I received SMS 06 April 2012 your refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs. Cash Memo no.145722 Cash memo date 06.Apr.2012

Next day I received SMS HP Gas refill Delivered Cash Memo no.145722 dated 07.04.12 08.31am

But till date 12.04.2012 12.00 pm I have not received Gas refill. This is clear to your dealer is black sale

I request you to please check is your end and judge this matter.

    Delay in Delivery and Corrupt System of Gas Cylinder Allotment

    Hello,

    My Complaint is regarding one of the HP gas distributor/dealer named SHREE RENUKA GAS SUPPLY CO. Address: Neeta Park, Airport Road, Yerwada Pune.

    The Dealer follows a Improper policy of Delay in GAS cylinder delivery for those who have booked legibly, and they sell stock to people who are favoured because various reasons better known to RENUKA GAS people.

    This is regarding the periodic inspection being carried out on domestic gas connection. M/s Murali Enterprises, #51 Ramanjaneya Layout, Bangalore-560037 is my supplier/distributer. The complaint is not against their supply. It is regarding the inspection being carried out.
    My connection was inspected in the later quarter of 2007. When the person came for inspection I contacted my distributer over phone and confirmed the activity and was told he carries an ID card. I verified before letting him inside my house. He even carried my connection number and address. According to his suggestion I changed the rubber tube. At that time I asked my distributer why a prior intimation of the visit was not made to me. The answer I got was it is at the instruction of the company the party is visiting. I informed them afterwards that the inspection was carried out and tube replaced.
    Today[protected] another inspector came and his visit was mentioned by the person at the distributer end when I booked my refill 2 days back. To my surprise this inspector is telling me the tube I got replaced on previous occasion is one(green) which was discontinued 3 years back now it is Suraksha LPG hose guaranteed for 5 years. Also surprising is that him telling the previous inspection was not authentic. After confirming from the company I allowed him to carry out inspection process. The biennial inspection form for the current activity is 8125 dated[protected].
    My question to the company is why they can not authenticate this important inspection visit by the company itself informing in advance in recorded manner? Even though I confirmed over the phone why they did not take action against the previous person if his inspection was not authentic.
    I urge the company to make it official to depute persons with the identity of inspector available in your web site . Carrying ID alone is not sufficient. The same must be available as web information This is to avoid frauds accidents and damages to consumers and making the company and the distributer act as more responsible ones making the consumers confident.

    Please warn all customers of this kind of illegal visits and take adequate preventive actions including alerting police departments too.

      I am a senior citizen and drawing my Gas Cylinders from Fairways Stores (LPG Distributor) Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi and my consumer No. is 23327.

      We are a family of 7 members and one cylinder does not last for more than 21-22 days. Whenever, we tried to book our order for another refill the same is refused on the ground that no such request can be entertained before the expiry of 30 days of the last delivery. This causes us lot of hardship especially in winter season when we have to manage last 5 - 6 days without Gas.

      I just want to know is there any rule framed by the Government, which prohibits supply of another gas cylinder within 30 days of the last delivery. To my understanding there is no such prohibition.

      I request you to kindly clarify and also to instruct the concerned Gas Agency to entertain the gas booking after 20 days.

        Sub: Complaint against monopoly in distribution of HP cooking gas. (Distributor code: - 960290)

        Sir,

        We the gas customers of Phulbani town beg to state this following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable orders.

        That, setting up a gas point in any place is to encourage the people to turn their faces from purchasing the firewood and charcoal for their daily need. It indirectly
        preserves forest and helps to maintain the environment at balance. The prime intention of this noble step fails to attain its degree in Phulbani due to the monopoly and high handedness of the stockist. Customers are so harassed that new customers have to think ten times before stepping into the gas counter.

        Secondly, the worst example of monopoly of the dealer is the distribution of cooking gas. There is provision to deliver this gas cylinder at the door of the customer at the cost ofRs. 362/- but these customers are forced to pay the same at the godown and to lift at their on cost which is unjust and unlawful.

