUTOR FOR SMOOTH OPERATION.

8 yrs, so that i have never purchased the gas from the agencies.
Now i am returned in Patna.Now i want to re issue the supply.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am crying because of the pathetic service my the mentioned above, I am trying for booking my connection from past 1 week continuously calling on these three numbers provided by the distributor but after connecting several time to [protected], I am getting no response from them, I would like to pay your attention "connecting to any of these three number is as difficult as connecting to Mr. PM for a common people."
I am fade-up with their unprofessional behavior and demanding you to take some necessary steps against the distributor.

For your kind information, it is requested that i have only one cylinder at my house and applied for second cylinder on[protected] that to has been pending claiming that no cylinder is available at present from company. However some of the employees suggested that contact owner privately he would issue you another cylinder leading to solving your problem.

2. Initially I was a Gas connection holder at PARALAKHEMINDI branch bearing consumer Sl.No. _____________________ for a Single cylinder. The same connection was isued to me during 2004. When my nearest area gas agency office was opened (i.e KASINAGAR), then due to my easy transaction, I requested to PARALAKHEMINDI branch to transfer my Gas connection to KASINAGAR branch. So as per my requet they issued transfer voucher to me for further necessary action at KASINAGAR.

3. Due to my ilness I was unable to move to KASINAGAR branch to process the same. When I went to the KASINAGAR branch after two months, then they told him that this connection is discontinue. So, you may approach to Jatani Branch for further necessary action.

4. In view of the above I hereby requesting your to check all records and take necessary action please for getting a gas connection.

HP Gas — no response of phone line

iam always having problems of refill booking with HP gas behala branch. Whenever I go to ask about their phone service they gave lots of excuse.i felt very helpless from their service...please do something for us.

HP Gas — no response at all

Got transferred from vijayawada to hyderabad, conncetion transfer happend with due of Reglator and tube which is in a small paper signed and stamped by one of agency employee...

Now that particular employee got terminated due to his fradulent activites...

My regulator not yet in place, one of HP employee responsible for particular agency has not respond...

Hello I am rajesh my gas no is 62003 . when i booked my gas in Hp Gas agency i always got phone no not available and if by mistake they pick phone then they don't send gas. if i go there on agency then they send otherwise i didn't get any response from phone.

I completely agree to this It has been 20 days since i have been calling Manjit Gas Agency, they either do not pick up the phones or its kept busy.Even i think I need to go to the agency to get my delivery immediately.

Is there any other HP Gas agency in Gurgaon. Manjit Gas Agency is totally useless, Ive been trying for a week now to get through their numbers. And if you do manage to get through, they need 20 days to deliver.

It is almost 25 days since i gave my paper works for new gas connection. They haven't bothered to call me and not even given any receipt in exchange of keeping paper work. I can't prove to HP in case i decide to complain directly to HP for their highly unprofessional attitude.

Third class gas agency of Gurgaon. I have suffered the same way u all. Even gas qty is less & their weighing mc doesnt seems to b perfect. Must approach senior management of HP gas company. Or we should approach consumer forum.

Better to change this gas agency.Shanti gas agency in chakkarpur, gurgaon is best. You can get gas next day, no delay. I m planning to change the gas connection. Tired of this. Manjit gas co

I totally agree that supply of gas is not satisfactory. I have also got my cylender booked 0n 09.01.10, my consumer no. is 512893. It is becoming impossible to run the kitchen smoothly. But the concerned officials are telling that they can't supply the gas before 15-20 days. What a helpless situation!

Same problem here. My gas booking date is 12 Jan 2010 but delevery date is 7-Feb-2010. Kindly look this matter & do the req.

we are facing same problem. Amar Gas has become a service only for VIPs and black marketeers. VIP get cylinder next day but we are not given cylinder 10 day s after booking. This way you are deprived of a gas cyliner 21days + 10 days = 31 days. You are helpless and have to buy a cylinder from balck market.

i agree with this amar gas are black marketeers agency their employes are very rude they insult constomer this agency should be cancelled

I am a consumer of HP Gas from their dealer Amar Gas Agency, Mohali ( Chandigarh). I got the connection from agency few years back but i am really upset by the games played by the dealer. The telephone no. for the booking, given on the booklet is[protected] & 5097935. But when you call either there is engaged tone or the no. keeps on ringing with no response. My family has to face lot of hardship as gas delivery situation is really bad so if we don't book on time there are lot of issue to keep the stove burning. When we go and see at dealer's place, the phones are mostly kept off the hook to avoid the calls and sell the gas in black market. Would like to bring this point to notice of HP Gas personnel.

LPG — DELAY &BLACK MARKETING

Mohan indane gas agency, 938-A,Hemant vihar, Barra -2, kanpur (phone no.[protected] is distributer of INDANE LPG. They are not providing LPG to costomer at time and harassing customer too much. We came to know from some sourse that they do blackmarketing and their home delevery man deliver LPG less quantity.So you are requested to take necessary action to improve service to deliver LPG to customer at right time and right quantity.

I am Dr.Khan Son of Haji Qamaruddin Khan with consumer number 624821 really being harassed by the delivery boy and After having two cylinders and booking in time there is always delay in delivery from the delivery boy.I have observed his black marketing towards hotel and other shops near by my area . Next time I am going to send photo or video of the same. Main issuse is why the behaviour towards real customer is like that. His rudeness and his behaviour towards is like we are begging to have LPG gas cylinder after paying money. Many time i have visited office and staff, thier attitude toward me is ok but not satisfactory. I have tried to reach Manager of [censored]ij gas agency goregoan east, mumbai, many time but he is not available in the office since last 3 months I am traceing him to complain about his delivery boy in my area Mr.Ashok kumar gupta. Every time I book my cylinder thier is always delay and i have to go to hotels, everybody knows[protected] is the bill from hotel for 7 members, than what is the use of the LPG gas. If we are paying 1800/- for 2 days food from hotel. Kindly send me procedure to transfer the agency or change to Bharat gas agency or some good one.
