Hi good day,

On this pleasant evening (15/02/2022 09.30pm) i had visited the hpcl fuel pump located in neyveli township block21 (namely mcv hpcl pump)

The staff at petrol pump refused to sell against debit card transaction (even WITHOUT AN ATTEMPT). (May me faulty pos machines)

Also he said that 'the hdfc pos machines not working, so you have to pay in cash'.

Then i paid the amount through upi transaction and filled the gasoline for my bike.

Please do the needful thing as they can change the faulty pos machines.

My name is D.ESWARAMMA and consumer NO:628771, i had booked hp gas cylinder from my gas agency gowri sankar gas agency ATMAKUR, KURNOOL DIST.I received gas cylinder with sealed and not broken but quantity is very low (less than 5kg),

I had complained many times to my agency, but they are not responding can you please resolve my problem.

Sir I am a reguler Coustmer of D D Sharna petrol pump Tonk road Riico Sitapura 12 mile Sanganer Jaipur because this petrol pump is near my houtse but these staff not delivered full petrol in liters they theft petrol and then complain about this manager they are all misbehaving to Coustmers and beaten Coustmers so please do something about this because it's a big problem with Coustmers Thanks

On 12/02/22 at 9:30 pm, I went to HP petrol pump sector 10 Bhilai, I told HP staff to fill the tank (300 rs petrol), but he did some tricks/false pump adjustments to make less amount of petrol filling in my Activa. I doubted him and ask for recheck by measuring tank petrol, first they denied any wrong act from their side and even after calling petrol pump manager he denied for any such false activity from their side but at last they convinced over
measuring petrol in tank, after taking full petrol out from tank the amount was very less then expected even though they were not in mood to accept their mistakes and manager was laughing at phone instead of making any apologies for their side.highly frustrated and feeling cheated from these frauds, I request you to do inquiry against them. why we have to pay more for less quantity, though we know that already we are facing raised petrol price, these things which are necessities in our daily life...

I approached vashi fuel centre on 10.2.22. at 9.50 pm to fill air in car the attendent was filling air to ahead vehicle suddenly his senior shifted him to nytrogen air. there he filled one car then started another car. i told that man that this car came after us. he told to meet me to his senior he told ho jayegs, i told i will make a complaint he told they have card of rs 300 and told " jo ukhadna hai ukhad lena

Gas pipe connection while fitting in my house has damaged some water pipe during drilling by your agency men and water is leaking from there please send some skilled worker to repair the damage

The HP gas cylinder has not been delivered to my house even after calling and complaining to the person responsible for delivering. He keeps on asking for another few hours again and again. We don't have enough gas to cook food and have to order online. I called on the helpline no:[protected] and the person told me that the matter will be resolved within 5 days. Are we supposed to order the food for my whole family for 5 days? Why are we paying for gas cylinders if we have to order food online? Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

I paid for cylinder refill on HP gas app via scan code. The amount got deducted however the payment status showed as pending saying that that they are awaiting confirmation for payment for about two hours. After that there was no response and now I’m being asked to make a fresh payment. I request to either make the booking or refund the amount to order a new one. Today 7th February 2022 8:30 a.m., 6th battalion Mangalagiri Guntur, I go to film the petrol, filling parson telling cards not accepted, I asking what is the problem, hetelling no petrol.

With reference to the subject cited above one of your HPCL Petrol Pump dealer M/S Mohta Petrol Pump / Filling Station which is situated opposite Ramada Hotel in Raja Park Jaipur is a worst Petrol Pump in Jaipur having worst Staff which are fighting with its customers and using abusive language and threating its customers and are ready to have a worst fight / Manhandling they are tipical Gunde ‘s which can cause harm to the general public who are going to thier petrol pump for taking fuel in thier vehicles. This kind of incidents are happening on daily basis at this HPCL Pump . Today this same incident has also happened with me when I Visited thier Pump for taking petrol in my activa . I requested the pump staff to full my activa tank he put the machine to auto cut instead of this more then 1 litre of Petrol has over Filled and it was felling out of the tank at this point of time when I complain to them for over filling Petrol in fuel tank extra capacity of tank they did not realise thier mistake and started fighting with me and use abusive language and charged me extra money for the petrol which was fell on the floor of pump .
It’s my request to take some strict action against them so they don’t repeat such kind of action with some one else thier machines are also not working properly and they are not providing petrol in right quantity they are destroying the Image of such a Big and Good company in the eyes of public which will ultimately cause loss to your company
Please visit thier Petrol pump and take some strict action against them and please turminate such gunda staff from this Pump