        Thirdly, the dealer has opened a number o[censored]nauthorized counters at Khajuripada, Phiringia, Sarangada and Balliguda etc. places. He delivers a major portion of these gases to these unauthorized dealers and creates a man made shortage of cooking gas in Phulbani. The system adopted by this dealer helps him to earn foul money by black marketing the same and gives the customers endless sufferings.

        Though there is provision to book cylinder over phone but he turns a deaf ear whenever he gets calls about it. We are so many times informing to Marketing Mana~, Sri AK. Behera but he also no action about it.

        The customers are unable to get a gas cylinder after 20 or 25 days of the booking and deposit of money at the counter. Whereas kith and kins of dealers are able to avail instant opportunity provided to them through back door system on the same day of their booking.

        New customers are forced to pay Rs. 4000/- for new connection. In the name of computerized registration, this dealer is forcing them to run to this office for months together. The deposited amount utilized in the business bores a fare amount of profit for this dealer at the cost of harassment of the customers.

        For a better profit, this domestic connection are changed to commercial ones and
        are supplied to the hotels, tea stalls and fast food centers. If it continues for a long (time 'will come) cylinders will be seen in the commercial points only.

        To facilitate the customers of Phulbani town in a better way is the high sounding sought of today. It will be fulfilled if the authority concerned applies power to check the monopoly of the dealer or setting up a new counter will do the needful.

        Though repeatedly we are complained before the Civil Supply Deptt. but no action has been taken as yet.

        Hence, you are requested to consider our case through your kind glasses and do the needful action at your end for which we shall be ever obliged.

          Dear Sir,
          This month i have booked my cylender on 10th December-08 by tel.no.12265 till today i.e. 30/12/08 I have not yet received the delivery and this problem is for every month and every time I called up they say that they will deliver it within 2-3 days but it never comes on time, Every time i personally go there to complaint this matter they say that they have shortage of stock with them but when anyone comes there to take directly they give them on the spot.
          So I request you to please cheque my last 6 months booking and delivery reports and reply for the same to me.

          i am customer of the Hp gas cylinder . my constumer no 610882 i booked cylinder on[protected].dis is new reminder to u i also send u a complaint to 14 feb .. but till today there is no gas delivery.. from vijay gas service which is situated in aishbad road in lucknow . whenever i go there for asking delivery ..no body is respond so kindly take proper action as soon as possible ..
          am staying in Pune in Pimpri Chichwad area. I am planning to take new gas connection. Can anybody please suggest for which I should go Bharat Gas or HP gas..? In Pimpri area who is offering the best services. between these two...?

I have been receiving under weight cylinder from the dealer. When i complained to the owner he threatned me saying that the sales officer and others are in his pocket. he abused me and threatned to cancel my connection on various grounds...pl help me

              I am a HP Gas domestic connection user at Bijapur(KArnataka) having connection No.608765 at Shree Enterprises(Prop.Mohan Kowtal), Bijapur. There is no any proper booking, delivery and service of HP Gas from the dealer. I am facing day day difficulty in booking the refills as even though the gas agency is having two telephone no.s (out of that oneline is always dead and other is always engage) but the phonelines are always busy. If sometimes if it rings, nobody will lift the phone. Whether it is not possible to have the dealer to have two lines. If anybody lifts the phone they give some absurd answer. A few days back an article was published in the leading Kannada newspapers(Samyukta Karnataka & Vijay Karnataka )regarding the blackmarketing of the refills by the same dealer. Why there is a delay in supplying the refills (after a month booking). Whether it is possible to change the dealer? Why this is happening the customers of HP GAs(and Not with BP or Indane). I want to know the same.

                The Cylinder supplied by Sikka Agencies is leaking and we are not able to contact Agency on phone as there phone is usual is busy.

                This is Debabrata Banerjee using your gas services in the name of my father vied consumer no 608297.
                I would like to inform you that I am really surprised about your .I am afraid about my family.Most of the time the delar M/S Anand H.P Gas services in Howarh is not picking up the call.Today i am facing a major problem of gas leakage from the morning.Till now I cannot contact with that fellow.
                If anything bad will happen regarding the service released issue then who will be responsible for that.
                Need your cooperation urgently basis.

