I am a consumer of HP LPG from MHP Gas Agency, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal. My consumer number is 620584. I have booked for refilling of cylinder on January 15, 2010 and assured of the delivery of gas culinder within 7 days from the date of booking. But unfortunately, it has not been delivered to my residence till Jan 27, 2010. Additionally, I have been trying to contact the dealer since last three days over telephone but could not get in touch with them. This problem is being faced by me several times and the quality of service by MHP Gas Agency is not satisfactory at all. Request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions for an early resolution of the complaint.

OUR behera gas agency /TITILAGRH, BOLANGIR, ORISSA[protected] GIVE US A LOT OF PROBLEM . I BOOKED GAS ON DATE 30.01.10 BUT STILL DATE 12.02.10 I HAVE NOT RECEIVE THE RELIFF GAS CYLINDER. THEN I CONTACT HIS STAFF BUT THEY BEHAVE RUDELY AND CANNOT GIVE ME GAS AT THEIR OFFICE ALSO.SO, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A RELIFF BOOKING AT TITLAGRH .
SO, SIR DO SOMETHING NEEDFUL TO SOLVE ALL PEOPLE'S PROBLEM. WE ARE FACING A LOTS OF PROBLEM FROM BEHERA GAS.
SO, KINDLY GIVE SOME OTHER MAN A DISTRIBUTOR FOR SMOOTH OPERATION.