I customer of hp gas and number is 611078. Distributor name is Hindustan gas agency, district Purnea, Bihar i already update kyc many times but not received pending any subsidy till time from starting date of connection. Many times visit Hindustan gas agency but not resolve till time. Always distributor remain statement you will always patience for subsidy credit as early as possible. But not received till time. Many times already register.

The LPG gas for consumer purpose is being illegally used for commercial purpose. One of the resident in a society is illegally running a food selling business on street. He is also having a van where the cylinder is commercially used. No action is taken from LPG cylinder distributor. Please resolve this issue.

Today i got LPG home delivery. They demand extra money for transport charges which is illegal. The government said it is free of cost. But they demand the money 40 rupees. Take necessary actions against Prasad gas company, Vinukonda, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, 522647.

I have booked lpg gas through hp pay app and paid via g pay upi. The money has been debited but gas was not booked. I raised a ticket on g pay but it shows the money has been successfully sent to cc avenue.

I would like to draw your attention towards the behavior of the employees working at the petrol pump, yesterday on 16/01/2022, around 9:30 pm, I went to fill CNG at Jain Auto HP Pump which is located in village Mundlana Tehsil Gohana District Sonipat. The name of the employee who filled the CNG was Pradeep, who was filling CNG in the vehicles of his knowledgeable people by ignoring the vehicles in the line. When he refused to do so, he (Pradeep) was talking very loudly and in abusive language. Therefore, you are requested to take strict action against the employees who behave like this, so that a common man does not have to be humiliated again and again.

I filled Diesel in my car and asked the attendant to check my tyre pressure. He guided me to the air pump attendant who just arrived there.

As soon as I parked my car, the air pump shouted at me that the pump is closed. It was around 10 A.M (Today 16 Jan 2022).

It was when I took the grievance cell number and began filing the number that other attendants approached me and got the tyre checked. However, In the meantime, the air pump attendant scratched my car badly with his scooty key.

I would request HP to look into the matter and reimburse me Rs.10, 000/- to get the car denting and painting done.

Also request you to provide me CCTV footage.

I also called the HP sales Manager on [protected] Rachit Srivastava but he did not answer initially and later when I dialled again I was told that this is a wrong number. Please check the Grievance Board at the pump also

Hii hindustan petroleum team and senior administration & Consumer courts

On 11/01/2022 around 9PM O' clock, I went to the Sunahari Hindustan petroleum pump owner name is Mr.Rashid khan for fill the petrol in my activa, where I
was filled the petrol of 110 Rs with a note of 500 Rs to the sales man who were name an Anil resident of Naagar Agra after which the sales man name of Anil return me 90 Rs and told me you have given 200 Rs note here that was not right for me.
After which I told them all that I have given you a 500 note if you say you can check the camera on the petrol pump After which all the staff who were present abused me and told me that you did what you want to do we will not show you the camera And after that all staff struck me together because of which blood came out of my lips and my tshirt got torn and my throat had a gold chain which snatched me from the petrol pump staff..

I just want to know whether Hindustan petroleum and relative officers allows such a dealer to run the petrol pump where his sales man do the beating and looting with the customer who coming in the night.
What happened to me today but I don't know how many customer's would have been on here with looting and beating before me..
In my consumer court, it will be urged that this incident may have happened to me today or may happen with someone else or with any consumer court officer tomorrow...Where there is no need of such robbers in the society at all which act like the devil who forgets the human being.
Its humble Request from my side to the consumer court to take action as soon as possible considering the incident that has happened to me so that it will never repeat again with any one innocent person.