                  I am consummer no. 603659 with only one issued cylinder. I am a medical officer in RCH/ NRHM in state govt. of MP that is unable myself to collect refilled gas cylinder. I am regularly paying Rs. 393 for per LPG cyl. even when usually I have to collect it i.e. not delivered at my residence. Dealer has never provided bill of amount received.
                  This time I booked my refilled cyl. on 16th Dec, 2008 and I was alloted No. 1368 if I am not forgetting on telephone booking system. Presently consumers of no. about 1500 are being provided but not me even after reminders.
                  Problem is not of mine only. In Suwasara tehsil as per best of my knowledge none customer is recieving bill, everyone is paying Rs. 393 atleast withot home delivery, and booking no. is usually not followed for delivery.
                  Please do needful considering daily necessity.
                  Please give me an early feedback of action taken, which will be highly appreciated.

                      I am the Consumer of HP Gas my consumer no 624052
                      my distributor is Borivali Gas Agency, Roshan Apt. Shop No -3 Carter Road -4, Borivali East, I booked the gas on 13/12/2008 still they are not delivered daily they are telling today you will definetly received it but in last three days I am continoulsy chasing up. Every time we call to their office they bags the our phone saying that we have already forwarded slip to our delivery boys. Now these boys are playing with our clyinders and selling to another cusotmers.This is not happened for the first time, every time of booking they did the same thing.

                      Request you to please take the immediate action.
                      I am the consumer of HP Gas and my consumer no 605936. my distributor is Juhu HP Gas Agency, near Sea Princess Hotel.Juhu, Mumbai-49.
                      I booked the gas on 5/4/11 and i was told that i will receive the cylinder by 18/4/11 12-15 days but when i didn't get the cylinder that day then I called the agency to remind them but they said that their was no booking done so i did the booking again and they said that i'll get the gas by 28/4/11, gas was not received again so i called the agency to remind them but they again said that their was no booking done so i did the booking again and after requesting was told that i'll receive the gas on the same day but they didn't get again and today when i called them i aws again told no booking was done. I did not book again and am mailing this and expecting some action to be taken soon and please post a complaint no. also

                        I am requesting since the connection (5 year back) to provide 2nd cyd. Even they told at the time of connection that you will get another cyd. within 6 months. They also took written request for additional cyd 0ne year back but did not provide till now.
                        Theyn supply the gas after 10 days of booking so i am facing troble whenever my cyd gets empty.
                        Even they talk very rudly if I request to provide additional cyd. or immediate refil of gas.

                          today on 24 dec 2008 when approached to jai gas agency kolhapur, with transfer paper and other needful documents as per discussion prevously, now he is saying I or my family has to stay in house & person from hp gas will come to your house and will do enquiry & then we will issue connection within two or three days
                          NOW QUESTION IS HOW MY FAMILY WILL SURVIVE IN NEW CITY
                          WITH MY THREE MONTHS OLD SON, WITHOUT GAS FOR FOUR DAYS,

                          For transfer of connection from sangli district to kolhapur district;
                          I made total five trips to ganpati gas sangli from 1st december 2008 to 24 dec 2008, I couldn't got transfer paper, because hp gas itself had made shortage of stationary required.

                          my gas paper has missed, when I was shifting house, I am having gas book. Now I want to change my address to another, what should I do.

                          I booked gas for home delivery on 08.01.12 but till 23.02.09 not delivered.
                          after deliver confirmation receive from mobile message dt.20.02.12 cash memo no.160178
                          When I went there, firstly there was no response and they told us tommorow
                          delivered to your point. all time is switch off.
                          and land line is no resonse.

                          I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service
                          and it is regular happening with HP.We have to buy sometimes the cylinder in
                          "black" because they don't send the cylinders. One can think that how a
                          family can survive without it.

                          If we ask the employees who bring the gas cylinder to measure the weight of
                          the cylinder, then they refuse and say that it is in our rickshaw and we
                          can't bring it. they refuse to take our complaints.

                          They should think that how a person can survive with his family including
                          little children also without gas.

                            I have a gas connection of HPCL, every time they are very very late to deliver the gas after the booking date.they said that we note your booking after the 21 days from the date of last delivery.when we call them for booking they take more than 10 days to deliver the gas.sir there are 7 members in my family tell me that how can a cylender works more than 31 days.from last four days we are depend on hotels and restorent for our meals even I have double cylenders.they also take Rs.10 extra when they deliver cylender at home.please help us

                            I am a consumer my no. is 606172( in name of my Smt. Kanan Bala Majumder). I have booked on 25.06.10 and my booking no. 2560. I belong with our near Distributor " Swamiji Gas". But till date I have not got a single filling gas cylinder, now suffering fuel crises. When I asked their for gas everyday told me will be next day, but they not give.
                            I hold double cylinders facility but both empty now.

                            So, I begging you for give me filling cylinder, please take necessary action.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have book the LPG cylinder on 17 August 20012 my consumer no 603533, booking no.208940 cash memo no.125389 our distributor name Surendra Gas Agency Ramdaspeth Nagpur. Till date I have not received the cylinder.When I asked the same to deliver within 2 hours but they didnt.The connection in the name of S.J. Talewar.

                            Kindly look into the above matter and please reply as early as possible.

                              I m consumer of HP Gas, Our agent name is KUMAR GAS SERVICES GHATKOPAR (WEST) MUMBAI. My agent, since last 8 to 10 months delivered refilling gas cylinder after 21 to 23 days. in our family we have 5 members and our consumption of gas is 16 to 18 days. Why the deliver the refilling cylinder too late? In their office they have write in notice board Delivery after 21 days strictly. if we get refilling cylinder once another will get after 21 days strictly. other agency Bharat gas delivery the refilling gas cylinder after 4 to 6 days why our HP gas agent late delivery of refilling Cylinder? please explain the above matter and hope u will do needful.

                              H.P. Gas — delivery of refill cylinder too late

                              Hi,
                              we have a connection with H.P.gas at LADWA in distt. KURUKSHETRA.my consumer no. is 7953 by the name of sh. Balbir sharan . since last many months we are facing the problem while refilling the cylinder . last month also we booked for home delievery on 28/02/08.(booking no. 3098). but till date we did not recieved our cylinder.whenever we ask them for cylinder they tell us to wait for some time. on the other side a cylinder take 30 days to get empty . but a customer can not get his refilled cylinder evenafter 36 days . on the other side there is availability of cylinders in Rs 500/-in black (either it is by is shop keeper or agency delivery boy )when there is availability in black why not in the agency . where public go to cook there food?
                              what the company is doing in this conest ?(i think company neednot do anything because the company sales remain same ,either customer bought gas from the agency or from black market. there is no awareness about "after how many days a customer can get a cylinder after booking?".

                              HP Gas — late delivery of refill cylinder

                              We have been living in Goa for the last 3 years. Our experience with delivery of refils has been pathetic. After booking it takes between 7 to 14 days for delivery that too after making 2 phone calls to the distributer daily.

                              Inspite of no shortage in supply the distributer has such a callous attitude towards customers.
                              This complanit is against HP Gas Agency named "Lalji Gas" at Ashok Nagar, Kandivali (E), Mumbai-400101. They are selling gas bottles in blackmarket and genuine customers are not getting cylinders even after 25 days of booking.
                              The authorities are requested to cancel their agency and allot it to some ex-army person. At the same time, severe action should be taken against Lalji Gas.

                              We have a connection of HP gases with the distributor M/s Mohan Gas service, Alwar. Our consumer No. is 142. We book our cylencer on 28.09.08 but till date we have not received our cylender till date. It is not first time we received the previous cylender in about 3 months also.
                              The distributor sell the cylender in market to halwais and to the canteen of big factories and he do not deliver cylenders in time. Many compalaints have been made against the distributor but no action is being taken against the him
                              I m consumer of HP Gas of laxi gas sakchi jamshedpur.my consumer id is 7866, i am getting cylinder last two month and telephone of agency is not resonding.

                                I booked gas (HP) 52 days back, my consumer no. is 635956. Dealer - Ishaq Gas Service, dodhpur, aligarh u.p. india Every time I have been informed that it will be delivered on next day and asked to contact[protected]. I have been told some or the other excuses and promised to send by next day. Unfortunately, the service is very poor and we are the worst sufferer.

I have been told some or the other excuses and promised to send by next day. Unfortunately, the service is very poor and we are the worst sufferer.
                                I have been following for gas cylinder from last one month but so far same has not been done. They give excuses every time. Many times no one respond on phone call..Very very poor serivice...my consumer number is 628381

                                  Hi My name is Sujay and I am a resident of Mumbai. We are HP Gas consumers and the consumer ID is 16179936 which is being serviced by Trimurti Gas Agency in Mulund East. I have always found the staff here to be rude and on one previous occassion when we had complained about the service, they had even called up to ask "aapne complaint kyon kiya itni si baat ke liye". But I think today they have crossed all limits of indifference towards their consumers. I called at 1030 this morning to report a gas leakage while connecting the regulator to a new cylinder. I was promised that a mechanic would be sent and now two hours down the line when I called back to check how long it would take I was told that the mechanic had left half an hour ago and should be at my place.
                                  This is highly unacceptable as gas leaks are complaints that should be attended to on a priority basis as they could cause loss of life. I also feel that they should start giving out complaint numbers so that the complaint can be tracked.
                                  I don't really know what venting my ire in this forum is going to achieve, but hope is something that the Indian consumer is not short on. So hoping for a change or some action.

                                  I agree. I called so many helpline numbers listed but each one passes on to the other one. Then the person tells me office is closed now. I know the office is closed at 8 pm but my house is smelling of gas. HP had a emergency number 12665 but that doesn't work anymore. This is ridiculous. Now I will keep the cyclinder outside my door because it is smelling so bad until tomorrow morning or afternoon, if someone plans to attend to it. I don't think HP gas understands or its people that emergency is when there is a leakage and that is not dependant if it happens after their home going time.

                                    i am a resident of sarrornagar, hyderabad .we take gas cylinder form your dealer samatha shiva shakti enterpris, andhra bank complex, kothapet.the supplier(boy)always force us to pay additional money Rs.25 to 35 and Rs.50 after festivals like diwali.every month this has become like custom to them, on rejection of their demand they start arguing and behave rudely they try to take back the cylinder if we don't pay .they tells us complaints does not make any difference to them. they say--(give complaint wherever you want nothing will happen and u have to pay demanded money).please make it clear whether we have to pay more than the receipt amount .i want to bring this to your notice .please take action .otherwise we have to, for their rude behavior and illegal money demand.

                                      i am a consumer of HP GAS( ASHANVIT ENTERPRISES, OLD-318, NEW-400, JAWAHAR MARG, OPP. SHANI MANDIR, INDORE-452004) since 15 years, i am facing a problem, i am not getting booking slip instantly, whenever i go for booking gas, they pressurize us to purchase their personal products, instead of booking gas. please do the needful for us

                                      I have not been receiving payment receipt since last two times that I have booked the gas. The delivery boy says he is not getting the same from the company. Moreover this time I received an empty cylinder which was just not acceptable from a company like hp. I book for cylinder as soon as my one cylinder gets empty. This time to i did the same but to my amusement when my first cylinder got empty on 22/02/2012 I replaced it with the second one which I determined was empty too.. I am very annoyed and writing the same just at the time when this happened. I want HP to take strict action againt it. I have a small daughter and because of this incidence I am going to face a lot of inconvenience and all this because of bad consumer service. Hp anytime is nothing more than a waste of time. What do we consumers do? I need a reply fast..
